History: Rin is the second Haganekage following the early death of her father Kencho. She is by far the strongest in her family line despite her age, mastering the family technique a year ago, roughly around the time she was appointed Kage.

This Jutsu is the Hagane Clan Jutsu, the creators of the Steel type Jutsu. After performing the correct seals, one raises their blade in the air and a thousand small almost indiscernable blades form in the air and poise themselves directly at the target the tip of the sword is lowered towards. The blades will relentlessly hunt their target down until the are incapacitated, dead, or the blades hit a solid object. The more chakra instilled into this ability, the faster and sharper the blades become. Able to pierce through wood at maximum effeciency.


Steel Release: Steel Wall:


Self explanatory. User forms a steel wall that juts out of the ground to block incoming attacks. This ability can also be used offensively as a means to knock an opponent off the ground. Walls may be thrown up in relatively quick succession.






Steel Release: Steel Embodiment


While active, rather than their skin hardening, their skin becomes extremely sharp. As such, they are able to use their entire body as a blade. Constantly drains chakra while active, however. Also, no hugs please.






Steel Release: Spikes





User is able to shoot extremely sharp steel spikes from their palm relatively quickly as well as summon massive steel spikes from the ground much like Steel Wall.


Steel Release: Steel Tomb


Self explanatory. User encases the opponent a nigh unbreakble steel dome. Opponent suffers no harm other than what occurs naturally from thirst or lack of food. Of course, it's entirely possible to dig your way out provided you're on soil. The proceedure used to make said dome is generally slow, unless you stand there gawking like an idiot or are heavily wounded you can generally escape it before it closes in on you.






Steel Release: Steel Rain(I legitamatetly could not resist)


A lesser version of the Hagane signature Jutsu. A hundred blades are formed and they do not follow the target, instead the speed at which they are propelled is increased significantly.






Steel Release: Shotgun Blast


A crude 'gun' is formed, which is really more of a way to more accurately fire the spikes, wherein metal spikes are fire in a 'buckshot' manner. Can be fired rapidly, slower fire rate will net greater accuracy whilst higher fire rate will net increasingly lower accuracy. Up to the point where you'd miss the broadside of a barn standing 5 feet from it.






Steel Release: Razor Barrier


A wall of tightly packed and extremely sharp razor wire sprouts out of the ground wherever the user deems. Mostly used defensively it is possible to use it offensively if timed correctly.






Steel Release: Steel Make


Grants the user the ability to make projectile weapons such as kunai, shurikens, and bendo. They must be manually thrown, however.






Steel Release: Spike Trap


Plain and simple, allows the user to place spike traps in the ground that when stepped on will fire a barrage of 10 spikes upwards out of the ground at the opponent. Takes a significant amount of time to prepare.



Fire Release: Fire Breath Jutsu


Users of this jutsu, breathes a powerful stream of fire from his or her mouth.



Fire Release: Fire Wave


A literal wave of fire is sent at the opponent offensively. Nuff said.



Fire Release: Meteor


A giant fireball equal in size to a meteor is formed above the users head and is summarily tossed with an overhead toss. Explodes on impact showering the area and victim in fire. Stance required leaves user highly vulnerable and generally takes a fair bit to charge up.






Lightning Release: Crackle


An extremely basic lightning jutsu. A low powered electricity bolt is shot at a target, or something embedded into the target. Aimed to either disable a muscle group or electrocute them VIA a bendo or other such strike point embedded into the body.






Lightning Release: Lightning Storm


A powerful lightning storm is summoned in the form of a massive black cloud over the opponent. Lightning bolts will strike down at the target and the cloud will follow said target until jutsu is dismissed or the cloud is destroyed.



Natural Skills/Techniques:

  • An expert in wielding a Katana
  • Reasonably skilled in dressing injuries, does not know healing Jutsu however.


Strengths:

  • High Chakra levels
  • Extremely high pain tolerance

Other: The blade as seen in the picture is dubbed 'The Moonlight Blade'. It is an enchanted blade possesing the power of granting the user an immense increase in speed at a moderate-high cost of endurance. The cost is halved under the light of the moon, the blade glows a more bright blue as well.

Personality:

Kuragetsu is a very foul-mouthed and disrespectful individual; he frequently used profanities and complained at allies and opponents alike. Kuragetsu has absolutely no moral restraints regarding the people he attacks; he considered slaughter a calling. He firmly believed that shinobi were meant to kill and revel in violence, and found his village's deterioration into peace and disarmament to be infuriating, resulting in him slaughtering his parents, several ninja and the last Mizukage. Kuragetsu is sadistic and enjoys messing with his opponent.

Kuragetsu shows respect to no one unless he feels like they deserve it, this does not mean by rank he needs proof and not just words that other people have said he needs to witness it himself. Kuragetsu does not believe in anything like fate or luck he thinks everyone's life is run how the person runs it themselves, he despises people who think their life's are all run by destiny or fate. If someone gains Kuragetsu's respect then he becomes more lighthearted and slightly more respectful towards the individual, he still keeps his foul-mouthed nature but he says it in a more good-natured way rather than the mean-spirited way he usually says it in.

Kuragetsu is also a very manipulative person if possible he would try and get other to do things he was meant to by simply persuading them to. He also is rather good at get "weak-spirited" to betray their allies for a better deal. He also has a habit of wanting to gain all the Three Great Dōjutsu to improve the strength of his ninja army.




History:


Kuragetsu was not fully raised in Kirigakure, he was raised in the very...very outskirts of the village and only by his father and grandfather, he never met his mother nor grandmother which was rather strange but Kuragetsu never really paid much attention to it. Kuragetsu's great grandfather never liked nor agreed with any sort of peace between the villages he enjoyed the idea of the villages being at each others necks all the time, the idea of the villages wanting to kill each other, they loved it all too much.

