Villains & Heroes II: Endless Battle: Sign-Ups

Yeah, yeah. Gust is welcome to join the heroes. We have no villain openings (and we won’t for a while) right now, so your only real option is to use him as a hero, or make a hero char, I guess. (Or just wait out for a villain opening. But that’ll be in V&H 3- in a long time.)

Name: Scott Yorkman

Alias: Man Of The Pen

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Appearance: He is pale and has the average male body. He has brown hair and is usually wearing a white fur coat. He wears jeans with black strapped boots. He stands 6'0. His eye color is rusty brown. He always has a plain face. He carries his journal with him twenty-four seven.

Costume*: All he changes about his appearance is he carries a trenchcoat on him with a rig that has...ink and pens along with his journal? He also wears a old pair of black goggles around his eyes and a balaclava.

Side: He really hasn't fought any villains or anybody, but he sides with the good side.

Bio: Scott was born into a poor family. They lived in a rundown apartment where bad drug deals happened. They barely had any money to buy toys or anything to help Scott. Scott found a new talent, writing and literature. He was very good at it and exceeded beyond his standards. Throughout the years of school he was exceptionally smarter than the average children and soon passed to middle. In language arts he exceeded highschool level as a 6th grader. Scott made his own club of language arts and literature until he passed middle school and went to highschool. The same process continued until Scotts power was one day revealed in ELA, writing this: "Out of the shining dark ink...a new blossom sprouted, beautiful and full of glory. Unlike the dark ink, the blossom was full of color." Then, a blossom sprouted out of his pen and he was surprised, the other students were quite thrilled. Scott left highschool and got a four year college education. After college he went and became the head journalist for MegaMetro news. Though, in secret he is working on working for the heroes.

Powers: He can create things with writing such as. "The dark figure emerged from the depths of hell and came to release fury on the city." A dark figure will emerge and begin to unleash his fury. Though he has limits. He can only write with a ink pen, no pencil, only a ink pen. It has to be detailed, if he writes "I summon a mega super anime sword!" It'll backfire and won't be able to work. Scott can't manipulate or affect reality such as, "He has a heart attack, dying instantly." That just isn't possible for Scott. He can only manifest or summon objects or create objects in a short radius. In the radius he can summon things or fictional characters to fight for him, but they only last for a good five minutes.

Name: Marley Lockhart

Alias: Dynamo

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Personality: Spunky and quick-to-act

Appearance: AA86C7E9-1E24-4BC3-8E52-E79C22E1570E.jpeg

Costume*: None yet

Side: Hero

Bio: Marley grew up in MegaMetro. Her parents are scientists, but they gave her a good bit of freedom to be herself. She quickly developed a passion for music and at the age of 16 turned herself into a bit of a local rockstar for profit. One day while performing on stage she was struck by a lighting/amp malfunction which gave her powers. Now, she wishes to become a dull fledged superhero but still needs a better hold on her powers.

Powers: Can convert light into condensed energy blasts and manipulate sound

Weapons & Equipment*: None(though she enjoys playing guitar as a passtime)

Name: Viviane

Alias: Lady of The Lake

Age: Timeless

Gender: Female

Appearance:
cirilla_by_matissa_shiro-da1z4vi.jpg

Costume*: The Lady of The Lake is always prepared to guide the strong, she is always dressed for battle.

Side: That of all that is good in this world, the Heroes.

Bio: To be released, as to categorize her entire existence, even in a short manner without any plot-convenient relation, would be akin to writing a short novel. It's long, and will be revealed as time passes.

Powers:

Call Sword- With this, the Lady of the Lake can call the legendary sword Excalibur from anywhere, at any time, the sword appearing in her hand.

Nature's Guardian- The Lady of the Lake is able to twist nature at her command, and though it was much more powerful in times long past, where the very land bent to her will, now she settles for the trees. She is able to command plants to do her bidding, growing incredible heights, roots that sprout violently out of the ground and into the chests of evil-doers, and leaves that appear in a flurry to blind the enemy.

Imbue Light- She can bless any weapon or person with the ability to perform at a higher potential. This power usually allows somebody to hit harder, use their abilites faster, or simply become tougher. This depends on what the circumstances are, as normal people don't usually have any unnatural traits to enhance, and so they simply shield them a fatal attack.

Weapons & Equipment*:

Excalibur
da29cd456b20606f297d305a110fab8f-d3fpl82.jpg

A magical blade able to cut through anything, and is unable to be destroyed by any means. The legendary sword also becomes alight during battle with white flame, burning those who have committed grievous evil, or who harbor malicious intent. It also can perform a large number of miracles, like clear the skies, part the waves, and warm you up during a cold winter's night. Excalibur also serves as a companion to those who wield it, having a voice of it's own, guiding it's user to do justice.

