Psionics - Electricity Manipulation
Vedix is able to manipulate the electricity around him in various forms from powering electronics to forcing it out in a more offensive manner. He can store electricity up to a certain point however it will dispurse after awhile and he is unable to generate his own. This is commonly utilized in combat to stun his enemies as well as handle electrical maintenance around the platform.

Character Skills:
- Major Skill - Echolocation: He is able to emit a small nearly undetectable wave of sound that will bounce off nearby objects and allow him to "see."
- Minor Skill 1 - Trained Reflexes: Going into the military while blind required him to learn how to cope when locked in melee or otherwise close range combat. Because of this he is able to react a bit faster than one would expect.
- Minor Skill 2 - Enhanced Sensory Perception: Being born blind wasn't the best, but it did help in one aspect. While he didn't have his sight and to depend on other senses before being connected to the psionic network, they were sharpened just a bit above average.

Character Flaws:
- Disadvantage 1 - Blind Since Birth: Having never been able to see, Vedix is clearly at a disadvantage when compared to the others within his field and even the other various residents of the platform.
- Disadvantage 2 - Not Exactly a Battery: Even though he can manipulate the substance, he can still be shocked by electricity he and other source is currently in control of. That doesn't mean he hasn't grown resistant to smaller electrocutions from working with maintenance problems, of course.
- Disadvantage 3 - Only Human: Vedix is simply a human that is connected to the psionic network. Meaning he has to cover his ass when in combat with an alien or of cyborg.
- Disadvantage 4 - Seeing is Key: If Vedix is not already using echolocation to sort out his surroundings, he can easily be caught off guard.

Fears: Never being able to see, but more specifically, never being able to see Earth, his home.
Optimism vs. Pessimism: Pessimism for he hadn't been very optimistic as a child for his blind condition, it making him believe that he wouldn't amount to anything.
Introvert vs. Extrovert: Middle ground. While he doesn't actively search for others to be around, he doesn't mind the company should he have it.
Justice vs. Mercy: More often than not he would wish justice to be served fairly, but it doesn't mean that mercy couldn't creep through the cracks depending upon the situation.
Feelings on the Union: As he is working under them, Vedix doesn't really have any strong feeling for or against them. Rather neutral seeing as he does have an actual job of all things while being blind, so he has that to be thankful for.
Common Mannerisms: Tends to look directly at people when speaking or interacting with them, even though he is unable to actually see them.
Interests & Hobbies: Working with his hands, seeing as there a lot of hobbies that require sight.
Overall Personality: Vedix is a very...blunt person. Speaking his mind more often than not unless it would have quite th sever effect. He isn't one to joke and is quite serious most of the time. Though he's quite calm in nature, it would take a hole hell of a lot to annoy him to the point where he would have to say something. Vedix is also extremely diligent, taking extreme care and pride into a task he enjoys. Over all, he could be compared to a grumpy old man that had just lost his favorite pair of slippers.
