After reading this if you want to redistribute points, choose new weapons or etc. Copy the template and repost with the differences. This is mostly to be a rough guide of the stats how they work and the abilities and limitations of your character. As the game progresses stats only available to your character appear. You may become a SPARTAN III and have 13/10 on a stat because of it.

Leadership
0-2 able to lead and gives those under them a small buff inside his command
3-5 leads well able to exert some influence on those outside his command
6-7 people will request to serve under you and you hold great influence over the lower enlisted
8-9 you hold great sway in all levels of command
10 Captain Winters level
Physical Fitness
0-2 Barely pass UNSC requirements
3-5 Passing UNSC requirements
6-7 Top tier UNSC requirements
8-9 Extended scale UNSC requirements
10 Olympic Athlete Performance
Weapons Skill
0-2 Utilizes familiar weapons with basic competency (melee brawler at best)
3-5 Able to use Covenant weapons with basic competency (able to use some techniques)
6-7 instinctively understands both UNSC and Covenant weapons(You can hold your own in almost any sword fight)
8-9 Able to use prototype weapons with almost no knowledge (Master level every swing a death stroke)
10 Pick it up and knock them down (You are a reaper of death)
Ballistics
0-2 You hit 23 out of 40 targets your cluster hits in the kill box
3-5 You hit 32 out of 40 targets your cluster hits within a fist
6-7 You hit 40 out of 40 targets your cluster hits within a fist
8-9 Designated Marksmen level
10 your shots hit a cluster within a inch
Stealth
0-2 on a good day the enemy can hear, smell or see you 300 meters away
3-5 able to close in with the enemy
6-7 able to infiltrate enemy lines
8-9 the enemy cannot spot you on a good day they'll notice you when a knife is lodged in their throat
10 thermals are the only way to pick you up
Toughness
0-2 a plasma wound and you'll need medical aid
3-5 a plasma you can continue fighting albeit with great difficulty
6-7 a plasma you can continue fighting albeit with moderate difficulty
8-9 a plasma you can continue fighting albeit with a bit of difficulty
10 Navy Seal Adam Brown level toughness
