Role: Infiltrator and Scientist (Speciality: Optical Physics);

Appearance: Although Sir Griffin Wareham's body is entirely invisible, his physical features can still be ascertained through make-up and Wareham's own words. The man is 5'11" (177 cm) tall, broad shoulders, a tight waist. His hair has been noted to be brown by him and pictures that could be acquired before the invisibility. Small nose and middling jawline. As with his other bodily features, his skin colour cannot be seen but has told others that he is white.

Defining Physical Traits: In Holden's own words -- "Most assuredly, my invisible body is the most defining physical aspect. You could watch the play about Hamlet and nor you, nor the actors would be aware of my presence on stage." -- It has been noted that there is a circular scar around Holden's right wrist, you can detect this by powdering the area to reveal the partially indented and lacy area. When someone touches the translucent skin of this physicist, they can note the particularly colder surface temperature if he hasn't been wearing clothes/being near a heat source for a long time. He isn't overly muscular but is quite fit.

Clothing: His attire almost entirely consists of long coats with a variety of colours, his most favourite being the black one with the fur collar from a white hare. Often he is seen with goggles that obscure his invisible eyes, he has three pairs of these goggles with the following lenses: pink, orange, and untinted. He doesn't have a favourite among them but does enjoy the tinted ones. When it's cold out or he needs to hastily apply the bandages to his face, Holden wears a neck warmer or a scarf. Form-fitting gloves are also another necessity when it comes to his invisibility. Long-sleeved shirts, most typically turtlenecks. He has plain trousers but does reserve a pair of striped trousers for celebratory events within the order. Oxford shoes, typically brown coloured.

Personality: Sir Holden Griffin Wareham is a man of science. And like all men of science, he seeks to test the world and all its' facets. Since he was a young lad, the secrets of the world interested him and drove him to become what he is today. He is an outspoken individual who is not afraid to challenge another's stance or pass his thoughts to them. Of course just because he is outspoken, does not mean that he is senseless with its' use. Despite his disposition, he prefers the company of like-minded chaps who he could discourse with or spend time on various activities. People believe that because of his liberal outlook on life and his hands-off policy in regards to other people, that they are free from his judgement... They are not. His stance towards religion is a curious one, he worships the Abrahamic God but dislikes it when fundamentalists and fearmongers misuse his words to promote anti-scientific behaviour. A small footnote but he really hates it when you're monetarily indebted to him and never return the money. As a matter of principle, he does not receive beggars, salesmen, or police officers to his abode.

Combat Style: Wareham rarely fights since his speciality is to sneak into facilities but should a need arise, he prefers boxing but is not afraid to choke out an enemy.
Weapon(s): When dressed, Wareham defers to his (as he calls it) handy-dandy friend-maker, the Kerr-Patent Revolver 5-shot with .45, it is outdated by now but the old bird is still helpful in a fight; a pen-knife for when his quill needs to sharpen... Or when a poor pillock's carotid needs nipping; When invisible, whatever is at hand.
Miscellaneous Equipment: A silver pocket-watch that has a woman's picture on the interior of the cover, leather wallet, and a little magnifying glass that easily fits in a pocket or obscurable in a sleeve.

Backstory: Holden Griffin Wareham was born in Nottingham to a policeman and a teacher who, despite their best efforts, struggled to provide for the only child. Even though the young Griffin had to wear ancient clothes and eat the same food every day, he still loved his parents deeply so much so that he never wished to disappoint them. He took his education very seriously, becoming one of the brighter pupils in the classroom. At the age of twenty, the man had gotten engaged to a lovely bird named Siobhan who he first met after attending a lecture at the university where he studied. Three years after his graduation, Holden Griffin Wareham was informed that a relative who studied optics from a medical perspective had gone missing after a fire at his flat. Curious about the research, Holden investigated the disappearance but did not find his missing relative, only managing to recover scraps of the research notes. Holden is not as well-versed in the field of medicine as his relative was but his knowledge of physics and optics vastly outstripped the capabilities of his relative. A full two years of tireless research, Holden had managed to not just recreate but also improve upon the experiment. Sadly with no test subjects, the physicist was forced to experiment on himself... In his own house too. He knew the dangers of the experiment but was confident that none of it would happen. A flick of the switch activated the machine with the chemical cocktail (in the research notes of his relative, it was stated that he ingested opium and another compound then processed himself with a radiator engine however Holden devised a machine that would instead transfer the invisibility to him.) then released a wave of energy towards Holden which rendered the man unseen to the human eye. Tragedy struck when the machine blew a fuse and exploded, setting the house that he and his wife shared on fire.

He had managed to escape but his way towards his wife was blocked by the raging inferno. She had perished in a blaze of scientific hubris. While Holden now condemned to a transparent life.

Seeking penance for his grave mistake, he took up the mantle of a vengeful spirit that punished ne'er-do-ells. The Order investigating the claims of a vengeful spirit instead found a man who simply wished to repent. Holden happily accepted the Order's offer to become an agent who would defend the thin veil between the human world and the mystical world dutifully. He has been with the Order ever since and time and time again, he proves to be a reliable field agent and researcher.

