Is the issue of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone Internet saying this site isn't secure when it actually is a bug or just my phone acting out?

If you're using a public wifi or something of the like that has a filter, it might be breaking the https, causing the phone to believe that it is unsafe.

Oh, that is really weird. Have you tried clearing your phone's cookies/cache? It might also be the firewall?
