She was running to get away from the fact that she would have to live with her emotionally abusive mother and she tripped and fell down into the underground where she is now.

Backstory: Xenoblade Chronicles. After defeating Zanza (at the game's end) and resetting the world, Shulk found a mountain. Thinking it would be a good idea to take Fiora there to sightsee, he went to explore. He looked down a hole, making note to NOT take Fiora there. That's when a random Ponio knocked him down, onto a pile of flowers. He is now in the RUINS, meeting Flowey.


Weapon: Junk Sword, as the Monado was lost when he reset.