The Red Stranger is tall, standing at 8'11 feet. He skin is pale as snow and his lanky proportions gives the idea that he was a man who stretched thin. His fingers are long with sharp nails. The mouth of the Red Stranger is large and wide, carrying several rows of sharp clean teeth, similar to the teeth structure of a shark. Due to his unique shape of his head, he wears his bowler cap with eyeholes, holding his glasses over it so he could see. The eyes under the bowler are the most normal features out of his body. Simple human eyes with blue pupils.


Defining Physical Traits: The Red Stranger is generally defined by his great height at 8'11 feet. Due to this, it makes it difficult for him to travel within normal places, forcing him to either crouch or even go in all fours. It is one of the main reasons why he couldn't go out for missions.

Clothing: The Red Stranger wears a clean red suit with a black tie. Black stripes runs vertically along the suit. It comes with a bowler hat and due to the shape of his head, two eye slots are installed with the bowler hat to allow him to see. The bowler hat also has glasses on it to let The Red Stranger see clearly.

Personality:

The Red Stranger is a curious person. He often asks questions and push people to find any information he could. Information is something his savours and value, in a way its what's keeping him alive. Though he always tries to be welcoming to everyone around, making sure they are comfortable, helped by his deep and calming voice. He always try to be respectful and never violating of his peer's boundaries.

His work as a visitor therapist is something he takes pride in. He believes he was put on this earth to help the sick minded, a righteous crusade he was born to do. Rehabilitating is the most clean method, devouring them and ridding them from the world is the messier method.

Red enjoys having sessions with the supernatural. Due to their different experience, their psychology is different from a common human, attracting his attention. Though he always try to respect their boundaries, similar to his attitude to humans, often times his curiosity gets the better of him.

The sharp razor tooth he has isn't just used to consume people. Red has a strong sweet tooth, he always make sure he is carrying sweets at anytime to satisfy his sugar full lust.

Despite his monstrous appearance, he is an educated man. He enjoys reading literature and informative pieces as it enriches him. The library is where he would mostly be in his private times. He always tries to keep organized, any lost paper and files he would sort out neatly. It what makes him the perfect organizer. In a way he could be considered a neat freak.

Letting his bloodlust fully control is what he fears most. Losing his knowledge and dignity, becoming nothing more than a monster is a fate worse than death to him. It is why he only uses his ability when there's no other choice.

Combat Style: Though The Red Clown is non-combatant, he attacks mainly with his sharp teeth. Often he uses his special ability of granting illusions to assist him but rarely uses it in full potential due to the drawback of him loosing his sanity.

Weapon(s): Though he doesn't carry a weapon, he uses his razor sharp teeth and hands to fight. If necessary, he grabs tools from his red briefcase.


Miscellaneous Equipment: The Red Stranger carries a special item, a red briefcase. The briefcase, despite its standard look, has almost an limitless bottom as it is able to carry various items. Ranging from important documents of possible 'patients' to medical items.

Backstory:

The Red Stranger is a creature of mystery, even he himself doesn't know how he came to be. Was he human? Was he a monster? Was he something else?

All he knew was his purpose.

Red targets the weak minded, infiltrating their homes to discuss their wellbeing. Those who accept him and allow him to heal them would be left alone and be 'rehabilitated'. Those who reject him and unable to be 'rehabilitated' would be put into sleep and eaten alive.

Often times his 'sessions' with them includes using his ability of illusions to assist in his work. Though he only uses it when necessary as each time he uses it he loses sanity and increases his bloodlust.

To some, he's an angel in disguise who helps the weak in their darkest time. To others, he's a demon who targets the weak and trick them into falling for his deception. The Red Stranger never cared for the reputation, all he cares was following his purpose, healing the sick one way or the other.

As years go by, her learns there are supernatural creatures like him that exist in the world. Due to their different experience, their psychology quite different than a common human, making him attracted to them.. Often times he tries to have sessions with them...if he doesn't get attack of course. He's curious but not dumb.

The Red Stranger was captured by the organisation when he indirectly targeted a member. He didn't put up a fight however, as he knew it wouldn't have assisted them in anyway.

As he was taken by them, he decided to make a deal. He would work with them, acting as their therapist and their information organizer due to his high intellect. In return, he has free range of his work and able to study the supernatural.

An individual who is handsome with a soothing aura due to his bloodline and simultaneously preens about it yet is careless about it. He doesn’t care much for what he wears as long as it’s easy to move around in but he still appreciates compliments all the same. With his unwavering smiles or smirks and tall, sturdy figure many get the first impression of a soothing presence. That is, until the chipper shapeshifter throws you out of bed at the crack of dawn with the manic cheer of a dog with a bone. Then, suddenly you realize this man is less of a personal pretty asylum and more of a personal hell.

Clothing. Leo typically wears clothing that’s easy to move around in. Usually his clothing has hoods attached so he can easily slip it over his head to cover his hair and some of his face. Most of his clothes are white or at least cream in color. He claims that darker clothes make him look too dreary and ready for a funeral. Apparently he would rather take the hassle of cleaning stains out of light colored clothes than look dreary.

A seemingly easy-going guy who most people get the impression that he would be someone you can easily get along with. Most people have a good first impression of him only to slowly realize in horror that Leo is actually unhinged in an awfully cheerful way. Whether out of lack of awareness or just pure gleeful sadism, Leo is extremely insistent that he (and anyone unfortunate enough to be assigned to work with him) must be up at the crack of dawn with the morning sun. Or as he likes to say “let’s not waste daylight!” even if the sun hasn’t peaked over the horizon yet. At a glance he seems like a tireless soul with unyielding determination to be as lively as possible.