Kuragetsu was raised to do one thing and that was kill. With his father and grandfather both wanting the village to delve into a darker route. He was trained in Kenjutsu by his father who was one of the members of the last generation of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen Of The Mist and the last user of Nuibari. His grandfather taught him the Hydrification Technique and the Jutsu's derived off it along with the boil release. He began his training at age five and continued training until the age of eighteen in which he killed both his father(who was not a Hōzuki turns out he got that from his mothers side). He then proceeded to kill his grandfather which was easier than he expected thanks to the boil release.

After killing his family Kuragetsu took his prize the blade Nuibari. He left the sight of his families death and walked towards the village and towards the Mizukage's office. As he arrived at the office two ninja watching the office stopped him as at the time the Mizukage was not taking visitors, Kuragetsu just simply laughed before pulling out Nuibari (which was covered in blood from his fathers corpse). Kuragetsu instantly stabbed the first ninja and threw it instantly at the second ninja before he strung them up as if they were crucified and left them there for now.

Kuragetsu entered the Mizukage's office with blood dripping from his blade. The next set of ninja were a bit more jumpy but since they were indoors it was nothing a bit of boil release couldn't fix and he got rid of the group of four easily. The whole trip went similar since Kuragetsu was a well known figure he could simply walk up to most ninja and get right in their face before they thought something was wrong, really to say he was breaking into the Mizukage's office it was a cake walk. He made it to the Mizukage's office with barely even a scratch and most of his chakra in check but now....now was the problem. The Mizukage.

Kuragetsu ran many idea's in his head on how to tackle this but all in all it came down to one Jutsu something he trained in secret. He cracked his knuckles before he finally used it Water Release: Steaming Danger Tyranny. He made the clone run up and down over and over until it was about to explode and finally he used Water Release: Water Severing Wave and split open the door and sent in the clone. He was rather lucky even with the noise the Jutsu made the Mizukage seemed to be in a important meeting with a ninja from another village. The powerful stream of water skimmed the Mizukage and directly hit the ninja from the other village, it hit him in the back directly in the spine and passed right through him. The same second the door was ripped apart he sent in his clone which as it already had exerted itself exploded as it hit the room. After the first attack the Mizukage was more ready but still not even he could block that utterly and completely and was it a good thing for Kuragetsu as it burnt the Mizukage's leg severely. The true fight started but with the state of the Mizukage being what it was fight was an overstatement with the clone from the Water Release: Steaming Danger Tyranny chasing him and several water release Jutsu's coming from Kuragetsu and the Mizukage's already injured leg it was over before it even began.

The villagers were in uproar at at first the ninja thought they were under attack by the time anyone knew what was going on Kuragetsu had already one the fight and claimed the title. At first some people liked the idea he proved he was stronger and a weak Mizukage means a weak Kirigakure other people were skeptical about the idea he already proved he would kill allies he might do it again but soon those people wound up dead and hanging from buildings in a crucified fashion so soon those against Kuragetsu stopped and joined him instead.

Kuragetsu changed everything, the schooling of the young, how the academy's final test was he liked the idea of quality over quantity. He would rather have one ninja who can slaughter a group of ninja's rather a group of useless ninja who would just die many people were against this but after a few more death's they came around and Kirigakure changed and not for the better.

Achievements/Crimes:

He killed his father, grandfather and a large amount of Kirigakure ninja and even the Mizukage in order to take his title.

He was/is a member of the current seven swordsman and the current user of Nuibari.

He is the current head of the Hōzuki clan.

He slaughtered a group of Kirigakure Genin back when he was a Genin but was let off since he proved to be of more use than the whole group.

He has killed a large amount of Kirigakure villagers and ninja who disliked his ideas or when he became the Mizukage.

Chakra Natures:

Jutsu:

Water Release: Hydrification Technique:

The Hydrification Technique is a protean, whole-body technique whereby the user can liquefy their body at will. It is the signature technique of the Hōzuki clan.

Water Release: Tate Eboshi

After using his Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, Kuragetsu can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. Kuragetsu can use this form to battle larger opponents, or he can use it to shield allies from attack.

Water Release: Water Gun Technique:

The user mimics a fire gun with his hand and, through the Hydrification Technique, compresses a drop of water in their index finger, firing it with tremendous force and speed similar to a gunshot.

Water style: Water Balloon Technique:

After using the Hydrification Technique to form a pool of water at their feet, the user then produces bubbles which float upwards from the ground. These are then launched at targets with such speed and force that they can cause great blunt-force trauma.

Water Release: Steaming Danger Tyranny:

Firstly, he creates a clone — which resembles a chibi version of himself — made from the oil and water in his body. The water in the clone is surrounded by a thin layer of oil and due to this structure, the clone's temperature can easily be altered from cold to hot and vice-versa. When it exerts itself, the outer layer of oil heats up and evaporates the water inside. As the internal pressure builds, the clone expands until it violently explodes and the water vapor is released. This vapor then cools down as it rises and as a result, turns into hail that cools the clone, causing it to shrink to its original size and start the entire process again.

Water Release: Triple Steaming Danger Tyranny

This Jutsu is a multiplied Jutsu version of the Steaming Danger Tyranny, it uses three times as much chakra as the standard version of this Jutsu does meaning it can't be used as long, however it spawns three chibi clones of himself meaning three lots of explosions per time.

Secret Technique: Mist Rain

A technique known by Kirigakure hunter-nin. The user makes rain that absorbs any chakra that it comes in contact with, as long as it's not of the same signature as the original user.

Boil Release: Skilled Mist Technique:

Kuragetsu creates a cloud of mist which he releases from his mouth. This mist contains a powerful acidic property, capable of melting bodies, and chakra defenses, such as Susanoo. The technique has an inherent disadvantage in that its effects are indiscriminate, limiting its usage to areas that do not contain allies.

