Welcome to Legend City!
In a remote part of a city in the United States, there lies a city buried underground. It is much active even though it is mostly unknown. There are about 10,000 inhabitants in it and growing. These people, or rather, "Urban Legends" live here in seclusion because most of the outside world do not accept them. They come in all shapes and sizes, from the ugly to the beautiful, the small and the big, the weak and the powerful. All of them live here because it is their safe haven. In the entrance of this city, which is an underground tunnel, there is a sign that says, "Welcome to Legend City. May you find friends and avoid seclusion in our wonderful world full of fun and excitement!" Right by that sign are two normal-looking men guarding the place. They are wearing a black suit, similar to Men in Black, and are armed with an assault rifle, AK-47. As you enter the city, the guard on the right greets you. He says, "Welcome. Are you one of the abnormal ones?" You answered yes, and you gained an entry to the city.
Immediately, the first thing that you saw upon entering was a street cafeteria. It was a small building with food, and right outside it are tables where the customers ate at. Upon closer examination, you saw that they were serving cheeseburgers and fries. Nothing out of the ordinary... However, you knew and had a great feeling that what you saw did not represent the weirdness and wonder of this place. And with that, you started walking further into the city, unsure of what might come...

The Hot Spots
(This is where most people would be hanging out.)
The Entrance Cafeteria: This is the small establishment that you saw upon entering Legend City. It's run by Milda, a fairy the size of the average male thumb. She uses magic to create literally any dish available in the known earth. It is a small building and has dining tables right outside of it, where you go to eat.(This is where most people would be hanging out.)
The Gym: Need a workout? This is the place to go. It is just like a normal gym in the outside world, with weights, punching bags, a ring, a dojo, a sauna, a swimming pool, shower rooms, cardio machines, and a basketball court. Right outside of it is a track. The place is run by a heavily-muscled man named Bruno.
The Red Dragon Bar: There are lots of bars and nightclubs in the outside world, but nothing compares to Legend City's Red Dragon Bar. It has drinks, food, pools, music, and other games. This is where you socialize or flirt, or both. This is also where lots of bar brawls happen among guys who have something to prove. This bar is run by a fairy called Ronda.
The Learning Center: This is Legend City's very own school for everyone. It doesn't matter what your level of education is, this is for you. Whether you're a college-level student or a 1st grader, the people who work and teach here will cater to your learning needs. It is run by an alien life-form known as Larry. He has an oversized skull for his oversized brain. He also has gray skin.
The Dorms: Virtually everyone who lives in Legend City is assigned a dorm room. Every dorm room is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchen, a TV, and a bed. Since there are about 10,000 inhabitants in the city, there are also about 10,000 dorms available. This number may grow.
Teleportation Stations: This is how people in this city get around. They are everywhere, and they look like your typical elevator. Except that instead of going up and down, they teleport you to the major spots in the city.
The Zoo: A place full of animals and abnormal creatures. 'Nuff said.
Walmart: Yeah... Even Legend City has its own Walmart, where you save money and shop smart. Only at Walmart.
The Mall: This is a favorite spot for many people. It is just like any other mall in the outside world. Places to shop, places to eat at, whatever.
Internet Cafes: These are places where you get free usage of computers either for gaming purposes or to go to the internet to do some facebooking or tweeting or whatever. These places come with free food and free drinks. Each of them are run by fairies.