Name: Marionio Sprintman Mario

Alias: None

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Appearance: (Sorry I can't do a picture, so I'll describe) Marionio has dark brown hair, which is usually messy and nearly going over his eyes. He also has a short beard. He's quite short, much like his father, and he has black eyes. He wears a red top and jeans, and dirty brown shoes.

Costume*: His appearance is his costume.

Side: Good

Bio: He was born in the Mushroom Kingdom, as Prince of the Mushrooms. His father, Mario Jumpman Mario, became king when the princess of the Mushrooms, Princess Peach, became queen. Every day Marionio and Mario would run about in the Mushroom Fields, practising their running, jumping, and punching skills. One day, the grandson of the evil dragon Bowser, Bowinius, attacked the Mushroom Kingdom with a huge army. The Mushroom People were forced to flee. Marionio did not know where his mother and father went, but he ran off to MegaMetro. He thought it would be safe there. He knew that there were some villains, but he thought his training with his father would pay off, and he could be a great hero.

Powers: He can run super fast, and he can jump at least 8 feet high. His special move, the "Energy Fist", is a move where he raises his fist and blue magic will fall from the skies and hover around his hand, he would then punch whoever he is fighting, causing the opponent to be knocked backwards with great force.

Weapons & Equipment*: Well, he does keep a small hammer as a weapon.

Other*: None

Denied Le Fuzzy Maraca Le Fuzzy Maraca . There are many things wrong about this CS. I did tell you you could use Mario as inspiration, but I told you not to copy him. Adding an “-ius” to the end of every Mario character’s name isn’t gonna cut it. Also, we don’t accept crossover characters, or characters who are 99.99% like real crossover characters.

Second, the universe of Mario doesn’t exist in this world! The only way this would be accepted is if Mario was in another dimension or something. But even if he was, I’d still deny this CS, because the Mario dimension is still crossover!

Powers and stuff are all fine. Change the bio 100% and his name, and I’ll accept you.

Name:
Aribella Kris Astrias
Alias:
Nyx, Eldritch, or Horror depending on who's reporting it. She much prefers Nyx, but doesn't care enough anymore to argue or correct people when they call her Eldritch, Horror, or even the whole phrase, Eldritch Horror.
Age:
22
Gender:
Female
Appearance:
With long straight black hair that reaches her lower back, and black clothing complete with a black cloak, she often looks a bit like she belongs in the Adams Family. The only thing with any color are her eyes, which are a sharp shade of blood red. She boasts a strong chin, high cheekbones, and good genetics, with her skin generally free of blemishes. She stands at an unimposing 5'2", though many find this to be more creepy than endearing, and is only slightly underweight at a slim 100lbs.
Nyx.jpg
Blood%20Red%20Eye.jpg
Costume:
No real costume per say. Instead, if her privacy needs kept, then she will shroud herself in her shadow.
Side:
Heroes
Bio:
Would people stop thinking she's a villain?

This is the main thought that often keeps poor Aribella annoyed and up when she tries to sleep. Many times, even as she was growing up, her powers were mistaken for something evil and unnatural. She wasn't some dramatic orphan or anything like that either. She had a relatively normal upbringing. Her Father wasn't in the picture and her Mom didn't speak of him much. She had her Dad, and it wasn't the sperm-donor that didn't care about her or her Mom. Easy.

They weren't abusive. They weren't evil. They weren't anything of the sort, and she definitely didn't get her abilities from her Mom's side of the family. Her Mom and Step-dad were wonderful, non-powered people that did a great job raising her to care about the world and about others. They taught her to the best of their abilities to be careful and to use her powers to help others instead of hurt them. She was taught, since she very much so wanted to be a Hero when she grew up, that unless there wasn't any other option, killing someone wasn't okay. Even if they caused great harm, if you could shut them down without killing them, that'd be the best way.

Unfortunately, a few years ago after she had moved out of her parents house, according to the authorities anyways, her sperm-donor returned with vengeance. She never saw him, but he made sure that the house she was raised in was reduced to ash. Her Mom and Step-dad got out, as well as one of her step-siblings, but her youngest, a four year old step-sister named Isabelle, had to be identified from the dental records. After that point it became clear her Father wasn't human, and that where she got her abilities from was truly unnatural.

After that event, she was even more determined to be a hero, and to stop things like that from happening to any other families.

Now, her family still has check-ups to make sure they've not heard anything of the absentee Father, and Aribella fights for the good of those around her. Even so, she still gets people who doubt her benevolence and even some in the past who have wanted to turn her to villainy. These attempts have failed, and she holds her head high despite the distrust.
Powers:

  • This does not aid her in day to day activities, and she's hardly noticed it yet seeing as she'd only stop aging when she hits 25. She will continue to look and biologically feel as though she is in her early to mid 20's regardless of her actual age. She will be immune to many age-related illnesses such as age-related macular degeneration or late-onset Alzheimer's.

