Fantasy The Society of Do-Gooders!

Thanks for the comment, sorry miss type on the steel thing, yes it is hard as steel not made of steel.

Personality: Militaristic when talking to allies in combat and funny outside of combat. He gets angry when talk about mutants and how weird they are. He also gets angry when people say hes dumb. He has more brawns then brains. He charges into battle without thinking. Blushes right next to girl. He thinks himself as more a protector then a warrior meaning he doesn't like to fight rather protect people in the fight.

PS. I accidentally hit Post Reply before finishing Personality.

Hero Name: Beiht(pronounced "byte")

Alias: Robert Banks

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Species: Half-human, half-video game(LITERALLY, that ACTUALLY legit happened.)

Occupation: Forensic scientist...Convenient.

Appearance:

the_crick___oc_commission_by_qbatmanp-d5m469w.jpg
(This guy isn't anime...Just animated. It's more like the Justice League style, which isn't anime.)

tumblr_nhf0c8EFER1rc4pgao1_500.jpg
(Meanwhile, this guy is not like animated at all...Some would say, he's the Reverse.)

Special Abilities: Can create 8-bit objects for a variety of purposes from his DNA(think Green Lantern through his ring, but with any color Beiht chooses), and can fly from his suit. Can also create 8-bit portals from his DNA.

Background Story: (Present tense, first person will be how I RP,) My name is Robert Banks, and I am Bitt. When I was young, I spent a lot of time playing video games...Now, I AM one. When I was 10, my parents were killed in an electrical fire that I had caused, by accident. So, I stayed with my aunt and uncle. for my further years in life. I was introduced to earlier video games that I missed out on. Most of them were entirely frustrating until I turned 13.

When I turned 18, I got a job at the Cap City Police Department as a forensic scientist. I was prepared for the worst, and that's what I got. The cases were growing more and more complex by the hour, and it was getting too confusing to handle. I needed some help. And then...it happened. I was working on a case-a chemical fire-when I accidentally knocked down one of the beakers of said chemicals that they believe were used in the crime. I went to catch the beaker, but it broke on me. I was doused with chemicals, and to make matters worse, I dived straight into a lab table while trying to catch it. I knocked down the laptop I was using to solve the crime, and it broke, landing on top of me. The electricity combined with the chemicals changed my genetic DNA, and made me a living, breathing video game able to create whatever 8-bit object I need.

I awoke 3 months after, and shortly discovered my powers. Deciding I needed help, I visited Opus Labs, a lab trying to "re-invent the future." They shortly told me that the accident fused the entire harddrive of my laptop - which had, like, 1-2 pieces of software for my job and 10-20 for video games - to my very DNA. So, I asked about what they can do to help me. They said that they can make me a hero. So, for the next 9 months, I trained with them to become a hero. When they thought I was ready, they gave me a supersuit with the ability to fly, which they called the "Battle Exosuit for Intermediate Heroes and Threats," or "B.E.I.H.T" for short. They then sent me on my way to the Society of Do-Gooders. I'm about to arrive.

Personality: Generally quirky, has a one-liner for any situation. Mostly cool with people, but hates "buzzkills." A lot more serious than most in the Society, but still ready to deliver a quirk or one-liner. Also quite a bit of a nerd and likes hanging out with others who know some sort of science or share similar interests. And, likes to show off. To pretty much anyone in the Society. And a few of the guys in F.O.E.

Love the name, love the suit (Love Justice League Unlimited) Love how you got your powers and suit. I just have a few nit picks. First off, Rule 10: No dead parents. If you want to put them in a coma or have them get lost at sea, something like that would be fine...but no dead parents. Secondly, with your powers, where's the limitation? I mean I get it, love Green Lantern, but do they work like a green lantern's ring (Powered by will, weaken by fear)? Just wondering.

