The Headsman: Leader of the Abominations

Spicemancer Extraordinaire!
He has a large, mismatched humanoid body, a creation of his late master's using the best part of each humanoid body he came across to create a conglomeration of the greatest human ability. He wields a large sword, resembling an executioner's blade, and two butcher's cleavers. His head is a bloody stump with a magical steel peg embedded into its spine, with 4 heads tied upon enchanted strings, laying limp while passive, and floating freely about while in combat. These four heads are the twisted heads of the major kingdom's first heirs, each contorted in a myriad of emotions, like confusion, anger, and despair.

He was to be a magnum opus of a necromancer, the very figurehead of his creations. He was to lead his creations to gather more corpses and spread his fleshcraft. The Headsman did this, first beginning with turning the necromancer into an abomination, which was still living, spread amongst a half dozen other creations.

The Headsman's troops specialize in butchering the enemy and making them into new troops on the battlefield, essentially turning enemies into allies in the middle of battle. Those unfortunate are taken back alive to have their souls harvested, in order to create soul bombs or elite, and possibly magical, units.

Thoughts? What do you think I could do to "Flesh Out" these zombies? Thanks for reading, and have a great day!
