Nestled between two tall homes was a small single story house. The inhabitants still in there sleepy slumber, all except for one young girl by the name of Alison. She hadn’t been able to sleep for most of the night, excited over what was to happen in several hours. She was finally going to start her journey. Alison was considered a late starter; most trainers got started there adventure at the age of twelve. Alison waited until she was fifteen to set off on her own. Between living with her mother who used to be a breeder and getting to traveling around Kanto with her father Alison had spent most of her life around pokemon.

Alison got out of bed unable to lie in its warmth any longer. She bounced over to her bathroom in excitement “Today’s the day!” She cheered as she picked up her brush and started to brush out her long dark locks and pulled them into two ponytails on either side of her head, tying them with light blue hair ties. She washed her teeth, face and got dressed before skipping out of her room grabbing her backpack along the way. She slung the over packed dark blue back over her shoulder making sure the knapsack was secured.

Excitement bubbled in her stomach as she bolted down the stairs nearly tripping as she got to the bottom. She slid along the wooden floors and into the kitchen area where her mother was already cooking. "Morning Mom!" She cheered practically bouncing in place as she leaned slightly against the counter. "Todays the day!"

"Excited?" The mothered chuckled "Think you can keep down breakfast?"

"There's no time to eat! Places to see pokemon to catch! I'm already running late! "

The mother, Sarah Quinn, smiled brushing her sandy brown hair out of her evergreen eyes “no worries” she smiled wrapping the tin in a dark blue handkerchief, "I kind if figured. Just promise me you'll eat this alright?" She questioned offering the tin of food

Alison smiled hugging her mother tightly “thanks mom. I promise!” Ali grinned accepting the tin and putting it into her bag.

Sarah pulled her daughter into a tight hug letting her worries and sadness show through her proud smile. "And please be safe and keep in touch okay? Just because your out on the road doesn't mean you can't call home."

The teen smiled warmly and nodded "I know mom." She assured before hugging her mother back for a moment enjoying the last few moments of warmth she would have from her mothers embrace until the next time she would= be back in Vermilion. After a moment she pulled away from her mother and smiled. "I'll call you when I get to Saffron." She promised.

Sarah smiled and nodded before letting go of her daughter, allowing her to take her first steps towards being a trainer.

Alison grinned giving her mother a kiss on the cheek before leaving her home to start her journey.

It was an early morning for the young pokemon. A lot of traffic had passed by the tree he had decided to rest in, trainers, officials, it was a lot. The sun hadn't even decided to peek its head over the horizon to illuminate the world, and yet peopled had caused the rebellious rodent to stir.

A slight yawn caused his mouth to open as he lifted his head and rested it on the palm of his paw. He still hadn't opened his eyes, but his tail began to sway back and forward as breeze blew through the tree he found himself in. This particular breeze sent a chill down his back, and soon he was falling to the ground before landing on his four paws.

He placed his nose to the ground, sniffing trying to find a scent of use before scurrying quickly down the road. He had picked up the scent of some fruit, and soon he was at another tree with different types of fruit. He hadn't seen this before. A tree that grew more than one kind of fruit and smiled at the prospect of living in a tree with such a varying amount of food.

He stood on his hind legs, using his paws to adjust the black bandanna that was around his neck, that matched his mostly black fur. He took in the deep breath as he was about to running up the tree to get some breakfast. As he started to move his ears twitched and she stood back up on his hind legs before watching as two pidgeys began to fly at him.

A quick dodge and a growl left him behind the flying birds,"Piiika.....chu!" he yelled sending a bolt of lightning through the air striking both pokemon, they falling to the ground. He smirked as he turned to head to the tree before being struck by a bee drill, sending him flying a few feet. He shook his head getting back to his feet and dodging another strike by the beedrill. He growled jumping into the air on top of the beedrill, forcing it to the ground the two sliding a few feet.

With a growl, he jumped high in the air and sent another strike at the attacking pokemon knocking him unconscious. He landed back on top of the pokemon and poked it to make sure he was fainted, and sighed.

"pika pi pi pikaaaa.." 'all of this for some damned fruit' He yawned a bit running up the tree and grabbing one of the fruits biting into it. A satisfied smile before he at the entire thing, before laying down on a limb and going back to sleep.

