Bayonetta opened fire with her weapons, but before she could finish the job the other warrior had taken her target away.

"Well that just won't do."

Growling in frustration she summoned a portal to Inferno and dropped through, determined to break into the Mirror Dimension.

Konahrik didn’t fight back. Instead he simply fell to his knees. Part of him believed this is where he’s going to die…but figured it didn’t matter anymore, he lost and the got him.

Fugai’s voice came through. “Kain? Where are you? You didn’t do anything stupid did you?”

"No, I took us to the Mirror Dimension, I'm gonna try to talk to him"

He told Fugai on his watch and then looked over to Konahrik as he fell down to his knees, he didn't know how long they would have but Bayonatta would be pissed. He walked closer to Konahrik and stood there watching him.

"I'm not going to kill you if that's what your wondering"

"Ok." Fugai responded. "Though, you better bring him back, or else Cugai's going to drag you both here. Bayonetta's not going to kill him, anyways, we got something that will probably help......mostly gift cards to her local shoe store, cause, heheh, women amiright?...don't tell her I said that..."

Konahrik said nothing to the sorcerer. His head lay low, waiting for his strength to come back.

Pearl leaned up to the microphone, her mouth a mere inch away. She smacks her lips a little more before taking a deep breath.

 

[Xen6n]

Kain chuckled as he heard Fugai on the transmission, "Don't worry, I won't", he then focused his attention on Konahrik, who seem to accept defeat at this point, who wouldnt blame him.

"You don't need to do this Konahrik, this is your Multiverse too, your world. You can give up, It doesn't have to end this way"

Kain said as he kneeled down to Konahrik.

Konahrik remained silent, but listened to the sorcerer as he spoke. He wanted to stay quiet so that he would just take him to his leaders and throw him in a cell....or kill him, didn't matter. He, however, broke his own silence. "It's ironic....All of you went after me like I was Oblivion incarnate.....yet, I didn't even destroy a single universe. All these worlds that I have gathered...they were all doomed to annihilation by their own people. These many days have been nothing but wanting to see these....hells....become absolute.... because somewhere deep down.... I wanted the pain to stop. I didn't care if I succeeded or I died...I just want it to stop..."

 

[Hahli Nuva]

A few feet away a red portal ripped through the dimension, signaling that Bayonetta had arrived.

Sure enough, the last Umbra Witch sauntered through, yawning a bit before summoning her demonic weapons. Four purple revolvers appeared on her hands and heels, triple barreled and fully charged with infernal power.

“I must say, Konahrik. You’re a rather slippery little worm, aren’t you?”

"Konakrik, destroying the Multiverse won't be the answer. I have enough power to stop world hunger, remove every sickness and stop every war. There was once a version of me who killed the avatar of death and erased the concept of death, making everyone incapable of dying. You know why I don't do that because everything is part of the natural order, something needs to die for something to be born, war must happen so peace can prevail, and humans and other species need to evolve by themselves so that they can be the best of themselves, doing it for them will not change anything. Please we can help you, It's not the-"

Kain sensed a portal opening behind him and he turned to see Bayonetta ready to finish off Konahrik, he quickly erected the Shield of the Seraphim around both Konahrik and him.

"Bayonetta, please, just give us one moment, you don't need to kill him"

The Umbra Witch aimed Color My World at the sorcerer and her target. She had a small smirk on her lips.

“You have two minutes. After that our friend here has a date with Inferno.”

She lowered her gun, pacing side to side as she fixed Konahrik with a dark glare. Clearly she had her own motives separate from the UCA.

"Boo-YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!"​

Pearl had screamed into the microphone, anyone near her would notice how abnormally loud she was, and the amplification from the microphone made her only ever louder. The world around them began to unravel, shattering like glass at an opera. Cugai held up the crystal, allowing it to shield the base from the coming shockwave. The entirety of the dead universe is reduced to mere molecules. Pearl stumbles away from the microphone, falling on the ground. She throws her arms up in victory as she makes a death rattle sound, since her voice was now gone. The only thing that remained now was the Agents standing in front of the tower.

