SUBJECT'S BEHAVIOR PATTERNS: The subject often keeps to himself when around others and rarely shows any signs of communication unless spoken to first. The treatments lately seem to have no affect on his overall psychology and he continues to be (relatively) functional. We have accidentally stumbled upon him when he appeared to be silently chatting with another subject, but after the incident we have observed no further deviations from his usual, lax behavior. On rare occasions he can seem unnecessarily agitated, but this usually only occurs recently after an experiment so we have assumed it to be simply another temporary symptom caused by the experiments. The subject only shows signs of aggression towards personnel and other subjects in very extreme scenarios.



POSITIVE OUTPUTS: Some positive traits that can be mentioned about the subject is that he is rarely one to cause trouble and he is easily willing to cooperate with the experiments. He also appears to be quite empathetic towards the suffering of others and will often, surprisingly, step in to aid others in harms way. The only other trait that has been observed from the subject is that he always seems to be taking in his surroundings and observing every single detail presented to him. He seems to be very analytical when it comes to approaching situations.




NEGATIVE OUTPUTS: The subject has been noted to be unresponsive at times, lost in his head, and, although his willingness to help another in danger has been recorded as a positive trait, it can sometimes result in more effort from the personnel to stabilize the situation. It is also assumed that the subject is extremely loyal, often to a fault, to those who he has deemed his “friends,” but this has only been observed once and, therefore, there is no concrete evidence to back up this claim.



RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR HANDLERS: The subject is extremely cooperative when it comes to obeying orders, but he has yet to show any signs of affection or disdain towards the personnel. He maintains a blank expression when around personnel and remains in a regal position, almost as if he was devoid of emotion.



R.W.T. INMATES: Although we rarely see the subject interacting with other peers, he has been observed confiding with a few specific subjects. Something the personnel did not expect was that he prefered to gravitate towards larger groups of people. This was unexpected due to his previously solitary nature. It appears that he uses these groups as a way to blend in and to avoid unwanted attention.




SUBJECT'S TREATMENT: The only change observed was that, oddly enough, the subject’s own gravitational field within their body has mostly disappeared. Their organs are noted to be suspended within their body, and it is yet unknown how the bodily fluids function. The only noticeable change this has caused is that, if the subject suffers an injury that results in some sort of open wound, there will be no blood loss at all. After careful observation, the subject’s blood seems to also be suspended in a state of what appears to be similar to the zero-gravity effect astronauts experience in space.



MAIN META SERUM: The subject received a bio-based treatment through a series of hypodermic injections. The treatments altered his own gravitational field and granted him the ability to manipulate the gravitational properties of materials in his general vicinity.



SUBJECT'S RECEPTION: At the very beginning, the subject’s behavior was sporadic and his emotional state would often fluctuate severely. After a few more of the treatments, the subject psychology no longer seems to be so strongly affected.



SUBJECT'S STRENGTH PROFILE: The treatment caused the subject to gain the ability to manipulate gravity. This includes but is not limited to: manipulating the gravity of the user (including specific parts of the user) and manipulating the gravitational field in a general area around the user (including both animate and inanimate material)



SUBJECT'S WEAKNESS PROFILE: The biggest shortcoming of the subject’s abilities (currently) is the fact that he cannot manipulate more than one object or area at a time. Meaning, if he were manipulating his own gravitational field to allow himself to “pseudo-fly” but he then decided to alter the gravity of a can of coke and crush it, he would have to release his control over his own gravitational field first. Two more weaknesses of the subject’s powers is that the larger the area being manipulated or the farther away the target of manipulation is, the weaker his control/power. The most efficient way to stop the target is to subdue him from afar, such as using snipers to sedate him.

  Subject appears to function well within a peer group, falling somewhere in the middle ground between social and not. Initial observation of empathetic abilities influenced the choice of treatment.   Subject seems to be somewhat volatile in temperament, on occasion it is impossible to predict what will be upsetting. This seems to have worsened since treatment began. Since treatment, subject has become slightly more withdrawn in peer social settings. The subject does not physically withdraw, but seems uninterested in what peers are saying. Subject also has developed a habit of biting or rubbing nails against a rough surface when agitated.
  
  RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR HANDLERS:
  Level of cooperation seems to change day-to-day. Individual personnel may be a contributing factor; personnel noted to be less outwardly expressive of their personal emotions seem to be more bothersome than others. Violence toward personnel is very rare, only one instance. As treatment has progressed, subject has started to become more friendly to personnel.
  
  R.W.T. INMATES:
  Subject tends to seek out groups but does not necessarily participate in them. The subject often becomes involved in the emotional situations of other inmates, but does not seem to reciprocate the attachment that is fostered by this, resulting in a one-sided dynamic of closeness in most relationships.
• SUBJECT PURPOSE:
  Pheromone manipulation for controlling emotions and eventually actions in others
  
  MAIN META SERUM:
  Subject underwent gene therapy to introduce genetic adaptations of puma concolor, common name puma. Following successful gene therapy (see Reception for details) the subject underwent extensive psychological training via electroshock therapy.
  
  SUBJECT'S RECEPTION:
  Initial introduction of sample cells during month 75 from an African lion resulted in the formation of a relatively small tumor attached to the kidney. Tumor was removed, chemo therapy performed, and the puma was selected as a possible better match due to the shared geographical origin of both subjects. Puma introduction occured after puberty and proved more successful. Subject was resistant at first to psychological training, but became compliant after the introduction of electroshock therapy.
  
  SUBJECT'S STRENGTH PROFILE:
  Subject can identify the producer of a pheromone and its purpose across species, and appears to have some control over the output of pheromones. Secondary physical changes have been observed, including increased agility and speed, increased hearing and sight, and slightly elongated incisors.
  