Boil Release: Hiding in the Acid Mist.

Kuragetsu releases a cloud of mist from his mouth. The mist contains a powerful acidic property. The mist is made to hide the user while at the same time progressively melting the body of the foe caught in it. The more chakra the user puts into the mist the stronger the acidic property and the thicker the mist is.

Longsword Ninja Art: Earth Spider Sewing:

Using the Nuibari, the user buries the sword's attached razor sharp wire string underground. Once a person stumbles into the area, they pull the string to trap their feet in a formation of wire, cutting them off. The power and force behind the wires can be controlled by the user by applying additional strength.

Longsword Ninja Art: Wire Crucifixion:

Using Nuibari and wire strings, Kuragetsu strings his opponents in a way that leaves their bodies looking as though they were crucified. The final blow is given by piercing them with Nuibari, leaving his opponents to die a slow painful death.

Longsword Ninja Art: Trap Cutter:

Using Nuibari, Kuragetsu attaches the sword's attached razor sharp wire string to several different surfaces. When someone enters the area, Kuragetsu pulls the string causing the string to tighten and shorten, cutting the victim/s to pieces.

Longsword Ninja Art: Thousand Shuriken Release:

Threading Nuibari's wire string through a large amount of Shuriken, Kuragetsu swings the blade sideways propelling the multiple shuriken at high speeds towards an opponent.

Hiding in Mist Technique

The Hiding in Mist Technique is a specialty of the ninja fromKirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by either lifting up water from a pre-existing source, or expelling water from their mouth. They can then go in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It cannot fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan andRinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra — which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Silent Killing:

As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, the attack cannot be anticipated and defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

Water Clone Technique:

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones that are made out of water. Also, unlike shadow clones, water clones hold only one-tenth of the original person's power.

Water Prison Technique:

This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water.

Heavenly Weeping:

A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity.

Water Release: Water Severing Wave:

After kneading chakra in the stomach and converting it into water, the user spews it out as a high pressure stream that is powerful enough to cut cleanly through several thick trees with ease.

Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique:

A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface.

Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique:

This technique creates a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra.

Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson:

The user unleashes a volley of shuriken with one hand, and at the same time, exhales fire-infused chakra onto them in order to increase the weapons' destructive potential by making them capable of inflicting severe burns upon direct contact with either the intended victim, or any other object caught within their trajectories.




Natural Skills/Techniques:


He is a master of Kenjutsu (swordsmanship)

He cannot be touched by Taijutsu or Kenjutsu as he has a body made of water.




Strengths:


High charka levels.

Master of water style.

He is a master of killing silently.

Taijutsu and kenjutsu does no harm him.

He is a master of ambushing especially when using Nuibari.




Weaknesses:


Being made out water lightning release is incredibly dangerous to him.

He gets super overconfident when he uses the Water Release: Steaming Danger Tyranny.

He dislikes fighting at range and can't get serious while being forced to.

When using the boil release any allies nearby can be injured by it.

If he fights he aims to kill meaning if a foe tries to run he would hunt them to the ends of the world.

He's rather protective but not overbearing and is more than willing to sacrifice his life for the protection of his village. He is a loud, strong personality but it shouldn't be mistaken for being boastful. Mamoru enjoys the good things of life and bringing them to light the best he can. Although slightly cocky, he does take things in a realistic manner, approaching a situation promptly on how he should. His anger is easy to surface but he maintains it with a dangerous smile until he's fallen over the edge of utter rage.



History:


Born as the great nephew to the third Raikage, Mamoru always had the ambition to be one of the greatest shinobi in his village, not necessarily aiming for Raikage, mind you. His training was undertaken by his great uncle who believed he was able to surpass his parents' and his own prowess. The Black Lightning technique was passed on to him and the addition of Mamoru's strong, defending reputation eventually gained him the honor of becoming the fifth Raikage at the age 24.

Lightning Release: Limelight


While needing three others, he has the skill to be one of the four to use this jutsu, the most destructive of the Lightning Releases. It has the potential to wipe out a whole Hidden Village.


Lightning Release:
Junsei Raikou Kunai (Pure Lightning Kunai)


As the user flashes a number hand seals the shinobi begins to develop 4 kunai between his fingers that he can throw at his opponent. The kunai that are developed are made of pure, concentrated lightning, heated to the point that with the amount of power that they are thrown it it could go through most forms of metal and still do some damage


Lightning Release: Dendou Kariyou (Electric Overdose)


The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.


Lightning Release: Dendou Enmu (Electric Fog)


Fog is summoned first to cover a large area, it isn't necessarily thick and could be seen through. Electricity is sent through the water droplets in the fog, targeting either an individual or a group.


Lightning Release: Inbikiri Ekido (Lightning Rage)


After necessary hand seals, hands are slapped on the ground, sending out an electric pulse to about 50-100 ft in diameter around caster.


Lightning Release: Kuroi Kaminari (Black Lightning)


Generates lightning in a black color; more potent in power and longer range


Lightning Release: Seiteki Chikara (Static Force)


This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearby things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.


Lightning Release: Rairyu Rendan (Lightning Dragon Attack)


Sends a create dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponents body. That can leave their entire body temporarily paralyzed.


Storm Release: Reizā Sākasu (Laser Circus)


With a combination of Water and Lightning release, he unleashes multiple beams of pure energy before him to catch an spread out enemies that surround him.


Storm Release: Hikari no Kekkai (Light's Barrier)


After the needed hand signs are performed, a plate of fuzzy light appears upon the user's chest. This light will strike down light to medium projectiles, and is capable of protecting against explosives by quickly shelling over the entire body.


Storm Release: Kuropansa (Black Panther)


The user performs a single hand sign and tucks it close to their body, from here a substantial amount of black lightning will surge about their torso. By aiming the still held hand sign, the user releases a mass of black lightning in the shape of a panther-like creature to electrocute their target. Because of its size and overall power, the panther is capable of causing severe damage if full contact is made.