Alison made her way down route 9 at a fairly quick pace. The teen was over excited to register with the professor in Saffron. She wondered what kind of starter pokemon she would get, or if she would be able to catch her own before even getting to the city. A thought popped into her head, if it would be possible to catch a pokemon before hand. She gave the thought some consideration. It wasn't rare or unheard of. Plenty of trainers were gifted their first pokemon before registering as pets. Some caught heir before officially registering for the league. If she could find and catch a pokemon before hand, then she could have any starter not just one of the three offered.

The young teen check her bag finding a hand full of poke balls her mother had given her for the start of her journey. She also had some potions and antidotes stalked up as well. Various other thing filled her bag like clothing and basic survival gear. The onlything she lacked to be considered a trainer was a pokemon and a pokedex. One of which she could remedy before reaching the city.

Crystal blue eyes scanned the tall grass wondering how she would even go about catching a pokemon with out one first. In the safari zone they didn't allow you to battle. It came down to baiting the pokmeon or throwing a rock at it in hopes to cause some damage. She knew throwing rocks normally pissed off pokemon so her option was to use the few berries she had as bait. With a new plan in place Alison started searching through the grass and trees to find a decent starter pokemon. But pokemon never appealed to her, nor did many normal types.

Ali hummed to her self in thought as she strolled down the path only half paying attention to the road. Unfocused eyes were blind to the grass she had been walking in instead of the dirt road. Up until she reached a cluster of knocked out pokemon on the ground. Alison blinked several times wondering what could have happened. Her mind jumping to the possibility of Team rocket being close by which made her nervous to no end. Sure she didn't have anything worth wile to steal, but that didn't make them any less intimidating.

It wasn't until something dropped on her head did she realize that there was a pikachu up there which matched the electrical burns and singed fur. Alison squinted her eyes seeing the pokemon shrouded in shadow so she really couldn't make it out. A flurry of thought ran through her mind of possible ways the catch the pokemon.

A breeze swept through the tree causing him to stir before it pulled the bandanna off from his neck. The battle had loosened the bandanna from around his neck and the breeze had pulled it off all the way through. That bandanna was his life, and he was connected to it so he immediately jumped out of his sleep of the limb and into the air.

He grabbed the piece of cloth in the middle of the air, pulling it tight to him before he dropped with a thud on to the ground below. It was a high way up, and he wasn't able to brace himself for the fall so the fall disoriented him. When his vision cleared, he managed to shake hsi head before spotting the girl before him, Alison.

He immediately put the bandanna in his mouth, lowering his head to his forelegs, putting his rear-end in the air, his tail forward and a muffled hiss following. His vision blurred out a bit, he hadn't realized he had been poisoned yet and it was taking its effect. Another shake of his head, and he ran back up the tree on to his limb.

Using his tiny paws, he tied the black fabric around his neck securely before lying back down. He was extremely tired, and couldn't figure out why, but he wanted to go back to sleep anyways. He needed that girl to leave though.

Alison froze in place as the pikachu dropped from the tree with a heavy thud. She gasped softly tempted to check and see if it was okay until she noticed something. This pikachu was colored differently, it was all black with yellow accentes, even his cheeks were yellow instead of the cherry ready of its bretherin. "Wha..." before she could get a better look the pokemon was back on its feet and growling at her. The teen stepped back not wanting to pose a threat to the electric mouse. The last thing she wanted was to be shocked. She eyed the strange pokemon as it scurried up the tree with a scrap of fabric in its mouth and pondered.

This was either one of those alternate colored pikachus or some new species of pokemon. Either way she needed to catch it! Ali studied the pikachu a moment noting the signs of exhaustion showing then glanced at the three pokemon it had possibly taken out. One of which being a bee drill which was known for its poison. It could be what's effecting the pikachu then again it could also just be tired from fighting. Either way it worked to her advantage.

Alison shuffled around in her bag pulling out. Hand full of berries and. Poke ball. Making sure the ball was hidden Ali approached the tree holding out a pink berry. "Hey little guy, want a berry?"

sent from tapatalk

Berry. That was a familiar word humans tended to say. So he opened a single eye and looked over to what she was holding out. It wasn't a berry he recognized so he opened both eyes and looked over to the berries and other fruits in the tree. Was she serious?

He adjusted his body to hang off the limb to the reaching girl with an innocent face. He took the berry and climbed back to the limb he was on and examined it. A niff, and he shrugged. Didn't seem any more sweet than the fruit he had in the tree already so he stared at her blankly. It wasn't long before he was using his paws to throw the berry at her head, and going back to laying down.

He yawned a bit before falling back to asleep. A snot bubbled appeared under his nose as he began to snore, despite the poison spreading through his blood slowly.

