Help Tab Colors and Images

How do you change the color/image of a tab? So like usually it looks like this

But I want the base color of it to be white (Including the dividing lines), and the text to be black.

unfortunately, tabs can not be customized as of right now.
however, there are other ways to customize tabs but it would require the usage of divs and covering up said tabs.

Edit: your text can be changed - if it's inside the tab - into different colors simply with the code:

[color=black]text[/color]

I'm new to divs and most things outside of simple coding, but I'm willing to try it.

i, unfortunately, am still playing with customizable tabs and the usage of divs.
however, i can send you these links that could be helpful to you!
it may seem like gibberish, however, since there's a lot of different "codes" that goes into fixing this

the "anchor" system, from what i remember, can be used as a "tab" system, however it still has it's pros and cons to it as well.