Storm Release: Kumo no Fukushuu (Arachnid's Revenge)


The user will release a string of black clouds from their hands at roughly 100 yards per post. However, unlike Kumoritte which is merely used to disable visibility, these black clouds hold a creeping secret. Within the darkness lurks hundreds of tiny "thunder legs;" chakra created creatures which give off a small amount of light and emit an electric charge from each of their eight legs. In small amounts, the feeling of their legs on one's body is almost therapeutic, but in leagues these critters are capable of delivering an intense shock. Badly affected by the wind.


Water Release: Suihou (Water Cannon)


A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.

-Skilled in combat with his naginata and wakizashi; utilizes them to focus his Lightning techniques


-More of an ambusher and guerrilla fighter rather than fighting head on





Strengths:

-His physical strength


-Immune to electricity (pain, nerve system is dead in that sense, but regular pain from a different source can be felt)



-Above moderate chakra levels





Weaknesses:

-Lack of focus, he can't get his aim precise when he doesn't have some sort of vessel to point his Lightning Release


-Chakra control goes out of the window when a fight draws out too long



-When angered in battle, will only see red, metaphorically, until the target is taken care of. That being said, he'll have little regard to dodging and defense and go straight for the jugular, even if it may kill him.



-Water Release isn't up to par with his lightning, although he does more than manage with Storm Release

Ishiko is quite amiable when she's at ease. Most of the time she's quick witted and hard headed especially when it comes to missions. She'll sacrifice anything and anyone for a mission, even if there was a chance of it being avoided. Her village wasn't as accepting like any other village would to a jinchuriki of the five tails and has thus created a mature realist, although she isn't necessarily cold. She only looks out for herself and perhaps her clan but that is on debatable terms. She isn't cocky or prideful but she knows her limits and is more than willing to surpass them to preserve herself.



History:


Her family were regular Jonin in the village and she was living a normal life, learning the Seitestu's sacred jutsu when Hagane finally caught themselves a tailed beast, Five Tails (Kokuō). She was eight when they sealed the beast inside of her, being the closest and most steel willed child they could find within the first few minutes they returned with it. Ever since then, the First Haganekage kept her under a watch and had her taken from her clan and put her under the training of the anbu leader. Through mass discipline, she has learned to control her beast to a degree where her emotions don't make her snap and rarely talks to the intellectual being, the pair both being strong headed.

This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited time.


Doton: Sekkai Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Rock Clone Technique)


A clone is actually created out of rock, not just dirt and other pieces of earth. This clone is faster and stronger than a simple earth clone. The bunshin can have the exact Physical stats of the user. The bunshin can use 1 Doton jutsu.


Doton: Iwa Tounyuu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Rock Throw Technique)


A small rock, the size of a fist, can be lifted and thrown using chakra.


Doton: Doroku Gaeshi (Earth Release: Rock Shield)


In the jutsu, the user lifts up a giant piece of earth and uses it as a shield. For every rank, the shield grows 5 feet by 5 feet, and thickens by 3 inches.


Doton: Gou no Doro (Earth Release: Mud Moat)


This jutsu converts the area immediately surrounding the performer of it into a a deep murky moat full of mud. The moat is at least 6 ft deep and four feet in radius (6 feet radius for genin, 8 feet for chuunin, 10 feet for Jounin, 15 feet for Sennin). Due to the nature of the moat, water walking can not be performed on it. Only an area of 1½ feet in diameter remains of solid, dry land for the user to stand on.


Doton: Tsuchi Tou Tou (Swift Earth)


When performing this jutsu the shinobi places his/her hands on the ground and causes it to move rapidly away as if it were a conveyor belt. As the shinobi increases in skill and rank the size, speed, and range of this jutsu all increase.


Doton: Shuriken no Jutsu (Earth Release: Stone Shuriken Skill)


Widely used in situations where the user runs out of projectiles. By picking up dirt from the ground and infusing it with chakra, it molds together and takes the form of a shuriken.


Doton: Jihibiki Kansei no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Tremor Sense Technique)


By touching the ground, the user can sense tremors or vibrations in the ground. These tremors indicate movement, which the user can sense, although he doesn't know who exactly it is. The range is half a mile.

Tsuka no Tsuchi Souzou (Earth Release: Earth Mound Creation)


The earth is caused to rise up at least 10 feet and a steep sloped mound is made with the shinobi performing this jutsu at its peak. The mound soaks up water like a sponge making this an effective jutsu to perform when fighting any water using shinobi.


Doton: Karyoku Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Volcanic Earth Clone Skill)


This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. The difference from the normal clone is that this one comes from heated earth, making it's skin almost volcanic and painful to touch. The bunshin can use one Doton jutsu.

A large hill made of rock is created. The slope is very steep and made of slippery shale rock. It is useful as a defensible platform to perform other techniques from. For every rank, the hill goes up 15 feet.


Doton: Iwa no Doomu (Earth Release: Earth dome)


An elaboration of Doton Doryu Heki (Earth Element Mud Slide Barrier), this jutsu retains its predecessor's characteristics and more. Instead of forming a single, straight wall which can protect the user from only one angle, this jutsu enables the user to create a wall not just all around him, but from above him as well. If the technique is successful, the user should be inside a thick dome of stone which is quite difficult to destroy. The disadvantages are obvious- one cannot see outside the dome, and an opponent would have time to prepare an attack the user won't be aware of. Furthermore, holding the dome together requires a great deal of chakra, and the jutsu can only be active for a few minutes, and after that it will simply crash.


