There are a few rules to this:
-Your familiar/familiars cannot be all powerful. They need to have at least one weakness, but you don't have to share it here.
-Please have no more than three familiars and the more you have, please make them a little weaker. I want everyone to have a fighting chance.
-You may create your own Hail, but please do not give it some above all title. I want there to be room in this rp for growth.
-If you want to be in someone else's Hail, ask them first.

-Shina is intelligent, but she has a hard time controlling her power and in random moments when she is using her magic it will blow up in her face.
Personality:
He is very refined and civilized. He has an old way of honor and respect about him. He knows how to play the violin. He is so charming and graceful in everything he does that girls just seem to fall for him. He has earned the reputation of the most civilized womanizer, because he has been caught many times unknowingly flirting with girls. He has lower tolerance of anyone who has excuses for being unrefined. Though he does not act rudely to those who have not been trained in educate, but if he knows that they know how to be civilized, he will punish them severely if they ignore their civilized nature. He is rather nice to everyone, but will not stand for uncalled for acts of disrespect.

He lost his memory was lost when he was 14. One month later he discovered his three familiars. They gave him the courage to always try. When he was 16 he started the Thousand Eyes Hail. He created it on the concept of being a knight. So every member must sign a contract that states they must always act in a civilized and noble manner. They are to practice fair fighting and the honor of battle. In all actuality, he and his hail are a large group of honorable knights who do everything with grace and educate. They have been called the Country Club of Hails.
