Fantasy The Omni Initiative - Neutral Characters

GrieveWriter

U-Incorporated 2nd Class Type Unit
Neutral Characters for The Omni Initiative, They're basically NPCs that will be used in the RP.

I will be controlling the Omni Initiative Personnel and directing the Enemies for the RP.

  • Director Aushwitz

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/5745864.png.033c1038f38aaed9e7ba0b2d803b51b3.png" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68114" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/5745864.png.033c1038f38aaed9e7ba0b2d803b51b3.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Director of the Omni Initiative, this enigmatic member of the MBC's upper echelon is single-handedly responsible for every ruined life the his project has caused.

    Professor Haralson

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/11050827_943381919014796_5456271929336143258_n.jpg.568ae8ae4c9170b01288f097b7c63cf5.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68107" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/11050827_943381919014796_5456271929336143258_n.jpg.568ae8ae4c9170b01288f097b7c63cf5.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Haralson is a disgruntled professor working within the Omni Initiative, he's worked very hard to develop stabilizers for many of the experiments here. He's done this in order to lessen the concerning death toll the Test Facility has, and is almost always turned down by one of his superiors. With every denial of his offers, he loses more and more belief in the Initiative.

    Andrew Masterson

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/3e_scientist.jpg.d897b74f055a23ac925a3e58820b9305.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68122" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/3e_scientist.jpg.d897b74f055a23ac925a3e58820b9305.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

A mechanically inclined man with the task of fixing equipment in the Surgical areas of the Test Facility.

    Doctor Felix

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/c82e3426daf7b855a150ca489b619305.jpg.e64321ad6e858117dd19357626326ee0.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68126" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/c82e3426daf7b855a150ca489b619305.jpg.e64321ad6e858117dd19357626326ee0.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

A chemist who has spent much of his time developing various chemicals to be used in the Omni Initiative's experiments.

    Testing Facility Security Guards

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Abstergo_security_guard_concept.jpg.4b390228c93ab494f8f0db70f41ce821.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68127" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Abstergo_security_guard_concept.jpg.4b390228c93ab494f8f0db70f41ce821.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Relatively lacking in comparison to others in the MBCs personnel, these guards are tasked with moving prisoners to and from their Experiments and placing the facility on alert if issues arise.

  • There's more than the MBC forces to worry about, the more hostile results of the Omni Initiative will be out for blood of both your characters and the NPCs.

    Afflicted

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/fSKWv-Fux7D5_878x0_Z-Z96KYq.jpg.7d2cc04dfa57dd7fc14dd5bcad7dc582.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68333" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/fSKWv-Fux7D5_878x0_Z-Z96KYq.jpg.7d2cc04dfa57dd7fc14dd5bcad7dc582.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

The afflicted are the most human-looking out of all the FoulMorphs, meaning that the majority of their degradations are internal. Many are sick in some shape or form, and will often cough up blood at random intervals. As former test subjects they to have access to various abilities, but since they're failed subjects the abilities are usually either weak or prone to backfire. Their are some afflicted who are able to properly wield certain abilities but they're considered a minority in comparison to the rest. An average FoulMorph could be able to use either fireballs, ice blasts, or telekinesis. Due to the often untrustworthiness of their abilities, expect them to use tools and weapons often.

    Distorted

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/swamp_mutants_pack_1_by_orochi_spawn-d6blspb.jpg.7fd8c83da465e2dd7f34acae00591dfd.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68334" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/swamp_mutants_pack_1_by_orochi_spawn-d6blspb.jpg.7fd8c83da465e2dd7f34acae00591dfd.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Much more visibly altered than the Afflicted, Distorted FoulMorphs have a variety of physical alterations that they often put to use in their hunt for others. From super strength, animalistic mutations and even endurance, they're much less likely to wield things like energy blasts and stuff like that. This is because most of their failed alterations were focused more on physical improvement. Even so, super speed can be quite threatening depending on how much of their minds are left. Don't let their appearances fool you, most Distorted are still capable of operating simple machines.

    Goliaths

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Scrapped_Mutant_Concept_Art_2.png.928d4f1f8fb5d4d2af3d7420c787722a.png" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68337" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Scrapped_Mutant_Concept_Art_2.png.928d4f1f8fb5d4d2af3d7420c787722a.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

A rare result of testing, Goliaths are a horrid cocktail of alterations both physical and mental. The result being large mutated figures that dwarf normal humans, nearly three times the size of a tall human male minimum. Their strength and endurance makes them truly threatening, and the individual powers they have is not to be taken lightly. Unlike the afflicted, a single Goliath is only able to wield a single base elemental power in addition to their hulking forms: Earth, Water, Wind, or Fire. As such, strategies on taking them down usually correlate to which element type they are. But make no mistake, though there are very few in existence, a single goliath can easily ruin a good time/

