Futuristic Unknown Crisis OOC [Private]

Mako: Doesn't really get puns but when they are explained to her she gets really into visual and body language puns that she thinks are hilarious but no one else gets because they don't know the intricacies of alien body language.
Pansy: Has all the dad jokes but you need to get him a little tipsy first. But not to drunk or he starts making really dark ex military dad jokes and cries.
Odina!: Programmed to get puns, whether she likes them or not is... debatable.
Lacy: Doesn't react until no one is watching and she cracks up.

Eppie loves puns, but on a low-key, 'groan-but-smother-your-smile-behind-your-hand' sort of way.

She'd also probably drive a two-door Jeep, so she could go on fun-filled, late night drives in the summer with the doors and the roof off.

Quick! Tell us about your character's first love!

Whether that's a person or, say, a real cute dog, is up to you!

Duke is basically Donny's highschool sweet heart and the mother of his daughter- he's not really sure if they're still actually romantically together or not anymore. But they video call a lot. It's complicated.

Cathal had a few puppy love sort of relationships on Xaeria, but the person he considers his real first love is Julie. She's a mercenary he met as a pirate. They sometimes were on the same crew, and are still in contact.

1. Mako decided at age 20 she was going to marry the goddess of the sea and no one has quite been up to that par yet for her, though she has half-given up on marrying the divine manisfrstation of 1/3 of her world.
2. Indiana jones

Kev: Kevin had a girl or two who he had a crush on in school, but he wasn’t even bold enough to ask their names.

Kevkev: Kevin wore a spacesuit styled after the one worn by Yuri Gagarin, the first human to leave planet earth. He considered raising the solar visor to show his face, but turned shy before he could.

The sisters Delaisser: They weren’t much for love at a young age. They just loved one another as sisters. Billy did briefly experiment with Tinder, but was left unsatisfied.

The spooky sisters Delaisser: Billy was a generic pirate, and Tina was a generic Ninja. Because they’re sisters and it’s fun.

Donny went as Obi-Wan Kenobi because he has the facial hair to pull it off.

How does your character enter the room for their romance scene with Eppie Commander Shepard? What's the lead in, what's their angle?

Kevin’s scene starts with Shepard in bed, and he knocks at the door very quietly. By the time you get up and answer he’s about to leave, and he stumbles over his words for a moment before Shep says something to the effect of “You don’t have to say that much. Do you want to come in?” And then you two sit on the bed and talk about the upcoming end of the world mission and just sort of... Hold on to each other.
The real trick is unlocking it, given that he’s straight, you need to be high paragon, you have to have completed his loyalty mission with the ‘coming out of the shell’ result, and whenever Kevin is present, you MUST pick non-violent options and succeed at not getting into fights whenever possible.

Billy’s scene starts with her slamming her fists on the door. She’s horribly drunk and has a tie on her head. She shouts about how she’s done waiting and building it up and it’s time to just fuckin’ go. Depending on your paragon/renegade rating, this is either met with a super enthusiastic ‘fuck yeah’ or a sort of chilling out before Billy admits that for all her raunchiness, she’s never actually had sex, and probably needs help figuring it out.
Unlocking hers is way easier. Just drink with her a few times, talk to her as much as you can, and don’t let her or Tina die.

Tina’s romance scene has no dialogue. Tina just opens the door, makes a ‘shh’ motion and starts unraveling her belt before looking at Shep for approval. Shep holds the belt and gently helps her out of her kimono, both of them smile.
Unlocking Tina requires talking to both her and Billy a lot, and doing a long trade chain quest for a piece of art by a species with Septachromatic vision.

???: Nivek opens the door, and says “Do you really think it’s worth it? I’m not really a lover.” Shep replies with “No, but you’re a fighter. And I think that matters a lot in bed.” “If you insist. I just think it’s silly.” “Alright then, let’s see who finishes on top!” This is followed by Shep wrestling Nivek into bed, and Nivek quickly turning the tables before the scene cuts to black.
Unlocking this scene requires high renegade, finishing Kevin’s loyalty quest with the ‘Identical after all’ result, finishing the ‘Shaded footsteps’ quest, and acquiring the full Corporate Handler armor set. No specific gender is required.

Donovan is the romance option get if you didn't particularly romance anyone else. He just shows up with a cupcake, a bottle of wine and says, something like, "Just pretend I'm the best store in the citadel." The scene continues on a little awkward and you have the option to send him away, if you do a sound clip will play after the door closes "Second best store in the citadel." if you invite him in he'll half tackles them into bed right before things try to take a swing for the tender.

Goody isn't hard to unlock but you might not realize he's romancable. he doesn't have his own loyalty mission but you do have to bring him on the majority of the crews loyalty missions. Any time there is a decision about quality of life versus technological advancement you must pick quality of life. He will jokingly invite you to an arcade sometime- he will win you a giant parakeet plush. It will be in the room as the scene begins. It cuts to black with the line, "So I guess we have to skip first base."