Hero Name: Switch (Previously known as Tarot Girl)

Alias: Taylor Allison

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Species: Human

Occupation: College Student

Appearance: Short, with green eyes and brown hair down to her shoulders. She's thin, and seems to lack any muscle tone, relying on her powers for even simple things. When she was younger, Taylor ran around in the outfit of a stereotypical gypsy fortune teller to match Tarot's swami getup, but since trying to strike out on her own, she's decided that jeans and a hoodie with a dust mask are more than enough of an outfit for superheroing.

Special Abilities: Taylor has a fraction of the magical Tarot Force, specifically a portion that represents The Tower, the power of Change.

[Exchange] - Exchange is the power to swap the properties of any item she's touching with those of herself or any other item she's touching. Usually more concrete things like switching the hardness of a rock for the softness of her jacket, or her own weight with that of a feather. She can use it on less concrete ideas too, but its results tend to be less predictable when she does.

[Reverse] - Reverse allows Taylor to reverse the properties of something or someone within a few feet at the cost of reversing them for herself too. Things like reversing the pull of gravity on something, while doing so for herself. Or reversing someone's happiness only to do so for herself too. This effect ends after a few hours.

[Nearly Weightless] - This isn't a special ability exactly, but early on when her power was less restrained, she accidentally switched her weight with that of a pebble that she lost in a lake. It never fixed itself, and as a result her base weight is less than a pound. Which is great for some things, not so much for others.

Background Story: As a young girl in Cap City, Taylor led a perfectly normal life until one fateful day when she was caught in the middle of a robbery. The hero Tarot managed to stop the robbery, but not before Taylor was shot. In order to save her life, Tarot imbued the girl with a small fraction of the incredible magic power known as the Tarot Force! Having done his heroic duty, he went on his way, and Taylor went on hers.

It was a few days later when the girl started to manifest one of the most chaotic and troublesome aspects of the Tarot Force: The Tower. Unrestrained, her newfound powers created a number of problems, and caused a rash of confusion in the city until Tarot managed to track her down. After helping her put things back in order and show some semblance of control, she decided that the girl wasn't ready for that sort of power. But Tarot also knew he couldn't take his power back without killing her. So instead he siphoned off a small portion of the power until she was ready for the greater part of it, and took the girl on his crimefighting adventures as Tarot Girl.

Taylor started to get rebellious as she got into her teenage years, and tried striking out on her own as Switch, even if people still tended to know her as Kid Tarot or Tarot Girl. Trying to separate herself from her mentor, she got maybe a little overzealous in her crimefighting and a little less attentive to her personal life. As a result it was a simple grounding that kept her home on that fateful day. That day when the normally lone-wolf Tarot happened to be visiting on the celebratory anniversary of some fellow heroes.

Since the death of her mentor, Taylor has attempted to balance her civilian life and crimefighting, applying to join the Society of Do-Gooders to help manage her time.

Personality: Taylor is outspoken and boisterous, and more than a little selfish. Her stubbornness and certainty that she's always right don't make her many friends, but beneath her many flaws, she has a good heart and really does want to help others. She isn't totally above using her abilities for her own advantage, frequently using Exchange to push her tiredness to others in order to keep maintaining her double-life, claiming that it's okay because it's 'For the greater good.' She really, really hates being called Tarot Girl.

Well thought out bio and interesting backstory! Nothing I can really see here that I find wrong so far, and you're accepted! Thanks for joining and you can start whenever you like, even though we kind of slowed down for the night xD

Villain Name: Guycoon, The Virus Vandalize

Alias: Kennith "Kenny" Davinski

Age: 48

Gender: Male

Species: Zombie

Occupation: Epidemiologist

human_thrax_derp_by_llamabae-d87p3wl.png

Special Abilities: Guycoon has a low pain level, even agonizing pain is laughably ignorable. It can, however, be annoying if he is concentrating on a task. Because his brain doesn't register pain, it allows his muscles to be used at their fullest potential even at the risk of serious self damage. Guycoon can substitute any of his body parts with anyone else. If he ever needs a new arm, he'll get one either from the Cap City Morgue or from his next victim.

