In the heart of the Clone Wars, a malevolent force lurks in the shadows, threatening to engulf the galaxy in darkness. Whispers of a clandestine organization spread fear among Republic loyalists and Separatist sympathizers alike, as their insidious influence extends across the stars. This shadowy cabal, known only as the "Eclipse Syndicate," operates with ruthless efficiency, manipulating key figures and orchestrating events to sow chaos and discord. From sabotaging vital supply lines to assassinating high-ranking officials, their actions strike at the very heart of the war effort, plunging entire sectors into turmoil. Who you are suddenly matters deeply as many are called to act in defense of the Galaxy.

Reminder of the rules:
This is a Clone Wars RP as you have seen. You have the choice of being a Jedi (you may choose to be a Jedi knight or a Padawan), Clone trooper, or Mandalorian. For those wishing to dabble into the dark side of the force that is something we can discuss over private DM's. Please let me know and I'll see what I can do for you. I plan to have this be a fast-paced RP so please keep that in mind. That means I could care less if your response is two words or two pages worth of words. Both are fine with me as long as you respond on a general basis. There are no turns in this RP. By that I mean just respond if you think your character would respond. If you feel like you need to wait for someone else's response that is alright. But also give people some time to respond as well. To keep it simple: respond as you see fit but please be courteous and kind to others.

This is an adult RP. Please follow the rules and guidelines of RP Nation and Everything should be fine.

Please be respectful and kind to all players. If you can't do that, this is not the RP for you.

No god-like characters, please! Half the fun is working together. Also if you wish for other characters to interact with yours in the post, please try to reach out to them and ask if that is ok.

In this RP we will create problems for each other to solve so if this kicks off well, then I will create a Discord and we can discuss some things we are interested in our characters doing in this RP and can create problems together for our characters to solve.

The last thing is to have fun! If you start and decide it's not your thing, you are not obligated to RP! Please let me know and I'll find a way for you to exit. If you are struggling in the RP please DM me and I would love to help make it more interesting for you! I want everyone to have fun, feel respected, and work together to save the galaxy!

Onto the Character creation! This is a loose outline of what the characters should look like. If you would like to add more or if there is something you're interested in adding to your character but do not want everyone to know just DM me to make sure It's approved. I'm accepting of most things so no need to worry!

some people you care about or have met:

Race:

class (Jedi, clone, or Mando):

attributes and specialties:

Some of these can be a bit broad so please ask any questions you may have. Here are a few explanations for what these can be.

Background: create a backstory for your character, detailing their past experiences, motivations, goals, and connections to the world.

Race: Please choose a race from the Star Wars community

Class: You may be as experienced or not as experienced as you like. Please note your experience level here. For example a recruit of a clone who just finished boot camp or a Padawan Jedi.

Attributes and specialties: choose skills and proficiencies that represent your character's abilities and training. These could include things like weapon proficiency, force abilities, persuasion, stealth, or crafting skills.

Goals and Aspirations: define your character's short-term and long-term goals, whether it's seeking wealth and power, unraveling a mystery, achieving personal redemption, or saving the world. These goals can drive the character's actions and decisions throughout the game.

(He stands at about 5ft 11in and weighs about 166lbs. His blue tattoos are mostly asthetic in nature but any who knew Fengle Chaw would recognize the markings as his own ancestral markings. Likewise Valdeks robes bear a striking resemblance to his late masters, though colored differently the pattern remains unchanged.)

Name: Valdek Chuul

Background: Valdek was born the son of an Alderaanian Senator and A local coruscantian “woman of the night”. All things considered his life was not going to be to great. Yet he had one thing going for him, that he was born with a rather strong connection to the force. Not one that would’ve astounded anyone, but notable nonetheless. This one trait ensured that he would grow up in the jedi temple rather than the under-city of Coruscant. For most of his childhood he was a good student, Decent with his saber forms, decent with his academics, but where he really shined was the Force itself. While not a genius or chosen one, he had a knack for finding loopholes and shortcuts to utilizing the force. This Knack would serve him well as he continued to come up with adapted versions of more advanced force techniques.

