  In 2015, the government issued a world-wide device that monitored a persons mood, and distracted them from what could make them mad, or upset. It quickly began to control people's lives. 2020 was the date that the government used the device to their mercy. Killing thousands of people who began to resist their device, using it as a mind control, those people are now mindless 'zombies' that the government uses at their advantage. The Government began to upgrade itself over the years, and the only person who is actually human in the government is the dictator, Simon Aberdeen. The rest of the 'people' we see protecting him, and the ones running the entire United States is Artificial Intelligence.
  
  They are programmed to do background checks in under 2.5 seconds, to detect threats and mind patterns. They wear armor to protect them from bullets, knives, and other possible ways to take them down, Yet nothing is invincible, Even they have weaknesses.
  
  
  Simon didn't stop there, With the world in the palm of his hand, After nuking Most of Europe, Leaving those countries as "No man's-land." Due to its nuclear state. He destroyed any country that refused his device, and to bow to him. He was reviewing his cyborg's tapes after they began to die from mysterious ways, in doing so he noticed a group of what seemed to be humans, that took on forms of animals when they were threatened by the Cyborg's attempts to arrest them. So he decided to take the next step.

  It didn't take long for his new 'creations' to surface and cause terror to animals and innocent humans a-like. He named all the individual creations with a letter from the alphabet and the number they were. They were designed to be able to sense danger, and to personally track the unknown Human-Animal hybrids that have been killing the Cyborgs.
  
  It was clear to see Simon had not created the new creations from scratch. He had taken large injured, starving, or stray dogs, and replaced their heart, lungs, brain,eyes, and certain body parts such as their legs, tails, and jaws, to make them into the ultimate weapon. Each has its own characteristics that Simon used to breed the beasts to raise new born pups into deadly monsters like their corrupted parents.

  a group of hybrid humans that was able to avoid the device's controlling powers, they stood together and watched as he United States fell from its high podium into a great deadly state, filled with corrupted humans and dogs a-like, All at the Hand of Simon Aberdeen. They began to train themselves, how to be stealthy when in their human form, so they can creep along the shadows as if they were one themselves, Their presence hangs over Seattle, Washington like a shroud of fear for anyone still alive. They can scale buildings with ease, they blend into the shadows, and kill with such silence their victim's don't even get a chance to blink.
  
  
  Once Simon created the Dog-Machine hybrid, Some of the Rebels began to vanish, The Rebel leader points the answer to Simon, He was taking some of them so experiments, he guarantees it. The Rebel leader is truly a work of art, His actual name is unknown, yet his subordinates call him; "Draco."

  Make drama, be interesting, rude, annoying, but don't be boring or bland.

Hunter and Supply gatherer are two very different roles.


Hunter is the one who hunts down food, and is quite skilled in tracking, shooting, using blades, and most types of weapons.


Supply gatherer is a medic's best friend. The supply gatherer goes into near by abandoned towns that have little, to no civilization and gather food, herbs, medicine, antiseptic, and other needed supplies from vacant homes, barns, sheds, buildings, wherever supplies may be.

If Dinos are cool, I'm going Hunter and shifting into a Deinonychus. If not, I'm going to be a fighter, and be able to change into a Kodiak Bear.

Special units are the.. more unique of the unique. The rebels are made of a those who are only able to shift into one creature their entire lives.


Special units are highly trained assassins that can either shift into multiple animals or control an element, darkness, or blood.


Special units may not control elements and shift. And they can only control a single element, or three shifted forms maximum.


 
I'd like to keep the creatures as modern living.. Sorry if that's a downer..

I think a supply gatherer or a scout would fit a tech. A gatherer is quite intelligent when it comes to creating weapons, scavenging armor and even being able to test dead AI.
