Heres a story of a stray, a adopted pooch and their friendship. They werent always friends. Lets go back to the begining.

Nichole was walking around her new home looking in awe. The puppy exlored and her tail wagged. Nichole sniffed a bowl and it was full of yummy food! She ate then laid down in her new bed. She was going to love it here!

Peanut was a stray he wondered the street all alone. When he saw dogs be pampered he didn't like it cause he has always lived in the streets. He's never even had a friend yet. He's always alone walking the streets wondering if he was the only stray dog around the area.
 
Nichole's hazel eyes shone the next day. Her owners were gone to work leaving the pup home. .alone! "Time to explore!" Nichole ate breakfast then ran out of her doggie door. She padded down the side walk taking in the smells and sights. "Cool!" She said.
 
Peanut got up and saw a puppy coming coming down the street who is this he thought. He started going that way looking for food not at the puppy because he figured she was with her owner. All i know is that i'm hungry he said. He hoped this puppy wouldn't bother him because he's not used to being around other dogs and might get mean because of it at first.
 
Nichole saw a new dog and walked up to him. "Hi hi hi!!! Wanna play?!" Her tail wagging and she sniffed him somem "you smell funny."giggling. "Cmon can we play? Please?!" Running in a circle.
 
Peanut looked at the puppy "Who are you" he asked. He wondered what was up with this puppy why it was so hyper. Was I like this as a puppy he thought to himself. He told the puppy " sorry but i'm hungry and need food"
 
Nichole said"ooh I know a great place to eat! Lets go lets go lets go!!!" Leading him to her house. "Im sure my owners wont mind." Going in her doggie door.
 
" Where are your owners and why are you wondering the streets?" He asked. He was scared he'd get in trouble since the puppy don't know him and he's a street dog. He usually ate from scrapes that people laid out or in the garbage. "I've always been a street dog this is all i know" he said to the pup
 
Peanut still thought this was a bad idea but he wanted food so he decided to go in. "Sorry hope your owners don't find me here or i'll get into trouble probably because nobody likes a street dog. That's why i'm mean to other dogs because i've been living on the streets since a puppy now i'm really mad I don't have any friends at all everytime I get in the pound I escape."
 
Nichole said"thats no good! You need friends! Wanna be friends?" As she pulled the dog food bag from the corner with her jaws. She poured some on the floor for him then got some water. For a pup shes very smart.
 
"you would be my friend? We just met me you hardly even know me" he said as he went to the food. I hope I wasn't to mean on the puppy it don't even know my name. he thought he did want a friend though so he wouldn't be really mean anymore.
 
Nichole said"everyone needs a friend! It doesnt matter if you know nothing about them! That what makes the friendship exciting! " starting to eat some.
 
Nichole said"my mama...before we got separated..." her ears and tail drooped and she wasn't as hyper. "Mama was taken away to the backroom and she never left..."
 
Peanut said "Aww i'm sorry that happened to you. Oh I forgot to ask you what is your name puppy?" He looked at her wondering how she ended up at this place. I wonder if I had a home as a pup but that don't matter to me anymore i'm used to the street dog way of life I would have problems being a pampered pet.
 
Peanut said "Nice to meet you Nichole my name is Peanut." He wondered why she had a toy. He never seen then much before he hardly even knew what it was. He sat down wondering what she was doing. Thats a weird looking thing he thought but didn't want to say it aloud.
 
Peanut sniffed her back. "What do you mean by play?" he asked cause didnt play much do to him being alone all the time. He looked at her with a curious look wondering what this pup was talking about she kept saying the word play and wagging her tail alot so he was curious what she was doing this dog is weird he thought
 
Peanut asked "Do I pull this to play?" looking at the rope He knew she probably thought he was weird for not knowing this stuff but it wasn't his fault
 
Peanut grabbed the rope and waited for nichole to pull it. "ok lets play" He said even though he didn't want to. He did just to make the little pup happy.
