  A childhood was something that Hedda never really had. Which, when looking at her now, makes a lot of sense. She was born to heroin addicts, thrown around the foster care system in Los Angeles, then she was spotted by the academy. A bit controversial, the academy was a government program that sponsored promising prepubescent children for different agencies. Hedda, having virtually no worldly connections was a perfect candidate. She had outstanding marks on her school work, despite countless reports of abuse in the homes she tottered between, and she was brilliantly violent. A great combination for the United States Government. A child who could be molded into the ideal spy.
  
  She was adopted at age twelve, six months before she would go to the academy, as part of her transition into the academy. Her new parents and brother were part of the many "spy families" in the country. Both parents were undercover agents who fostered the learning of their two adopted children, who would soon be trained and selected to continue the cycle. Hedda never really cared to get to know her new family, though she did appreciate their friendly smiles and support. Quite frankly, she didn't trust them. Nor did she know that they were all part of the government until several years later. As time flew by she learned small acts of faith and trusting. Her new mother and father, as well as brother, actually wanted to hear what she had to say and laughed at her jokes. It was strange feeling like she belonged with them, and she did.
  
  At the academy, Hedda was a star. Teachers and students adored her. She was talented, ruthless, and pretty. All the important traits in a young spy. Unfortunately, instead of embracing her new found popularity and making friends, Hedda distanced herself from nearly everyone. Unsure of how to deal with all the questions and compliments, Hedda hid in her work. She got up before dawn to practice, and stayed up studying until her dorm mates were asleep. The instructors at the academy just figured she was shy, but really she was struggling to cope.
  
  After the academy she went directly into the CIA at the ripe age of 17. Hedda is well known in her field, but is rarely requested. She is remarkably hard to work with, and has a lot to learn about being sincere, trusting, and honest with a partner. Perhaps she'll never learn.

  Anya was always had an artistic streak even as a child, her father who raised her from birth was a mechanic that was into hunting at the weekends with very little attention to give his only daughter. From this stemmed the initial push that Anya required to become a weapons designer, she didn’t mind the isolation or lack of affection but merely thrived from having unadulterated access to numerous tools and weapons to experiment with.
  
  She eventually went into higher education to become a Doctor to please her father but in the end dropped out to pursue a career in weapons designing at first with good intentions of helping the world with her designs,
  
  However, growing up with next to no money catered a hunger for the wealth she had never been able to taste and therefore instead of selling her designs legitimately, she began to dabble with the wrong crowds hoping to make a fortune from people with questionable backgrounds so that she could provide for herself the life she’d always dreamed off.

  Wellman was born in Sacramento, California to a young mother, Lauren Wellman. There is no known knowledge about Andrew's father since he has not been involved in much of his life. Lauren planned to raise Andrew on her own.
  
  When Andrew was very young, life was often a struggle between both him and his mother as they moved from broke down apartment to public housing in the slum neighbourhoods of California while Lauren desperately struggled to find steady work. Realizing that her son would be better off in a more stable family environment, Lauren adopted and allowed him to move in with the married couple Anderson Miller and Jane Miller when he was at the age of four.
  
  What she knew about them was that they were perfectly willing and able to take care of Andrew, but what she didn't know was that they were one of many undercover agents working for the CIA.
  
  Being incredibly gifted in athletics and academics at the age of thirteen, and having such talents that were great for a future agent. He was watched closely by the U.S. Government and various Government agencies including the CIA.
  
  The married couple decided that it would be best for him to be formally trained and continue on the cycle of the agency and attend at The Academy where he was social, cooperative, extroversive, and mostly around classmates.

  Trevor's past is something very very personal to him. He is extremely private about his life, and only a select few in Balto know a few things beyond his name and role.
  