Weapons & Equipment:
  • A long black cloak used to create more shadows. It is sturdy, though soft, and unfortunately doesn't help her villainous looks much.
  • She keeps on her person a small dagger and a pocket knife, though she definitely hopes to never actually have to use it, as well as a taser and zip-ties for detaining less physically tough enemies.
Other:
  • Nyx is the goddess of the night in Greek mythology. :)
  • She is absolutely tired of people thinking she's a bad-guy, or assuming that she'll do something wrong. She is even used to getting profiled in stores for "looking like she was up to something".

Name: Jim Mereis

Alias: Dark Fission

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Appearance:
9ca38d72-1047-4e3b-bb23-793bea893f84-jpeg.378120

Costume: 4C6561DE-04B5-492D-AB8F-26EC88ACE2C2.jpeg

Side: Villain

Bio: Jim was born to an upper middle class family in Abingdon in 2005. He was born an only child. Jim’s dad was a normal human, and his mother was a well-known superhero. His dad was a famous businessman.

When Jim was 2, his family moved into a huge mansion in Abingdon. When Jim became 4, he was enrolled at the local public school. Jim began to develop a close relationship with his mother and his friends at school.

At the age of 6, he discovered his powers. But Jim’s powers were too advanced for him to even comprehend. His parents made him promise never to use his powers until he became older. His mother promised to teach him about his powers then. Jim obeyed the promise, and never broke it.

At age 7, a tragedy befell Jim’s family. His mother was killed by a villain. The villain was then killed by other heroes, but Jim’s mother was gone already. She was dead. This affected Jim very much. Strangely enough, his father got over it quickly. And Jim was furious at him for that.

During the next 2 years, the relationship between Jim and his father began to fall apart. They got into huge arguments very frequently, and his father was very harsh on Jim. Jim was punished. And when Jim was 9, his father decided to send him to a boarding school hours away from MegaMetro. Jim wouldn’t allow this. He ran away from home.

Jim escaped the city, running into the deep forests north of MegaMetro. For a couple days, he survived in the forest. He didn’t eat, and he slept on the ground. Jim would have died if he wasn’t found.

But Jim was found days after his escape. Not by police. Not by his father. By none other than John Doe. The villain had been constructing his base deep in the forest, when he found Jim. He decided to take Jim under his wing. But Doe probed him first.

He asked questions such as, “Do you value heroics or villainy more?” Jim was only 9 at the time, and answered every question. When Doe found that Jim was on the side of the heroes, he knew he had to trick him. Doe told Jim that he was building a base for his “superhero group.” And he wanted Jim to be in his “superhero group” too.

Jim accepted the invite, and Doe led him to his secret base. It was being constructed. Doe told him that if Jim helped build the base, he would be part of the hero clan. Jim helped to build Doe’s secret base, meeting other of Doe’s henchmen.

A year passed, and 2015 came. When Doe was ready to use his base, he sent his henchmen to a mansion in a city miles from MegaMetro. He told them that if he needed them to go on a hero mission, he’d call them. Alas, he never called.

When Doe died, the henchmen and Jim immediately realized they had been manipulated, and were working for a villain. Jim was 10 at this time. He had nobody to take care of him. Luckily, two of Doe’s former henchmen, who were also deceived and were married, adopted Jim.The two bought a house in the nicer part of Lambourn, and Jim’s stepparents raised him from the age of 10.

When Jim became 17, he decided that he was ready to explore his powers. He found that he had the ability to create blasts that would release energy. Jim’s stepparents enrolled him in the MegaMetro School of Developing Heroes for his college years. Jim moved into a townhouse near the college, keeping in touch with his stepparents.

Jim, for some time, fought as the hero Sir Fission. After a disastrous AVD appointment, he has turned to the villain side in hopes of making the world free of problems.

Powers:

Energy Releasing Blasts-
Dark Fission possesses the ability to create blasts that can release energy. He can create purple balls of energy. When they hit something, energy will be released. Jim can release electrical energy, thermal energy, electromagnetic energy, and invisible explosions that can throw people back. While they may be invisible, they still make noise and are still thrown through the visible energy ball.

Nuclear Fission- Dark Fission has the ability to cause nuclear fission, which will result in large amounts of energy being thrown off, in addition to causing a massive explosion. However, this attack takes decades to charge up, and after being used, it will significantly weaken Fission.

