March 5th, 2019; BREAKING NEWS! interrupted the regularly scheduled program to reveal a panicked looking Oval Office. The President, who for once looked genuinely concerned about the state of his now-rapidly declining country, paused a moment before opening his mouth.

"It has come to my attention that a good majority of this country has fallen to a deadly, horrific virus of some sort.
The origin of this illness remains unknown and currently, the virus is still highly contagious and spreading. He stammered-glancing down at his folded, almost shaky hands.

Signs of infection may include-but are not limited to-fever, hallucinations, increase in appetite, seizures, involuntary muscle movements, erratic irritability, foaming at the mouth and confusion. Recent events have also sparked a number of witnesses coming forward in utter terror describing seeing almost "un-human" or "mutant-like" beings. These beings are said to have bulging, glazed over eyes-as if they are blind, as well as thinning, balding, scab-patched heads that accompany their reportedly razor sharp rotting teeth.

I strongly advise everyone to stay inside their homes and away from any water and/or food until it is clear what is going on. I will be back on broadcast once I know more confirmed and true information. Until then America, have hope this is not what it seems and hold your loved ones close. We are doing everything we can." The President cautioned before ending the LIVE nationwide broadcast.

It's been almost 24 hours now; still no word from the President, everyone is still inside-who knows whether they've eaten or drank yet, or if they are starving and dehydrated. Hell, maybe the neighbors have already become those "things" the President described on the TV. Regardless, it's doubtful anyone will hear "what is going on" from the government before whatever this is gets out of hand. Only question is, who's going to make it out alive? And how?