But when he’s on his best behavior, he only seems to be an optimistic individual with a lot of energy to burn. He’s definitely someone you would call bright, both in intellect and personality. However, you shouldn’t mistake his cheerful demeanor for kindness or gentleness. After all, one doesn’t grow up under a warrior without some tough love to smooth out their emotional armors.

You’re only as strong as your greatest weakness.
With fake optimism, Leo does his due diligence of hiding away his more unsavory bits of personality. Ironically, he’s actually fairly unrepentant when he does step on someone’s sensibilities. The only thing he dares to fear is the wrath of his adoptive mother catching wind of his misbehavior (and Lucian’s mountains of paperwork). But if you were to remove the threat from the equation, Leo is a capricious sort with very little care for those outside his duties and his loosely termed “flock”.

He’s the type that gives off the air of someone who would get along with anyone but actually rarely actually makes friends. Perhaps it’s callous of him, but he dislikes the idea of connecting and staying with people who can’t keep up with him.

As someone who raised him, even Vivian admits that he’d probably be the first to let someone unrelated to him die to save more people. Not because it’s what his heart tells him but it’s what he interprets as his duty and job. But also Vivian never mentions how this is the same relentless child who would drag himself and his friend’s corpse back home through a storm because it was what he promised.

To others, maybe they find peace in their morals. But to Leo, he finds his peace in his oaths and the world he built with his own calloused hands.
Backstory
While Leo can’t say he was born into The Order, he can definitely say he grew up within its influence. As an infant, he was left at his adoptive mother’s doorstep with a strange blade, Leo’s given name, species and other vague but important information about his kind. Vivian has vaguely mentioned at one point that his parents are likely dead in an unmarked grave. It was a fairly short conversation that ended in “it’s not like I can love them”.

Vivian, as someone who lived a long time, raised him the only way she knew how. As someone who would survive even the worst luck and a warrior who would drag themselves out of the worst of conflicts.

You can care for others because love can give you drive. But you shouldn’t let failure of love be what puts you 10 feet under.

Don’t expect others to save you. Maybe they will. Maybe they won’t. The only thing you can be sure about is your own self.

“You may fall but it’s only when you stay fallen that you die. Even if someone keeps you alive. You will be dead because your will is dead.”

Perhaps, his upbring isn’t another’s ideal childhood. But Leo still wouldn’t trade his life and world for anything because he has reached “today” on his own two feet. He respected his mother too much to try to look back for misery to turn. As he had learned over the years, only he could determine what makes him happy.

It was why, when Vivian told him he didn’t need to join The Order once he came of age, Leo still stayed. The old water spirit only searched his face for uncertainty before letting him pass forward.
Relationships
Vivian Winterspring: One of the vanguard of The Order. She raised Leo as her own after she found him left at her doorstep one day. She’s sure she knows who Leo’s biological parents are. But she took Leo’s lack of care towards them into consideration and left the subject alone out of respect for her son’s boundaries.

When the mother-son pair are compared side to side, with her calm compared to his chaotic cheer, many wonder just how she had the energy to raise such a child. Vivian isn’t sure either but she likes to think that he came out quite alright considering her lack of experience in childcare. She doesn’t understand why she gets horrified looks of dawning realization when she mentions that she raised him like a very delicate new vanguard trainee.

Vivian herself is a water spirit but is unsure of her origins to put a proper name to her species.
Cain Worth: Completely unrelated to the House of Worth design house. Leo’s last remaining childhood friend. He is Leo’s oldest friend not because the rest died but because the rest got chased off by Leo...being Leo. Initially, they became friends because Cain punched a kid’s nose in then patched up his little sister like nothing happened. That, and Cain always got into the most interesting fights because of chasing away his sister’s suitors (he’s not a creepy siscon, his sister begs him to chase them off). That, or because he pissed someone off with his condescending smile again.

He’s from a long line of “reformed” Ceffyl Dŵr. Leo often wonders if Cain’s sadistic wrath has to do with his bloodline or just his personality. Still, they’re good friends who understand and respect each other. However, sometimes you may see a horse-like cryptid trying to drown a certain bird to no avail.

Combat style

If away from unaware humans, Leo’s favorite style of combat is to start with mapping out the terrain as an avian before dive-bombing his enemies. Skilled and well-practiced in shifting between forms quickly, Leo can easily shift mid-flight without pause. It’s not unusual to see Leo stomp down on an enemy with all of his human form’s weight before cutting into another within the same second.

He’s also proficient in fighting as part of the vanguard with his sword and his explosives. While he does love his explosives, sometimes he has to refrain due to delicate terrain. At that point, Leo resigns himself to sticking with the sword and his...small collection of knives. But if he somehow finds himself completely disarmed, he is not above using his hands to dig into weak points. (Warning: Eyes, neck, hair, groin, toes, etc.)


Weapons

- Explosives: Explosives formed with alchemy that are tailored to his preferences.
- Sword: A sturdy but strange looking blade. Leo has always been told that it was with him when they found him as a baby.
- Knives: “Never know when you might need one!” Usually has a knife or...several on him. He’s not a master with knife work but keeps them hidden and on hand just in case he needs one.