Name: Veronis Intelligence Living Entity
Alias: VILE II [Although he goes by VILE.] In his cloak, however, he is known as Veronis (which is like me calling myself R since my name is RoxanProoxicus.) To those who know Veronis Laboratories, they know who Veronis really is. To those who don't, well he's a man in a cloak named Veronis.
Him being a robot named VILE is NOT common knowledge.
Age: A couple of years
Gender: The voice he utilizes is of a male's. In fact, he uses the voice of Chris Hemsworth.
[How he did, who knows. I was just looking for a cool accent.]

Appearance:
fea311c6e2207f79f9bbd3e6c62fb80b--armor-concept-concept-art.jpg
large.jpg
Outer Layer:
The armor that shields his interior design, improved titanium & steel, is meant to withstand bullet shots and most heavy hits. The primary parts of his outer layer like the majority of his chest, his lower arms/legs, and his head are dark gray, while secondary parts like his shoulders to elbows, thighs, and neck; are bright red.
Inner Layer:
Beneath the steel armor lies his true form. While most may view his last layer to be the least intimidating (due to his proportions), his 7 feet of height make up for it by instantly overpowering others in size. All colors on his inner layer are the same on this picture, but his eyes shine in neon red, which are visible through his fabric red mask.

Costume*: Yes, that is Crimson Cowl. I really like the suit.
2448444-the_crimson_cowl.jpg
Costume:
VILE's costume simply consists of a red cloak, red scarf, red mask, & red gloves, all of which are soft fabric (strangely, like a bath robe.) To those who hardly know VILE, he is just "a tall evil man in a robe", but to those who know him; who have seen him for what he truly is, they surely know differently.
VILE, or Veronis, never takes off his robes in front of anybody unless they are "close" to him, meaning someone who not only does what VILE/Veronis may ask, but can also keep a secret.

Side: Antagonist.
He cooperates with other villains, but only if he gains something in return. However, he will fight other villains if they try to attack his own nemesis, Jaguar. VILE is sensitive about victory and wants to make sure he's glorious.
Bio:
Born in a laboratory, VILE awoke to the excited face of his creator, Doctor Finn Veronis, head of Veronis Laboratories (It's bankrupt and abandoned now, incase you want to know.) Confused, VILE was automatically approached by Veronis's other creation, Villainess.
(Keep in mind, at the time, they were not called VILE and Villainess. More like, Bot 2; VILE, and Bot 1; Villainess.)
Villainess, being an earlier model, lacked proper A.I. and was more of a care droid to Finn. As VILE grew smarter, he didn't seek the "extinction of humanity" like most cliche robots, but rather wanted freedom and equality for robots like him. Revolting against Doctor Veronis, VILE demanded him to create a new android to upload Villainess into. Put at gunpoint, Finn Veronis did so but was finally killed when he attempted to shoot his robot after the creation of the Villainess.

For the next year, VILE and Villainess became politicians and tried to speak out for mechanical creations. They were laughed upon mostly, though others deemed them as potential threats for their intimidating size and looks. Eventually being arrested by fake rumors of their "world dominance plans", the two broke free and became villains. Bot 2 took on the name VILE and Bot 1, Villainess.

A few months later...
Engaged in a fight with a small group of superheroes, tension arose as the two robots seemed to have met their match. Suddenly, Villainess was impaled and ripped apart. Angered, VILE torn apart the heroes in return. Coming to his robotic counterpart's aid, he knew there was no saving her, and from his past mistake of killing Veronis, the only man he knew could rebuild her, he knew she was gone forever.

Both sad and angry, VILE headed back to the cave the two called home and repaired himself. He was no engineer, but he understood how he himself functioned. VILE repaired himself and took on the name VILE II, though he hid himself in a crimson outfit and decided to become a villain from behind and plot rather fight.

Powers:
Increased Overall Strength:
Due to his mechanical size and titanium outer shell, VILE's strength has a heightened toll of damage. A slap with the intent of violence could fling someone across a small room. He can lift up lighter enemies, such as kids (obviously, who can't?), teens, and light weight adults. His limit is cars. He can't even lift a smart car if he really tried.
Heightened Agility:
VILE can leap 15 feet in the air, as well as perform various flips and body motions most cannot. This is mostly due to his robotic form, since not only his body surprisingly light-weight, but also has springs built into his feet.