Tom isn't romancable. But if you try to visit Cathal the door will be locked and you'll get a voice clip from Tom tell you to piss off.

To Unlock: Mako: Make paragon choices, but Mako will gain approval if you do the occasional renegade interrupt
Odina: Has a crush on Edi so don't try
Pansy: "I'm to old for ya kid."
Lacy: *faints*
While through her story-line Eppie Shepard slowly gets the idea that Mako is not human its not confirmed until her loyalty mission In ME2 where Mako requests help on a mission to prevent major natural disaster on a jungle world. Shit goes south of course as a mining corporation wants to illegally exacerbate the disasters so they can mine the world for key resources. Shit goes souther as after guiding the party through a hyper dangerous jungle Mako is shot and falls off a cliff. Shepard and the other party member fight their way through the base ending with a fight with two YMIR mechs. Then a third one smashes through the door only to be tackled by a giant lion-elk. Theres a tense stand off, which culminates in Shepard either: Not recognizing Mako (Which ends the mission with Mako's loyalty not won you monster) And recognizing Mako which wins her loyalty. You also get the option to kiss her on her head which STARTS THE ROMANCE (while you can flirt a lot before you are not considered romancing until this). Also for funsies you unlock her loyalty skill hunter's focus, which gives you the ability to see through walls and dramatically increases your move speed. Their net conversation is basically Fferid Q&A on what the hell Mako is, ending with the promise to teach each other about courtship rituals. On the night before the suicide mission Mako drags a massive bag of bones to Sheperds room, in order to teach them how to carve charms to protect them on the suicide mission. Its revealed though that while Shepards making protection charms, Mako is making the equivalent of a Engagement ring. Things get heated quick and end with Shepard leaning in and initiating after Mako reveals she's scared of hurting her lover. After a fade to black, It ends with them cuddling in bed (With Shepard on top) and Mako saying that she thinks she really likes how humans do "that" ;), to amused giggling.
If Mako survives and is not broken up with in ME3:
Mako does not join the party in Me3 as she dedicates herself to bringing the Fferids into the fight against the reapers. However Shepard quickly notes that she seems to appear in the citadel, the quarian fleet, omega and any friendly port where Shepard is. Their romance continues and Mako does her best to be supportive though her increasing stress in bringing the species together. This culminates in a second loyalty mission where Mako asks shepard and co for help repelling an attack on her home planet. The mission goes smoothly as shepards expertise combined with terrifying giant lion elk, and near every other species on the planet is enough to repel the attack. It turns out maybe giving an entire planet of apex predators, some of which are nearly as big as reapers, a common enemy is a bad idea. Mako thanks Shepard and later invites her to an informal meeting with her family, all of which love Shepard immensely and throw her a big feast. The Fferids announce their intent to join the council but as they have no central military, all they can promise is elite squads of operatives. Shepard gains the War Asset: Fferid Hunts: Worth 90 readiness points. Shepard also recieves an email from an Alliance command saying that the Hunts have been a massive asset to to the planets where reaper occupation is near complete as their skill in asymmetrical warfare make them the bane of many reaper forces. Included is a tacked on report from an alliance Lieutenant, who tells shepard that the forces that have received Fferid help have grown to love their "Giant kitten friends" and that the Fferids were integrating well. The email is signed off as Lt. Jamie Kessler 103rd Marine corps team Foxtrot "The furious Fferids" with a picture of a grizzaled marine squd posing with a fferid SHepard recognizes as one of Mako's many siblings.
Mako is invited to the party on the citadel dlc and while she is shy at first, answering Liara's questions awkwardly and getting a little flustered. Later she can be found bantering with Wrex and Grunt about the various things they've killed. As the night wears on shes found inebriated and rapidly shape-shifting into various human members of the crew and doing hilariously bad impressions. Waking up in the morning, Shepard finds herself snuggled into the soft fur of Mako in her natural form who kisses their lover awake and shifts back, off to make breakfast until she is reminded by shepard that maybe clothes?
Mako sneaks aboard the normandy before the final mission, and shepard finds her in their bedroom. Mako reveals she's terrified for her lover and makes her promise to wear protection charms. By the end Mako accepts that shepard is committed to this and accepts her lovers possible death, ending with the serious question of where shepard wanted to be returned to the cycle. There is no wrong answer but notably: "In space" Will elcit giggles from Mako who says that she couldn't think of a more appropriate place for her love. "In the sea" Wil make Mako blush intensely as it means that despite their widely diffferent religions and cultures, shepard wants to be buried with Mako when the time comes.
Mako is last seen with the Hammer forces, in full fferid form, tackling a Harvester out of the air and ripping it apart with her claws. Shes revealed to be alive in some of the endings, either emerging from the normandy or refusing to add Shepard to the list of casualties.

Cathal: If you interact with him enough and aren't drop kicking babies he'll probably ask you out. Accepting means receiving increasingly bizarre gifts. If you decline, he'll stay your friend, but will hook up with Tom when you're not looking.

