Tokyo Ghoul: The Innocent
Ghouls had been fighting against humans for a long time already, the tense atmosphere surrounding the two was mostly present, especially if there was CCG involved. The world was crumbling apart because of the different views they had, the goals they wanted to meet and the peace they wanted to have. Some were thrilled to get into fights, others rather stayed on the background and lived their own lives.
One of the groups that stayed in the background was: The Final Division. They helped ghouls getting on the right track and got along pretty well with the humans in the neighbourhood. Peace was one of their main goals in this day and age, wanting for the CCG and ghouls to get along without any bloodshed. Though it seemed to be harder done than said. They never killed a human being or ghoul willingly and intended to keep it that way. However, one would never know what would happen in the future.
Then there are the “Hellhounds”, those who found pleasure in killing and making chaos. They didn’t make much of a name yet until a few months ago. One of them was caught after a serial killing of thirteen people and got executed. Since then, the group became more silent. For now.
Squad 17 was in charge of dealing with the underdogs in Tokyo, but little did they know that they were up against probably one of the strongest in this city. They still had to find out because of the lack of information about their ‘targets’ but the truth would eventually be revealed once they’d meet. For the better or for the worse. It would be up to you what you’d do with the information given.

The Wards
Big Girl Restaurant
It is an American-style restaurant located in the 20th ward.
CCG Main Office
It is the primary heaquarters of the Commission of Counter Ghoul, located in the 1st ward of Tokyo.It is the branch responsible for overseeing the 1st ward, as well as managing all other branches of the organization. Ghoul investigators are deployed from this branch to other wards as necessary.
Cochlea
Cochlea was built at an unknown date to imprison ghouls who were used for information or materials to make quinque.
1st Floor - Designated floor to imprison the lower-rated ghouls.
2nd Floor - Designated floor to imprison the S-rated ghouls.
3rd Floor - Designated floor to imprison the SS-rated ghouls.
4th Floor - Designated floor to imprison the SSS-rated ghouls, also the deepest known level in Cochlea.
Disposal Room - The level where it is located is unknown; fittingly named as it is where ghouls are sent through a compactor to be crushed to death, thereof "disposed".
Ghoul Detention Center
It is a facility where ghouls, ghoul suspects or ghoul-related individuals are detained. They are managed by the Commission of Counter Ghoul.
Helter Skelter
It is a bar located in the 14th ward.
HySy ArtMask Studio
It is a shop located in the 4th ward. Most of its customers are ghouls, but there are also some human customers.
Kanou General Hospital
It is a hospital located in the 20th ward.
Oasis
It is a bakery that's known for its delicious baked goods, such as bread.
Orca
It is a bar located in the 6th ward.
