5. Backstory: A scientist who tried to unlock the secrets of teleportation and phasing through the study of L-crystals. That is, until an accident in the lab teleported him halfway across reality, in the middle of a Devor Hive. He only stayed a fraction of a second, before he was forcibly pulled back. But the physical trauma of the jump irreparably damaged his internal organs. He survived, barely, but is forced to spend the rest of his existence in a life-support suit. The mental damage was much worse, the mere glimpse of what he saw in the Hive was burned into his mind forever, and he returned a shell of his former self. He lived in mad fear of what he saw, and what it could do if the Devor ever reached the galaxy again, but the experience also unlocked a well of genius hidden inside him.


It didn't take long for him to escape the hospital, take his research and steal a small spaceship to become a one-man-group intent on stopping the Devor, by any means necessary.

Colony Zeta

3. Age: 67 in years, but Colonians count by colony size, for which he is basically a teenager.


4. Personality: Very individualistic for a Colonian, still very much like a walking commitee to everyone else.


5. Backstory: Colony Zeta was borne from a Colonian social experiment. They wanted to know what would happen if one tried to actually raise a polyp from sporalition like many aliens do. In contrast to just letting ones offspring fend for themselves until they had reached sentience. The genetic donors acted as its parents and were tasked with feeding and protecting the new colony, as well as exposing it to culture.


The results were mixed. Though Colony Zeta reached sentience far faster than any other recorded Colonian before him, this was mainly attributed to being fed instead of having to fourage for nutrients. Otherwise it acted relatively normal for a Colonian. Though as the experiment continued, they did find that Colony Zeta was developing as a very individualistic colonian. And when he achieved shapeshifting at an incredibly low colony size the experiment was deemed a succes, if too costly to introduce in the general population.


Colony Zeta was put to work in the Colonian embassy at the Domain of Steel, to fully utilize his high individuality.

Taz Ru' Xaven


1. Species: Rooktan


2. Gender: Male


3. Age: 52 years


4. Personality: Like many a Rooktan, he is friendly towards most races. In other aspects, he is seen as brave, loyal, determined, and with the odd sense of humor that is common among his species. However, he also holds grudges to those that do wrong, as well as being stubborn and a bit overzealous in his work.


5. Backstory:


Born on Ru, one of the naturally habitable moons that orbited the gas giant that Rook revolved, Taz was the first born child to the Xaven family. He would also be the last. Shortly after his birth, his father, Vax Ru' Xaven, made a voyage on a trade ship to one of the Humans' colony systems. Unfortunately, the star system he arrived in was being raided by the Devor. At the age of one, Taz Ru' Xaven was left fatherless. This tragedy would lay down the path for Taz's future, as well as a deep seated hatred for the Devor species.


Like most Rooktan, Taz Ru' Xaven completed his fourteen years of standard schooling at the age of sixteen, upon which he was to choose which career class he was to join. He chose the military, where he spent the next ten years of his life in the United Rooktan Systems Military (URSM) Training Program. His loss of a father pushing him further and further. During his time there, Taz showed a natural talent for droid usage and stealth class scenarios. In accordance with these findings, the URSM enrolled him in Stealth Corps. The Stealth Corps is the branch of the URSM that focuses on infiltration, recon, and assassinations. Once again, Taz would excel at his work. Whether it be capturing Rooktan criminals, taking out Drakon Pirates, even apprehending a Human terrorist. Eventually after twelve years of faithful duty, he was decommissioned in accordance with the "Last Line" clause. His mother had just died, leaving him the last member of his family line.


For a 10 years now, Taz taken up his father's first job as miner. He flies throughout the galaxy in his ship, searching for untapped resources and mineral rich asteroid fields. Yet he still holds resentment towards the Devor, wanting to rejoin the military, yet being unable to.

Backstory: AI designated Zenx was created with a intricate knowledge of combat, weapons function, ship maneuverability, organic psychology, and hacking master level AI designed computer simulations. His purpose was to help the Stealth Corp soldier Taz in the field, as well as piloting the ship. The two have become fast friends, as well as a lethal duo.


