Brown wolf with black along the back. Passed off as a Husky, German Shepherd mix.
History
Chris was an infantry soldier in the US army during WWII. After being shipped home to northern Minnesota because he was wounded he became a cop after he healed. He was hiking in the woods when directly at noon the sun faired and he heard the voice of the sun spirit in his mind, telling him of the power and responsibility he now had.
On his way home he meet a single wolf, brown with black down its back. And he didn't know how he knew what to do but he and the wolf merged for the first time. Just a few weeks later he transferred to the K9 division.
Upon realizing that he didn't age he soon had to leave. He moved every 10 years to avoid suspicion because he didn't age.
He and Rex was the only K9 unit in the county, based out of Mullbrook. They had been there for 6 years, and well established as a trusted police officer.
Personality
Chris is outgoing and friendly, much like Rex. All the kids in the town know Rex and often are found playing with the massive dog. Chris is a frequent in all the popular places in town, and Rex is allowed in too because he has a very good inside manor.
Even though they are both light hearted and easy going, they are also very well respected as police officers, and frequently turn down job offers from bigger departments, because they can't make a name for themselves.