As he grew older he go on from youngling to padawan where he fell under the tutelage of Master Fengle Chaw, an older jedi Historian who would take Valdek to study the ruins of the fallen jedi temple of Tython. Here he would find that much of what he had been taught by the jedi temple was not the same as what the ancient jedi had taught. Encouraged by his master to seek knowledge of the past among other pursuits he would read often in the boring ruins and interact with the local population while in the city. He would continue his habit of taking shortcuts and finding loopholes, and while this allowed him to grow formidable in his mastery of the force, it would form a nasty habit that his master found impossible to break. Valdek Had grown rather Lazy, often trying to find ways out of doing work or shortcuts that would enable him more time to himself.

While master Fengle saw this as a bit of a problem the advent of the clone wars and shadowey dealings of the Eclipse syndicate would garner more of the old
Jedi’s attention . As It became more and more clear that tython was falling into disarray, the older Jedi was sure that it had something to do with the growing criminal syndicate. Eventually Fengle would decide that it was time to have his padawan move on, he sent a holocom message back to coruscant that he believed his padawan ready for the trials and would send him back to the Coruscant temple to take his trials. While valdek was excited he could feel something was off, yet he trusted his master and would go back to take his trials. Sadly master Fengle Chaw would never be heard from again. Valdek would discover this After he had successfully completed his trails and was Dubbed a Jedi-Knight. A rank he earned Just in time to be Deployed into the clone wars. Yet he would hold on to a secret desire one he didn’t trust with the counsel for he knew it was not the jedi way. He would find what happened to his master, and would set it right…one way or another.

Race: Human

class: Jedi Knight (Recent)

attributes and specialties: A master of Saber form 3, Decent at Form 4. A specialist of Force precognition, Perception, and Well known for his “Loopholes” to solving problems with the force. For example, One needn’t block a blaster bolt, if you can perceive the internal mechanics of the weapon and break its Trigger Mechanism. Valdek is Known for coming up with Small solutions to big problems, and seems to possess a mind geared towards understanding how things operate. He struggles to keep up with other jedi in duels, thus he is willing and able to use less “civilized” weapons such as blasters and explosives.

Alignment and personality:Morally speaking Valdek is a bit Bleak. He tends to view the world in what works and what doesn’t and admittedly doesnt buy into all the dogma associated with the jedi way. He is well aware of the fact that his mindset and ways would be frowned upon by the jedi council so he tries his best to stay out of their way and hopes to avoid as much conflict and confrontation as is possible. Though he finds it very hard to do so when others are at risk, and much as he “would rather not” do most anything, he will not let his lazy tendencies be a detriment to those who depend on him. If it were up to him he would be posted on a beautiful world like naboo, enjoying the beaches and fields. Yet he is aware that much rides upon his shoulders.

goals and aspirations: To find what happened to his master, help end this nightmare of a war, and Retire from the jedi order to greener pastures.

(hope you dont mind i shifted the appearance to the top. I think it looks better up there i can move it back down if you’d like.)

This is wonderful! It doesn't matter to me where the picture is.

Name: Ziva Venn

Background: Like every youngling, Ziva was found by the Jedi when she was very young, and she was brought from Pantora to Coruscant to train to become a jedi. Throughout her youngling years, she was never amazing, but luckily also not too bad in everything she did. Basically, aside from her Pantoran heritage, she didn‘t really stand out otherwise, though she never minded that. Until she wasn‘t picked as a padawan. Somehow nobody wanted her and at age 13, she had to choose between staying in the temple on coruscant or to go home to Pantora. As she didn’t remember Pantora at all, she decided to stay and the Council of Reassignment reassigned her to the MedCorps, based on her empathy and attunement to the force. She always liked it there, but couldn‘t help to wonder what she did wrong that no one chose her, as she‘d never been offered an explanation, and the tease of the other now padawans didn‘t help either, as she often heard from them how useless she and her skills were. So, she tried to stay away from other jedi, especially the ones her age and concentrated on her medical studies. The fact that she never had any friends nor anything better to do with her time, helped her a lot in that regard and also to follow the jedi code very closely, often trying to make herself feel better by insisting that she was better off with no attachments anyways. Especially also since most of her coworkers are also old enough to be her parents.