When Taz was forced to leave the military, Zenx followed with him. To help with Taz's mining operations, Zenx has gained an intricate knowledge of mining and its processes. So far he is enjoying the laid back lifestyle of being a mining AI, piloting the ship and his spare drone contingent when needed.

Crix Winters


Species: Human

Personality: Perceptive, Resourceful and a team-player ; His major weakness is his occasional indecisiveness in stressful circumstances


Backstory: Crix was once the head of security for a small logistics enterprise, which eventually went bankrupt and delved into the realm of insolvent trading due to a string of poor business decisions. Despite barely avoiding prosecution, he was successful in his job-seeking attempts and became a special agent for the OIGA Office of Trade and Commerce (OTC). (OOC: Ironic, isn't it?)


At the request of the local Yuclite government, he was sent directly from the domain of steel to assist Yuclite law enforcement, which was struggling to deal with the problematic issue of L-Crystal smuggling. Crix managed to isolate some of the main factors of the spike in smuggling - Organized Crime. As it turns out, underground gangs operating within the system (Tau-Ceti) are trying to turn a profit by selling L-Crystals illegally, and the unusually high black-market prices did nothing to improve the situation.


A policing budget increase and several crackdowns on organized crime later, the case to overall recorded crime ratio for trade violations lowered drastically. Large scale crystal smuggling operations have become unfeasible due to new spaceport policies, although individuals still succeed smuggling small amounts from time to time. At present, Crix is writing his final reports and preparing to return to the Domain of Steel.

Ryder "Crimson" Drayn


1. Species: Human

3. Age: 27 (not common knowledge)


4. Personality: Ryder's personality is one that many would find peculiar considering his chosen path in life. Whenever fighting, he often talks smack, using sarcasm and the like. He loves a challenge but hates to lose. Ryder is also incredibly tactically knowledgeable, often finding the easiest way to victory before beginning his battles. However, this is skewed by his temper- almost certainly the most inconsistent variable of his being. Ryder will sometimes have patience, slowly putting things to the back of his mind, before eventually exploding in a rage, and others he will be the most irritable, easiest-to-anger person in the Milky Way. Either way, he thrives upon close combat, it being one of his favorite things. If Ryder had a choice, he'd prefer that everyone in the galaxy had to use melee weapons rather than guns. He will sometimes put himself down, and others bolster his own self confidence to high levels, in a somewhat sort of self-stabilizing system, maintaining his personal opinion of himself.


5. Backstory: Ryder grew up on Draydon, an outer colony now currently on the edge of the Devor warfront. His parents cared for him well and he had planned to be a tech designer, that staying in place til' the age of nineteen. He had a fiancé named Sarah, and his best friend's name was Carver. After an accident at the tech lab he worked at, Ryder was hospitalized and put into a coma, and it was over his hospital bed that Carver and Sarah met. During his hospitalization, Sarah and Carver became crutches for each other and after two months it finally hit them that Ryder may never wake up- a realization followed by a subsequent romance. Another two months later they were quite in love, seeming to have forgotten entirely about Ryder. One more month and Ryder was awake.


At figuring out what had happened, Ryder reacted in a volatile manner, cursing them both and attempting to kill himself by finishing what the accident in his lab had started, and detonating explosives in the building. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your perspective, he survived, losing his right arm.


After the second near-death experience, Ryder threw himself into his research wholeheartedly, repairing his handicap with a prosthetic right arm, one that he equipped with a Molecular Destabilizer at his fist. Shortly after this, the colony he lived upon was attacked by slavers, and through a string of coincidences, Ryder ended up leading the colonist's local militia against the slavers, defeating them and saving the colony. After this, the taking of his first life in the fighting, and a personal discovery, Ryder decided that he'd do something different with his life. He would devote it to helping people by eliminating those that threatened their peaceful life, and make a living by taking contracts against said people along the way. If he got payed helping people, who cared?