Finn: Everyone says he's not romanceable, but you just have to be patient. Very, very patient. If you aren't, he'll probably hook up with Goody.

Cris: Isn't romanceable and will stab you if you try.

Some keep their lunch. Some take their lunch. And some have lunch taken from them. In the great stage of our spaceship’s eating area, where does your character lie?

Kevin keeps his lunch because he makes it, and doesn’t even leave his room during mealtime. You can’t even steal the ingredients because he has a good door lock.

Billy takes lunch. She then acts all offended and talks about how she’s gotta save up for the house she and her sister want, and the car they need, and blah blah blah. Then if you don’t give up she probably tries to fight you. Notably, she does NOT steal the lunch of the tough people like Cris and Miloj.

Tina has lunch thrust upon her. Because she knows how to guilt people into either buying her lunch or sharing theirs or even getting Kevin to make her lunch. You’d be surprised how good her creepy yellow cyber eyes are at the puppy dog eye thing.

Miloj keeps his lunch, for any fool that gets between the bear and his munchies shall become the munchy themselves.

Donovan firmly but politely reminds everyone that there is enough lunch for everyone.

You never see goody eat. You are concerned.

Cathal: If you mention being hungry around him, he's either going to grill you a cheese or give you candy. How many candy bars does he have stuffed in his jacket anyway???

Finn: Apparently only knows how to cook for a family of six, and shares. Hope you like barbecue.

Cris: Seems to subsist entirely on coffee and spite.

Mako usually consumes massive quantities of raw meat when alone and just nibbles on things offered to her by others when shes in groups.
Rosemary makes tiny little lunchboxes which are kinda adorable and are always nutritionally balanced'
Odina! Can simulate giving you a lunch but its not like she rendered it for you or anything b-baka!
Lacy usually buys her lunch but when cathal is around she makes him cook for her because she loves her brothers food.

OK, in time honored theunderwolf tradition:
ITS THE MOTHER HUGGING POKEMON AU
trainercard-Ann Mako.png
I'd recommend a trainer card or really whatever you want just: who is your character in the world of Pokemon?
In the Pokemon AU Mako is an alien who is hunting deoxis who her people tracked to earth. However, now separated from her kind, she finds herself integrating into this new human world more and more, culminating to taking on the gyms of Sinnoh.

trainercard-Kevin.png
Kevin, funnily enough, was once in a Pokemon RP! As a team rocket grunt! A really, really bad one! He didn't know he was supposed to be evil.

In any case, in the current realm of Pokemon, he's probably rescuing people. I don't know what sort of disaster relief he's working with, or if he's actually some kind of far-out pokemon ranger, but he's just trying to keep people safe. Well, it's either that, or go back to mining.

trainercard-The Twins.png

The twins Delaisser... Are straight-up criminals. If they don't kick your ass and demand your lunch money, they're trying to subtly pick your pocket, or scam you into buying a golden magikarp. They're above messing with your pokemon, and they sure as hell don't want to kill anyone, but they won't think twice about punching you in the face, grabbing your wallet, and making a run for it. But hey, they're a pair of hungry orphans who have no-one but each other, and their pokemon.

trainercard-Elexander.png

You know what Elexander does.

Christmas is coming. And the radio stations are all blasting the same festive songs that ALWAYS get played. Some are beloved. Some are so annoying that you want to punch the radio. What are your characters’ favorite Christmas songs? And, perhaps most importantly, which drive them to madness?

Kevin is a classic Carol of the bells type.
He can’t stand Silver Bells.

Billy prefers Feliz Navidad
Last Christmas makes her want to barf.

Tina likes White Christmas.
She’s not a fan of Cold outside.

Pansy dislikes the idea of christmas
Mako loves christmas music and can sing along to every song but has some very fundamental misconceptions about the holiday, mostly over the identity of santa claus, as she thinks he
A::Exists
B: Would be the greatest hunt and test of her skills
As such she spends Christmas eve plotting to kill him, and since Pnasy doesn't do christmas, she's assumed so far that Santa is a coward who won't face her.
Odina! Puts on a Santa hat and mini-dress for the holidays and ques up ALL the Christmas movies and songs, which drives her owner up the wall.
Lacy is terrible at Christmas songs but is very enthusiastic! She cant quite remember what comes after "jingle bells/ Jingle bells/ Jingle all the way..." But ho boy will she try!
Also Mako quietly celebrates the winter solstice in her natural form whenever she can, and does so as far away from other people as possible, as its supposed to be a nightlong silent vigil of alcohol and meat.

Cathal is not a good pokemon trainer; he just wants the fluffiest boys. Also a hawlucha named Nacho who will kick your ass.

Christmas!

Cathal: Loves all Christmas music! Will probably torment you with Gatatumba all December. (This song, for the record, doesn't actually mean anything.)

Cris: Is either listening to something orchestral and loud or like...this. Anything they play in a mall during Christmas is going to make her groan.

Finn: Hates Christmas, and celebrates Chanukkah. Have a latke.
