Title: Calamity God Soaring Drone

Powers/abilities:
Flight: Can float in the air as long he wishes
Analyzing: Has an eye that can analyze his opponents' weak spots (countermeasures first) and do all the maths like distance, width, etc.
Sharing data: Can gather valuable data and send it to his creator for research purposes.
Blue Lasers: Has one eye that can shoot blue lasers. he can use up all his energy and shoot a largely concentrated laser beam. After using up, he needs to recharge to recover.
Deadly spinning attack: He can spin his body and use his tripod legs to become a floating spinning saw that can cut anything in its path.
Weaknesses: vulnerable to deadly one-shot attacks, can easily lose his sight, often mistaken as a toy, limited speech

Backstory: she has proclaimed herself Roxie's number one fan. Going as far as learning everything can about the former villan, tracking down old allies and learning all her former plans.

Info: Katherine Sinclair, also known as “Kathy” to her friends (which don’t number very many. But addressed as Ms. Sinclair by everyone else. She has a deviously intelligent mind, and using her power, she set up a black market/transportation company for the villainous elite (if they could afford her prices that is) that she dubbed Sinclair Logistics. She has amassed a fortune shipping and providing services to any villains that ‘needed’ help.

Powers: her body generates a toxic cloud that is invisible to the naked eye (can be seen with UV light) that causes a myriad of afflictions to anyone within 10 feet. The caused afflictions are weaker variants then their original states, some would vanish as soon as she leaves, others will persist until cured.
Weakness: she’s a 10 year old girl, what do you think?
Info: Audrey was a poor child, orphaned by her parents after they were the first to fall victim to her power. Her power caused her father to go insane and kill her mother, before stabbing himself to end his own suffering. Audrey awoke one morning for breakfast like any other day sat at the table enjoying her food before attempting to find her parents, both of which were dead in their bedroom. Audrey called 911 for help and when police and medics arrived they began to suffer the same fate… Audrey was later taken by the hero league to study her power and hopefully help her control it.

Appearance: 5' 10" Blue eyes. Unrulely Spikey Blue hair. Normal build. He had a scar on the back of his neck where he had been drugged frequently by his parents.
Powers/abilities: Materia Absorption: Can absorb matter of any kind in any state including Solid, Liquid, and Gas with vsrying affects. Most commonly the marerial goes around his body. He can change shape of the material around his body.
Energy absorption: Can absorb and discharge various types of energy. Alternatively he can convert the energy to heal or feed himself.
Power absroption, Can temperarirly absorb powers.
Weapons(optional):
Weaknesses: Mortal man. When he is healthy he sometimes has trouble not absorbing things. When he his weak and or sick it is harder to absorb material and powers.

Appearance: 6'3". When appearing in public he usually wears a dark grey, white or black longcoat, along with a business haircut (naturally black hair), matching shirt and trousers, and long boots.
Weapons(optional): All the guns - he's got the money to buy them. Mainly LMGs, shotguns, sniper rifles and handguns. His main melee weapon is a halberd with a high-frequency blade.
Backstory(optional): Manfreid was born outside the superhero world to wealthy parents and brought up well, joining his home nation's military at the age of 22 despite top-of-the-class grades. His legendary skill as a shooter didn't go unrecognized and he shot up the ranks quickly, but soon he ended his stint in the army with full military honours to pursue greater financial ventures. For you see, his main ideal is the advancement of self and others at any cost - even lives. He started a PMC, branching out to private security and weapons manufacturing. And with his discovery of the hero world, he'll stop at nothing to bring it within his grasp.
Other info(optional): His alignment is Neutral, but he leans a little towards Villainous. He's also a mortal man, just with a lot of tech, money and mercenaries up his sleeves.
