Name: Megin Ganz Vollkomen
Program Name: LEISTUNG
Program Synopsis: Development of a low-emission portable mobile energy source for long-term advanced equipment power supply and covert logistics. Incorporating previous Tesseract research data in an attempt to duplicate. Stasis is used between operations in the siphon pod to prevent excess buildup and energy overload. Limited active deployment in order to minimize excess collateral damage, Ideal for the elimination of large-scale, infrastructure or distraction assignments. Not recommended to be used for sensitive or low-profile covert operations
Alias: Summer Child (Previously Maxwells Demon)
# Of Completed Missions: 12

Appearance:
While chronologically far older, Megin herself is physically estimated to be around an eighteen years old female of five foot ten inches in height though her suit increases this to over six feet. She appears albino due to her body's absorption of light though with the occasional glowing crack-like patches along her body which increase depending on her current level as well as strange iridescent eyes.

While her suit appears to be constantly changing through interactions its base layers consist of a full body of interlocking hexagonal plates with solid capacitors emerging from several points of her upper body. Her facial features are concealed behind a crimson translucent visor, and across her entire form, a perpetual glow can be seen from crimson energy flowing through its circuits. Given excessive time within her suit Megin herself is not familiar with her own appearance, especially combined with continued stasis periods and containment protocols.
Abilities:
  • Energy Generation: Megin at its essence is a living perpetual reactor not dissimilar to the core of a star, capable of continuously generating vast amounts of power without the need for any visible fuel source. This however becomes an issue when the generation of such energy is unable to be deactivated leading to the eventual discharge and overload effects should it not be used or vented. Continued efforts have been made to mitigate the level of energy generated as well as increase the subject's overall capacity.
  • Energy Emission: Megin is capable of using her stored energy in various ways, though most commonly to either power external equipment, enhance her physical capabilities or emit directly in either concentrated blasts or wide area waves.
  • Energy Conversion: In addition to generating energy herself, Megin is capable of converting energy she is subjected t, be it light, sound, gravity or more. This conversion naturally however can lead to excess and overloads should it not be used correctly.
  • Energy Redirection: Megin is capable of also redirecting energy she is subjected to, this being her preferred method in order to limit the risk of overload.
  • Enhanced Physical Condition: Efforts to enhance Megan's internal energy capacity have had the side effect of also boosting her physical condition well beyond human by drawing upon her internal energy to fuel such.
  • Self-Sustenance: Megan herself has no direct need for sustenance such as air, water or food but may still partake in such. Her main source appears to be the very energy she generates.
Gear:
  • Syphone Suit: A repurposed suit designed to control and mitigate Megin's energy output through several high-capacity resistors, redundant systems and inefficient energy-draining features to prevent accidental discharges. This suit's material appears to be a unique alloy designed for durability and contains trace amounts of vibranium among other unknown metals. Features an advanced communication, scanning and data collection array with live updates via HUD as well as several seemingly pointless features from previous iterations made to drain power, as well as other resistance features.
  • Line Rod Rivet Gun: Wrist-mounted device designed to fire highly conductive rivets via a magnetic rail. In addition to the impact damage of the munition, these points can also allow Megin to channel energy directly to the impacted points more accurately. This weapon was initially based upon Hydra Engineer equipment and comes with several other combined tool features such as a drill, rachet, screw and more
  • Conduction Staff: A Conductive staff allows Megin to focus and channel energy in a more accurate fashion, as well as being incredibly durable for physical uses. The weapon can also be channelled directly to allow for the welding, cutting and fusing of materials.
  • Depleted Nano Diamond Batteries: Energy storage cells designed with incredibly high capacity, though they become unstable when such limits are eventually reached. Such are depleted by default but may be charged by Megin to either purposefully created an unstable overload, vent off excess energy and/or power external devices without her continued presence.
Backstory:
The last surviving member of the LEISTUNG program with all others either being terminated or expiring from the processes involved. Originally an orphan of deceased HYDRA agents retrieved following their exodus from the allied occupied Germany in the mid-nineteen forties, she was among a group of 42 chosen for the project due to specific genetic markers being potentially viable for the process. Growing up between tests and training closely monitored and indoctrinated into the organisation's system, her exposure to the outside world would be carefully tailored and restricted resulting in a sheltered upbringing, to say the least. As a result, her personality is also not as developed often resulting in a childish and cheerful demeanour at times.