Miscellaneous Equipment

- Empty vials: Used to collect samples or store particularly volatile materials that need to be isolated from other substances like moisture.
- Extra gloves: If you know there’s a high chance your gloves will burn, you should always have extra on hand.
- Vial of temporary hair dye solution: Formulated by Leo with alchemy for his hair when he goes outside where there are a lot of humans. It’s waterproof and needs a separate solution to wash off.

    "I don't think I'm anything special, honestly."
    Cute, but otherwise pretty unremarkable as far as humans go. Sasha is a short man, standing at about 5'3", with an abnormally young appearance- A side effect of all the restorative potions he's throughout his life, his growth was hindered and he's maintained a youthful glow. His hair is blond, and long enough to nearly reach his shoulders. The fringes are pulled back into a short Dutch braid, so they don't get in the way when he's working. His eyes are teal in colour. He has a scar on his collarbone, due to that being Izanagi's entry point into his body.
    Defining Physical Traits
    His most notable trait is probably his eccentric way of dress. A few other defining features would be his height, the scar on his neck, and the fact that he's very bad at showing his emotions.
    Clothing:
    It's Albedo's clothes he's fucking wearing Albedo's clothes who let this man in a clothes store and where sells that shit in 1889

    Personality
    "...Hold still now, this will hurt."
    Sasha, first and foremost, doesn't express his emotions very well and can be hard to read. He almost always speaks in a calm voice with little inflection and wears a blank expression. To add to that, he's polite and professional in almost all of his dealings. This could be seen as ironic, compared to his clothes which are definitely a bit eccentric. Nevertheless, he does have emotions, he's just not good at conveying them unless it's in extremes.

    As a consequence of his inability to express himself, he's known for casually insulting people. He actually gets irritated very easily and has no problem with calling people a bitch to their face...But despite bit irritability, he's actually a very easy going guy and doesn't generally get more than mildly annoyed.

    He's genuinely passionate about healing people and takes his job seriously. However, he's known to be a bit quick to start a fight and he always seems too eager to set broken bones that he causes.

    Combat Style
    "Of course I can fight, stop giving me that look."
    As an exorcist, Sasha is, of course, skilled in combat, though he prefers not to fight unless he's faced with a (malicious) demon. He prefers to use knives or daggers, but he's also decent with a gun.

    "What Exorcism requires is faith, though...And some magic, of course. It doesn't matter what I believe in, as long as I fully believe it'll work. I don't care for religion....So I put my faith in myself. How did you think so many different religions had exorcists?"

    Of course, exorcism consists of more than fighting demons. He has to be able to expel from them from people's bodies, rid places of spirits, purification... A lot of stuff. Most of this, he performs through the common methods: salt, sage, runes, seals, simply talking to the spirit/demon/whatever, removing the object it's attached to, etc. Removing or purifying something from a body, however, tends to require some magic in addition to the normal things. He doesn't use conventional religion to do this, as he lacks any faith in religion. Instead, his catalyst for that magic is singing, rather than scripture or chants.
    As a medic
    For the most part, he just sells healing products unless contracted to go out on the field. Sasha knows very limited magic outside of what he uses to exorcise demons, but he's capable of healing minor wounds and creating potions to speed up the healing of larger ones. Of course, he can also set broken bones, bandage people, so on and so fourth- He's even amputated a few limbs during his time there. He's also capable of making energy drinks, headache relief, sleep aids, and so on. Though his magic capabilities may be limited, he's a master in his chosen field.
    Weapon
    "...However, I'm not much of a fighter."
    His weapon of choice is a blessed double edged athame with a wavy blade and a Hawthorne handle that he carved himself. He also carried a gun, though he's not fond of using it, with bullets anointed in holy water.
    Miscellaneous Equipment
    Sasha carries a bag full of medical supplies. Bandages, gauze, tourniquets, etc., as well as a few of his own products. Most of the normal supplies are just kept in a first aid kit, to save space. Additionally, it has the basic components for an exorcism- His Athame, a pen, paper, runes, holy water, salt, and some sage. And there's some empty vials.

    Backstory
    "One of the less interesting ones here, I'm sure."
    Sasha was born to a Russian mother who came from a long line of exorcists. He has no recollection of his time in Russia, nor when she took a trip to Japan when he was two, and not even when she met an apothecary man during her stay and decided to settle down with him. Half the time, he doesn't even remember that he's not biologically related to his four older siblings- It all happened when he was too young to remember. So, he grew up in a stable household, one of the middle children out of eight.

    From his mother he learned how to exorcise malicious entities, and from his father he learned the art of making healing. His father was no alchemist, though, and Sasha took up an interest in alchemy on his own time. It was a surprise to both of his parents....But it didn't garner him too much attention, they had seven other kids to look after, after all, most of whom were trying to show off their own talents and get attention from their parents. So they simply found a tutor for him and let him learn like that, as they couldn't do much to help him. Even when it came to exorcisms, he hadn't chosen a specific religion or deity to put his faith into, so they didn't need to help him learn about what he was believing in.

    Sasha was one of the middle children of eight and one that his parents couldn't teach themselves, resulting in him becoming very withdrawn and lonely. That wasn't to say he had a bad childhood, his parents loved him and his mother was especially doting toward him, but they had other children to care for as well, children that were doing things they understood.