However, due to this and his sometimes blatant disregard for the law, Ryder is spoken of as and considered a bounty hunter. The lack of info available upon him only seeks to further the mystery surrounding him, and he goes by the code name Crimson, his real name a privilege only to those who he figures are deserving of it.

The Reaver, based upon the Revenant SAW model manufactured by Ash Enterprises, is a custom modified version designed by Ryder himself, one that fires basic metal cartridges encased in a phasic energy coating. Ryder uses these rounds on all his weapons due to the improved penetration against physical armor, favoring it over the well-roundedness of plasma rounds and the effectiveness against shields of Hardlight rounds.

"Maroon" High-Impact, anti-material sniper rifle

Maroon fires .75 rounds, a step up from .50s, one that could possibly break a human arm without the recoil compensation afforded by advanced technology. Sniper rifles of Maroon's model are recorded to have a record kill range of just under two miles, however, these shots were made during ideal conditions in open environments, so the range is likely to vary depending on local variables.

Ryder can carry up to 5 grenades on his armor at once, of varying types: Incendiary, Fragmentation, Plasma, Hardlight, EMP (with reduced affect due to modern technology), Flashbang, and concussive, which is a blast of pure explosive force used to stun tougher enemies.


Ryder uses custom combat armor designed with consultants from Ash Enterprises and Titan Corporation. The armor comes with a set of standard energy shields, sacrificing durability for movement and flexibility, but has built-in Hardlight field projectors, so as to have some degree of reliable defense outside of the armor itself. When either shield set is knocked out, it takes a few moments for them to reactivate, during which Ryder is vulnerable.


Ryder also uses a a Hardlight edged blade for those situations where you can actually duel the 'bad guy', and despite it's novelty, the weapon has seen extensive use from it's owner.


"Carmine"

The Carmine is a Drakon war vessel, meaning it has superior armor quality and shielding, and many places to set up weaponry. It's thrusters are also, in a design dreamed up by the Drakon, partially mounted upon flexible arms. This gives the ship maneuverability in atmosphere despite it's lack of wings, and gives it excellent maneuverability in space.


The ship has multiple cells with Hardlight doors, an average-size cargo hold, automated interior defenses at key points, and an on-board autopilot system. The autopilot system itself is an interface with enhanced programming, but not an A.I. Think Siri, but for a spaceship and with less failing at understanding speech.


While most of the ships of the Drakon's model are heavily armed, Ryder's is minimally armed, due to his lack of need for the ability to combat opponents in space. He is skilled at piloting the ship, but the last time he was made to do battle against another vessel was almost two years ago- in other words, Ryder is unskilled and unprepared for space combat.


7. Abilities: The only special abilities Ryder has are the perks his prosthetic arm provides him- an on-the-go computer, increased strength and speed of his right arm, and the fact that the molecular destabilizer on his fist deals large amounts of damage with consecutive hits, due to weakening of the target's protection. His armor's right fist has built in destabilizers that work with the one in his arm, making the effect and damage done per hit increase when Ryder is wearing his suit.

Ryder is proficient in melee combat and working with technology.


His ship-to-ship combat skills are lacking, though Ryder excels at piloting the Carmine itself.


Ryder's current life consists of taking down murderers, slavers, and criminals, while taking any bounties or contracts on them as a payment. He generally takes the target down with or without there being a bounty on them, and collects the bounty only after they are dealt with. Due to this, Ryder is currently at odds with the OIGA, as they consider 'Crimson' a vigilante. However, he is despised by both M.E.R.C and Burn, as he openly considers them enemies, and they engage each other on sight in most situations.

Jared Hunter (Silver Rose)

Jared comes off as a friendly individual, cracking jokes and trying to get others to smile. He is also somewhat reckless by diving into a mission heads first if he is confident in his success but will usually enter difficult assignments with a more level head.


Jared can be somewhat bloodthirsty if he looses his temper. He no longer aims for clean, painless kills as he usually does, rather, focussing on killing his target and everybody near them in the most destructive way possible.


