Intro
In a time long before this two packs of dire wolves lived together in peace, as the alpha males were brothers.
The Western pack was ruled by the oldest and wisest brother, he frequently allowed pack-less wolves visit his land and join his pack.
The Eastern pack was considered more harsh towards outsiders, frequently turning them away unless they had young pups or benefits to the pack.
The two brothers loved one another dearly, frequently meeting on either territory or hunt, chat, and they vowed to always protect and help one another’s pack is the time ever called for it.
Sadly, the time called for it. The Easteen pack was in danger, and suffered many horrid deaths. They called for the Western pack, only to be left to fend for themselves. After the Eastern pack rebuilt themselves, they vowed to take vengeance on the Western pack for abandoning them.
This was so many years ago, and the hatred still burns hotter than any flame. Yet the danger that almost destroyed the Eastern pack is returning once more, will the packs be able to reunite or suffer the devastating consequences?
In depth
This roleplay will be featuring two packs, many years after a devastating sickness nearly wiped out the Eastern Pack. This sickness wasn’t like anything they had ever seen. It began with a strange scent in the breath, then the infected wolf would begin to violently vomit until it was only blood coming up, their eyes would become blood shot and bloody tear stains would appear just below their eyes. Hope didn’t seem lost until they changed, the infect suddenly became incredibly violent. They attacked the healthy wolves, slaughtering mothers and the pups, the elderly stood no chance, and even the healthy wolves struggled to fend off their infected packmates. All seemed lost until the Alpha of the Eastern Pack had a plan. He lured the infected to the cliff side of his rocky territory. He sacrificed himself when he leaped off the edge, the infected following after him, driven by pure blood lust. They all crashed into the raging river at the bottom of the cliff, ending the terror within Eastern Pack.
Eastern pack rebuilt, accepting healthy rouges into their pack momentarily to boost their numbers. The new alpha vowed to destroy Western pack for not assisting them and breaking the previous vow between the two packs.
Western pack had sent a group of four to see what Eastern pack needed, yet the group returned with only one member. An intense snow storm had killed one out of the four in the journey into Eastern territory, the other two were slaughtered by the infected wolves of Eastern Pack.
The last survivor returned, informed his alpha and the Western pack made a decision. They turned down Eastern Pack, deciding it was far too dangerous and they couldn’t risk the lives of their pack as well.
When the Alpha of Western pack heard of his brothers brave death, he was riddled with guilt. Western pack was worried for their alpha, until one morning he never came out of his den. When the beta entered, they found he was gone. Their alpha never returned to his pack, and a new alpha took his place.
The two packs have been at war from before the elders were even born. Battles have seemed to calm down since Eastern Packs recent victory, which Western pack forfeited after Eastern pack killed the Western Alpha accidentally.
The packs don’t fight for land, or for food. They simply fight due to hatred and violence, Eastern Pack has a vengeance their pups seem to be born with. Western pack simply wants to defend itself.
What the two packs don’t know is that the disease is slowly return to their lands once again, both packs will be forced to work together this time, or face losing their packs, homes and lives.
Pack information
Western Pack
This pack resides in the grassy planes, the territory is covered in massive oak trees that tower taller than any creature within the forest.
This pack is kind, often bringing in rouges or pack-less wolves. They don’t over hunt or find a need for war. They aren’t known for their strategy and stealth.
Western pack often hunts deer, rabbits, turkey and the occasional elk that wanders down from the mountains.
Easter Pack
This pack can be found closer to the mountains, and can sometimes be harsh or overbearing, an almost complete opposite from Western pack. They deny rouges and pack-less unless they can benefit the pack or have young pups. They find most unknown wolves to be threats and will attack without warning.
Eastern pack enjoys fighting, training their pups from a young age how to be successful hunters and fighters. They are known for their brute strength.
This pack feasts upon Elk, moose, Turkey, jackrabbits and the occasional deer that wanders up the mountain.

• NO ONE LINERS. I expect at least six-seven full sentences per post.
• All pups must have an older wolf to watch over them, if it’s your own character or someone else’s.
• No mating your own characters!
• Please don’t create different ideas with the story (Fires, flooding, etc) without my knowledge and agreement.
• Do not harm another users character without permission.
• Make drama! The more Drama the better!