Alison smiled slightly as the pokemon accepted the berry and hopped it would see it as some kind of piece offering. She was proven wrong when the berry was thrown back at her. She flinched slightly as it hit her head but she manged to catch it, no use in food going to waste. "Snarky little thing arn't ya.. fine." She muttered under her breath starting at the unusual pikachu. It looked to be slowly weakening even with out her intervention which wasn't a good thing. Weaker pokemon tended to fight back harder, and if it broke out of the poke ball she would be in a world of hurt. But if she left it along it an the risk of dying.

Ali bit her lip lightly before slowly taking the poke ball out hiding it with in the palm of her hand as she enlarged it. She paused a moment to see if it would move but it seemed very much asleep. Holding her breath she hurled the poke ball at the electric rodent watching as a red light engulfed it before pulling it into the special device. The ball dropped back down to the ground and started to shake. Alison backed up several paces and ducked behind a tree in the event the pokemon escaped. The last thing she wanted to do was get zapped so early on in her journey, before she was even an official trainer!

He had just roused before the ball had pulled him into it. He growled while he was inside of the ball, the ball shaking and finally letting him out. How dare she tried to put him in a pokeball. How dare that human, she would pay for her insolence.

With a growl he looked for her to attack, but she was gone. He rose a brow putting his nose to the ground and following her scent and he looked up. She had to be behind the tree, so he sprinted until she was in his line of sight and sent a bolt of electricity at her.

As soon she he sent the strike off, his vision blacked out and he began to fall to the ground. He took in a deep breath before finally passing out. The poison had finally taken its effect and he was struggling to even breathe at this point.

Alison peeked out from behind the tree as the poke ball burst open and gasped quickly back peddling to try and escape. Unfortunately she wasn't fast enough and the bolt struck her dead on causing her to let out a scream in pain. The trainer collapsed to the ground muscles spamming in residual electricity, skin burning where she was struck, it would develop into a nasty blister with out proper treatment. After a moment the static discharged enough for her to move. Her muscles ached and were still plagued with sharp jolts of pain from cramps.

She focused her gaze on the pikachu praying it didn't attack her again. her eyes widen when she saw the pokemon collapsed upon the ground. "Oh no..." She whispered forcing her body to stand and get to her feet. she quickly went over and pulled another poke ball from her bag tapping it softly into the fainted pokemon. In a flash of red the pokemon was back into the poke ball, this time only putting up a weak struggle. Alison grabbed up the poke ball that had failed before running as fast as she could towards Saffron city.

Alison arrived at the gates of the "Shining Big City" but didn't stop to appreciate it. The teen continued running until she reached a fork in the road where she could go left of right. She bit her bottom lip lightly looking left or right, her frazzled mind unable to remember which was the pokemon center was.

"Do you need some help?"

Alison jumped and turned to see an older woman started at her like she had two heads. "Y-Yeah... Need... pokecenter..." She panted heavily her lungs burning for air.

"Its just down that road, do you-"

Alison didn't wait to heard the rest. "Thankyouby!" She called tripping over her words ans she bolted down the sidewalk waving in and out of the crowded streets. She grit her teeth calling out apologies as she shoved past people only vaguely aware of the people she was pushing past. The doors to the pokemon center came into view and Alison pushed her self a little faster nearly running into the slowly opening doors. The dark haired girl stumbled into the center nearly collapsing onto the counter startling the nurse Joy behind it.

"Oh my are you okay?" She asked worriedly.

"Pokmone, hurt... poisoned." She panted holing out the poke ball. The nurse accepted the pokeball and handed it to a Chansey who quickly took the ball to the back before turning to the young girl. "Don't worry your pokemon will be just fine." She smiled. "Perhaps you should sit though, you look quite pale." Ali nodded shifting over on shaky legs to one of the couches before collapsing into it the exhaustion finally catching up to her.

He couldn't think. There was no happiness....just darkness. His muscles were stiff and everything hurt. So he dreamed.

It was rain. He and his brothers and sisters were sleep. Lightning flashed through the air as the small electric rodents huddled close together trying to find warmth in anyway possible. They weren't black like him, but they did have their share of mutations. Yet, he was the only one grabbed out by the hand of someone in the dark. His cries and whimpers went unheard before he was stuffed in a bag.