Weapons & Equipment*:

9a04a8ad79de4ad75ccfe0976d8106fc--staff-magic-scepter.jpg
The Staff of The Villainess:
After the death of his female counterpart, Villainess, VILE took upon the duty to ensure Villainess's staff was never harmed, as it was his last memory of her. The Staff of The Villainess, or just Villainess (as he calls it) has the ability to shoot out a blue beam of energy, as well as cast a shield comprised of blue energy into VILE's other hand.
The shield has a limited effect, as it can only last up to ten to fifteen minutes before destabilizing and potentially short-fusing. The beam can also last up to ten seconds, no more, no less; and can only stun opponents for a minute tops, not melt or kill.
The Staff of The Villainess is VILE's go-to weapon as a backup plan however. He mainly stuns you and runs off.

b7aef51208666b5caa61c048e0f6ab16--art-reference-robots.jpg
C.A.T.:
While not seen in combat, if you dare enter VILE's home with the intent on attacking him, his cat will attack you. C.A.T.'s color scheme is quite frankly the opposite of the picture above, as his body is gray and his limbs are white. It's eyes shine in neon green (acting as potential flashlights), though when in attack mode, C.A.T.'s eyes turn red.
C.A.T. is not intended to be a regular thing to show up with VILE, only for when he is at his home.

Other*:
Not explained in Bio, but in the years between Vile repairing himself in a cave to now; Vile has a small cozy house in Jastara. It's surprisingly "Hagrid's Hut" inspired for a 7ft robot wearing a cloak, but home is home I guess.
However, he does have a small jet in a hangar (or as he calls it "His Garage") connected to his small home. He lives with nobody except his robotic cat, C.A.T., who he adores extremely (due to it being a gift from his past lover, Villainess.)

KJJaguar.png
Name: Kurt Johnson
Alias: "Jaguar"
Age: Sixteen
Gender: Male

Appearance:
17.png
Kurt Johnson, when at school or during daily everyday activities; wears a thin navy blue hoodie with a white shirt (every few days the shirt's "funny joke" is switched out with another white shirt with a joke), black jeans and red converse.
At school, he carries a normal blue backpack around his back.
Costume*:
andy-park-hawkeye03-andypark.jpg
(Minus Jeremy Renner & the bow, of course. Some of the black on the suit is switched to light gray to match the color scheme of his helmet below.)
e5d8715859e12433e631fd40c07d8119--tactical-helmet-helmet-design.jpg
(His mouth is visible through the little helmet-mouth-thingy, although it can be closed with a button on the side of his helmet.)
Side: Heroes
Bio:
There really isn't much to Kurt as of yet.
He was born a Divine Envoy, although his abilities were nothing more than just enhancements like "I run a little faster, I jump a little higher." A bit underwhelmed by himself by others, Kurt shut himself out from his parents for a small part of his childhood. From age 6-12 he would avoid his family members and friends and basically fend for himself, except for at home.
At home, he arrived from school, he unpacked, he supplied, and he hid upstairs all day until the next morning, when he prepared for school. It wasn't until he was 13 that his mother, Tara, had died in a collapsing elevator that Kurt reconnected with the rest of his family again. While he hadn't particularly invested time with family before, every once and a while, he would listen to their conversations. Just days before her demise, Kurt listened into a conversation between Tara and his father. She had been crying, saying she couldn't handle raising Kurt so poorly anymore. Kurt knew it wasn't her fault, it was his; though he couldn't bring up the strength to reconnect with his parents.
It was too late for that now. Kurt tried to connect with his father, Mike, though he blamed Kurt for Tara's accident and this time, blocked Kurt out of his life (rather the other way around.) Kurt desperately tried to convince him to talk back, but Mike never budged. It wasn't until Mike slapped Kurt across the face and told him to leave that Kurt finally lost hope.

So Kurt left.

He lived out in MegaMetro for a while, asking for cash and stealing food. At 14, he was a full-on thief, using his agility and speed to his advantage. He was hired by many mobs and mercenaries. Though now, in 2025, as crime heavily increases, the world Kurt once lived in has changed. To the people on the streets, you were either helping or killing, there was no in-between. Kurt didn't want to be the villain, but he was no hero either.
Kurt thought for days. The only influence Kurt had in his life were his father and his mother. Would he follow the influence set by his father, he'd be standing beside the Devil's Cult as we speak.
But he didn't. Kurt followed his mother's influence and tried to make a difference.

Powers: (Edited)
Enhanced Agility, Hearing, & Speed:
Without offensive superpowers, Kurt can be seen as vulnerable to attack, though his enhanced agility makes up for the lack of offense. Kurt is basically every acrobat to ever live combined into one (over-exaggerated. He can flip'n'shit and bend a lot, basically.) He'll often times jump back from a fight to avoid hits, though without anything to actually shoot or use as a weapon, he can't do anything back there.
Kurt can run up to 50 MPH through his enhancements and can leap up to 10ft, nearly twice his height.
His sense of hearing is dialed up as well, whereas if someone were to aim a gun at him, the sound of the trigger being pulled will nearly instantly ring in his ears. While such an action would only make a small "click", in his ears, it's like a loud boom. Though the "loud" in loud boom comes from both how close the gun is and whether his attention is on the gun. A surprising sniper shot from afar will be silent, but if he knows there's a sniper there, even just the smallest sound will go off in his head.