Doton: Retsudo Tenshou (Earth Release: Splitting earth force)


This causes a violent earth rift to be sent towards an opponent by slamming one’s open palms on the ground and sending chakra deep in. The earth rifting force can cause unstable grounds to completely collapse, and basically crack open the ground ahead and causes changes to the landscape as well as cause some severe damage. Best used along with other shinobis to cause a large scale destructive force.


Doton:
Shindoryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon God Blast)


In this more advanced jutsu, the user slaps their open palm into the ground and it begins to shake. A large, bronze dragon head peaks out of the ground and roars to reveal its lengthy stone body. Then it dives back under, traveling to the opponent through the ground. When it finally reaches the opponent it shoots up in full dragon form and smashes into them with an enormous force, exploding on contact. The explosion causes the dragon's bronze body to move outward with immense force.


Doton: Kekkai Doroudomu (Earth Release: Clay Barrier Prison)


Technique which completely surrounds an opponent in a prison made of clay or earth. The user then is able to absorb the enemy’s chakra through the walls. This absorption of chakra, however, only causes the victims to feel a bit weaker. Once the opponent leaves the prison, he feels like normal again. Since the walls of the prison are infused with a user's chakra, any damage taken by the prison is capable of being repaired/regenerated by that chakra.


Steel Release: Blue Iron/Steel Shield


Iron or steel ingots are drawn from the earth at rapid speeds to form a wall or shield around the user. It is floating midair so the 6' x 6' round shield is mobile and can be moved quickly to block blunt attacks and flying objects.


Steel Release: Blue Bomb


User is encased by a ball of blue colored iron and sits as if gaining sage mode to make chakra glow from their being until it reflects from the iron inside. It takes about half a minute to reach its full potential and once ready, the iron shell bursts apart from the force of the reflected chakra, making the metal shrapnel and hitting everything 30-50 yards around the user along with a blinding blue flash; requires a lot of chakra and is more of a last defense move.

Kaiorama adopted Orochimaru's Hidden Snake ability. Since he has not learned from the snakes in Ryuchi Cave, he uses a Mokuton version instead. These snakes can suppress Chakra after grabbing ahold of their target.



Mokuton: Nativity of a World of Trees


A technique developed by Hashirama Senju, where the user forces trees to grow on any surface, easily creating a dense forest anywhere they choose. A small plant can grow into a forest in an instant.



Mokuton: Wood Thorn Bed


After the user performs the necessary hand seals, they put both palms onto the ground. They force chakra into the ground and push down hard. Wood spikes raise out of the ground sticking straight up. This extends around the user 25 feet in each direction. The only spot not affected is a small 5 foot wide circle where the user is. These spikes are very sharp and can puncture skin very easily.

Doton: Mud Slide Barrier


A defensive jutsu in which the user creates a thick wall of mud and earth to defend against an attack. For every rank, the wall of mud is twenty feet wide and fifteen feet high.



Doton: Inner Decapitation


This earth jutsu allows the user to “dive” into the ground and move around in it as if it was water, or even thin air. This ability allows the user to get near an opponent without notice and when below him, pull down the opponent to ground, burying his body and leaving only the head above the ground. This particular jutsu isn’t an attack by itself, but it easily creates and opening for more deadly attacks



Doton: Rock Hill Creation


A large hill made of rock is created. The slope is very steep and made of slippery shale rock. It is useful as a defensible platform to perform other techniques from. For every rank, the hill goes up 15 feet.



Doton: Quicksand


A simple yet effective skill. Using chakra, the user is able to create a pool of quicksand in the ground. The pool is ovalcircular, and is of about 4 feet in diameter. A perfect jutsu for setting traps, although it can be created under an opponent's feet, but will only work if the opponent's movement is severely hindered.



Suiton: Water Puddle Technique


By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.



Suiton: Water Pellet


it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.



Suiton: Oil Clone Technique


Oil Clone Technique is a variation of the Genjutsu; Mist Servant Technique. It creates a whole bunch of clones, which won't disappear like normal illution clones when they're hit. The hit will only go right through them. The only known way to defeat them is to send a fire justu at them.



Taijutsu: Dancing Dragon


This is an opener Kaiorama uses that can lead into most of his combos. He takes an aggressive stance and throws a light left with a powerful right.

  • Dance of the Willow -The first of Tremki's five dances. To perform this dance, Tremki grows several long bone blades from his body for use as weapons. There isn't any set form for the Dance of the Willow. Just like a willow that is shaken by the wind, the opponents attacks are simply parried and countered. Uncharacteristic of a willow, the hardened bones puncture and damage the opponents body. Though he primarily uses two blades grown from the palms of his hands, he also uses several secondary bones grown from his elbows, knees, and shoulders. This dance form is incredibly acrobatic, using spins, charges, and long sweeping slashes to make the strikes more effective and to evade opponents' counter strikes. Tremki can also extend his bones to attack his opponents without having to adjust his own movement.

    Dance of the Camellia - The second of Tremki's five dances, which he performs by modifying one of his upper arm bones to create a short, bone-hilted bone sword. He then stabs chaotically and continuously which causes the opponents eyes to lag behind. The speed resembles afterimages, the hand with the sword is again and again visibly projected. And yet the movement is irregular which makes it difficult to predict. With each thrust the sword's track is very capable of changing. The attack comes from unexpected angles, causing a person's delicate defence reaction to come off guard. Though one can have great reflexes and moving ability, it is next to impossible to keep dodging the fierce attack until it stops. Thus if one showed an opening, a finishing blow will be dealt by one stab in an instant.