Cugai, however, wasn't done yet. Using a machine, he tracks Kain's unique energy signature, using the crystal to open a portal to the mirror world. He steps through, looking around and seeing the three within the mishmash. He floats toward the three, first handing Bayonetta an envelope. "Here. Gift cards. Loads of things you can buy them with. Don't ask what's all there, Soldier picked them out. Let's just say it's our way of saying thanks, but we kinda need to whip him a little bit before we do anything drastic, tuts."

He then floats over to Kain and Konahrik. "If we have two minutes then we can use them back at base. HUNK! Wentz! Get the cuffs and the cells ready." He turns back around, the crystal brightly glowed and Konahrik suddenly disappeared. Cugai then flew through the portal, dropping the now powerless crystal, leaving Kain and Bayonetta behind.

Back at base, the Knight and Hurlgug just stood, watching as the Multiverse passed by them.

"Wow. Who would of known that universes looked so much like soul gems." Hurlgug said. "I mean, wow. Pink crystals. Who would of thought?"

The Knight didn't say a word to Hurlgug. Instead, he simply stood in silence.

 

[Xen6n]

The scream from Pearl caused his ears to bleed, even within the Mirror Dimension, the noise can be heard across universes. He blocked his ears as he saw Konahrik disappear, he would follow Cugai into the portal, wiping the blood from his ears. He hoped his eardrums didn't burst.

 

[Goonfire]

After applying the green herbs to his wounds, HUNK was ready to wrap this up. He had the pleasure of approaching with a set of special cuffs, just for Konahrik. When the (former) warlord appeared in front of him, he flicked the cuffs into place, the metal clamping around those bruised wrists. He really had accomplished all his directives now. Once the foe was secure in a cell, HUNK could finally rest.

“Sadly for him, this isn’t the Green Mile,” Balalaika muttered to herself as Konahrik was escorted past the victorious agents. She blew a cloud of cigar smoke towards his face; this would be the start of a long, grueling sentence for him under the fierce mobster’s watch.

A good while had passed, Konahrik had been brought to the balcony of the U.C.A's watchtower. Cugai stood before him, having Pepperjack stand behind him. "Konahrik. You're lucky this whole thing didn't turn out worse than it actually was. I'll admit, you were slippery, but you can't slip from us that easy." He holds out a scroll. "For your numerous crimes in Skyrim, and your meddling with the Dark Multiverse, we will be held in custody of the Universe Correction Agency until we feel it is proper to send you home."

Cugai walked away from the Warlord, Hurlgug having stepped in to see his counterpart one last time. Konahrik kept his head low, as usual. Hurlgug walked up to Konahrik, giving off a warm smile. "You ever look at these....universe things, and think "Gee, those look like Soul Gems" huh?"

Konahrik said nothing.

"I mean, you can't deny they look like them. I mean, they have living energy inside them, don't they?"

Again, nothing. Hurlhug scratched his head. "Huh...Now I know how the wife feels."

Hurlgug turns, walking away from his counterpart as Pepperjack steps up to take Konahrik away. Hurlgug looks back over to see himself, still not believing that there exists a world where he becomes the very thing he sought to destroy.

THWACK!

Without warning, Hurlgug is struck in the face by a shield, knocking the warrior on his back. Cugai quickly runs in, The Knight looming over Hurlgug. He turns to Cugai, swinging the greatsword at the admin. Cugai holds his hands out, magic glowing from his hands as the blade collides with him. The weapon shatters into pieces, but Cugai is flung across the room. The Knight throws the hilt down, charging toward Konahrik. Pepperjack turns around, seeing the Knight coming. Using his only surviving arm, he throws it in front of the Knight, who swings his broadsword across Pepperjack's elbow, slicing the other one off, and pushing him out of the way. "OH, COME ON!!!!"

Konahrik looked up to see the Knight holding his sword above him. Konahrik holds his arms up, blocking the attack, the blade slicing the cuffs in two. Then, the Knight tackles Konahrik, throwing them both off the side of the watchtower. Thanks to the lack of gravity, the freefall caused both to move straight downward, neither stopping as they speed toward the Black Void. Fugai looks over and screams. "AAAAAHH!! CiMos!!!!!"

