Virgil Cortez, many things could be said about this man, cat....Neko! Many words could be used to describe him, kind, patient with some things, a good listener, cares too much? Others could be impatient, stubborn, hard headed, guntoting was one of the most used ones. All that can really be said is that he takes his job very serious, and will not allow any to willingly break the law.

Two system Holsters for his Fire arms, rifle sling for his shotgun should he need it. 5 Extra magazines for the ruger and 3 extra Speed reloaders for his revolver. Flashlight, level 3A vest, handcuffs, ball of yarn. Bandolier with shotgun slugs and shells.
Magic: Able to electrify his hands causing his guns to be energized allowing the projectiles to carry a static charge.