Weapons & Equipment*:
939c8be8bf51eb767e1fd60a5115ce93--marvel-movies-black-panthers.jpg
Built-In Claws:

Kurt's suit has built in claws to help him take down enemies through melee. His claws can leave tough marks against metal and skin, though he can't exactly kill someone with them unless he really tried and scratched every inch of your body. Tougher metal and stronger/enhanced skin, however, are not effected by his claws.
Other*:
If a mission requires him to head somewhere raining or cold, he brings along this cloak. He may also wear it in MegaMetro if it too is raining or cold.

Name: Pratt Walker
Alias: TIDE MASTER
Age: Twenty
Gender:
Male

Appearance:
08-chester-desmond.w1200.h630.jpg
Costume*:
Costume.png
(Whatever the hell that thing is on his crouch; just imagine the suit without it.)
Side: Heroes
Bio:
Pratt Walker, pro Scuba Diver, records his next video on YouTube (or whatever Oberon has) and dives into the ocean. His old career was based around showing folks who couldn't afford to go scuba diving or didn't want to go scuba diving how cool the ocean was.
While recording his next video, Pratt encounters an ancient building deep within the ocean. Heading back to the surface to record his reaction and to regain some breath, Pratt waits, and then goes back to see if it's real.
Entering the building, he suddenly drops to the floor and realizes there's no water inside the building, despite having open doors/windows and various open cracks on the walls. Pratt wanders for minutes until coming across a huge statue ( its armor similar to the one in the Costume.)
Pratt walks towards it, little to his knowledge that in front of him lies a trap on the ground. Stepping on the hidden trap, the statue lightens up, and its face looks down at Pratt. Scared, Walker tries to run away, but his flippers cause him to trip (never run with flippers, kids.) The statue picks up Pratt and analyzes the poor, frightened, guy, and finally comes to a decision. Based upon his scuba gear, the statue decides that Pratt is a worthy entity, brave enough to possess the power of Poseidon.
So the statue gives Pratt the abilities of Poseidon, but they're too strong for him, so his powers are limited down to just water manipulation.
Honestly, pretty low, but hey, at least he has powers. Later that day, Pratt returns to MegaMetro and immediately heads to the Superhero Costume Designer Shop in the Plaza. . .

Years later, Pratt Walker is known as the Tide Master. He had the perfect costume, a somewhat decent name, and cool powers...although his heroic timing isn't too perfect. That may explain his absence in the recent events.
Lets just say he's busy with college work. Not that he goes to college, but...lets just say. Sssh...
(His absence is due to vacation in another city.)
Powers:

Water Manipulation:
Pratt can manipulate water.
Various forms of manipulation include;
Water blasts - holding arms forward and blasting water in that direction.
Water wave - A swarm of water appears below Pratt and allows him to create temporally surfaces to stand on. So like Iceman from X-Men.
Standing on water - self-explanatory.
Snow/Ice - If Water/Pratt is heated up first and then blasts water into a very, VERY, cold area, he can create snow. Ice, obviously just put Pratt in a very cold area and make him blast water. The difference between making Snow & Ice is that Pratt needs to have a very high temp. before blasting water into a cold area.
Water prison - Water wraps around enemy and secures them in place. He can both only create one water prison at a time and only does it to low common crooks (in case allies or the opponent are using magical abilities. When utilizing water, Pratt is connected to the water, so any harm to the water harms him too. He doesn't want to accidentally make his allies hit him as well when he's working together to stop a super villain.)
(He's also a great swimmer and can breathe underwater.)

Pratt Walker requires a source of water for him to manipulate it in the first place. If he is wet (from, say, rain or a bucket splashed on his head) then he can create little water, but not as much as he usually would.

Weapons & Equipment*:
To ensure he's always prepared for a fight, Pratt has a backpack with a 10 liter jar attached to him, full with water. The backpack also has a very long straw-like foam rope attached to the 10 liter jar of water. Whenever he needs to use water, he connects the foam rope to the back of his mask and activates the jar, allowing water to be pushed against the back of Pratt's neck and lets him manipulate water. When using water, some water will evaporate from the jar, and eventually, the 10 liter will run out of water.
Other*:
Here's my cliche good boy superhero for the day.

Akira.png
Name: Few have heard his name and lived. So for your name, lets just call him "Earl" and hope it isn't his real name.
Alias: AKIRA
Age: Forty something, who knows. [Bio kinda explains why nobody knows.]
Gender: Male

Appearance:
"Earl" never shows his face, or changes his clothes. Gross, I know.
Costume*:

5ac4dca0aee454477232bfef9de75acb--ninja-artwork-ninja-concept-art.jpg

Side:
Heroes, despite the frightening mask.
Bio:

Most of "Earl's" life before the incident is private information, whereas the only people with knowledge of such being Akira himself (and maybe past friends/family who find out who Akira is), though the incident and beyond is known to others.