    Dance of the Larch - The third of Tremki's four dances. From the body, several bones pop out all at once. The stronger the opponent's physical attack, the more powerful the counter attack is, dealing severe damage. The sudden defence, combined with the needle-like bones high killing ability, makes way for a technique which has great potential for battle. The bones can be used to block or trap an opponent's taijutsu strikes. In addition to being an unwelcome surprise for opponents, it makes him basically untouchable at close range. If an opponent would start to get close to him, he would begin to spin rapidly slashing the foe in multiple areas


    Dance of the Angel - The fourth and last of Tremki's dances. From the back, Tremki's wing bones come out to first appear as only two odly shaped spikes from his back. That is until it splits a million fold, speading into angelic shaped wings from his back from the very bones of his body. This is by greatly increasing the calcium in his bones, multiplying the amount he already has in his bones to form these angelic wings. While this definitely does not grant the ability of flight, it also doesn't seem to weigh his movement down and is still capable of fighting hand to hand. However from these wings he is able to strike freely, as if having four limbs - and by flapping them a high speed, he is able to send a barrage of bone spikes at his opponent if he isn't able to close in the distance.


    Ten-Finger Drilling Bullets -


    Hardened bones from the fingertips are shot at the enemy, with a spinning motion added to the skeletal bullets. A direct hit will excavate skin, flesh, and bone. Since the bones of the user can be regenerated, the rate of fire from the user's arsenal is limitless. This technique is essential to Tremki for his long distance attacks. In the anime, these attacks were shown strong enough to easily pierce through the steel armour worn by the samurai.





    Summons:


    By one of his old friends he was taught how to summon noodles, which would often mean it was taken randomly from somewhere else, he genrally does this frequently and is the only summoning he actually knows. The noodles do nothing fancy at all, in fact they are just normal plain noodles.

Ayane Uchiha










Personality



Throughout her life, there's this thing Ayane's been hearing about the Uchiha. The Curse of Hatred, something, she obviously denies. No way she'd let such a petty emotion sweep her. But that was a while ago when she thought that. Now, as both a Jinchuuriki and an Uchiha, extra precautions are taken so she wouldn't spiral into the path of evil.


A generally friendly person, many people immediately bring up the eyepatch, wondering if she had her eye cut out in battle or something of the sort. This usually leads into her secondary personality trait; her hotheaded and quick to get annoyed attitude. Even if she still keeps the smile, friends of hers usually know when Ayane wants you to just shut up.



Regardless, Ayane is typically known as the goody two-shoes of the Uchiha clan, constantly getting out of the calm and reserved stereotype and opting for a perky and charismatic one. Charisma is usually something she falls upon to stop people from being scared of her. The fact that an Uchiha's wielding the Nine Tails like a pet would get some people scared, but that's usually townsfolk.



No matter how much people would think she's a people person, which she is at most moments, being in a team with her would usually be a nightmare. Thinking of the teammates more than the mission, Ayane would easily take public shaming for the safety of others. This usually never happens however, since Ayane could take on both tasks at once with no problem. In all the missions she's been at least.



Letting emotions get ahead of her is something she only reserves for good friends and her fellow clan members however. If it was at the expense of someone Ayane's never met, she'd gladly sacrifice the person for the mission.



Seriousness is another huge factor that goes into her personality. When the situation calls for it, Ayane could go from "bubbly innocent girl" to "that person who'll kill me for a wrong look" in a matter of seconds. Though that wouldn't exactly be considered a flaw, other traits would be. A hidden cynically and hate's been boiling in her, one that she decides to ignore. Thoughts of being manipulated for her chakra and Jinchuuriki nature is something that first comes to mind. It wasn't like it's been actually proven, however she can't stop thinking about these different scenarios.



Background



Born within Konohagakure, Ayane led a decent life, for the most part that is. Ayane was born into the Uchiha clan, to a pair of respectable parents. Stumbling around as a three year-old, hate was one of the strongest emotions she witnessed throughout her life. Not that Ayane had any at first, at first, she was merely curious.


Grown talented at just about everything, Ayane's parents trained her to become a fighter yes, but not a cold one with the personality equivalent to a sack of potatoes. Her main goal was to do that fireball jutsu, not out of her own skill, but for bragging rights to her friends. Ayane would train sometimes, just practicing it in her freetime. Wasn't like she had enough chakra to do it however, she was only 8 and would kill herself trying to do it. Ayane's parents would discourage this. "Ayane! Try when you're 13, you're too young to do it now!" They warned, concerned for their child. She of course, ignored these words and kept moving on. Sometimes Ayane wished she hadn't, the downwards spiral her life went though probably wouldn't've happened otherwise.



One day, Ayane was secretly practicing in her room. Thing about practicing jutsu, thinking you'll never actually be able to do it, is that you don't care where you do it. The seals. Something she memorized around a month ago. Would keep doing them, doing the correct actions, but nothing came out. However, on this day it did. Giving it one more try before she gives up and tries again in a few years, she did the signs again. The horse... serpent... ram... monkey... boar... horse... and the tiger. With one blow, fire spewed out. The jutsu soon went out of control, and Ayane couldn't control it. Fire started sweeping throughout the house, and it was the first time that Ayane was scared. In the midst of the flames, Ayane gained her first tomoe within her Sharingan.



Waking up, the doctors were surprised Ayane even survived using that much chakra at such a young age. Most would probably just flop to the ground, and simply die. They were more rejoiced that she actually survived however, her clans folk were more happy by this. They pressured to seal the Nine Tails into Ayane due to her abnormal chakra. Another purpose, was simply so the Uchiha could have an edge on any ensuing conflicts. The Uchiha knew that the village would initially reject this decision, so they slightly nudged their decision to the other way with their natural genjutsu.



By the time Ayane was 11, she was going through the sealing process. The stress put onto her the weeks before and the initial sealing had already filled her eyes with two tomoe Sharingan. It all didn't seem too bad, sealing went without a hitch, and everyone seemed to be fine. Only problem was, that Ayane met the Nine tails at this moment.



Trying to pressure her to release the seal, Ayane wasn't stupid enough to fall for it. No one was. Though Kurama made some points that Ayane always thought about for the rest of her ninja career.
Was she just being used as a tool when the Uchiha finally show their hatred? If your own family would use you like that, why trust anyone else?


