roleplaying is fun!
Aurelia
Lily, the Chingling (F), Lvl. 10
- Chingling, the Bell Pokémon. It makes sounds by vibrating an orb in the back of its throat, and it moves by hopping.
- Aurelia's first Pokemon. Usually seen on Aurelia's arms or lap. She's very clingy towards Aurelia and doesn't enjoy fighting much. She's sweet and a bit naive.
Type: Psychic
Ability: Levitate
Moves:
Wrap
Growl
Astonish
Confusion
Cora, the Heliolisk (F), Lvl. 9
- Heliolisk, the Generator Pokémon and the evolved form of Helioptile. Heliolisk produces enough electricity to power a large building and recharges by spreading its frills.
- Cora is a rather serious Heliolisk. She likes her share of battles but isn't super passionate and she's rather cautious, regarding everything. She takes interest in the books Aurelia reads even though she can't understand them.
Type: Electric | Normal
Ability: Dry Skin
Moves:
Razor Wind
Thunder
Charge
Parabolic Charge
Adin, the Dedenne (F), Lvl. 16
- It uses its strong psychic power to squeeze its opponent's brain, causing unendurable headaches.
- Elidia's second Pokemon. Elidia felt this Elgyem following her for a while, and just asked her if she wanted to come. The Elgyem agreed, as she felt an allure towards Elidia. She's still warming up to Elidia, and doesn't have much of an opinion on her yet, although she perceives she's troubled by something, and that she lets out her anger by battling. She's very cautious, often standing far-off from the scene to analyse it, or running from battles she thinks she can't win.
Type: Electric | Fairy
Ability: Cheek Pouch
Moves:
Tackle
Tail Whip
Thunder Shock

Wearing: knee-length blue jean shorts, red and white striped shirt, blue socks, blue sneakers, orange fox-ear clip-ons, orange backpack, Pokeball belt.
She hadn't come alone to Hoenn: her three Pokemon were with her at all times. Lily, the Chingling, was content sleeping on Aurelia's head; Cora, the Heliolisk, ambled around Aurelia, eyes squinting at the sight of any possible danger; Adin, the Dedenne, was the one who most frequently wandered away from the group, probably looking for someone to play a prank on, though sometimes she briskly crawled around Aurelia's arms and shoulders too. Thankfully, they arrived safe and sound to the Oceanic Museum. It was located in the eastern district of Slateport, and consisted of a number of dome-shaped buildings all lined up. A large gathering was already waiting outside for the exhibition, and Aurelia headed towards it. The weather was mildly warm, as expected of Hoenn, and so her choice of clothing had been appropiate: knee-length blue jean shorts, a red and white striped shirt, blue socks, blue sneakers, and, of course, her orange fox-ear clip-ons.
Not long after, a row started to form, and Aurelia promptly went to take a place, she wanted to get into that museum as soon as possible and not miss a thing! It was around 12 am when the row started to move and she was finally able to enter. Apparently, the museum only let groups of about 10 people enter at a time, and she was the last one of her group. She bowed to the entrance guard and walked in.
The building had three stories inside, each with stairs at the far left side to go up and down and an elevator next to them. First floor were fossils, second floor were old maps and other similar stuff, third floor were miscellanea. She'd taken her time to observe the fossils, and was now on the second floor. The maps were the most interesting to her, and she was so engrossed on looking at each detail in each map that when she came to her senses she realised Adin was no longer within her sight. Now, normally Heliolisk would be paying attention to that kind of thing, keeping check and all, but she too seemed to take interest in the maps. Not to mention that she'd just befriended Adin three weeks ago, after starting her journey, so their relationship still had to grow. Aurelia frantically looked around for Adin, paced left and right through the room... until she found Adin. The playful Dedenne was just about to jump into the back of a Tropius. Aurelia rushed there but couldn't make it... although she stumbled and fell to the ground... just in front of the Tropius and... a brown-haired girl? Cora had been able to grab Adin before she could do anything regrettable. Lily had woken up just in time to hop from Aurelia's head. Aurelia looked up... she stared at the girls hazel eyes for a moment before standing up and bowing slightly. "Sorry!!" she exclaimed. "Uhm, Adin, I mean, my Dedenne, was about to do something a bit reckless so I came as fast as I could... I hope she didn't cause you any trouble?" she explained. Lily jumped up into Aurelia's hands, who grabbed her and held her tightly. "If... if she did, I'll make it up to you." She found it hard to focus on the girl's eyes so she looked away, diverting her attention to the interesting old Hoenn rivers map that stood next to them.