Despite being under HYDRA control for several decades at this point, she has rarely been deployed due to concerns over such constituting a disproportionate response/use of resources for the required task as well as the risk of excessive damage caused in certain zones being potentially counter-intuitive to HYDRA goals. This was more strictly enforced by the [REDACTED] incident April 1986.

Name: Anya Petrov
Program Name: SYMBIOTIC
Project Goals: after both groups suffered significant defeats at the hands of The Avengers, the Red Room and Hydra created the SYMBIOTIC project. The program would see the Red Room sending five of their best Widows to Hydra where they would receive a variant of the super soldier serum. They believed that the widows almost life long training and Hydras genetic modifications would create something neither group could on their own, a truly infallible assassin.
Alias: Huntsmen
# Of Completed Missions: 11 since joining the program
Gear: while her gear can change drastically from one mission to the next, Anya will always favor her knives as they are easier to hide in ones person and are quieter than guns. Her healing factor negates the need for heavy armor and having a distinctive suit is counterproductive when your goal is to be discreet, so most of her missions see in understated outfits with many layers that can be lost or changed out should the need arise.
Appearance: 19 year old Anya stands at 5'0. Her dark hair is often kept short to make the application and removal of wigs quicker. With her soft features, she can easily pass as younger than she is and her large green eyes, framed by big feathery lashes, give off an air of innocence that is only enforced by the splattering of freckles across her cheeks.
Abilities:
Enhanced Speed
Enhanced Strength
Enhanced Sight
Enhanced Hearing
Minimal Healing Factor

Maximized Joint Mobility
Backstory: Anya was all but born to the Red Room, being only a month old when they 'took custody' of her, and her training began as soon as she was cognizant enough to be taught. Using her small stature and hyper flexibility to her advantage, Anya quickly caught the eyes of her instructors and by the time she was 9 she had already established herself as one of the best. Because of this, it only made sense that Anya was chosen as one of the five Widows who would be sent to Hydra. Between the ages of 17 and 18, Anya and the other Widows trained without the serum so that their new Hydra higher-ups could assess their individual strengths, or so they were told. In reality, the girls were competing to see which one of them would continue on while the others would be disposed of. Anya doesn't feel any regret for being the one to win. She has been working as The Huntsmen for almost a year at the time of the rp

The Red Soldier File Report [WIP]

Name: Nephele [Last Name Unknown]

Program Name and What it Contained: The Red Dawn Program experimented with particle shifting and molecule structure. Hydra discovered “Ghost” and her ability to phase in and out of solid form. While for Ghost it was sporadic and unpredictable, Hydra made it so it can be done on command and for longer periods of time.

Alias: The Red Soldier, Soldier of the Red Dawn

# Of Completed Missions: 22

Gear: She just carries the basics. A pocket knife and a handgun. She finds other weapons on the scene if needed.

Appearance: Nephele is around 6’2 with raven black hair. She has a rather unassuming face, with soft features and a seemingly gentle manner. However, scars litter her body from wounds that healed poorly.

Abilities: She can align her molecules just right to pass through things. She walks through walls, simply put. Her dose of the super soldier serum gives her the strength of Captain America, but at the same time can make her slow.

Backstory: One of the more experienced soldiers emitted to a program, she started her career early. She completed her first mission when she was 15, and continued to do 2 missions every year. That makes her 26. Before Hydra found her, her life was undocumented.

Name:
Jay Kyzar

Program Name:
Phoenix

Project Goals:
To manipulate genes and DNA in order to create 'weapons' that could, and would, take the best features of apex predators. It began with rats, as one tends to begin with anything, and evolved into the first 'weapon', which happened to be a tiger-falcon hybrid. However, HYDRA scientists quickly discovered that the hybrid, nicknamed The Beast, was completely uncontrollable, and would turn on handlers at a moments notice. From there, they worked on making something more intelligent, but when all else failed they landed on human-hybrids. Whilst the first few were less than successful, becoming malformed things that were little use for anyone, they finally landed on the correct subject. From there, it has been about making the subject stronger and more durable, whilst keeping it's intelligence, and ability to comply, intact.