Over the years she accumulated quite a big knowledge about several different anatomies of different species, and is now working on her mental health work, so she can start treating mental illnesses too. Though that‘s a relative recent development from the med bay and she‘s one of the most active practitioners of using the force directly on brains of her patients.

some people you care about or have met: too many for her to count, and none of them stuck around long enough for her to actually care about them.

Race: Pantoran

class (Jedi, clone, or Mando): Jedi (-ish), knows the bare basics of combat, but is highly trained in force use, but she‘s basically a Jedi Medic

attributes and specialties: She has a lot of force abilities that are in connection with her job. Aside from the regular powers she also possesses cleanse mind, flashburn in others, force stun, force stasis, revitalize, detoxify poison, force healing, morichro, malacia, force cloak and force resurrection

Alignment and personality: In D&D terms, she‘s lawful good, so honest, kind and hard-working. She‘s always helping those in need without any expectations of getting anything in return. She‘s also very loyal, and is generally an optimistic person, always trying to see the bright side of life. For her patients, she‘d do pretty much anything and if it‘s a harder case, she tends to get invested, too invested sometimes though, to the point where she practically gives up her life for that person. Constantly thinking about new treatments or an angle she missed to the problem. That‘s also how she tends to deal with fear, obsessing over every little detail until there‘s nothing else to learn or to read about.

goals and aspirations: finding a place where she truly belongs and to maybe make a friend, if the opportunity presents itself

This looks pretty great! The jedi made a bad call not training this character! Can't wait to see her in action!

Added a theme song tab for Valdek, Currently it only has one of the songs that inspired him but it will have more as we go on.

also, a discord ooc would be awesome. So we could talk about character relationships/dynamics and to get to know each other a bit as well (though no rush with the creation of that. Just as a general thought - unless you'd like to have a hand with that 😎 It didn't have a friendly grin emoji of when you have a good and a slightly crazy idea and now I'm sad XD

One of Hearts One of Hearts alright I made my Clone Trooper character. Let me know if anything needs changing.

9t0bpIN.png

Name: CT-01-3288 “Legs”

Background: Created on Kamino ten years prior to the start of the Clone Wars, the Clone who would later be known as Legs, was part of the first generation of Clone Troopers. Raised with the sole purpose of fighting for the Galactic Republic, Legs never had much individuality, participating in the same studies and exercises as his many many Clone siblings. This mundane life style would only change when Jedi Master Yoda would arrive and rally the army.

Legs would be a part of the Clones dispatched to Genosis to back up the Jedi there. Legs would be excited to finally put his skills to use, however he would never get the chance. Legs would be on board a transport, ready to be put down in the middle of the battle. However, the transport would take several missiles directly, forcing it down to the dusty battlefield. Legs would survive the crash, but found that he had lost both of his legs below the knee. As Droid soldiers got closer, Legs prepared for death, only to be rescued by a recently arrived Jedi Master Mace Windu. Legs would see a flurry of a purple lightsaber before passing out.

Legs would awaken on Kamino, finding that he now had mechanical lower legs. Legs would then start physical therapy, learning that he was a part of a study in rehabilitating injured Clone Troopers. After a few months Legs would be declared fit to fight, put into a unit made up of other injured troops. This new unit would be put under the command of a Sullustan Jedi Knight named Zovi Nhun.

Upon meeting his new Clones, Zovi would bestow a name upon each of them. The name Legs came naturally given his mechanical replacements. It was under the command of Jedi Knight Nhun that Legs would learn to be more unique and unique and express himself. He would do things like getting a non-standard haircut and watching holo-dramas with his favorite actors.

This squad of rehabilitated Clone Troopers would prove effective, backing up the regular army in some of the biggest battles of the Clone Wars. Legs would form an almost family like bond with his fellow injured Clones, caring about protecting them more than any other real reason for fighting in the war. However, war is hell, and the family couldn’t last.

With each successive battle it seemed that a member of the squad was lost, a casualty of this Galactic war. While they would be replaced with a fresh Clone, it wasn’t the same. Soon the only two original members of the squad was Legs and another Clone with a replica arm. The final nail in the coffin would come with the Battle of Sullust.

Zovi Nhun would insist on fighting in the battle for his home planet, taking his squad with him. As the squad waited in space to land as reinforcements on the planet, their Jedi Commander went ahead in a Jedi starfighter. But before he could even reach the atmosphere of his home world, Zovi would take a blaster shot to the engines of his starfighter.