Background Story: In life, Kenny was a Epidemiologist that would spend his time trying to cure the next outbreak that came along. One year it was the bird flu, the next year it was swine flu. Day in and day out, he would be in the lab just trying to find a vaccine. The job itself was just so frustrating, at times. He felt like there was just no end to it...so...Kenny had an epiphany. Why keep find a vaccine for a virus when there was just going to be another one around the corner, when he could just make a a virus that could not be vaccinated.

Kenny spent some time creating a virus, now known as the Davinski Virus, and began his mission to cause his own pandemic upon the unsuspecting citizens of Cap City. He got really far with his mission, killing at least over three hundred people, but then a certain group of Do-Gooders started to mess with his plans. Eventually, with the help of a scientist named Diana, The Society of Do-Gooders found a cure causing Kenny to go onto a psychological breakdown. His full-proof virus had been vaccinated, it was just impossible to him. Out of spite, he began working on another super-bug that he would dub his magnum opus. He had believed that he created an antibiotic-resistant microorganism that could would even trump AIDs. Unfortunately, the Do-Gooders finally found him. At the very last minute, before the Do-Gooders could book him, he injected his virus into himself, killing him not moments after.

It seemed to be over. He was buried at the Cap City Cemetery and that was that. Until two weeks after, it appeared someone had dug up his grave. No more than a day later, the scientist named Diana was found dead along with Guycoon walking in the city causing trouble. Kenny had became Cap City's first zombie and was even worse than before.

Personality: Guycoon likes to play with his "food" torturing them with psychological torment and mind games. He will kill you, but he wants to have fun first. He will make sure you regret crossing him before he decides you're ready to die. Even though he will wait to kill you, he'll not wait to take action. He's reckless, arrogant, and malevolent.

Villain Name: Bob Kat, B.O.B.K.A.T. (Bestial Organic-Based King Attack Trooper)

Alias: Ruperto "Bob" Katrina

Age: 42

Gender: Male

Species: Cyborg

Occupation: Wrestler (Formerly), Personal Assassin (Currently)

Appearance:
199sjzq61t1ggjpg.jpg

Special Abilities: Most of Ruperto's body parts have been replaced with advanced cybernetic prosthetics granting him integrated weapons and superhuman abilities (Herder, better, faster, stronger, yadda yadda). It also makes him highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat against normal and abnormal opponents.

Background Story: Ruperto was a champion in the ring, winning over several times. His fan cried out "Bob Kat" every time he appeared. He was unbeatable...until that one fateful day. During a championship match took place at Cap City's Stadium, where a match between him and some bird-headed newbie, Ruperto's winning streak had come to an end. Ruperto was pit against a man going by the name "Guy Eagle" in a one-on-one match for the grand prize of one million dollars and his own championship belt. The match lasted for what seemed like hours with them trading blows to one another. It finally ended when he took an uppercut to the face, into the air, and onto the ground. He was out cold when he lost the grand prize, his belt, and his pride. He then swore vengeance upon this "Guy-Eagle" until he was able to defeat him.

Most of the time, Ruperto spent his every waking moment challenging Eagle Guy to fights.

He became obsessed with trying to beat him that it became so constant that people just started to take it as the norm. Every time, he was beaten by Eagle Guy. One day, he met up with a certain crab-themed villain that told him that he could help him defeat Eagle Guy once and for all. Ruperto couldn't resist the chance of finally defeating him so he accepted Dr. Cancer's offer. Dr. Cancer used him as a lab rat for his cybernetic studies, turning Ruperto into a robotic killing machine. Now he works as Dr. Cancer's personal assassin, but he still has that personal vendetta still out on Eagle Guy.

Personality: With his modification, Ruperto is more beast then man. He likes to stalk his prey, observe them from a far before going in for the kill. He is a hunter that only follows the orders of his master, Dr. Cancer. He does however still has an unhealthy obsession with beating Eagle Guy.

