Appearance: Rumor stands at five foot eleven inches with long brown hair that reaches just past her bottom, but is usually kept in a high ponytail. Her skin is a warm caramel color with freckles that cascade down from her shoulders to her finger tips and across her face. Her eyes are a light green, a contrast against her skin and hair that she got from her father. Rumor's legs make up most of her body and since being an avid climber and adventurer, are also the strongest part of her body. Rumor has slightly muscular arms and a tone stomach with a tattoo on her right side of a quote from her grandfather. A light scar is present on the side of her neck from an accident she had when she was younger with a Tediursa. Usually, Rumor wears athletic gear (yoga pants, tank tops, tennish shoes etc) unless she has to dress up, then she'll wear a dress. Along with her outfit, Rumor usually has a green scarf tied around her right forearm.

Personality: When she was younger, Rumor was a very shy and quiet girl because of how other children picked on her and were mean to her. When she met Zorua, she was still a quiet girl but turned into more of a follower rather than a leader. She kept to herself and only talked to the Zorua disguised as a boy a little bit older than she. When she finally found her forever home, her new parents taught her how to embrace the world around her and reach as high as the sky for her dreams. They took her with them as they traveled across the globe, discovering new places, Pokemon, and cuisine. This brought Rumor out from her shell and she blossomed into a woman who was in love with nature and the outside world. Her demeanor can be compared to that of a hippy as to how she's all about peace and nature made things. Of course she battles and makes friends with pokemon. So, over the years she's become a free spirited, outspoken, day dreaming woman who wants to help make the world a better place. Let's see how long the that lasts in the apocalypse.

History: Rumor was picked on as a child and put up for adoption when she was three years old. At the orphanage, she made friends with a rather nasty (mean) boy. The boy convinced her to follow him around because it would be fun. Soon, because she was doing these things and not getting adopted, she was told to not play with the little boy anymore. She wanted to, but when she told the little boy and he saw that she was serious about getting adopted and leaving him, he was hurt. So, she decided to stick with him and make him be better and not bad. What she didn't know was that the little boy was the pokemon Zorua in disguise. When she was to be adopted, she told him to come with her but the parents didn't want him. Devastated, the boy broke his human form and turned into his true form. Rumor was shocked but picked up the crying Zorua and smiled at him, telling him that it was time to go home. From then on, the two were inseparable with zorua getting into trouble and rumor right behind him. From the age of seven on, Rumor had an easy going but adventurous life with parents who traveled all over the known pokemon world. Of course this was passed on to Rumor who met new people and new pokemon along the way and catching plenty of pokemon. Zorua and Rumor continued to travel and learned how to live off of the land and still do so now. Her parents moved back to their hometown where they own a pokemon ranch that Rumor loves to visit when she wanders into town every now and then.

Species: Zoroark
Nickname: Zo
Gender: Male

Personality: Zo is rather stubborn and acts before he thinks. He's one to get himself in trouble with Rumor following behind to clean up his mess. He means well, it's just that his curiosity tends to get the better of him and gets him in trouble before he knows it. Zo is also very protective of Rumor. He used to growl and snap at other people and their pokemon if they got too close to his trainer and got in front of her to shield her from other. In a way, he's like an older brother figure and will do whatever it takes to protect her. He's often dense as well, not really caring about others no matter the circumstances and if pushed too far, he'll take it his battling too far. He used to be much worse and didn't even listen to Rumor until right before he evolved from Zorua.

Other: He's got a mean bark and when he attacks he incorporates other physical attacks like punching, biting, or scratching. He also has a green bandana that he wears around his forearm just like Rumor's.

A tall, pale boy with a yellow vest over a black shirt, resembling the pattern on a standard Ultra Ball. His hair is black and messy, but usually
covered by a black and white hat with a few red patches on it. He wears blue skinny jeans that end to reveal normal white socks in dirty white
sneakers. He has brown eyes, and has an additional green belt for Pokeballs.
Personality:
Usually keeps to himself, daydreaming. In battle, he tends to get hotheaded, and lose focus. If he does talk, he chooses his words
somewhat carefully, trying to keep himself from being in the spotlight too much.