The next memory left him in a plastic cage, on what felt like a display for others. He shoot bolts of electricity from his small form but he was only a pichu at the time. Something for the humans to look at, an oddity....oh how much hate he harbored for them. When he wasn't on showcase he was in a cramped damp cell being punished with the rest of the pokemon........

Well until that trainer with the black bandanna rescued him and then he was...

Wait...I can move again? How? I am at a...healing spring? What?

(sorry had to write it like that.. so it's a little rough but i think it does better for the emotion I'm trying to get)

Alison rested in the pokemon center for a short while no doing much aside from sitting back with her eyes closed. The run had taken a lot out of her but she was happy to have gotten the pokemon to the center in time. She sighed heavily staring up at the ceiling, the pokemon was not going to be happy with her that was for sure. It had thrown the berry back at her and shocked her before she had been able to catch it. There was no way it was going to just pop out of the poke ball and want to cuddle.

She frowned slightly at her sour thought figuring she would do something productive like register as a trainer. Ali got up from the couch her legs nearly collapsing under her at first until she caught herself. She shuffled over to the counter worried about the out come. "How is it..."

"He is fine. Healing still but cured of the poison."

Alison grinned widely her spirits lifted once more. "That's great!"

The nurse nodded in reply with a warm smile. "Yes you got him here just in time."

The trainer nodded "Good to know." She sighed. "Um... there is one more thing... I need to register for the league."

"You aren't already?"

Alison shook her head. "No, I was heading here to register and meet with professor Oak when I found the pikachu.

"I see well the computer over there is where would register, I'll let the professor know you're here to see him."

Alison nodded slightly "Thank you." She muttered before heading to the computer and filling out the necessary forms in order to become an official trainer.

An hour or so later and she was done, and ID card had been given out marking her as an offical trainer which mae the teen very happy to say the least. She shuffled over to the counter and smiled slightly. "All done."

"Good and so is your pokemon." The nurse grinned setting a tray with the poke ball on it down on the counter.

Alison's smile grew as she picked up the poke ball. "Thank you, so much."

"no worries just doing my job." The nurse nodded.

"Still thank you." She sighed wondering if she should let the pokemon out now or wait. They were in a center so perhaps it would be safer here? she gnawed on her bottom lip before going over to a quieter part of the center and letting the pokemon out of it's ball taking a few steps back in case it decided to attack her again.

When he had started to realize where he was, he had begun to panic. It was a pokeball, somewhere he was before for only short stints of time. He hated that place, he hated being caged up...but soon he was out.

He found himself looking at his paws and the surroundings, looking behind him and up to the ceiling. The light was a bit bright so he covered his eyes with one of his arms until his eyes had adjusted to it. He knew this place. It was a pokecenter, somewhere.....somewhere....

He whimpered a bit out of sadness, his eyes watering up a bit. He looked to the girl from earlier but didn't hiss or attack her. Instead he ran away from her towards the nearest corner and balled up tightly. He dug his head into his side, gripping the bandanna around his neck extremely tight. He didn't want to be here, he didn't want to be anywhere close to this place. Who would be evil enough to bring him here.

He had no idea that this place was what saved him, all he could think was of the pain he had associated with this place. Not a physical pain, no. It was an emotional pain that stuck with him in this place and there was no escape. So the only thing he did was retreat to the corner and try to get as small as he could. He just...he just couldn't.

Alison jumped back slightly thinking the odd pikachu would shock her but instead it ran off. The trainer stared a moment seeing that the poor thing was terrified of something. She shuffled close to the pikachu kneeling down to its level while still keeping her distance. She noticed it was clinging to a bandana tightly and wondered if it had a trainer previously. She gnawed on her bottom lip lightly debating what to do. She could call it back into its poke ball but it probably wouldn't like it much.

Sighing softly Alison tried to make herself as non threatening as possible "Hey, it's okay. No one going to hurt you." She spoke softly keeping her tone warm and soothing. She didn't reach out for fear of making it feel threatened.

He looked up. Red eyes gazing at the woman that approached him slowly. He knew she was not trying to hurt him, but he..he just din't want any part of her. A few sparks of electricity bounces from his cheeks, until he heard an alarm go off in the background. This caused him to jump on to the teenager's head, and grab tightly on to her.

"PIKACHU!" he yelled out sending bolt of electricity at a machine in the distance causing it to explode. He was still clinging tightly to the back of the girl's hair, shaking and shivering. He didn't want to be here anymore, he just wanted to go away. Go back to the tree with all the fruit.