These thoughts raised Ayane to be a very cynical person, something she doesn't really show outside. Chuunin exams passed by, and Ayane passed with flying colors, even managing to pick up some new jutsu with her Sharingan. She had every ninja's dream, to become Kage. A dream that she stuck to, until she knew how utterly pointless it was. An Uchiha as a Kage was only create more unneeded tension, combo-ed with the fact that she was a jinchuuriki? Even worse. Instead, she opted for something simpler, the Anbu.



Picking up a sword and training profusely in kenjutsu, Ayane was soon accepted into the Anbu at the age of 15. With three years of service, there was some stuff Ayane wished she didn't see, and some stuff that she'll never want to forget. Through all the various missions, she developed three tomoe within her Sharingan and picked up various jutsu from her enemies and allies.



By the age of 18, Ayane decided to retire her role as an Anbu, and took a break. Wasn't like it was a very short break, since the rest of her clan pressured her into actually learning how to use the Kurama in battle. Ayane wasn't too thrilled by this, and was ready to cut through anyone near her for looking at her wrong. The former Nine Tails Jinchuuriki decided to help her in this quest. Releasing the seal seems like a stupid idea, fighting the tailed beast seemed even more idiotic. Wasn't like Ayane had much of a choice in the matter anyways, everyone'd look at her with disappointed eyes for not at least trying.



Trying, was what she did. Though Ayane didn't exactly put herself in good terms with the Nine Tails. Rather than fighting, Ayane used her Sharingan to immobilize the tailed beast, taking its chakra from there. Later, her Sharingan was forced to stay suspended in its activated phase, passively stopping Kurama from trying to break the now weakened seal, and ensuring the safety of everyone around her. Ration pills were often given to her as a backup, and through the five years of doing this, her body adapted to keep a fraction of her chakra for her genjutsu.

However, one of Ayane's eyes has been forcefully suspended in an activated state to ensure the security of herself, and the village due to her Jinchuuriki nature.

    Eye of Insight: When a Sharingan is activated, the eye of insight typically is responsible for processing information. Abilities that this grants are:

The only problem is that Ayane only uses this ability on her tailed beast. Reason being, it's far more reasonable to keep yourself in check before keeping someone else in check.

Jutsu

  • Genjutsu - Sharingan: With eye contact on an individual or creature, the user can lock the victim in a genjutsu that has various effects.
  • Transformation Technique: A supplementary technique most ninja know, it still proves valuable in the various covert ops Ayane has been in. When using this jutsu, the user can transform into practically anything, within limits of course. For example, one could not transform into a planet.
  • Shadow Clone Technique: The user generates a clone of him/herself, at the expense of dividing some of the user's chakra into the clone.
  • Body Replacement Technique: The user will seemingly teleport away from an attack and replace the person's likeness with something that is generally a log.
  • Fire Release - Great Fireball Technique: A jutsu performed as a massive orb or a flamethrower, the Uchiha clan have a better proficiency with the technique. The amount of damage this technique performs is based on the amount of chakra used in the attack.

    Tailed Beast Fireball Technique: While in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, Ayane gathers the necessary black and white chakra and expels it, preforming a Great Fireball Technique, with a slowly circumference. If anyone were to touch it, it would result in a sizeable blast radius.


[*]Fire Release - Phoenix Sage Fire Technique: This jutsu involves the user shooting a volley of small fireballs at the victim. This could be thought of like a "machine-gun" version of the Great Fireball Technique.


[*]Fire Release - Ember Clone Technique: Much weaker than a normal shadow clone, this technique often involves a clone bursting into flames once damaged. This doesn't actually deal substantial damage to the victim, and this "attack" is often used as a distraction.


[*]Fire Release - Flame Spread Technique: This jutsu involves the user covering a blade with flames. At maximum, this jutsu only covers the length of the average blade.


[*]Fire Release - Hellfire Clap: This jutsu involves the user doing the same seals as a fireball jutsu, however swapping it to a ram sign. Once the user claps, it generates fire to engulf anyone within a six meter radius. This could easily be countered by most defensive jutsu however.


[*]Fire Release - Hot Hug: Used mostly as a last ditch effort, the user could grab the victim, only creating extremely minor burns on the victim. This is often used as an annoyance out of battle, or as a practical joke. However, extra chakra could be put into the attack, making it a good interrogation technique.


[*]Fire Release - Blaze Eruption: This technique creates a seeming small ball of fire that can be launched at a target. Once the flame impacts something, it explodes in to a raging, all consuming, fire storm within a radius.


[*]Fire Release - Flame Fist: This essentially, is an attack that causes an intense explosion by transferring all heat from the user’s hand into the object it makes contact with. From the outside, it looks like the flame enveloping the user’s hand is also enveloping the object in question and it is the force of the punch that causes the explosion. If this were the case, this technique would clearly be much more taijutsu-oriented than ninjutsu.

  • Tailed Beast Art - Black Fist: Instead of using flames, in the middle of Nine Tails Chakra Mode it could be opted out for black and white chakra, creating much more devastation.


[*]Lightning Release - Chidori: The user gathers and channels lightning into the user's hand, generating a loud noise. They then move at the enemy at extremely high speeds, piercing the target.


[*]Lightning Release - Chidori Blade: Rather than focusing a Chidori into a hand, Ayane usually prefers to channel a Chidori through her blade. However, this could be countered by blades that take advantage of lightning release abilities.


[*]Lightning Release - Flickering Light: The user will simply glow, producing light when there is none.


[*]Lightning Release - Electron Technique: The user will create a sphere of electricity that, when thrown, will electrocute the victim. The problem with this technique is that the sphere usually swerves, making it hard to aim correctly.