Age: two weeks and a day

Gender: Male

Species: Honey Badger

Occupation: Honey Badgers don't care about money

Appearance:An albino honey badger pup

Mutant: (Mutant form may vary on environment)<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_07/image.jpg.8f2cd4d6b695ab543df48392ef1099d5.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="65269" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_07/image.jpg.8f2cd4d6b695ab543df48392ef1099d5.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Special Abilities: Mutation-Egg has the power to mutate rapidly to nearly any situation. Note:He has particular vulnerabilities, such as a hard time mutating to stop viruses. He also must be in some way harmed to mutate, in which it may seem to appear as rapid healing. He can not control how he mutates, it is entirely dependent on how he is harmed, which could be used to a smart villians advantage.

Not Caring-Pain and taunts do not usually effect Egg. However, he is vulnerable to emotional pain if his friends are harmed, which has a physical toll done to his body.

Magic Immunity-Like all honey badgers, Egg is immune to magic.

Background Story: Egg was born from the rapidly mutating honey badger Timmy, who was apparently a Tina. His mother's ability to mutate quickly was passed on to him at birth, as well as an unfixable quirk in his genetic makeup. Albinism. Despite being abandoned by his mother, Egg soon found family among the Society of Do-Gooders after Bacon had taken him home with him.

Egg spent the next two weeks at the Society of Do-Gooders base. Seeing them train on a daily basis to "protect the weak" left him with those same principles. Though he spends most of the time guarding the base, he will sometimes be called in for difficult missions. When he is, watch out, for he becomes a incredibly powerful juggernaut.

Personality: Egg's general personality towards most things could be summed up as 'Not Caring', though there are exceptions. He looks down on the 'weak that he must protect', but will be there to aid them without a second thought. He sees the Society as his family and will gaurd them with his life. He never remembers a person by there name, but instead by the characteristics that he first notices. As one could guess, he is for the most part a brawler, not using strategy or tactics in a fight unless told to otherwise.

Alright, good bio for the little guy, the only problems is that you're making him do things that you didn't say he could do, like the healing. You never stated he could heal, so how is he healing? Second, he can mutate to match any environment, not infection and disease. Those are different things. Your powers and it's limits need to match the bios. Also, the statement *near unstoppable juggernaut* is an unnecessary description that alone kind of goes against Rule No. 2. For the post that you had him get up and fight off the virus, I'd have to ask you to please erase or heavily edit that part of your post and allow my post to play out stating that the badger can fight off the virus just because he has mutations is vague and not fair and is a form of godmodding. Nawmoo and I have plans for the plot and we can't have things coming in and basically resisting something for the sake of fighting it off. Not every fight you guys have is going to be a victory, there will be times where you lose and that's just a fact.

Don't worry about it. How is it now though? Still need a bit of a nerf?

Also, Egg isn't exactly fighting off the virus. His body is trying to contain it, but is not actually working.

You hadn't stated that though. You stated that he would succeed, which is a stretch, considering this is not a natural virus.

Sorry, I was coming from his percpective, which is the general Honey Badger attitude of Not Caring. My last post in Character has him starting to care.

I forgot I signed up for this.

For rule 10, they said natural causes were okay, just no murder or anything. So, that...Yeah.

For the limitations, I guess he has a limited amount of power he can use per day, or something.

Diamond, you're back! I kind of thought you weren't gonna join, since you didn't respond for a while. So you're still interested in joining then?

-Anti-Hero Name: Bio-hazard

Alias: Larry Nellis

Age: 26

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Occupation: Vigilante

Appearance: Larry no longer has the small, meekish figure he once sported. He now stands at an astonishing 6’ 7” and still has his slight tan. His hair is now longer, going about half-way down his back and he no longer wears his dorky looking glasses and has used his power to give himself fierce, golden eyes. His body is also covered in muscles, due to the fact that he has learned a lot with his Biological Manipulation. His face is also no longer slightly chubby, but instead distinguished and chiseled and he no longer has his mustache. Since he is no longer working as a CNA, he usually spends most of his time capturing and subduing criminals and villains. His new outfit, which he has changed from the first one. His new costume is now a dark red, almost similar to blood and it only covers his body, not his face. This costume is also a lot more basic, with no more trimming and design. In the chest is a black biohazard symbol.