5. Backstory:


Jared started out as an ordinary soldier serving under OIGA before becoming a soldier for hire under M.E.R.C. As a killer by trade, Jared attempt to be as humane as he is lethal. He spent his entire career training to be the deadliest killing machine alive, taking out his targets as painlessly and quickly as possible.


Upon becoming a mercenary, Jared quickly made a name for himself as an effective employee under the pseudonym Silver Rose. Whether he was required to kill or protect, steal or guard, Jared became the go-to person for any job that required shooting a gun.


Being well known is not without its drawbacks. Competitors as well as other individuals seeking revenge are a constant threat to Jared. In fact, his enemies have nearly succeeded several times in killing him, resulting in the loss of much of his body, including his right eye as well as both his arms.


6. Equipment:


Besides being a remarkable fighter, one thing that makes Jared such a successful mercenary is his unwillingness to stick to one set of equipment or load out. Despite this, he still has several weapons that are his favorites.


(Cannon) Dual .44 revolvers

Jared's default side arms, capable of punching through most walls. A blade is also attached to each gun in case someone gets too close. Usually wielded as a pair.

Silver rose smoke bomb

One of Jared's signature gadgets. As well as smoke, each bomb sprays a flurry of silver rose petals. These petals also act as his calling card. He always has at least one equipped.


Hard light short sword

Another signature weapon. A foot long retractable blade makes this sword easily concealable. Jared always brings this weapon along, regardless of enviroment, mission, or enemy.


Jared doesn't wear any heavy armor into combat. Instead, he wears a light exo-skeleton suit meant to increase his physical strength and speed. An AI embedded into the suit helps Jared keep track of enemy movements, incoming projectiles, and bullet count.


Jared's cyborg eye is capable of zooming and enhancing his vision. It can even translate written languages. His robotic arms are tougher and stronger than their organic counterparts. It is still possible to shoot through these cybernetic arms as long as one uses a high caliber weapon (a sniper, for example).


His left arm is capable of producing a hard light shield as tall as he is though the shield only covers him in one direction, meaning that he is still open from the sides and back.


The right arm is equipped with a voids portal generator. This piece of technology requires a lot of power to work so Jared is only able to store and retrieve small items such as grenades, keys, or ammo clips.


7. Abilities:


Jared's cybernetic eye and arms are perfectly attuned with each other, resulting in an uncanny accuracy even for a cyborg. Teamed with the AI in his suit and Jared's accuracy is second to none.


By watching his enemy's gun and applying the AI to some calculations, Jared is able to approximate where his enemy is aiming. This is helpful especially in fire fights as he can almost predict where the bullets will hit and can avoid those shots more effectively. Skilled shooters can still trump this ability by changing their aim very quickly or by ricochet at an unexpected angle.

Although proficient in melee and hand-to-hand combat, Jared is most comfortable when using a fire arm. If he really has to get close to his enemies, he'll probably bring a shotgun.


Jared is an average pilot. He has no knowledge or experience in actual space combat.


The Raven Syndicate has become his best friend as well as his worst enemy. He is professionally on good terms with most of their members, receiving crucial information required to complete his many assignments while repaying them by accomplishing more than a few missions from them. Even so, he must be careful with what he tells any of them, lest they leak something out to anybody looking to end him.


Jared's loyalty to M.E.R.C. is shakey at best. Although he is not always at odds with other mercenary, there are a few he knows will eagerly accept any job to kill him. He is often wary of his own fellow mercenaries, even killing a few on mere suspicion. He was able to cover up these kills as a revenge hit through an unaffiliated assassin.


Publicly, OIGA condemns Jared as another greedy, bloodthirsty killer who murders of money. However, OIGA has hired Jarod more than a few times as a body guard as well as a hitman.