The squad could only look on in horror as their Commander crashed down onto the planet below, dying in an explosion. The squad would then fight in the battle for the planet, but after it was done, the squad was disbanded. Legs would return to Kamino, the cloners wondering what to do with the unique Clone Trooper. During this stay on his birth world, Legs would be fitted with a newer set of mechanical legs, these ones much more closer to the real thing.

Legs wouldn’t have to wait much longer on Kamino, as veteran Clone Troopers were in high demand. Legs would be assigned to serve under a new Jedi, this one less experienced than Zovi Nhun had been. They were to investigate some kind of new organization that could upset the balance of the Clone Wars.

Race: Human Clone

Class: Clone

Attributes and Specialties: Legs is in perfect shape, a result of genetic editing and strict regimen of meals and training. As such he is quite strong and has massive amounts of stamina. He also was raised to be a soldier, becoming a very accurate marksman with a DC-15A Blaster Rifle. Legs is also able to pilot basic vehicles, mostly civilian type stuff. Lastly, Legs has picked up on some mechanic skills throughout the course of the war. He can do simple vehicle repair and can maintain his replica legs.

Alignment and Personality: Legs alignment is lawful neutral. He has the mentality of a warrior, as that is what he was created to be. He views his battles as a good for the galaxy and that the Separatists are evil, endangering the unity of civilization. As such he has no problem killing any Separatist. As the Clone Wars last longer, Legs has come to the conclusion that a central power is needed to maintain control of existence, a role he thinks the Republic fills.

Besides his views on a need for control, the main thing getting Legs to fight is his comrades. Viewing them as his family, Legs would die for any other Clone Trooper, seeing them as a brotherhood. Legs has come to see each Clone as worthwhile, and believes that they will be granted a normal life after the war is finished. This optimism allows him to push on.

What few people know about Legs is that he’s a major fan of holo-dramas. Whenever he is aboard a ship or at a base that has access to the holo-net, Legs will catch up on the latest dramas. He has a particular love of musicals and historical epics, though he tries to keep it to himself. One of his biggest dreams is to see a play live in one of the mega-theaters of Coruscant.

Goals and Aspirations: Legs wishes to fight alongside his brothers to bring an end to the war and restore control to the galaxy. He is also an advocate for Clone rights, and can’t wait to become a regular citizen of the Galactic Republic.

Looks: Legs is a perfect replica of Jango Fett, the genetic source for the whole Clone army. Standing quite tall with olive skin, Legs definitely looks like a warrior. His dark brown eyes sit just beneath his black hair, which he has decided to braid, a little bit of self-expression to differentiate him from his brothers. When in combat, Legs wears a Phase II Clone Trooper armor. His particular armor is styled with purple decals. Lastly, Legs has mechanical replica legs below the knee on both limbs. These legs look like a proper Human leg, save the fact that they are entirely gold in color.

Name: Harlow June

Background (how did you get here?): Harlow grew up in a small town that the Separatists threatened and destroyed. Seeking asylum like many other Twilek, Harlow began to show signs of being "force sensitive". Once the Jedi discovered this, they instantly took her under their wings. After learning basics and working hard, it finally came time for Harlow to find a Jedi Knight or higher to train her. Many younglings are chosen, but some are not, and Harlow did not want that to happen in fear they would abandon her. The thought of joining the Clone Wars filled her mind but was quickly taken away when not a single Jedi offered to train her. That's when a new offer was presented. Young Jedi were needed to take out this new syndicate and were to be trained by a Jedi knight. Harlow immediately signed up in hopes this might keep her far away from home. She may not know what is going on at home, but she knew it was safe with the Jedi.

some people you care about or have met: Harlow has met a few top Jedi. She had brief trainings with Master Yoda and Master Mace Windu, but primarily she was taught by the Jedi Temple Guards or other trainers nearby. She knows a bit of basics, but longs to get her own lightsaber soon.

Race: Twilek

class (Jedi, clone, or Mando): Jedi Padawan

attributes and specialties: Harlow is proficient with the force, but is no master of it. She holds no form, but is disciplined. She enjoys meditation and focusing on what she calls "the flow of the force".