Alias:
The Dragon / Drake

# Of Completed Missions:
10

Gear:
In the way of actual weapons, Jay holds two small knives and a handgun, like most HYDRA personnel, but rarely ever needs them. Otherwise, he tends to wear gripped fingerless gloves, for easy use with his claws, and can often be found with noise-cancelling headphones, or earpieces, in, or muzzled.

Appearance:
Standing at a firm 6'1, Jay is what one could consider 'mostly' human in appearance. He's pale, almost unnaturally so, creating a dark contrast with his usually ruffled black hair, which actually tends to have a few feathers growing alongside normal hair, though they blend in easy enough, and do tend to be yanked out if a handler notices they're too noticeable. His eyes could be called eerie. Blue, they could be considered normal if not for the very inhuman cat-like pupil, that can expand and contract with his control. His fingers end in claws, and his teeth are unusually sharp. Adorning his back are a large set of mechanical wings in black, with 'feathers' sharp enough to cut most materials. He has scars, but most are from the experiments that made him what he is. However, his back is a multitude of scar tissue, presumably from where they installed his metal wings.

Abilities:
Mutations - Jay is a hybrid mix of various animals. Only HYDRA scientists know the exact combination that created him, but handlers speculate that he's a mix of human (which is a given), some sort of Falcon (likely a Peregrine), and a cat (there's a betting pool between tiger and lion between handlers). This has resulted in abilities and side-effects both, such as:

Enhanced Eyesight - The ability to see in the dark, and further than most would consider normal. He can expand and contract his pupils to his liking, however truly bright lights will still stun him or force him to shut them, due to him being unable to handle such brightness even with his pupils fully contracted. He also happens to be colourblind, making any sort of colour-specific task, like wires or colour-themed controls, useless to him.

Flight - Whilst Jay's original wings had been soft and feathery, they'd been deemed too much of a weakness after one of his past missions ended in failure when he was shot down by the wing. Instead of fixing the broken bones, the scientists removed it, and replaced both with mechanical ones to match. Not only can these be controlled by the handler, making him a flightless bird, but they also function as a weapon themselves, being sharp at the wingtips. He also happens to be able to hold his breath for a unnatural amount of time, due to his altered lungs that allow him to breathe at high altitude.

Claws/Teeth - Jay happens to have retractable claws on both his hands and feet, and unnaturally sharp teeth, though the latter is mostly restricted to his canines. They make for good weapons, especially since they can't easily be taken away, but have resulted in Jay being muzzled before, to stop any accidental bites, and he tends to wear fingerless gloves to stop his claws ripping through fabric every time he unsheathes them.

Enhanced Hearing - With ears like those of a cat, Jay can pick up sounds that would usually be just out of human range. However, this means he can easily get overwhelmed by noise, and so his earpieces tend to be noise-cancelling, if only to muffle the ability.

Enhanced Strength/Speed - Jay is stronger and faster than the average human, but not anywhere near super solider level.

Backstory:
Not much is known. He came into the Phoenix program at the age of 11, but it wasn't until he was age 16 that he was first deemed mission ready. His first few missions were near misses, or almost failures, and so he was 'upgraded', his wings changed for metal, and his training increased until he was completely compliant. Since then, most of his missions have been successes, even if things have been learnt about handling him on the way, and he's been active for around 6 years, making him around 22. There are rumours that he's the son of one of the Programs scientists, but no one can, or will, either confirm or deny, and Jay certainly can't remember.

