- The ranch sits on 45,039 acres.
- Located in Colorado, the ranch is home to horse riding and hiking trails with 22 miles of river.
- There are plenty of water sources due to the stream and small ponds and lakes scattered throughout the ranch.
- Wild horses, elk, deer, quail, prairie chickens, rabbits, a variety of birds, Black Bear, cougar, fox, coyote, skunk, weasels, bats, squirrel, mule deer, mountain goat, raccoon, beaver, possum, snakes, porcupine, and antelope are some of the wildlife found here.
- There is an outdoor pool at the big house.
- There is a foal barn, calving barn, well, water pump near the big house, three barns for horses used by the program, other barns for cattle and the staff horses, indoor arena, outdoor arena, paddocks and pasture land.

There is a gazebo on the far right and a pool house with showers and a lounge area.
Round Pen is near the front of the main barn where riders learn to form a bond with their horse.
Indoor Riding Arena-When it is raining or storming, riders use the indoor riding arena. The metal shades around the arena can be pulled down to block out the sun, wind and rain. The roof can also be retracted.
Outdoor Arena-Where the horses are ridden in the arena, practice for shows, and where the ranch competes with neighboring ranches. It is lighted for evening riding.

Bunkhouse has a porch out front with two bedrooms containing two sets of bunk beds, a living area, two barges and a wood stove. There is also a small kitchenette and central heating/AC.
Each barn has 20 stalls. Leased Horses are along the back walls. Ten stalls line either side of the aisle and then ten in the back. There is also a hayloft above each barn, a washroom, grooming station and tack room.
Each cabin has two bedrooms with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, closets and a living area. There are picnic tables outside each cabin. Cabins are co-ed with two of the same sex in each room.
