The Land of Galdoa has been shrouded in mystery from ages unto ages. Legends once found have now been lost, and what once held much wonder has now become disillusionment. In such a peacetime, heroes are hardly needed. Alas, these times are anything but peaceful in the eyes of the observant.
As corruption seeps into the Kingdom of Suthinne, and ancient evil resurfaces from the depths of Awnuun, a long forgotten foe known as Androchuul, the Order of the Evil Eye. Their goal is to finish what their infernal master has started; annihilation.
Tarik Ge'Lakhan was the sole survivor of his home village; Shalkatav, located in the frozen northern tundra. By the hands of the Androchuul, Shalkatav was razed to the ground, leaving little save for ashes. With a heavy heart, Tarik seeks to avenge his kinsmen, and travels south to Maplewood, a town located in the tame and serene Gallansgail Woodlands, located in the western heartland of Galdoa. He waits at the Traveler's Tavern to assemble a team to investigate the massacre of his people, and save the land from the forces of evil.