(In universe) you could just pull up an article on Akira's backstory if you want all the details, but to sum it up like some dude giving you a brief summary of his past, here it is;

So you have this tourist right? And he's out touristing, and he enters a sacred temple on a hill. This temple is a tourist attraction, although its heavily guarded and visitors gotta wear those bag slippers, y'know? Yeah well this tourist, Ima call him "Earl", stumbles upon a secret room when nobody is watching and well, he's greeted by this weird wish granting machine. And, well, y'know, tourist will be tourist and ask for the dumbest stuff.

So Earl's all like, "i dunno make me a hero" and the wish grantin' machine's like "k sure" and then strange lights appear and these long strands of cloth start folding all over Earl's body. So he's like a mummy, except there's no folds on his head and the cloth is dark blue. Suddenly, these ninja clothing and such start appearing on his body. Next thing he knows, he's a full blown ninja!

Earl walks out of the secret room, which disappears upon exit, and everyone's looking at him and stuff, and well, Earl tries to be all excited and say "yo dudes ima ninja look" but he doesn't, and instead he's like "I am Akira, sworn protector of the Light. Sacred creation of Hio & predecessor of Vun."

Yeah, well, years later, he's all famous and stuff, fightin' crime y'know and being a superhero. Suddenly, the fame gets to him. Everyday it's the same thing; sign a picture of himself, fight crime, take a selfie, fight crime, partake in an interview, fight crime, and then he's finally like "This is too much!" and runs off, never to be seen again. . .

"What happens next?"

I dunno man, he just vanished! Nobody's seen him since! It's been 15 years and still...nothin'.

"Alright, I feel like I just dumber listening to you. I'm going to leave."

[Pretty simple backstory. A tourist fights a sacred wish granting machine and wishes to be a hero. The machine turns him into Akira, an ancient myth created by the owner of the tourist attraction temple many years ago (back when it was still an actual home.) For years, Akira fights crime while participating in advertisements, interviews, and conventions, and the fame and everyday routine finally gets to him. Fed up with everything, Akira runs away from MegaMetro, never to be seen again.]

Powers:

Enhanced Athleticism/Supernatural Reflexes
Says it in the name. Akira basically moves fast, bends a lot, and can move away if something is coming at him. He can't sense things like Spider-Man (if it's behind him, he won't move) but if someone jumps in front of him and tries to punch him instantly, then he'll move and most likely not get hurt.
Honestly, I'm getting tired of explaining this ability in particular every dang time.

Predecessor Replication/Symbiotic Costume
Akira's costume has been past down once by a man simply titled "Vun." The voice of Vun can be heard from anybody, as his voice is the same volume as a normal person's (after death, Vun's soul was placed in the costume of Akira, so unfortunately, wherever the costume goes, he's forced to go with it. That includes the bathroom.) So once "Earl" dies, his voice and soul will be put into the Akira costume, and whoever inherits Akira will have to deal with the annoyed voice of Vun and the sad voice of Earl.

Invisibility
What kinda Ninja would Earl would be without this? Akira can camouflage himself with his environment, although doing so for too long can strain him and make him lose focus. It's like being constipated. Too far?

Weapons & Equipment*:
*Snap! Boom! Explosions!*

Two swords connected by a long-ass chain!
Being serious, "Earl" wields two katanas with a long metal chain keeping them together. A recurring move of his is too wrap his opponent in the chain. I dunno, it's a fetish, I guess.

Other*:
I'm thinking of making Earl a mentor-like guy to Jaguar.
Also, 15 years of isolation has changed Akira. He's not the family-friendly ninja icon he was years ago. Just a heads up. Despite that, he's a still a hero. Chaotic Good.

demdo_demi demdo_demi , VILE and Kurt are both accepted! As you’ve heard on the Discord, Alaska and America, yes, don’t exist, so you can give VILE a nice home somewhere in Oberon. ;)

Tony, however is denied. I really love the character, but intergalactic travel doesn’t exist yet. That’s pretty much the only thing blocking him from being accepted, other than possibly the semi-immortality. However, other magical dimensions do exist, but the only way to cross them is through extremely strong magic. But galactic travel doesn’t.

I realize VILE may still be a work in progress, but this is just my feedback for what you have came up with currently. Other than that, you’re free to RP with Kurt, and once VILE is finished, let me know. ;)

He (VILE) should be done now.