Alison yelped softly as the pokemon suddenly jumped onto her head. She tensed up waiting for the shock only to hear an explosion which made her jump in surprise. She winced as the pokemon clung to her hair pulling on it and making some of it stand on end. She could feel the poor thing shivering and shaking and wondered if it just didn't like being in pokemon centers.

Nurse joy ran over to see what was going on and saw the broken machines along with the cowering pikachu. "Oh my... well that is a different pikachu...."

"I know... I found him earlier in a tree and wondered if it was even a pikachu." she replied slowly rising to her feet. "I'm really sorry about the machine."

"It's okay. I would advise possibly going outside where it might be more comfortable though."

Alison nodded before grabbing her bag and leaving the pokemon center. The city outside wasn't much quieter, the trainer began to worry that the pikachu would run out into the street and get hurt so she quickly hurried around the center to where there was a small part where it was slightly quieter. She reached up to try and pet the pokemon and sooth its fears. She wasn't sure what the Pikachu had been through but it had obviouly been through quite a bit.

They were outside, away from that wretched pokecenter. And as soon as they got outside he was able to look around to make sure everything was safe. He was still shaking, and even whimpered a bit until he felt a little bit more comfortable. Not with her, but at least with the surroundings. She had started to pet him, and it soothed him just a bit but Wait. Did she have me in a pokeball at some point? A pokeball! She was going to put me back!

All those thoughts ran through his head as he squeezed tightly on her hair once more before he jumped off of her head scurrying around in a circle for a second. He did finally made sense of his wits before scurrying up the closest tree. He leaned his back against the trunk, and rest his legs on the limb holding on to the bandanna tightly. "pika..." 'Jordan....'

Alison felt her hair being pulled once more and winced slightly until it jumped off of her head and ran off into a near by tree. She sighed softly scratching the back of her head easing some of the sting left over from having her hair pulled. She watched as the Pikachu as it scurried up the tree and simply sat there clutching the bandanna. Ali frowned wondering what happened to the strange pokemon. She shouldn't have been able to catch it if it already hard a trainer. Had it released him? Unlikely considering how rare it was. Still, she knew there was something that happened to the pokemon and wondered if keeping it was the right thing. She could simply release it and let it go back to it's normal life among the trees. She could get another starter. She sighed softly keeping an eye on the pokemon for the moment contemplating what she would ultimately do

He stared at the bandanna the best he could from his position before sighing gently.

A young man, no older than 22, stood there with a black bandanna around his neck. Snap-back black hat with monokuma written on the front, with picture of the black and white bear behind it. His brown skin complimented the black t-shirt and jeans he was wearing, along with the black sneakers and black back-pack. Around his neck was the same black-bandanna that the pikachu was no wearing,"Come on Aku. We're headed out...."

He nodded, a bright smile on his head as he scurried up the man's back on his head with a large smile. The man chuckled and rubbed the Pikachu's head gently,"One day when you're ready to start, you'll be a great champion I know it." This made the black pikachu smile and laughed snugging his face into the hat. This man was known as "Jordan" which was the name of his father. He was also commonly known as "Aku", but his real name was never uttered much.

He was a champion, a well known champion. His typhlosion was known around the globe, 'Tyrant" his what he named the flame pokemon, and the two had never loss a match on the professional circuit. He had recently rescued the black pikachu and other pokemon from team rocket and was proud of himself for doing so. With a deep breath the began on their way...

The pikachu lied in the tree, and a tear fell down his cheek as he wished he could touch his friend again.

Alison watched the pokemon as it seemed up set possibly crying from what she could tell. The trainer gnawed on her bottom lip lightly figuring she would give it space for now she wandered over to one of the benches and pulled out the tin her mother had prepared for her. Inside was a few ride balls, various fruits and vegetables and a bit of leftover beef from the night before. It was essentially the last home cook meal for a long time. She smiled slightly before hearing her stomach growl loudly only then realizing how hungry she had gotten. Then took a bit out of one of the onigi enjoying the small meal with in the peacefulness of the park

His ears twitched when she walked away, and he stuck his head over the limb and from the tree sniffing the air. It smelled like.....

There he was, Aku and Aku. Together on a bench somewhere, chopsticks in the man's hand eating through the box meal prepared by one of his female friends. He had gone through eating it all quickly with little Aku on his head looking on quizzically. So he blinked, using the chopsticks to grab one of his own rice balls,"Want to try it little buddy?" The pikachu nodded from atop of the hat, grabbing the rice ball sniffing it gently. Soon, he would eat it, and in a happy high voice ,"Pika!" 'Yum'!' It wouldn't last long before he was jumped down next to Aku, taking one of the other rice balls and running off.