Alignment and personality: Harlow can be a bit overconfident at times. on an alignment scale, she is placed around Chaotic Good. She is horrible at lying and often gets into trouble. She gets a bit nervous when breaking the rules as she knows she's bound to get caught. However, life is worth taking a few risks for. There are times when she enjoys the stillness of a morning and this is often when she will meditate and reflect. She does not like others to know that she has a still and quiet side as she thinks it would ruin her image.

goals and aspirations: Harlow hopes to take out this syndicate quickly so that she can retrieve her lightsaber, become an official padawan, and finally begin her journey as a true Jedi. The quicker this is done, the faster she can join the war and create a safe place for herself and others. The thought of meeting her family again lingers in the back of her mind, but she chooses not to think about it. It would distract from her studies and training. Besides, the Jedi cannot get attached.

I did intend for Legs to be a part of the squad working under the Jedi. I kept which Jedi vague in his history as I wasn’t sure exactly which player’s character I would be serving under.

If you don't want to be that's alright. I just figured that if we all start out together it would be easier. I was going to have it so you were assigned to be here. But I'm not going to make you do that if you'd rather not. Just let me know.

Name: Raya Lloch

Background: Raya was raised by a single father in a outer rim town. When he would need to leave town to tend to his herds, Raya would be looked after by other adults around town before she got old enough to go with her dad. It was an idyllic childhood brought to a fiery end at the hands of separatists. Her father and her were returning to town during the attack. He was gunned down when he charged in to help his friends while Raya was captured.
Raya spent the next few months in captivity. Despite her feisty nature, she lacked the skills to make an escape. She was sold to a slave trader, who later sold her to the Hutt Cartel. It was during her transport to her new Hutt owner when the ship was attacked by Mandalorian raiders. Having a vendetta against this Hutt crime lord, the Mandalorians came to distrupt his business and free a few slaves heading to him. In the chaos of the attack, Raya attacked one of the slavers that regularly beat her. Though her attack was savage and she managed to stab him with a bit of wreckage, she was shortly on the ground looking up the barrel of his blaster. With defience in her eyes, she spit at him, expecting a flash of light to end her life, but when the flash came, the slaver was dead from a Mandalorian blaster. The warrior came and picked her up and carried her to the drop ship.
After the raid, the Mandalorian who saved her, named Ghist Lloch, asked her where she was from and where her parents were. She told him that her parents were dead and her home destroyed. Simple nodding, the taciturn mando said that as a kid with grit, she would be welcome to stay with his family. Raya was never really sure exactly when the Llach family offically adopted her. All she new was that she was now among people who were strong in both will and martial prowess. And that this path would make her the same.
As Raya trained under her adoptive parents, quickly proving to be a crack shot and skilled pilot. To find some solace in these days, she would catch small animals to remind her of her old life, but would have to leave these pets behind when the nomadic clan splinter moved on. It wasn't until reuniting with another splinter of the clan that she caught the attention Drop Master Malcal. Observing her flying skills and way with animals, Malcal pulled her aside to show her some of the clans greatest treasures in the form of 5 Basilisk War Droids. These ancient war mounts and their beast like programing caught Raya's imagination, which only deepened as Malcal told her stories of their exploits. He offered to teach her how to fly them if she helped him maintain them, which she agreed to wholeheartedly. After a few years of tutelage, Raya was inducted to the ranks of Basilisk pilots, with her favorite of the droids, Carnifex, becoming her mount.
Raya spent the next few years as a scout and air support for her clan. While clan Llach escaped the Eclipse Syndicate's attacks, the damage done to other clans was unacceptable. Raya was one of the volunteers to go aid the other clans in retaliation against the Syndicate. The arrival of Republic forces and Jedi was unexpected, but an event Raya relished. Stories of the ancient wars between Jedi and Mandalorians ringing in her mind, the Basilisk pilot almost pitied the Syndicate for the kind of hell that was coming for them.

Race: Twi'lek

class (Jedi, clone, or Mando): Mandalorian Pilot

attributes and specialties: Trained in armed and unarmed combat. Talent with animal handling. Expert pilot. Skill technician. Aspiring cook.

Alignment and personality: Cultivating the air of menace and confidence often associated with a Mandalorian, Raya will stay fairly terse and professional around new people.