  His father was not just an abusive father and husband, he was also extremely sadistic. One of his prime targets for abuse was Trevor's mother, who was a drug addict. They had made deals, such that Trevor's dad would pay his mum to shut her up about the abuse, and she would be able to continue fuelling her drug needs with the hush money. But his father's sadism didn't end there. Trevor's father enjoyed goading Trevor to torture his siblings as well. And Trevor was very good at it. He hated it at the start, but slowly it became easier, and eventually Trevor found himself doing it out of habit, with various types of weapons that his father had stashed up. It worked. His father ended up favoring Trevor over his siblings, lavishing Trevor with food and toys, something which none of his siblings ever had the luxury to experience.
  
  All this stopped when Trevor's mother died of drug overdose, and child welfare agents got involved with the family, and the horror that was rooted within the house was exposed. Trevor's father was sentenced to life in prison, and Trevor and his siblings were all separated to different foster families. Trevor was transferred from one family to the other, not because he was violent or abusive, in fact, he was a normal kid, who did well in school and didn't have any behavioural issues. But there was always something about him that scared all the families he lived with: it was his lack of empathy.
  
  Trevor developed a gambling addiction when he was in high school. He loved the thrill, but most of all, he was good at it. He was always excellent at maths, and that had played a huge part in his gambling achievements. Through his gambling ventures, he met people whom weren't exactly the best influences in his life. Eventually, he would rack up a huge debt from his gambling career, mostly due to fraud. He became involved with the weapons dealing company through a friend, as it was good and easy money for him to fuel his interest and for a living.

  Elias’ tragic backstory started when he was seven. Before that, in the early years that he can barely remember, he was a happy single child with two adoring parents. Even at that young age he was fascinated with mystery books and anything to do with spies. Every Christmas and birthday, there was a new spy kit for kids that he was begging his parents for, and usually got.
  Then, disaster struck. His mother was pregnant. Suddenly, everything was dedicated to the baby, every spare thought his parents had was something for the baby. Of course they still took time for him, but when his sister was born a few weeks early, even that bit of attention from them slowly dwindled. It was, perhaps, more dramatic to a young boy, but it did nudge him towards a more solitary life. He spent as much of his spare time as he could either at his Martial Arts studio, or teaching himself ‘spy stuff.’ Of course, he couldn’t really guess at much of what actual spies needed to know, but his ambition and desire to learn was definitely cultivated at that time in his life.
  As he got older and started thinking more about his chosen career path, he decided to follow a Criminal Psychology major in college, but his parents regretfully informed him that his college fund had been rerouted to his sister’s medical bills over the years. So instead, he enlisted in the Navy and set his ambition on joining the SEALs. After a couple years, he finally got into the SEALs and made it through the training with flying colors. But the military life wasn’t something he wanted to do long-term, so when the chance came to get back to civilian life, he took it.
  Not surprisingly, civilian life didn’t appeal to him much either, so when he was invited to join the CIA, he leapt at the chance. His previous training definitely paid off, helping him to rise to the top of most of his classes. He was a fairly successful agent for a couple years, before he was approached with a job offer. The money he could make as a mercenary convinced him to leave the CIA and go solo. Eventually his work brought him across the con-artist and it’s history from there.

  Daughter to two Filipino doctors, Jaslene has always been a bright and curious girl. As a child, she had a strong sense of curiosity and adventure, picking up new skills fairly quickly. From a young age, she had been participating in competitions such as piano, gymnastics, and dancing. Her family migrated to America when Jaslene turned ten, in hopes that Jaslene would have better opportunities to expand on her talents and skills.

Slowly, Jaslene began to enjoy living a life of luxury, with money that she knew did not belong to anyone else but her.   Jamie’s parents thought they were in love. They truly did. But as sometimes happens in life, something unexpected happened and changed things for the worse.
  When James was born, the stress of raising a child together pushed them apart until it was all arguing and frustration. They divorced when he was five and managed to agree on shared custody. Eventually, they both remarried and he spent the majority of his childhood bouncing back and forth between them and their new families. His stepmother had an older son and daughter and his stepfather had two daughters, one older and one younger than him.