    However, this practically set him, a child that wanted to be noticed, up to do something stupid. It started when he heard a rumour about an exorcist who had a demon assistant coming to the town they lived in. Nineteen years old at the time, it got him thinking- Could he do that? Demon summoning was supposed to be complicated magic that could have deadly consequences if done wrong, but if he could memorize numerous formulas for his alchemy and sheet music surely he could manage something like that? All he'd need to do is find the instructions. It'd be something impressive. God, did he want to stand out.

    So, he studied how to summon a demon when nobody was around. It didn't seem too complicated, no worse than the things he normally did, so he was sure that he wouldn't fail.

    The summoning went wrong.

    He didn't do it quite right, and after an entity appeared, he promptly entered Sasha's body and tried to possess him, resulting in a power struggle for control of his body that lasted hours. Then, when the demon decided that this body wasn't worth the trouble, he tried to exit it, only to find that he couldn't. All night, they tried to find a way to expel him, Sasha even deciding that he'd let him roam free if it just got the thing out of him. As one might assume, it didn't work. Sasha's summoning had failed in a rather spectacular way, resulting in the summoned entity being bound permanently inside his body. What was worse, he realized he hadn't even gotten the kind of demon he was trying for, it was a yokai that'd answered him! If he hadn't have royally fucked up, the Kitsune would've been able to exit his body once he was done wreaking havoc, but now the thing was stuck inside him.

    Once he'd exhausted himself and realized nothing he was doing was working, he headed back home to figure out what he could do. Should he tell his mother and hope she could help? No, she couldn't know he'd tried something so stupid. Ask his siblings for help? No, he couldn't do that either. His parents greeted him with angry concern when he came in, and then more worried concern when they saw the state he was in. He lied and said some guys had started a fight with him and he was fine, then went up to his room after they were done trying to comfort him.

    He didn't know if he was safe to be around them, and he couldn't let them figure out what happened. He was scared that the Kitsune would manage to forcibly take control of his body. He was scared of his family having to kill him. He was scared, period. So, he did the most reasonable thing he could think of: He fled the country to try searching for a way to fix this.

    His search for help is what led him to The Order. If he joined them, he could have access to any research he thought could help him in his efforts to remove Izanagi.

    He runs a store that sells handmade medicine, both (mostly) nonmagical and magical.

    Musical prodigy, he can learn to play any instrument you put in his hands and has a good singing voice.

    Plays the piano in his store regularly, and what kind of music he's playing is a good way to judge his mood. Simple, peaceful melodies? He's in a good mood. Complicated and fast? Get out.

Valuing convenience over whatever ladylike ideals society attempts to impress over those who care, Ann’s black hair is cropped short and her pale visage lacks even the slightest dusting of rouge. Her skin is rough and notably in poor condition, at times even decorated with spots of ash from an experiment, evidence of her careless diet and habit of cloistering herself within her poorly-lit laboratory. However, the clever and determined light in her dark eyes gives her an air of reliability in spite of her obvious lack of care towards making herself presentable.

    A disheveled appearance gives way to a polite and grounded individual capable of spinning amusing conversations that satisfy even the biggest of egos. Ann speaks gently, carefully enunciating every word while retaining a soft tone that pleases the ear. However, rumors warn that her charming words are a mere facade built up in order to get close to her next victim. If a person is to approach Annalise Hastings, they must tread with care, as she is far closer to a viper than a lily with its pure white petals.

    In truth, the woman does not necessarily exchange pleasantries with the goal of deception. However, none—not even Ann herself—can refute the rumor in the wind that describes her as a lunatic (or, in harsher wording, a crazy bitch). Her eccentric and overzealous nature when dealing with alchemy ignores all ethics and morals, causing her actions and viewpoints to be highly frowned upon in society. If it weren’t for people’s suspicion towards her concoctions and the repercussions from higher-ups should her experiments get out of hand, she would have no qualms about using any means to get her drugs tested.

    In the same vein, Ann’s manner of approaching relationships is unconventional and rather cold in spite of her perpetually vivacious expression. Regardless of race, sex, or age, anything that walks or breathes is simply a specimen in her eyes. As such, her gaze studies their features and body language not as a means to get acquainted with them as potential friends but as ingredients or test subjects. The sole exception to this rule are frogs, her only companions throughout the less pleasant parts of her childhood. Even people she appears friendly with only share a skin-deep relationship with her at best.

Similar to normal insects, workers have six legs. The have eyes on both side of the head.

Each worker has sharp jaws and mouth that's able to pierce through flesh and stone. Their outer shell has a rigid shape and grey colour but is able to reshape and recolour to imitate the outer layer of a human. It can imitate many aspects of a human, from skin to even eyes and hair.

Their imitation is convincing and almost seemless...almost. Those with a keener eyes notice certain aspects would look...off.

Their main way of transportation is climbing and crawling, though their speed is slow due to their heavy shell. Often they would dig using their jaws if possible to better get into a location.

The queen has no shifting properties, usually hiding within the chest of an imitation to not ruin the illusion. Her other shell is smooth, especially compared the worker's shell, and has a grey colour. She has six legs and two small eyes. However due to her size, she moves incredibly slow and requires to be carried by several workers to move quicker.