Name: "John Doe"
Program Name: COVENANT
Program Synopsis: After acquiring the Ark of the Covenant, HYDRA agents began the long and arduous process of finding someone capable of making use of the artifact. Keeping the Ark in a containment chamber, many candidates were brought into the chamber only to suddenly expire shortly after for seemingly no reason. After repeated failures, the program got shelved and the Ark was forgotten about. Until it activated itself and a "John Doe" suddenly appeared in the chamber. The man claimed to be Captain Integra of a town called Blackhart. Much to HYDRA's surprise, the ark was now empty and their John Doe was capable of reality-defying feats.
Alias: Captain Integra of Blackhart
# Of Completed Missions: 98
Gear: "Bezalel" Colt Competition Series .45 ACP
Appearance: Blonde hair, with eyes like sea glass. Eccentric to the extreme, years of brainwashing were unable to stop the agent's penchant to inevitably seek out and wear flamboyant and eccentric attire. Regardless of time spent in the sun, subject does not appear to tan. Although barely 178cm, a tendency to wear heels gives the impression of being taller.
Abilities:
Conjuration - Integra can summon blades (dubbed Bezalel) into existence with a thought, appearing wherever he desires so long as he is in direct contact with them. In addition, he can summon himself to swords created in this way, appearing anywhere near it so long as his hand is on the hilt. Blades created this way tend to last for slightly over a minute or until a tenth conjuration is made.
Non-Euclidean - Bezalel exists mostly in a space separate from the physical world. The practical effects of this result in the blades having a density that increases logarithmically to the point of being impenetrable to even vibranium. This density can apply directly to the weight of the blades, assuming the noneuclidean space is properly flowing into ours.
Preternatural Acuity - Integra's reflexes are far beyond that of even peak humans. According to him, it is due to "Bezalel" guiding his movements
Backstory: John Doe seemingly remembers very little of his life before the Ark activated. His mind is a well-mixed soup of HYDRA brainwashing and delusions of grandeur. Questions about his personal life tend to have wildly different answers depending on who is asking

Name: Bridget Walker
Nationality: American
Program Name and What it Contained: Regenesis is a project that HYDRA has thought of in making a Cyborg Weapons Arsenal Unit, thought initially the project was a failure at first due to the subjects showing signs of intense pain after using their weapons installed into their system and their cybernetic parts was heavier and also bit easier to damage. That was until some years later with some of the most innovative scientists using Vibranium for cybernetic body parts since it was lightweight and pretty hard to destroy, And equipped new weapons into the cyborg units body along with this modification.
Alias: Lockheed
# Of Completed Missions: 12
Gear: She rarely uses this, But she has A combat knife, and a shotgun.
Appearance: Bridget is a tall and broad woman with bodily a structure mimicking a somewhat muscular build. She has long auburn hair that extends past her shoulders that's placed into a braid. She has surgical scars on her arms, legs, chest, and back from the surgeries and bodily modifications they did on Bridget. Her right hand is converted into a personal machine gun that she can operate at will But always has to hide it with a synthetic skin glove. her eyes are hazel color, but they seem normal from far away at a closer inspection, They almost resemble cameras in a way, her hazel irises rotating and focusing as if they were a lens when she looks at things. Briget's legs are made of light gray steel, as they're depicted as realistic missile launchers.
Abilities:
  • High Durability: Brigdet is Much more durable than an actual human since her skin and her body has been modified to withstand even the harshest things and can stand her ground in a fight.
  • Enhanced strength: She is about stronger than an average human to an extent but not anywhere near super soldier status.
  • Enhanced Eyesight: Briget eyes can zoom in at a distance of 9 meters radius just to spy on people from afar.
  • Left arm: Briget has an Electromagnetic blade installed into her left forearm meant for combat and to cook on occasion.
  • Right hand: Her forearm is a hollow cylinder where that contains Anti-air missiles that they can fire at will at the opponent.
  • Legs: Whenever she bends her knees shoot explosive missiles when bent, Since her legs have been turned into metallic cylinders that contain these missiles.
  • Internal Radio: She has a radio in her body that's meant for her to communicate with others but no one can hear the person speaking to her through the said radio only she can, And she'll have to speak out loud or quietly based on where she is and at times people look at her confusedly.

Backstory: Nothing much is known about her besides the fact that she was the daughter of the lead scientist for the Regenesis program, who decided to force his 17-year-old daughter into the program, into a cyborg as it did halt her aging process and made her look 17 forever. it wasn't until she was 32 years old that she was deemed a soldier and she was ready. There were some failures and malfunctions with her using her cybernetic parts since she was suffering from intense pain and her weapons disabling themselves, That's when they thought of replacing these cybernetic parts with something a little more advance, and more training was needed. Until around 5-6 years as she was now 38 years old she was ready for missions again with better working parts.