Special Abilities: Supernatural Condition through Bio Manip, Advanced Biological Manipulation and Superhuman Strength: Tier 2.

Background Story: Larry’s life was going wonderfully when he had joined the Society of Do-Gooders. He had great friends, was a successful superhero along with his friends, and was busting crime with his role model, Eagle Guy. Larry was on a stroll with his team when Guycoon had suddenly attacked, causing them to intervene. Due to certain circumstances, Larry was the only one capable of combating Guycoon, and in his battle, he had learned more about his own power, which made him start to think and wonder what he can actually do with it. After almost succumbing to Guycoon’s virus, Eagle Guy saved them and both Larry and Eagle Guy interrogated Guycoon. Shortly afterwards, Eagle Guy was captured by Dr. Cancer and turned him into a mechanical monstrosity known as ACE. After ACE remembered he was Eagle Guy, he fought back Bob Kat and defeated him, but also being destroyed in the process. Larry tried using his power to heal him, but it failed, because he was too much of a machine to do so.

With Dr. Cancer cornered and beaten, Larry was filled with rage and anger at the death of his role model and this caused him to tear off the dreaded Dr’s claws and then pick him up by his neck and snapping it like a twig. Letting the murder of Dr. Cancer desensitize him, he fled the team in an attempt to understand his powers and find out who was supporting Dr. Cancer and also changing the way he looked. Larry soon dove into a life of depression, for he had lost his role model and he had become a murderer. He blamed himself for not being able to save Eagle Guy’s life and swore he would learn how to master it, so that he could never fail anyone ever again. Larry thus broke Guycoon out and brought him to what would be his new lair. He had forced Guycoon to infect him multiple times with his virus until he was able to isolate it and defeat it. In doing so, his powers had developed exponentially, making him a much more formidable foe. Through his deep and intimate understanding of cells and biological manipulation, Larry can alter his appearance to whatever he chooses. This also allows him to manipulate his entire body, allowing him to have Supernatural Condition, giving him extremely fast speed, reaction time, extraordinary intelligence, and able to take blows that would otherwise be fatal. He is also able to almost instantly heal himself and others, giving him a regenerative healing factor. Along with this, he can distort and alter anyone’s cells with a mere thought as long as he has contact with them. This can allow him to explode them on a biological level, cause massive amounts of pain, mutilate them, destroy their bones and cells, and change chemicals in their brain and body to induce a plethora of effects. He can also drastically manipulate his own cells, allowing him to grow wings and even allow flight. One of his most dangerous abilities though, is the ability to negate and even absorb another person’s powers as long as their powers are genetic. He can also use a drastic move and exhaust his own powers for about 8-10 hours by inducing death. With this, he can immediately kill someone with a simple touch, but it will render him exhausted and unable to use his powers for a period of time. He has developed all of these abilities by breaking out other criminals from the prison and he now hunts them down along with other super villains and absorbs their mass and being to torture them and empower himself. His powers are limited though, for he has to have physical contact with his victim in order to harm or manipulate them. He also cannot alter anything that's not organic, such as machines and other things.

Even though he has left the team, he still acts like a superhero, going out and catching would be criminals and thugs. Instead of apprehending them though, he either explodes them or just knocks them out and takes them back to his secret lair to execute more horrendous experiments and further augment his own power.

Personality: Larry was once an awkward man, who would never really talk much in the first place. When he was with the Society of Do-Gooders, he certainly stepped out of his shell and became a very loyal and trustworthy companion. After the death of Eagle Guy, he became a very quiet person and is now cold-hearted, especially due to his wicked experiments. He would rather kill than apprehend and believes that criminals, especially super villains, should be killed to stop them from ever having a chance to harm anyone ever again. He has also become very desensitized, and almost never really shows any real emotion.