The freefall didn't stop either warrior from struggling. The Knight struggling to free his arms from Konahrik, who was trying to stop the Knight from stabbing him. The Knight didn't care if he was lost in space forever, Konahrik was going to die. Konahrik's fighting spirit had seemed to return, as he himself tried to pry the broadsword out of the Knights grasp, so that he could kill him with it. Neither even took notice to the large purple portal that just opened beneath the two, swallowing them, and closing.

Fugai stood for a few seconds, eyes widened from what happened, and the revelation that he had no idea where the two of them went. "That....is no bueno."

The sun beamed above the forest, a gentle breeze causing the trees to flow toward the northern sky. Birds chirping occupied by the sound of a flowing river helped add to the beautify scenery. A deer walked to the lake to get a drink after a long journey, the water splashing as it hydrates itself. As the deer was about to walk away, an abnormal sound suddenly caused it to break into a sprint. The portal had opened to this world, and both warriors shot through like a meteor, smashing into the ground. Konahrik was flung like a hacky sack across the battlefield, his back slamming into a tree, a sickening snap following suit. Konahrik sat there, the pain too much to move. He tries to look around, but his vision grew blurry.

The Knight saw his chance. He charged at the warlord, a loud yell escaping his lung. He didn't think of his next move, his body threw his broadsword out in front if him, and with a lunge, jabbed the blade right into Konahrik's ribs. The orc's mouth erupted like a blood volcano, he didn't even scream, instead, he fell back onto the tree, his breath heavy.

"This is where the cycle ends." The Knight said. "With you're last dying breath."

Konahrik's head falls down, his breathing still heavy. As he lifts up his head, his vision, for the first time, becomes crystal clear. He looks around, and begins to realize where he is.

Skyrim.

For the first time in a while, Konahrik could feel something growing inside. The sounds of her trees brushed his ears. The birds chirping in the sky reminded him of a different time. The smell of nature in the air. He was home....and he was happy.

"Skyrim...." Konahrik said, weakly. "I'm home....She's so beautiful." Konahrik seemed to ignore the Knight, who simply stared a the dying orc. "I....remember....that I used to fish in that river....down there....It was right near my home...." He looks up at the sky. "And no dragons, either.....This would of been a perfect....day...to do that....."

Konahrik coughs as tears begin to flow down his eyes, though his coughs slowly turn to laughing. "Look at me....being all sappy.....I can already hear my wife. "You big baby. Man up and go clean the stables!" ....Oh, Avursa....How I miss you....You and our children...."

Konahrik lowered his head, beginning to see the light now. "I...I was going to destroy this place...How could I have tried to do something so....horrible..."

He looks up to the Knight. "Please....will you remove your helmet?..."

The Knight was reluctant at first, but sighed as he pulled off his helmet, showing his face to the Orc. Konahrik looked him in the eyes, sighing. "I'm sorry....You already suffered so much..."

".......We both have." The Knight responded.

Konahrik held out his hand, it shakes as he reaches for the Knight. In response, The Knight takes Konahrik's hand, holding it. Konahrik takes a deep breath. "Well....We don't...n-need to suffer anymore.....W-We're free now....We....are....free...."

With that, Konahrik's hand fell limp, the Knight letting go as the Dragonborn's hand falls to the ground. The Knight stood, looking down at the orc, pulling out his broadsword. He closed his eyes, mourning.

Konahrik has died.

The gentle breeze blew past the Knight. He drops his broadsword onto the ground, the blade sticking into the dirt. He takes a deep breath, sighing. It was over. The battle was all over. Though, he may now never know what came of his universe...but it didn't matter. He was done. He did his job, and wanted to rest. Turning around, he began to walk away. As he did, the air began to blow away ash from his body, and before anyone knew, the knight vanished, never to be seen again.

His trusted friend, the broadsword, would be the only memory of Gloucester Owain.