[*]Lightning Release - Pure Lightning Kunai Technique: After a number of hand seals, the user will develop four kunai composed of pure, concentrated substances having the potential to go through a great deal of substances and still deal damage.


[*]Lightning Release - Sphere Shield Technique: The user will circulate electrically charged chakra around his or her body, with the capability to deflect most taijutsu, kenjutsu, and basic ninjutsu. The only downside this that the user can't move when the shield is around him/her.


[*]Lightning Release - Heavenly Light Technique: A jutsu created by Ayane personally, it has no tactical value. It involves the user to do the same seals and actions as the Electron Technique, however at the end the user splits it and launches it into the air, generating something similar to fireworks.


[*]Kenjutsu - The Way of the Silent Blade: This style of combat usually involves decisive, quick blows at vital organs, or any weak spots. Favoring agility, speed, and accuracy, assassins usually prefer this technique. In combination with a Sharingan or a Byakugan, it could be used with even deadlier results.





Nine-Tails Chakra Mode


Once activated, the user "shelves" their own chakra in favor of the Nine-Tails' chakra. With this, they gain physical boosts in almost every direction. This mode has two problems however. First, if Ayane uses this for more than an hour, the Nine Tails slowly regains control and takes over her body. The second, being that she can't use lightning jutsu, since the Nine Tails' chakra is incompatible with such jutsu.

Yuu seems to despise many things and keeps a look of uncertainty and just a slight bit of dissatisfaction on his face most of the time. This expression is usually a mask, as he hates conveying his true self to everyone around, thus he's trained to keep himself together and stay cool. His cool head and intelligent attitude is a great balance to the Raikage, usually earning him a spot next to him to many events and important meetings. Yuu likes to be called by his first name, and has a very carefree attitude.





History


Yuu was born to a family of Taijutsu masters. None of them could use chakra, so they learned to protect themselves with physical combat. They developed a distinct and powerful fighting technique that all members were required to learn. Yuu was far more fascinated by the concept of chakra than the rest of his family, so he researched. He dove farther and farther into his studies and less and less into his training. Eventually, a feud erupted between him and his father and he was cast away from his family. Yuu learned to hone chakra, and joined Kumogakure's academy to learn the art better.


His development landed himself in the Medical Ninjutsu division of learning as well as finding his basic chakra nature. His growth in learning was exponential, and soon found himself as one of the best ninja in his village. His proficiency in many areas, but mainly Medical Ninjutsu and Ninjutsu allowed him to fill many roles on squads and a great asset on missions. Yuu soon made his way to the top, becoming a right hand man of sorts to the Raikage, forming a sort of emotional attachment to the man as well.

The jellyfish is able to "swim" through the air, and attach onto someone, either sapping their chakra which makes the jellyfish grow, or giving them chakra, making the jellyfish disappear. This ability drains a lot of Yuu's chakra.


Mystical Palm Technique - Yuu focuses his chakra on his hands, prompting the body it touches to speed up its natural healing process.


Chakra Scalpel - Yuu focuses his chakra into a blade, now able to make incisions, working offensively and for medical use.


Water Release: Tearing Torrent - Yuu creates a vortex of water in his hand as launches it forward.


Water Release: Snake's Mouth - Yuu creates a spinning column of water that turns into a snake, swallowing people and carrying them down a river.


Water Release: Water Dragon Whip - Yuu creates a large sphere of water, then sharp whips of water jut out, hitting targets it catches.

Alias/Nickname: Sousou Sugiru (English: Watefall Funeral Sugiru, mainly because Sand Waterfall Funeral is his signature move.)

Personality: Sugiru is best defined by his psychopathic hatred of almost all other humans, his murderous intent and his total lack of empathy, he is completely driven by his sadistic and violent impulses, often trying to kill anyone who touches him. He views Shukaku as his only friend and often lets him take control, Sugiru agrees that all humans are disgusting. He resents his parents for allowing him to become a Jinchuriki and he hates the rest of the village for imprisoning him, which has given him suicidal tendencies.


History: Sugiru's had only one purpose in life, to become a Jinchuriki. He was the only one with compatible chakra who was strong enough to withstand Shukaku being sealed into him, however unlike Gaara he cannot control Shukaku, even the slightest provocation will cause Shukaku to attack, as he has become extremely protective of Sugiru due to the fact that the Jinchuriki treats Shukaku as his superior and will let him do as he likes as he feels sorry for the Tanuki, knowing how it feels to be ostracized. Shukaku has influenced and manipulated Sugiru to the point where Sugiru doesn't care if Shukaku hurts people, he has come to enjoy the act instead, blaming everyone in Sunagakure for the trauma he has endured. The Sixth Kazekage attempted to turn Sugiru into a lethal weapon similar to Gaara by training him, however Sugiru has already learnt from Shukaku a lot of things about fighting, and instead of obeying the Kazekage's orders, he tried to use Shukaku's sand to tear the man apart, however he was stopped. Sugiru now spends most of his days in a special prison built for him, he is almost always heavily restrained and heavily sedated apart from missions where he is needed, even then he has to be accompanied by Anbu members incase Sugiru runs riot again and starts killing his own side.

After focusing his power, a large tidal wave size amount sand will rise from the ground to cover his target and the surrounding area. This technique serves to set up his Sabaku Taisou technique.

The blood then gives more power to the Shukaku demon imbued in him.

After focusing his power he uses his Ryuusa Bakuryuu technique to cover the surrounding environment in sand. He then places his hands down to the ground and causes the sand to constrict and harden, thereby crushing everything it is covering.

Shukaku no Tate is a Ninjutsu technique said to be Sugiru's Saikou Zettai Bougyo (Supreme Absolute Defense). To stop an incoming attack, Sugiru will mainfest a small form of the Shukaku demon out of sand. Sugiru collects extremely solid minerals from underground and mixes them into his sand using pressure from his chakra. This creates a very strong defensive barrier.