Vinnie “The Red Princess” Simon

4. Personality- Vinnie is the embodyment of two extremes: mercy and unyielding cruelty. To those under her protection and in her employment, she is very very good. She pays high reward for a job she realizes is dangerous. She also makes a point to know every single one of every smuggler and low-life on her ship (all 270-something of them). From these people, however, she expects absolute respect or you’ll no doubt be spaced. To those who she doesn’t know or or is enemies with, however, her mercilessness is swift and harsh. In these instances the only thing she cares about is survival and profit. She’ll destroy a whole fleet of civilian ships if it keeps her 270-something crew alive and fed. In that respect, I suppose, she’s a little like a mother. A greedy and cruel mother. Personally (like if you met her face-to-face), she is very quiet. When she says anything it’s calm and composed, sometimes eerily so. She doesn’t anger easily, and likes to think before she says anything, as everything she says is important. She is easily annoyed but rarely shows it. She smirks quite a bit, especially as a way to replace talking. She only ever acts different when she has an attraction to someone -which rarely ever happens- when she will completely let down her guard and get very emotional. When this happens she’s either acts very sad or very angry. You’ll know.


5. Backstory- Vinnie grew up on a planet that had a 20-25% human population, the rest was Demian. The Human population on the planet was extremely poor and most of them lived in the under-city slums. The planet was called Opteak. She was always an orphan, she was told her mother died in childbirth and that her father, who no one knew the identity of, left as soon as he dropped the mother at the only hospital in the system (which was, you guessed it, on Opteak). So Vinnie never knew her parents, and she doesn’t really know if her last name was her mother’s name or her father’s (she’s asked the hospital, but none of the current staff was there at her birth.)(Also -side note- at that time her name was Lavinia Sobule). Vinnie made her living by stealing from Demians in the street, and she didn’t have a problem with it seeing as how awful they’d always treated her. One day when she was 16 she came home to a group of well-dressed men in her apartment. They set up a comm between her and a ship orbiting Opteak. The man in the comm was even nicer dressed and said he had a terrible time finding her on the planet and that he was her father and that he was the owner of Dusk Supply (if that’s alright with the GM, if it’s not, I will create my own megacorp), and is really rich. She went up onto the ship to meet him at his suggestion. Vinnie, at this point, was furious. She could not believe her father was such a wealthy and powerful man and that he would, in good conscience, leave his unborn child and her mother on planet that is known for treating humans terribly and just go. She, however, was an incredibly deceptive person, and allowed him to believe that she now idolized him (which was easy as everyone kind of already did that). They stayed in orbit for a couple days, just getting to ”know” one another. After a couple days of him trying to buy her love he offered to take her away from Opteak forever, and live with him on his huge and luxurious ship. The only condition was that the public never know he had an illegitimate child, or any child. This condition made her even more furious, but she pretended to be satisfied with it and agree. She lived with him for a few months and he showered her with gifts and money. One of her gifts was a ship, originally named “The Sleipnir,” which is the ship she uses today. She collected the rest of her gifts on her ship as she planned a way to ruin her father. Eventually, she chose the simple route of shaming his name then killing him. She “accidentally” let it slip to several crew members that she was the illegitimate daughter of the great Mr. Sobule of Dusk Supply and waited till it made the galactic news, which it did. They started calling her the shameful princess, as her father was almost like a king. After that she made a few encrypted calls to some mercenary ships (she had enough to pay them with), and personally did all she could to cripple the ship then left onto her personal ship (honestly she didn’t critically damage much, what she did was little, unnoticeable things that would only affect the performance of the ship once all the systems were tested, like during a battle). When the mercs showed up, they cornered and attacked Her father’s ship. It was an unfair battle, and the ship was destroyed. After that she re-named her ship “The Fallen King” or just “King,” for short, and started using her mother’s last name, Simon. The media had an absolute field day with this. In was put on every news outlet and for a couple weeks, it was all any human was talking about. The names for the “Shameful Princess” turned into the “Princess of Gore,” “Savage Princess,” "Bloody Princess," and other names like that before settling onto the one that stuck: “The Red Princess.” For a while after that Vinnie laid low, collecting a truly loyal crew and contacts that would help her in her future smuggling business. After a while she started her business. She not only smuggled but also stole from lots of major corps and sold the stolen merch for a much lower price than the corp (but still made a large profit) Eventually she built a name for herself by moving up the latter of illegality (hitting bigger and bigger targets, selling more of her illegal merchandise to more people). Mostly she smuggled L-crystals, but so did everyone. Her business became violent, she started just killing the competition (in a very Al-Capone-Esque way). Then she caught wind of a great find. The Echan. She was simultaneously jealous of OIGA for possessing such a force and disgusted that they could imprison a whole species like that (Vinnie is slightly a hypocrite, but justifies killing other criminals with the fact that their criminals). She immediately had the idea to free them and integrate them into her ranks, which she did. The Echan have been apart of her crew for 5 years now and are extraordinarily loyal and grateful to Vinnie.

