Here at the containment facility, we treat people who show symptoms of S.O.S, Switched On Syndrome. Signs to look out for are: Physical Contact, Touching or Displays of emotion. If you see anyone with these symptoms, report them. They are a danger to themselves and to the rest of society. Emotions are an aspect of the past, help us keep it that way. Our purpose is to cure everyone of this outbreak, keep the world safe from these dangerous feelings humanity used to have. We'll keep you switched off.
↦ You may experience, overwhelming feelings, sensitivity to light, pain, sadness, difficulty concentrating and impulsive behaviours. In order to rid yourself of this outbreak, there is a program. There is no cure, only stages. Stage one, all symptoms are light. You may not even experience all of them. Stage two, all symptoms are present. Stage three, they progressively worsen. Stage four, you will be too unstable to function as a member of our society.
↦ Our team of doctors and nurses have been hand selected to provide you with the best care possible during your recovery. Treatment includes suppression pills, daily sessions with our S.O.S doctors, isolation, solitude, daily injections or surgery. There is hope that you will return to society and continue working until you die. The perfect human does not need emotions. We have designed life in ARPO City to be perfect.

Inspired by the movie Equals, I've decided to see if anyone is interested in roleplaying it. It's a forbidden love type theme, in somewhat honour of valentine's day. It's very flexible on where characters can fit it and all that kind of thing. Futuristic, as technology has reached a high point. A pristine life, an attempt at a "Utopia" if you will. You might've seen my other thread going around, great. You can refer to it as well for partner wants, needs and information about me.

The two main plot ideas are as followed
↦ Muse A works as a doctor/nurse for the DEN. Tasked and assigned to treat Muse B who has been infected by the outbreak. Both, or well, Muse B, is not fond of this whatsoever. They want change in the world, they want to show everyone that emotions are not a thing of the past and are unavoidable in all humans. Muse A finds this interesting, drawing their attention o Muse B. Eventually, Muse A starts showing signs of the contacting S.O.S. It can't be denied any longer, Muse A and B have a connection. ↦ Muse A and B are working, functioning members of society. Both have pristine records and are highly respected amongst the rest of them. It starts off small, simple greetings as they work together but it becomes more. It stirs up emotions in both of them. Dazed and mainly confused, Muse A doesn't understand why. Muse B does, their work revolving research about when humans felt this emotion called "love." Spending more and more late nights together, they must go about trying to hide their feelings. Neither wants to end up in the DEN. Believing it will pass, they opt not to say anything that could damage one and other's record but they just can't stay away from each other.
