The Voluntas:

Armaments: Heavy forward facing plasma canons. two torpedo tubes with a variety of deferent warheads (from EMP/Ion to photon and the like).  8 laser turrets along the hull (four above, four below). Two tractor beam emitters on the underside of the vessel, near the cargo bay doors. Compliment of combat drones that can be controlled by crew from the ship. One drop shuttle and room for one or two fighter craft. 


Deck Plan: 


Deck 1; 

Lounge. Common area. Used as theater and game room. 


Deck 2; 

Command deck.


1) cockpit with weapons and sensor consoles on either side.


2) Control hub, with holographic display for briefings and communications. Consoles line the walls that can be switched to any function, including drone control.


)Area between 2 & 3 is a meeting room.


3) Tech room for fixing and maintaining mobile equipment. Where the AI's chassis's and repair drones are housed.


4) AI Core.

>A story on the streets is that in the more unstable regions of the 'verse, there is a being on a killing spree. It is reported unkillable, even taking direct hits from powerful spells and only getting stronger. More thoughtful sources point out that its targets are generally wielders of great power, personal and/or political. No reliable description. The rumor mill has given the name "Gholam" to this killer, based on some leaked in lore.


>A recent massive exodus from a dying universe to the Olioverse is causing some border disputes as the refugees try to make their own place in the 'verse. 


>A new street drug named "Blood Dragon" has been hurting Hub's lower end areas. The Caretaker says that any faction found involved with the manufacture or distribution of Blood Dragon in Hub will be banished from Hub.


>Several anti-synthetic extremists are claiming that there is a new revolt on the horizon from synthetics, who want to form their own society. The extremists are calling for eradication of all synthetics. 


>A band of pirates, led by a creature known as Zzaks, have been terrorizing trade routes. They have left none alive and most victims look like they were tortured and killed slowly.