Equipment- Vinnie doesn’t have any personal weapons/armor that she keeps with her at all times except her katana, which she took up shortly after she killed her father (she had this lover who gave it to her. Vinnie likes to think it’s close to her heart because she’s never really loved anyone, but it doesn’t really mean much to her if she was being honest with herself), and her ship, of course. Vinnie doesn't really concern herself with a lot of really fancy gear because she never not surrounded by a group of personal guards (She never goes on missions herself that require that she be alone).

This ship has a crew compliment of 276 people, but the ship's engines are top-of-the-line and require very little work. It's one of the fastest ships of it's size. It's probably in the range of about 25-30 football fields long (American football fields xD ), and about a 3rd of it is not livable space. It's got militarily-grade weapons systems but not very many mounted weapons. It's more of a getaway car than a tank, but could hold it's own in a fight. It's a nice ship.
7. Abilities- She can swing a sword and shoot a rail gun (She’s very passionate about the use of projectile weapons over energy, ask her about it. I dare you.), but nothing out of the ordinary unless you count lying and leadership.

Rand a.k.a "The Drifting Sword"

-Unknown. Rand's logs say 397 years but he knows he has had multiple software crashes.

-Rand is cold because he has no memories or defining moments with anyone. His main emotions are anger and emptiness. Occasionally it can be witnessed where rand becomes exited about something or attracted to someone, but he has learned to control himself because nobody has ever accepted him. On the outside Rand appears cold and calculating but typically it is different on the inside. Due to Rand's emotional dis balance, he drifts across the universe being hired as a mercenary and becoming known as "The Drifting Sword"


5. Backstory


-Rand has no knowledge of his backstory, but his theory is that he was of some higher rank in the empire and he was captured in a raid by the Jaak Ti alien race. These aliens are the ones that made the parts he is made of. Rand also believes that his metal rubber muscles are due to the fact that he was recovered by the empire and experimented on. He also believes that his occasional memory loss is due to the fact that the human tech is not entirely compatible with the alien tech. He is currently going with the age of 397 but based on the make of his parts he would estimate a whole of 3000 years of being alive. His endless drifting led him to a small manufacturing town in the slums where there's always lot's of jobs.

-Rand's sword is mark 3 alien technology named Maranam Val. There are 5 ranks of alien tech and as tech increases rarity increases because the aliens that produced the weapons were wiped out. The chance of finding a sword like Rand's is .00000000000001. The rank of the sword also corresponds to the number of abilities the sword has. The sword has 3 function. One, the sword can use it's plasma canister to hone the blade of the sword by 20x. Two, the sword can accelerate it's particles and can raise it's temperature to 2000 degrees kelvin. The third ability is for the sword to fold itself down to the size of a rectangular piece of metal that fits into a compartment in Rand's chest cavity.


