Personality: Riona is a calm, level headed girl who knows what to expect from others. This allows her to cunningly manipulate and crush her enemies and friends alike. She is secretive and merciless to those who get on her bad side. Although her heart is darker than the deepest well, Riona keeps a kind persona on, she is warm and inviting and loves to talk to others. She loves to laugh, dance and explore nature. She has a lust for men making her very preddetorial when it comes to people, women in general. However she also has a lust for knowledge, she loves to learn more about everything, including people and history. Her favorite past time is to read in the great hall of history which she founded and collected throughout her lifetime.
Backstory: Being born as one of the youngest children of her father, Riona had to scrape, manipulate and even kill for her position as the Royal Princess. Having many siblings from different women lead to Riona having many enemies. Even at birth everyone was jelous of Riona, she was one of he most beautiful children that the king had produced. However sadly, her mother disappeared a year after Riona was born. Riona was told that her mother was a dryad or some sort of Fae and had run off to her own kind. Riona didn't believe it she knew that one of the other wives had order her to be assassinated. Besides she doesn't believe in such things as Fae, but occasionally she wonders sometimes about her odd affinity to nature. As a child she struggled between her lighthearted nature that was given to her by her mother and the cold harsh manipulator she had to become to survive in the kingdom. The whole court believed she was favored by the king, therefore Riona was at the end of many daggers in her lifetime. She had to learn how to defend herself, in many ways, creating a secret group of people she could trust to do her bidding. Riona has done terrible things in the 18 years she has been alive, things she isn't proud of, but must happen to establish her claim to the throne. She always blamed her father and family for what she is, cold and evil, like the rest of them. Growing up her only comfort from the evil of the castle was the garden and the great hall of history. In her time in solitude she has devised a plan, in which she will finally win. (which I will eventually make up)
