  Scales: Scales are very, very small even non-existent in some places and typically appear black with lighter markings, but will change according to mood, health and environment. The shape of the markings cannot change.
  
  
  Eyes: Phantisma (like all Wind Lances) has three sets of eyes organized from largest (at the front) to smallest (at the back) they change colour according to mood and each has a specific purpose: the first (largest) detects shapes and perceives depth, the second (mid-size) absorbs light and colour and the third (smallest) detects infrared radiation allowing the dragon to also see thermal energies. However, because these dragons have such specialized vision they are quite sensitive to light and may be blinded easily.
  
  
  Talons Trimmed?: Never; long and sharp talons necessary for climbing and perching on trees.
  
  
  Wings:The wind lance's three sets of wings consist of a thin membrane stretched between six "fingers" and the feathers are actually modified scales. For support a "thumb" and two fingers have evolved on the main wingset to give them a grip on horizontal surfaces, the unique shape of the talons sides allows them to close together and form a larger single claw that better grasps onto verticle surfaces; the secondary and third pair also have a single hooked claw on each wing for this purpose.

  Able to Fly?: Yes, this species are born fliers and are extremely fast and agile in the air, capable of performing intense ariel maneuvers even from a very early age.
  
  
  Diet: Wind Lance dragons are omnivorous and have a diet consisting of 80% protein, 15% fruit and 3% vegetation and 2% minerals and metals. Typically these dragons are solitary hunters that locate their prey using sight and hearing and use a combination of constriction and venom to subdue them once caught, but small groups of three or five have been sighted herding groups of smaller animals for easier targeting. Rabbits are usually considered their favorite prey.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Wind Lances produce two types of venoms:
  
  
  The first is a clear fluid found in the dragons saliva, it is a parallactic agent that numbs the entrance site and spreads throughout the body via the bloodstream causing a paralyses that slows the preys heart and inables them to move most of their body. This venom is typically non-lethal and will wear of within at least 15-20 minutes for an adult human being.
  
  
  The second venom is dark in coloration and is produced in glands located in the roof of the dragons mouth, this venom is typically projected at attackers through routes in the top fangs and first appears as is a thin black fluid bfore thickening to a tar-like consistency moments after being in contact with oxygen. The venom has an unuasually high acidity level and will quickly corrode through organic and metal material. It takes time to produce after being used and can be neutralized with wind lance saliva as the parallactic agents in the clear venom neutralize the acidity.

  Diet: Poison Darters are omnivorous creatures. 70% of their diet is taken up by fish and crustaceans. The rest of their diet is made up of 10% fruit, 5% vegetation, 1% mineral, and the remaining 14% is of land dwelling creatures. Poison darters are solitary hunters, and can most often be found fishing in tropical lakes and rivers. As of note, a treat one might give a Poison Darter would be a sea urchin. The things are rare for the tropical dwelling Dragons to find and will help venom production in the later stages of life.