The queen's jaw and mouth isn't sharp or powerful enough to do any damage as its purpose is to imitate the vocal vibrations of a human, specifically a human girl. Its only purpose is to continually breed and give voice to their appearance. The death of the queen would mean the death of Iggy.

Iggy is made up of millions of tiny insects. The workers ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 inches in length while the queen ranges between 4.5 to 6.5 inches.

Their usual imitation is a Caucasian little girl with short blonde hair and skinny structure. It has bright green eyes, a skinny body and a height of 4 feet 7 inches. The appearance of soft cheeks and small body gives an adorable and weak appearance, allowing them to attract prey.

Defining Physical Traits:

When looking at Iggy, people might not see anything wrong at first glance. Those who's more observant however would usually notice the uncanny look of the face. The eyes would be looking off and certain areas of the face would be shifting and moving, especially when Iggy is experiencing extreme feelings

Clothing:

Iggy would wear common girl clothings to fit in with their little girl persona. This would usually includes pretty dresses and blouses, tiny maiden shoes and hats. Anything that would make them look normal and cute is a must, as to better trick their prey.



Personality:

The Hivemind with their little girl appearance has the personality of a cheerful little girl, though its likely due to failure of the resurrection ritual. Iggy can be seen as playful and happy go lucky, always trying to see the best in the world and treating everything as her little playground.

At initial interactions, they seem like a normal little girl, curious about the world around them and only see wonder within it. Those who knows them, however, could see their less than human side. Iggy doesn't feel any remorse, pity, or even sympathy. All they care about is taking care of the hivemind and keeping it alive. Its rare to see Iggy visibly upset or depressed, as they're always smiling and cheerful. When they are seen visibly upset, it is accompanied by heavy movement under the 'skin' due to the distress The Hivemind is experiencing.

Often times, Iggy has no restraints and would say whatever comes into their minds, even if it could be considered insulting. Because of this, some may consider her as a rude and inconsiderate girl, which means nothing to them.

Unlike most little girls, Iggy enjoys sleeping within wide open empty spaces as it allows The Hivemind to separate from the Iggy formation and sleep on the walls and ceiling. Also unlike most girls, Iggy enjoys devouring any flesh she could find. Consuming a whole male cow can feed the entire Hivemind for a whole month. There are more normal things Iggy enjoys, like playing with dolls, sleeping and milk. They also like playing with people and even kids, playing games like tags.

Though they be demonic insects, they still have the same fear and instincts most insects have. For instance, they usually fear larger insects like spiders, and bug eating amphibians like Lizards and Toads. Their 'predators' are something they could easily kill, but often they choose to avoid confrontation due to their threatening aura they emit for them.

Being from what can only be described as hell, Iggy in a way is a Satanist. They don't go out of their way to worship their God, only believing they were put within this world by him for a special reason, besides fulfilling the wishes of a grieving father.

Combat Style:

Any food or threat that gets close to Iggy is immediately met with a swarming charge. The Basic Workers would break away from the Iggy imitation from the mouth and begin consuming their enemy. Due to their overwhelming viciousness and number, its rare for something or someone to survive an attack unless they were scared away by fire.

A healthy human would be consumed entirely by Iggy in under ten minutes.

If the purpose of the attack was to quickly kill a human, they would usually go to the throat. This is to both damage the vocal throat to prevent screaming for help but to also create an easy accessway towards the lungs and heart for a quick kill.

Though they may be overwhelming when in large numbers, they are easy prey when separated from one another. They only disperse when doing surveillance work where they would be rarely spotted, or when running from fire.

Backstory:

Alfred Taylor was a man suffering from great grief after the death of his beloved daughter, Elizabeth Taylor. Instead of moving on, he persisted and did everything he could to get his precious daughter back, whether it will would him killed for it or not. His ignorance caused his wife to leave and his boss to fire him.

Desperation eventually led him to dig up the body of his daughter. To get his daughter back, he was to perform a demonic ritual with the body.

The ritual took a lot of preparation, even needing human sacrifices. Finally, under the full moon light, he proceeded with the ritual. Sacrificing the lives of others and even pieces of his own soul didn't matter to him, as long as he got his beloved daughter back it will all be worth it. When the ritual had finally finished, Elizabeth's body began to move, but it wasn't Elizabeth who had inhabited it.

Iggy wasn't meant to be in the mortal world. They were an invasive species, belonging to another world, yet here they were. Taylor didn't notice at first. He embraced them lovingly, happy to see his daughter alive. Thousands of workers proceeded devoured his left arm, causing him to let go as he screamed in pain. Iggy didn't consume him, since he's the one that brought them into the world. They left him alone, despite his best efforts to keep them with him, and tried to survive within a new environment.

The Iggy Hivemind spent the next five years going around the country and devouring anyone who was allured by them. This would either be anyone who wanted to take advantage of them or any who wanted to help. They didn't expect to survive for so long, yet their cunningness and smarts allowed them to. It made them believed that the Lord of the underworld had put him there for a reason. From their understanding, the ritual should have worked properly and even if it didn't, why would it summon a species that was more insect than demon. Their Lord must have plans for them.