Aku blinked before laughing,"Damn it Pikaku! You could have just asked lazy bum." He chuckled before continuing on with his meal.

So the pikachu jumped from the tree, slowly walking towards Alison, looking at her before the food she had. In a quick blur, he jumped up and grabbed one of the rice balls, before scurrying back up the tree and hiding his face because he knew he was wrong.

Alison had been happily enjoying her rice ball when she saw a black blur. She followed it to see the pikachu skitering back up the tree. She looked down to see one of her rice ball missing and gasped. "That little thief..." She muttered looking back up to the pokemon as he curled up om the tree. She pondered a moment as she continued to eat the one that was safely tuck in her hand. She looked down only having one left and pondered a moment. A small smirk formed on her lip as she finished the last bit of onigiri and broke the last on in half. She got up putting the lid on her lunch to keep any other thieving pokemon from stealing the rest of her lunch then made her way over to the tree.

She stood right below the tree watching as the pokemon consumed the food had mother had made a little sad. She shook it off and frowned slightly "Hey!" She called up to him waiting for the pikachu to make eye contact before smirking slightly and offering the other half of the onigiri she had left. "If you are hungry you didn't have to run off."

She had said something to him, so he peeked his head from the tree turning it on its side. She was holding out some food for him, half of what she had left. He eyed for her a minute grabbing the half, and then receding back into the tree and eating it slowly.

Hmm. The last person who gave me these wasn't harmful, so maybe she won't harm me. Maybe I can use her to feed me. He was in thought, before he shrugged and jumped on her head, and moved to her back putting his paws aorund her neck and squeezing gently. He would go with her, for now, but he wouldn't get in no damned pokeball.

Alison watched as the pokemon snatch the food and start to eat it. She wondered of the small piece offering would help try to smooth things out between them, at least enough to be on friendly terms. She was a bit surprised when the dark Pikachu jumped onto her head and settled on her neck and shoulders. She giggled softly happy that some progress had been made with the pokemon. If things continued perhaps she wouldn't need another starter. She made her way back to the bench where her lunch waited for her reaching up to pet the pokemons head.

"Glad to see your not going to shock me again..." She commented her voice gentle and warm. Alison sat down on the bench and opened what was left of her lunch starting to consume the sweat fruits that had been placed inside offering a few to the Pikachu every once in a while.

He would take the food she offered when she did, but before long he would yawn and then take in a deep breath. He was tired, but the day had just started. Well to be fair, he never got to finish the sleep he planned on having. Finding a better tree and defending himself.

He knew he couldn't fall asleep where he was because he'd fall off. So instead he slowly crawled up to the top of her head and lied on it, closing his eyes gently. So he took in a deep breath and slowly started to fall asleep. She'd do for now, she'd do. Then, if he found a better tree he'd run away.

Alison finished her lunch with a satisfied sigh content now that her stomach was full and her energy full. She set the tin back into her pack before noticing that the pikachu had gone still a top her head. She shifted slightly before hearing a quiet snoring from above her and smiled. Carefully she picked up her bag and got up making sure to keep balance. A voice caught her attention and she looked over to see Nurse joy.

"hm?"

"Ah there you are, I'm glad you stuck close to the center. Professor oak called and said he couldn't make it over. There was an emergency at his lab."

"Oh... okay..." She muttered slightly disappointed she wouldn't get to meet the great professor. "I understand. Um how will I get my pokedex?" The trainer questioned softly.

"North of here is cerulean city. There's man by the name of Bill who works closely with pokemon and technology. You can get one there. Sorry you came all this way."

Alison smiled slightly "It's okay. Things happen. Besides I'm half way to Cerulean from here already." She shrugged before slinging her pack over her shoulder. "Thank you for letting me know though."

"No problem." the nurse grinned "If you stay in the city you're welcome to spend the night at the center."

Alison thought a moment noting it was already late in the afternoon and she would most likely not be able to make it to the next city before night fall. While she was excited to keep going she knew pacing her self was key to making sure she didn't get into trouble. "Thank you for the offer." the young teen grinned. "I have some stuff to do around town though, so I'll see you later."

"Alright, be safe." the nurse gave a small wave before parting.

Alison waved back before starting to make her way towards the department store aiming to pick up some stuff she was missing for her trip.
