Bio for most prominent leader: Ozzie Tuft was such an Extremely wealthy Pirate that he managed to buy himself into nobility in America not much is know about Baron Tuft other than he ran off to sea at a young age and became massively wealthy as a pirate. He is very secretive and his piratical practices continue though no one can prove it. (Yet)


History of Land: Baltimore was prosperous before but ever since Baron Tuft was appointed Baltimore has been growing at a very rapidly pace.


Economy: Mostly Shipping and Fishing (especially Crab)


Military Size: Mostly Whatever Pirates are Nearby But also has 5 Navy Sloops With 100 Marines in each

Bio: Montgomery Selton was born a relatively poor Charles City fisherman's son, but became a very wealthy merchant who finally took control of the shire through his political ties at just the right time.


History of land: The shire of Charles City was small, but prosperous before Baron Siegerkranz took control. With his guiding hand, the economy exploded with extreme growth. In just a year and a half, the GDP of the shire quintupled.


Economy: Very diversified economy that is well balanced and self sufficient.


Military: The military of Charles City Shire is practically nonexistent, but when war breaks out, they will spend extravagant amounts on hordes of well trained mercenaries.

Leader: Markus Alistair


Bio: Markus Alistair was the eldest and only son of the late Lord Alistair. When he was five, Markus was apprenticed to several of the local buissness and companies within his families land, so that when he was older, he would have a better understanding for how his lands worked. This early interaction with the common folk led to Markus being exposed to their view points, and he heard the first tales of rebellion.


Eventually, after years of working with numerous people, he eventually was seconded to the household guard, where he was taught the basics of soldiers and command. At the age of twenty, Lord Alistair passed away, and Markus became the new Lord of the county.


History of the Land: Dare County and all within it have a history for being stubborn but resourceful. Never short on basic supplies, the economy of the land has always been steady and secure, if not the most profitable. The men who join the army from Dare County are known to be some of the hardiest and brutal fighters, loyal and uncompromising.


Economy: The economy of Dare County relies on the manufacturing of weapons, tools, and other metallic related goods.


Military: The Alistair family keeps a sizeable forces of household guards raised at all times. Armed with the best weapons they can forge, and trained to be loyal to a fault, they serve as the police force, as well as private army for the Alistair family. Number around 200-300 at any time.