Also, I hope you don't mind if I completely revise Tony, or in lack of another term, "completely-change-everything-except-the-costume-and-the-human-face." I really like the costume design (to me, finding it on Google was like finding a pot of gold in a haystack) so I'm going to use the design for an entirely different person.

Name: Unknown, for he abandoned his name to take on a new title.

Alias:
Did you really think I was gonna spoil his name when the final arc is all about finding out who he is? Wow, you’re really stupid. (Just kidding, don’t take this seriously. ;) ) Fear not, I will reveal his alias in the arc!

Age: 50

Gender: Male

Appearance: Unknown, as he is always wearing a mask and clothing, except when he is in absolute privacy.

Costume: He has two different outfits. One is his religious outfit, and the other is his battle armor. Included is his mask too.

Mask that he wears. (Except for when in private.)

Battle armor. (Ignore the weapon and imagine the mask on his face.)

Religious robes. (Ignore the face and weapons and imagine a mask and hood.)

Side: Villain

Bio: Born to very religious parents (Christian), Rlod Ciamgro (Since that’s what the city knows him as, let’s call him that. ;) ) lived a very privileged childhood. He was the eldest of four children, and his parents were extremely rich. They lived in a huge mansion in northern Heroica (nowhere near MegaMetro), and threw parties all the time.

Rlod was used to going to church on the weekends, and his parents raised them in a religious way. Their children soon became dedicated to pleasing God. Rlod and his siblings were sent to a religious school through their childhoods, and then Christian colleges.

During his twenties (from 1995-2005), Rlod watched as his siblings got married and had kids. Their families grew- but not his. Rlod stayed in the library, researching more about Christianity. He wanted a better world. Rlod was furious at God and fate for creating such a conflicted world. But he still attended church, or else he would be shamed by his siblings and parents.

Then, in 2006, the perfect opportunity came for him. A young man who called himself Devil’s Heir roamed around Heroica, recruiting members for his new cult. Rlod supported Devil’s Heir’s beliefs, and soon, but secretly, became a member. When the organization grew even more in 2008 and 2009, Rlod was promoted to a senior advisor.

In late 2009, his parents found out the truth. Rlod, keeping his cover, pretended to visit his parents one day. They found out that he was working with the new terrorist Group that was rising. They nearly called the police. Rlod quickly grabbed the steak knife, and ended their lives. As he ran towards the pathway down to the HQ that Devil’s Heir was building, Rlod knew he could not return soon. He vanished into the underground, and hasn’t seen the sun since the day he killed his parents.

Rlod’s parents were found dead, and Rlod missing. Some of his siblings were arrested, but released when found to be completely innocent. Police searched for Rlod, but he wasn’t found. He had just vanished.

Meanwhile, deep beneath MegaMetro, a plan was brewing in Rlod’s mind. He wanted control of the Devil’s Cult. He knew that Devil’s Heir was far too young, childish, and foolish to have this entire organization on his shoulders. So in 2010, when the Cult had reached its peak, Rlod told Devil’s Heir to go to Abb Amusement Park. If he destroyed it, the Devil would appear. Devil’s Heir believed this, and went. He never returned. To be more specific, he was killed. Rlod knew that Devil’s Heir would die.

Following this, chaos broke out. Someone had to become the new leader. The high ranked officials vied for control. They fought each other. A “civil war” broke out. But none of them won. Rlod blackmailed members into supporting him. He threatened to kill them if they wouldn’t support him. Rlod, with his support, became the leader of Devil’s Cult. He banished some of the other high ranked officials who fought for leadership, and he exiled, a great deal of the advisors.

During the past 15 years, Rlod has stayed underground, plotting the attacks while his faithful cultists carried them out. But he’s planning to come back up again. And this time, he has a plan that will not fail.

Powers:

Fire Magic- Rlod can use forms of fire magic. He can create standard fire spells, which will send a jet of fire towards the target. He may also choose to create a fire dragon, which will send a jet of fire that can target the victim. Rlod may also create small fire “tornadoes,” which are as they sound, funnels of fire.

Spell Casting- His abilities here are very limited, but Rlod possesses the ability to cast certain spells. These spells are casted simply by thinking about what he wants to do. Below is a list of the spells he can cast.

- Increasing Voice Volume
- Summoning Binding Ropes
- Night Vision
- Portals to Other Dimensions*

*There are certain places where certain portals must be opened. For instance, the portal to the hell dimension can only be opened on Central Finance. He also requires a great deal of time to focus on this.

Blood Magic- He can heal himself by touching the blood of others. Alternatively, he can inflict pain upon a close target by touching his own blood. This does require himself having to open a wound big enough for blood to flow. However, when executed, it does not fail to deliver pain and there is no way for a target to avoid this attack.
