-Story-
In the Ancient land of Zohar, there was once a church, this church would defend the land from many demons and monsters that dwelled there. One day the church was beaten back and were on their last legs so they assemble with a plan to trap a Lick king and use its power to kill the monsters and demons saving the once great city of Zohar. The demons and evil creatures push their way to the gates of Zohar even now as the priest attempt to save the city using evil incarnate to summon a lich the knights and rangers of the realm are losing the fight and fall back hiding behind the great obsidian walls. As they summon the Lich King himself they made a grave mistake and underestimated his power a decision that will prove to be the end, the Lich King snapped his long skeletal fingers and all but one of the priest dropped dead instantly their souls circled the Lich king letting him grow in strength they are trapped in the King forever and are now his souls these priests are denied heaven for the sin of summoning a Lich King. One priest was left alive he truly suffered the worse more than any other priest for he was chosen to be the herald for the actions to come because of the church's idiocy. The Lich King picked up the priest and looked him in the eyes as all of the lights went out and darkness enthralled the two of them.
"Stop..." The voice echoes with a commanding presence pushing even the light away from your soul "I have learned much from you...Thank you, my summoner, and now for your downfall..." Fire tears apart the cold marble church floors as the voice echoes on "Before there was time before there was anything there was nothing..." Slowly the marble floor of the church violently rips apart scattering into the surrounding darkness "And before there was nothing there were monsters..." The darkness shoots away as indescribable horrors are shown ripping one another apart the smell of death fills the air as screaming echoes throughout all of time and space. The Lich king lets go of the man as his soul falls into the pit of monsters and is torn apart the monsters pull the priest down his begs for mercy drawn out by the loud screaming. Reality pulls back to the church filled with corpses and the priest that the Lich had picked up is writhing on the ground going insane. Then the Lich leaves the marble church and stretches his hand out across the city of Zohar and snapped his cold fingers, in a second all the humans drop dead and monsters fill the city quickly to eat on the human remains. Death's cold stare grows into a smile as all of the souls come to him making him stronger than before, Death's laugh stretches across the entire city as the monsters and demons stop their feist looking to the creature that gave it to them "Listen...Today is the day of great victory my children....For today...Marks the start of my rule..." The voice echoes the city as the Lich marks all of the monsters in the city making them his eternal army, not even death separating the monsters from the king's cold grip. The Lich looks out from the church as the one remaining priest starts laughing his mind truly lost to this world, death walks over to the man and touches his chest teleporting him to the outskirts of another city for he is the herald of the new King of the land.
-Starting Point-
As death plans his rule he senses just beyond his reach are powerful threats, threats he cannot see but can stop his reign and kill his grip on this world. Death sends them a message to their mind most of them getting shocked into being awake or dropping all things feeling something cold grab their spine as Death fills their ears with his prophecy "Fall...You are alone children, There is only darkness for you and only death for your people. These monsters and demons are just the beginning, I will command a great and terrible army and we will sail to a billion worlds, we will sail until every last light has been extinguished. You are strong child but I am beyond strength. I am the end, and I have come for you." These words seal themselves in your mind never letting you forget them at first you wonder what's happening then you hear a word of what happened to Zohar and you head to the capital city of Tomar looking for answers. When you arrive you ask around at the tavern if anyone else has heard this before the barkeep gives you a piece of paper with a few words on it saying 'tonight, Cabin, outside of town, East of tavern' for you are not the first to come to this tavern looking for answers and you won't be the last for without the Lich knowing it he has raised an army to kill him. You find the note strange at first but decide to go anyway for you need an explanation of what is happening.

Jason's Cabin
4th of Hearthfire, Middas
Jason leaned against his cabin porch waiting, wondering if anyone else had come to hear the Lich King and his promise of death and destruction upon the land. The green grass surrounding the cabin grew long and tall towering over most small animals as rain slowly dripped from the sky dancing off of the blades of grass ever so lightly Jason let out a sigh his breath smoking in front of him from the winter chill soon rain would turn to snow and another winter would rise. He picked up a log and went back into the cabin throwing it on the fire the log kicked flares into the air from the charcoal that now laid in the fire pit and Jason sat down in his chair looking down at his journal. Every night for roughly a week now Jason has waited on his porch for others to show up, others who had been gifted with abilities but cursed with the words of the Lich king never to forget them until the day they die, Jason let out a long sigh as he opened his journal and began writing in it making details for a plan to kill the Lich. He had no clue how to get into the city unnoticed and frankly speaking he had no idea how to kill a Lich he read few scrolls of their uncontrollable power in the church but he couldn't recall the exact words of them Jason started to draw the church in its former glory but all he could think of was the demons and monsters now dwelling there and he slammed his journal shut.