    Rabid Afflicted

    <p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Rage_Mutant_Bash_TV-e1318201254117.jpg.dabc11ec2074fef1db733a91c89dcc99.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68338" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Rage_Mutant_Bash_TV-e1318201254117.jpg.dabc11ec2074fef1db733a91c89dcc99.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

A slight mix between the Afflicted and Distorted, these FoulMorphs are most notable for their high aggression and animalistic tendencies. Rabid Afflicted have much more versatile capabilities than the regular Afflicted, but don't have the negative impact on other powers that the Distorted have. In fact, Rabid Afflicted are generally able to wield their powers easier than the regular afflicted. With this, Rabid Afflicted can be classified as more dangerous than the Regulars, but they're simply not as smart as the Distorted and such. It takes them time to figure out simple machines and its often hard for them to adapt in the heat of the moment, they often follow pack mentalities of either overwhelm or ambush. Because of this, Rabid Afflicted are most dangerous when you encounter them in large groups or if they catch you by surprise. If otherwise, they often flee when outmatched.

The Hunters

While there are many forces the characters will have to face, these individual hunters will also be making appearances in our struggle to escape.

The Borschin Brothers

Enoch

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/SuperMutantCA25.jpg.8652c6824be41f0c996ebc646f91e2e5.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68349" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/SuperMutantCA25.jpg.8652c6824be41f0c996ebc646f91e2e5.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Seville

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/SuperMutantCA26.jpg.e90a4211bf00ab29dd6a8765ee3bd611.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68350" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/SuperMutantCA26.jpg.e90a4211bf00ab29dd6a8765ee3bd611.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Enoch and Seville were a pair of Russian Brothers who made their living hunting game in the wild. After Being inducted into the Omin Initiative, both became tall Distorted FoulMorphs. As with all Distorted, their physical prowess is mind-boggling. In addition to that, these two have retained many of their hunting techniques and have been using them to hunt down MBC, Omni Response Teams and FoulMorphs alike. What do you think they'd do once they found out about rare game like our characters?

Watchman

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Soldier1.jpg.76cd9eec1e783f6d75bb6f51f21e7a69.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68351" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Soldier1.jpg.76cd9eec1e783f6d75bb6f51f21e7a69.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Watchman is a member of the Omni Initiative, though what type of member is up for debate. He has the skills of an Overwatch Operative but he claims to be a researcher. Either way, Watchman has an advanced teleporter on him, one that outclasses that of even the Tech Division. He claims to have developed it himself, but how he incorporated it into the suit without informing the Omni Initiative is anyone's guess. With it, he seems to be hopping all over the city for unknown reasons.

Captain Samuel "Sharktooth" Anderson

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/blade_specialist_by_ianskie1-d66gnhu.png.e809ca9d745639dc738b0aa526b85381.png" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68352" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/blade_specialist_by_ianskie1-d66gnhu.png.e809ca9d745639dc738b0aa526b85381.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Captain Sharktooth is Keagan City's head of MBC Security. As such, he oversees most of the military movements within the city. He's built solid, with a high Keep in mind that he's a Blade Specialist, wielding a Hyperblade crafted for him by our friends at the Omni Tech Division. They also made most of his armor, which not only has increased durability but allows him to move faster.

Crimson

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Black_Hand_Laser_TW1.jpg.e1fbd43b5cd3ab05617b05c7cccf8f05.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68353" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/Black_Hand_Laser_TW1.jpg.e1fbd43b5cd3ab05617b05c7cccf8f05.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

An Operative in the Omni Initiative Tech Division, Crimson is the fastest of the Omni Initiative's successful products. Yep, he was a test subject as well, and unlike the FoulMorphs, was one of the pinnacles of their success. He has super speed, which is amplified highly when used with the standard Short Range teleporter. Though he doesn't use weapons like the rest of the Omni Initiative's Tech Division, Crimson is a martial artist. His indoctrinated loyalty is to the Omni Initiative is only surpassed by:

Millipede

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/d612f52f898ebe19f48342ff706cf608_by_naterivers91-d87l9b5.jpg.dfda834eaed77d30a6bc6db11a67a6ba.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="68354" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_08/d612f52f898ebe19f48342ff706cf608_by_naterivers91-d87l9b5.jpg.dfda834eaed77d30a6bc6db11a67a6ba.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

A High-Ranking Operative in the Omni Initiative's Heavy Tech Division, Millipede is able to carry things ten times her weight and is strong enough to rend metal doors to shreds. Her endurance is only matched by her ferocity, which she doesn't even try to hide in combat. She is considered by many to be the pinnacle of the Omni Initiative's success.