As the years go by, The Iggy Hivemind came into the realisation that they were not normal for their species. For one, they developed enjoyment for childish things like interacting with other children, playing with dolls, and eating candy. Usually they would act to like these things to be better approached by potential prey, but they had genuine liking to these activities. They speculated the reason why for their odd development was that pieces of Elizabeth lived within them, caused by the failed ritual. It was also likely the reason why they hadn't changed their imitation of Elizabeth's appearance.

Eventually they were surrounded by The Order. Due to their consumption of humans, they were planned to be burned away. Iggy pleaded however, begging The Order to let them live as in return they would serve them. It was difficult to come up with how to help The Order as Iggy had no skills that could help them. They couldn't fight, they couldn't make anything useful, or even knew magic. Finally, they figured out that they could help The Order by spying on people and areas they couldn't. This was done by dispersing from their Iggy imitation and using the worker's small sizes to sneak into areas where they would watch and listen to people...and monsters. They were able to do a lot of surveillance, more than the use of human forces.

Their actions as mobile surveillance and spy allowed them to be spared and recruited by The Order.

For a man whose life decided its own course, some semblance of control is essential to his sanity. It is for this reason he enjoys the world of books and papers and ink. People, an unpredictable element in their own right, are attracted to chaos - chaos that Lucian strives to keep at bay. By placing people at a distance he believes he can maintain a semblance control. HISTORY
Backstory
Lucian was born to a middle class family living in the Walbrook ward of London. His childhood was unremarkable, for he has was nothing more than a normal boy living in a normal neighborhood alongside a normal family. Indeed, it wouldn't be until his teenage years that Lucian would define himself from the masses. Unfortunately, the circumstances leading to this change were born from tragedy - for winters in London are cold and even the most sturdy of people can succumb to their chill. It was in the winter of his eleventh year that his mother died of illness, leaving behind a family that struggled to define a new normal in her absence. Scripture was Lucian's salvation in this time of grief. Eventually, it would become the axis of his life.

At the age of twelve Lucian left home to begin an apprenticeship with the Church. He kept in contact with his family through letters and periodic visits, but the crux of his focus was on that which saved him from darkness: religion. Lucian devoted his life to God, Church, and Bible - and so twelve years passed. As a priest, Lucian thought it his duty to reach out to and care for the masses. His goal was to bring lost souls into the embrace of the scripture that spared him as a child, to bestow upon them the enlightenment he received through his devotion. Little did he know, however, that the very church he swore his future to would hold a hand in destroying his honeyed perception of the world.

He was twenty-four when the kidnappings and murders began. The Scotland Yard owed it to a new serial killer, the masses were left in the dark, and the Church offered sanctuary to those seeking safety and reprieve. But when the evidence of cult activity bled into London's streets - when supernatural entities stalked the shadows - it did nothing. For Lucian, who believed it was the Church's duty to combat the sins of humanity, the inactivity of the Church was negligence. With each new murder his unease and dissatisfaction grew; eventually, he and a number of fellow priests brought forth objections over the Church's lacking response. The answer they received was simple: the Church would not intervene. And so the kindling began to burn.

Even disgusted by the Church's actions, Lucian upheld his role as a priest. Eventually, he fell back into another: the role of a brother and son. Although their contact had been sporadic over the years, Lucian made a point of warning his remaining family to carry caution with them at all times. The Cult did not discriminate among its victims - and even if the public was being lied to, even if his father and sister didn't know what Lucian was warning them against, the man felt it his duty to protect the two people who had always been there to support him. And it worked -

Until his sister - her body identified only because of a pendant attached to what remained of her corpse - became victim twenty three.

Scripture could not save Lucian from his grief and he left the church a broken man. Alcohol and a burning need for vengeance - for retribution - became his companions. Eventually, he started delving into matters he would have scorned before Annette's death - for grief and guilt have a way of altering even the most devout of minds and Lucian no longer cared for the Church or its opinions. It was in this state that Rajan found Lucian and offered the former priest a Faustian Bargain he could not refuse.

Annette's revival was carried out under the guidance of The Order. She, who had been butchered at the hands of The Cult, was to become the newest weapon in their arsenal. Lucian, by extent, became her handler.

Relationships
Annette Green - Lucian's younger sibling who was used as a live sacrifice by The Cult a decade prior to the start of this story. She currently exists as golem, the result of Lucian performing a ritual of his own to bring her back to life. The two share a strong bond and Lucian's right eye serves as the tether for her soul.

In the field Lucian carries a number of cartridges on his person. Alongside standard bullets, he ensures his arsenal includes specialized bullets created by The Order's scientists and inventors.

Backstory
Lucian was born to a middle class family living in the Walbrook ward of London. His childhood was unremarkable, for he has was nothing more than a normal boy living in a normal neighborhood alongside a normal family. Indeed, it wouldn't be until his teenage years that Lucian would define himself from the masses. Unfortunately, the circumstances leading to this change were born from tragedy - for winters in London are cold and even the most sturdy of people can succumb to their chill. It was in the winter of his eleventh year that his mother died of illness, leaving behind a family that struggled to define a new normal in her absence. Scripture was Lucian's salvation in this time of grief. Eventually, it would become the axis of his life.