The figure of the black jester had horrified many as he entered the city, but he left just as quickly as he appeared, albiet he knocked afew guards out of his path to do it.
East of the tavern, outside of town. His eyes came to the cabin mentioned, and with a grumble he shifted, making his way forward.
The black jester was massive to normal men. He towered among most, and definantly stuck out. His eyes glowed with unnatural fury as he marched up the path, looking to meet others who had their mentality invaded

Naketsh found the cabin easily enough. All told nothing special. The lantern she always carried made the winding path she’d followed clear. Thick as the snow fell she didn’t feel it thanks for her headdress. The most interesting thing she’d see so far was some sort of construct, fascinating enough to study but in her experience not intelligent enough to talk to. Instead, she knocked on the cabin door, curious as to who would greet her. The phoenix court were unlikely to still exist, the church maybe. Though would they know who she was?

Jason's Cabin

Jason was leaning in his chair staring up at the old oak cabin ceiling when he heard a knock at the door slowly he stood up not making any noise as he wandered over to the door. Jason's hand balled with fire as he opened the door ready to strike but stopped himself rather quickly when he saw it was a girl Jason could not yet see The Black Jester for he was not in view yet but the girl standing in front of him was looking for answers. Jason quickly asked "were you followed" his voice shining in authority as the fire started humming in his hand ready to attack anything that may have followed her here, ever since Jason moved back to his cabin he would have to deal with a few monsters now and then none were too hard to deal with but the bruising and scars were starting to stack on and be obvious.

With another downward slash, followed by a rather powerful kick, the last bandit fell. Dead before he hit the floor. A cloaked woman stood above his body, and sighed. "Really? You people supposedly cause this town years of trouble, and I take you out in an afternoon? Disappointing really. Oh well, I still get paid and you still get dead." Her voice held a thick northern accent, yet it was smooth. Not what you'd expect from a lady like this. No matter, Nora was in a bit if a hurry today. She wantes to get paid, sell off some loot she got from these poor sods, and oh yes, find this cabin where she would supposedly find out more about that spooky voice she heard tumbling around her head. Not that it was the first to do so, this was just way worse. Gave her an odd feeling in her gut.

Anyway, She made quick work of the bandits lair since they had little of value, and went off to complete her contract. The man who sent her out on this quest was more than greatful, and even increased the reward. She had not problem with this, but had been fine with the 200 gold she would have gotten anyway. And then off she was again, on her way to the cabin of destiny. She expected to be the only there, but after her two hours of walking, with the cabin coming into veiw, She had to stop. Not to far confront of her was a large man in rather intimidating armor. Then a woman on the porch, and another man. "This is od...i could have the wrong place..."

“Followed, very probably.” She was, after all, worth following. “Though if other people have seen the message it could be coincidence. It the automaton yours? Looks like an old model, shame the innovation’s stopped all of a sudden.” As someone else approached apparently doubting she was in the right place Naketsh commended. “If you’ve received the same message It’s odd you’d have any expectations for this to defy.” Nakestsh flipped off her hood “So is anyone going to try and explain this or can we skip that admit we don’t know any try figuring it out?”

Jason's Cabin

Jason's hand grew darker as the flames he was summoning left and disappeared, he stepped back from his door leaving it open heading to his desk and started rummaging through it looking for a piece of parchment "Whats happening is the church got themselves killed" Jason said while pulling out a scroll and opening it slowly reading down until he found what he was looking for "the threat of monsters and demons have been growing as of late so in order to stop this the church wanted to summon a lich king." The church could have safely summoned a lich king and used its power but they were desperate and didn't take their time to prepare.

The armor finally decided to continue forward, coming up with heavy foot steps to the dirt. He released a chuckle as he brushed past, sliping inside the cabin."followed?no. Followers are dead." he released a groan, stepping to the side without any regard for the man inside, looking out the window of he small building
"tell me who spoke in my mind, so i can crush their skull and feed them to the swine"

"Did you just assume people that were following you were malicious? I mean we've no way of knowing that you didn't just follow and kill them. Not exactly like anyone here is necessarily on the same side either. Not to mention your plans all backwards, feeding someone to something after their dead hardly does anything special. Now if you're saying summoning the lich king is possible, that at least sounds like something it'd be fun to do." Naketsh was sat down now, her lantern on a nearby table, it went out as soon as she let go.