-Rand's body is composed of mainly man made machines. These machines include, metal rubber muscles that are extremely strong and durable, about 23x the strength of a normal human being. Rand has no blood, only a black nonflammable machine fluid that keeps his body slick carries mark 1 alien nano tech. The nano tech is relatively hard to find but it can be bought on market. It allows Rand to monitor his body and control things like leaks or temperature fluctuations. The core that powers Rand's body and pumps the machine fluid. Under Rand's mark 3 alien tech mask is a normal human face. The mask's first function is that it allows Rand to see heat signatures even through walls. The second function is that it allows him to grow hair like strands that can harden into extra shielding or sharpen for extra damage. The third function is that Rand's mask can release a battle cry that without assistance will break a foe's eardrums withing a 200 meter diameter. Rand's brain is made of mark 5 alien tech that is like a gelatinous ooze. The first function is that Rand can see the logical 3 moves his adversary will make before they make them. The second function is that the brain can function without oxygen meaning that Rand could survive in space indefinitely. The third function is that the brain runs Rand's power core and insures that it doesn't run out of energy by absorbing solar light and other forms of energy. The fourth function is that the brain allows Rand to preserve his personality even during accidental resets. The fifth function is that Rand's brain allows hyperobsrevant function, meaning that rand notices almost anything anywhere.

-Rand has no recollection of his home world or anything relating to his past life. As a result he has an extreme lack of motivation to do anything but be a mercenary and it is slowly causing his soul to deteriorate. His greatest weakness is his lack of memory. It is of the ways that he can be defeated. Sometimes he loses his motivation and will to move or fight entirely.

This Dragx was brought up like any other and her family died like any other. Soon, as she was the last one of her family, she grew more and more isolated. She was the youngest of her family, being the last ditch effort to keep the family alive. She was nothing special among the ranks and scores of the Dragx themselves, causing no mate to want her. So she challenged his Tribal Leader. When they fought, it was a whirlwind of limbs and blood. Fights often did not last long between Dragx, do to any mistake being exploited, which is exactly what happend in this fight with Drago. She stepped 3 inches further then he should have and was flattened. While he was on the ground, the chief was deciding to kill him, or not. And that was his mistake. Quickly getting to her feet, she knocked the Chief by sweeping his legs and put her claws to his throat. The Chief had been beaten do to his confidence. His over confidence. The tribe knelt to the new leader, Dragi.

She reigned for years with an iron fist. Becoming the best of the best to hold her title. Soon though, the chief became curious. A very threatening thing to be on this world. She would go hunting but also look to the stars, wanting to leave. And soon enough, her chance came. As a ship descended to there dangerous planet, the Dragx descended upon it. Killing all but the pilot. As her leadership was questioned as to why they spared anyone, the Dragx chief then appointed her most respected member, Laktil, as chief after ordering them all off the ship. Laktil was the only one to know of this plan, and challenged her many-a-time to make her stop. But he was a lesser warrior then her. And could never beat her. She then was flown off, into space aboard a simple cargo ship that, she learned, was there to collect herbs and rare spices only found on that planet.

Being the curious being she was, she learned many things from the human pilot. Like how clothing was seen as a common necessity, and showed civilized behavior. How weapons assisted in combat. How the Dragx were looked down on as savages. All of these things were new things she learned from this man. She would sleep in one of the now empty beds, due to her slaughter. She knew the man hated her or was scared of her, but he was kind to her none the less. Even giving her clothes and a gun, teaching her to read and right on her year and a half on the ship. Cutting her claws down to much smaller claws. He then took her to the nearest civilized planet, and dropped her off. He told her to act human. Keep her Dragx heritage a secret. The proud warrior scoffed at this, but knew why. And so she was let loose into civilization.

Looking very young for her age, the red haired fury is very short tempered. She only owns the dress given to her by the pilot, now stained with blood and dirt and grime. The fangs and claws still noticeable, but smaller than what they were.

Expecting a nice plunder he only got a small human boy, he decided to take him under his wing as a successor of the Luna del Diablo (the devil's moon). Santiago trained him in hand to hand combat, sword combat, and he taught him to shoot. Santiago died from a plasma shot to the chest by a rival pirate. Rylo inherited the ship young (18 earth years old) but the crew stayed loyal to their new captain. To this day he is searching for the man or woman who assasinated his mentor (While still plundering ships in between.

He doesn't create alliances very often though he is known to work with others and his services can be bought for a high price.