At the age of twelve Lucian left home to begin an apprenticeship with the Church. He kept in contact with his family through letters and periodic visits, but the crux of his focus was on that which saved him from darkness: religion. Lucian devoted his life to God, Church, and Bible - and so twelve years passed. As a priest, Lucian thought it his duty to reach out to and care for the masses. His goal was to bring lost souls into the embrace of the scripture that spared him as a child, to bestow upon them the enlightenment he received through his devotion. Little did he know, however, that the very church he swore his future to would hold a hand in destroying his honeyed perception of the world.

He was twenty-four when the kidnappings and murders began. The Scotland Yard owed it to a new serial killer, the masses were left in the dark, and the Church offered sanctuary to those seeking safety and reprieve. But when the evidence of cult activity bled into London's streets - when supernatural entities stalked the shadows - it did nothing. For Lucian, who believed it was the Church's duty to combat the sins of humanity, the inactivity of the Church was negligence. With each new murder his unease and dissatisfaction grew; eventually, he and a number of fellow priests brought forth objections over the Church's lacking response. The answer they received was simple: the Church would not intervene. And so the kindling began to burn.

Even disgusted by the Church's actions, Lucian upheld his role as a priest. Eventually, he fell back into another: the role of a brother and son. Although their contact had been sporadic over the years, Lucian made a point of warning his remaining family to carry caution with them at all times. The Cult did not discriminate among its victims - and even if the public was being lied to, even if his father and sister didn't know what Lucian was warning them against, the man felt it his duty to protect the two people who had always been there to support him. And it worked -

Until his sister - her body identified only because of a pendant attached to what remained of her corpse - became victim twenty three.

Scripture could not save Lucian from his grief and he left the church a broken man. Alcohol and a burning need for vengeance - for retribution - became his companions. Eventually, he started delving into matters he would have scorned before Annette's death - for grief and guilt have a way of altering even the most devout of minds and Lucian no longer cared for the Church or its opinions. It was in this state that Rajan found Lucian and offered the former priest a Faustian Bargain he could not refuse.

Annette's revival was carried out under the guidance of The Order. She, who had been butchered at the hands of The Cult, was to become the newest weapon in their arsenal. Lucian, by extent, became her handler.

Relationships
Annette Green - Lucian's younger sibling who was used as a live sacrifice by The Cult a decade prior to the start of this story. She currently exists as golem, the result of Lucian performing a ritual of his own to bring her back to life. The two share a strong bond and Lucian's right eye serves as the tether for her soul.

    Slim and petite, with delicate features that are very telling of her heritage. She's quite beautiful, as most elves are, and Essie's been told the fair-skinned, raven-haired combo is rather reminiscent of Snow White. On first impression, far from your biggest threat in the room, but not someone you'd disrespect. Essie carries herself with an air of regality and her elven grace only adds to the elegance of her demeanour. Well-mannered and poised in an unassuming way, almost always wearing a gentle smile.

    Essie adores dresses with a passion, and is especially fond of the billowy sleeves that have been incorporated into much of Elven fashion. That said, she recognises the need to dress for the job, and long skirts aren't necessarily easy to move in. Annette's temperament is equal parts act and truth. To discern which reactions are earnest and which are a masquerade is a riddle - a riddle the brunette herself no longer knows the answer to. When one maintains memories of a past life while engaging in an entirely new existence, it is expected that some psychological synapses run askew. Annette's disassociation with her sense of self is nary more than a byproduct of uncertainty, doubt, and yearning. She is uncertain of her future; she harbors doubt over her own existence; and she yearns for the past. She has been trained in the Southern Style of Kalaripayattu (Thekkan Kalari), an ancient Indian martial art, under the guidance of Rajan in the decade since her rebirth. As a martial art, Thekkan Kalari places emphasis on hand-to-hand combat where footwork and hard impact techniques take centerstage. The Chuvadu system of the combat style makes use of the practitioner's elbows, fists, knees, and shins in specialized combinations designed to immobilize opponents. In this way it is similar to both Judo and Muay Thai, though the emphasis on pressure points - known as Marma points - helps set it apart.

While she has been trained to use weapons, Annette prefers to forgo then in combat. In the traditional sense, that is. The brunette has learned to incorporate knuckledusters into Thekkan Kalari techniques. If the situation calls for it, she is known to turn items in her surroundings into makeshift weapons.

  • Dulled Pain Receptors - While she can easily detect differences in temperatures, Annette's pain receptors were purposefully stunted when her new body was created. As she lacks blood as a Golem, it can be difficult for her to discern the severity of injuries inflicted upon her person. Thus, her ability to feel pain - even if minimally - is essential to her ability to function. To Annette, a broken bone is akin to a sensitive bruise.
  • Increased Durability - Annette's body is capable of withstanding blows, be they internal or external, that would render normal humans dead or immobile. She can continue to function with broken or missing limbs, cannot bleed to death, and is near impossible to render unconscious. That said, stunning and/or immobilizing her is possible and often the only way to remove her from action.
  • Increased Strength - Annette is capable of feats of strength impossible to normal humans. She can lift heavy objects, bend thin steel, and punch holes in stone walls.
  • Faux Immortality - Even if her physical body is torn apart or destroyed, Annette will not die. As a Golem, her soul is linked to a tether that acts as her life force. The only way to kill her is to destroy her tether. Until that happens, her body can be reconstructed - and her soul bound to it - without limit.

Then fear and pain, pain, pain. When she awoke from the nightmare it was to her brother's face, far more haggard than she remembered it being, and a new existence with The Order.