History:
Elliot was born in Hoenn, but grew up in Sinnoh, his first Pokemon being the Carnivine his father gave him. When Pokerus mutated, he
was lucky enough to have kept Carnivine clean, and he often uses it to battle the infected. He doesn't have too interesting of a past, but his
father traveled through three regions before retiring; Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Kalos.

Other: He's actually allergic to Pokerus spores, which is why he never got into the fad of getting it on a Pokemon.

Nickname: Olly
Gender: Male

Personality:
He will risk his life to protect Elliot, which Elliot dislikes about him. Other than that, Olly's usually calm and collected, yet unable to help himself
from chomping on local insects when hungry. Olly doesn't do well in a party of Pokemon, but Elliot wasn't a competitive battler, either.
Other: He used to belong to Elliot's father, Gunther.

There's just one thing you might want to look into: both you and lonecoyote named your characters Rumor. If y'all are both okay with it then so am I, though in that case a last name would be really helpful.

Appearance: Most people would describe Damian's appearance as coarse: his blond hair is long and ragged. A five-o'-clock shadow covers his cheeks, and his high cheekbones and long, crooked nose giving him a severe expression. He's short, about five-foot-nine, and gangly, and the slinking manner he walks with makes him seem even smaller.

Damian's prefered outfit is black track pants and a t-shirt underneath a leather pilot jacket. His sneakers seem like they're about to fall apart, as does the black hiker's backpack he carries. Inside the bag he carries essential supplies, a Pokedex,and a red scarf he wears in cold weather. His Yanma likes to perch on his backpack or, when the backpack is unavailable, Damian's head.

Personality: Damian sees himself as taking on a guardian role, especially towards the younger survivors. He's gone weeks on half rations to make the food last longer, and has been wracking his brain for a long-term solution for the group's survival. He blames his rash choices for the mess his life got into before, so he avoids making decisions without careful deliberation.

Damian's criminal history shows in his personality as well. He has a habit of sneaking up on people and staying close to walls and corners. Wherever he goes he instinctively looks for objects of value, such as jewelry and Pokeballs, and, try as he might, he has a hard time telling the truth when lying would be more convenient. He hates himself for it

Damian dislikes fighting, prefering to solve problems through stealth or diplomacy. He's never had the brains for battling or the body for winning fistfights. Thankfully, his silver tounge can get him out of a lot of sticky situations.

History: Damian grew up in one of Veilstone City's poorer districst. He failed through school until he dropped out, and by the time he was nineteen he living with his very pregnant girlfriend.

When Team Galactic came to the neighborhood looking for new recruits, Damian signed up, looking for a chance to provide for his girlfriend and unborn child. The job didn't seem too bad at first; nothing he did couldn't be justified by the check he sent home very month. Then he watched as Cyrus summoned Dialga and Palkia and realized that Cyrus had intended to destroy the world. Damian left Team galactic, determined to leave his life of crime with it.

But nothing worked out as he'd hoped. When he returned home he discovered his girlfriend had left and taken their son with her. He tried to return the Pokemon he'd stolen, but everyone he talked to treated him with scorn. Legitimate work was just as hard to find as it had been before, so Damian resorted to small crime: burglary, con artistry, pickpocketing.

When the Pokemon began to grow violent, Damian immediately thought of the Galactic Veilstone Building. Leaving his infected Glameow and Liepard behind, he made a dash for it, managing to make it intact (and maybe with a few people in tow?). The building has held out so far, but Damian's worried about when they'll have to leave.

Species: Yanma
Nickname: N/A
Gender: Male

Personality: Yanma tends to be laid-back, preferring to perch on Damian's back and chill. It's usually grinning, or as close as an insect can come to grinning, especially when Damian starts to worry out loud. It has no issue with perching on other people's heads too, especially if it thinks you'll pet it or feed it.

When battling, however, it seems to turn into a completely different Pokemon. In the aftermath of the Pokerus mutation, it sees every battle as a do-or die situation. It does not fight fair. It will not stop until it is physically incapable of moving. And it would glady sacrifice itself to keep Damian safe.

Other: Yanma came into Damian's possession as an egg he stole while part of Team Galactic. After he left, Damian was unable to track down its orriginal owner, and so decided to raise it himself.