  SUBJECT'S WEAKNESS PROFILE:
  Subject is prone to mood swings often corresponding to the moods of others; it is probable that the sensitivity to pheromones extends to being affected by them, not only sensing them. Subject has exhibited a change in diet that may become an issue. It should be noted that while the subject can sense and control pheromones, there is no noticable increase in the sense of smell itself.
  The senses of the subject can be overwhelmed using high levels of concentrated pheromones, however, no counter other than sedation has been found for dulling the heightened senses and physical abilities.

  It is theorized that with additional training, the subject will be able to manipulate the emotions and intentions of others absolutely and without limitation, even when confronted with strong belief systems or ingrained identities such as religion and sexuality. He likes baseball, it is normally the only way to calm him down for long periods of time, the accepted reason behind this is deeply encoded in his genes is the necessary mental functions to simply enjoy baseball. This conclusion has been reached after multiple observations of his family members enjoying baseball and due to the fact he was taken as an infant and has never had exposed to them.

SUBJECT'S BEHAVIOR PATTERNS:
He is known to have a violent flaring temper that is well hidden before it goes off, he has done this to let him get close before activating his power. His need to kill staff and others that would keep him held in has made him a quiet polite mannered person he will smile and give casual conversation in an attempt to get people in close. He is despite seeming like a cruel person easily trust, mostly due to a lack of friends or positive relation ships at all. He is desperate for human interaction and extremely clingy, this mixed with his lack of boundaries makes him seem awkward.

POSITIVE OUTPUTS:
He is a very friendly individual who is very observant of manners in conversation, He doesn't like troubling most people and is very selective in who he attacks meaning he's very easy to contain as long as no one fitting his criteria becomes perceivable to him, He will become protective of those he dubs friends.

NEGATIVE OUTPUTS:
He becomes extremely clingy and will not observe any manners when it comes to keeping close to at least one person he considers a friend, He will become incredibly violent when it comes to forced re containment lasing out at everyone and every thing near by, He will kill anyone who harms or threatens to harm someone he calls friend.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR HANDLERS:
He will behave him self very well as long as no openings are allowed to him, if an opening is found by him he will kill all involved personnel. The few guards that can claim to have spent long periods of time with him are safer than others since he becomes less hostile to those he has prolonged exposed to.

He has made multiple requests to be introduced to other inmates, so far these requests have been denied due to the instability of his personality.

SUBJECT'S TREATMENT:
He has been subject to a form of solitary confinement from other inmates from birth. This was originally due to the instability of his power, But now it is due to the instability of his personality. His only human contact is with guards and approved doctors.

MAIN META SERUM:
While within the womb his genes were added on to, while the exact treatment is classified it is known his mother did not survive his birth, nor did anyone else in the room. His body is capable of giving of insects of an as of yet unknown species, these insects can appear in amounts from 1 to 2 up to the low 60's. These insects can come from any orifice but he prefers his mouth saying "It doesn't bleed when they come out".
These insects serve a particular purpose in their short life time, they combust shooting their own blood all over the particular target. The blood is extremely flammable and hard to put out, as is the flames originally produced by the combustion. These insects are capable of flight and will combust upon death whether or not they reach their target. They will also if allowed burrow into the body of their target showing only the abdomen which explodes shooting blood out, while also causing internal burns.
Also, all creatures defined as bug (arachnids, insects) don't seem to have the ability to harm him or interact with him out side of forced interactions such as him swatting them.

SUBJECT'S RECEPTION:
His abilities originally started manifesting at the age of eight where one or two of the insects would crawl out from a random orifice in his body ranging from the EXPUNGED to his lacrimal duct. He expressed a feeling of great pain as the insects crawled out, they would then pick a living target at random which they would attempt to assault. At the age of ten, he would barf EXPUNGED amount of insects from all orifices constantly leading for operation EXPUNGED to be carried out. After EXPUNGED hours the operation was successful and the insects not only stopped coming, but he expressed a greater control over them. He was provided a birthday cake the following day, after words he expressed a deep disliking of chocolate cake that remains to this day.

SUBJECT'S STRENGTH PROFILE:
He has a masterful control over the insects allowing him to use them for a variety of things, even burrowing into hard wood to light fires. The insect's fire has been discovered to be sticky such as napalm and also extremely hard to put out meaning suffocating the flames are the only way to put them out.
SUBJECT'S WEAKNESS PROFILE:
The insects are about as fast as the average locus and can be blown away by a fan or other techniques that would normally be used to rid one's self of bugs. He is capable of producing around 60 a day with that amount increasing every year by about 10-25 and with one serum he increased about 5 permanently meaning it can be artificially increased, but after he is spent he is spent no known procedure other than a good rest can make him produce more. His insects while responding to his commands can cause him great pain coming from any orfice but his mouth even to the extent of leaving bleeding wounds when crawling out of skin pours.

THEORIZED OUTCOME AT COMPLETION:
If another way is found to increase his capacity theoretically he should be able to not only see through their eyes, and allow them an average life span of six to seven years, but also make an infinite amount of the creatures. Also the idea of using some of the organisation's treatments to give an artificial orifice from which to allow the insect's exit has been brought up.

Once an insect about the size of a baseball crawled out of his mouth during his sleep, its outer coating was EXPUNGED making it the hardest material known currently to man. It crawled onto the wall of his room and exploded with enough force not only to break the door down but also sending hard fragments of its body into near by personal. After being re-contained he was quoted as saying "I was dreaming of escaping" this has not reoccurred but if such creatures were to become normal he would become a much greater threat

  Quiet, doesn't cause trouble for others. This inmate appears to have a soothing effect for others around her and if often the one listening to other inmates problems and fears. Quite popular amoung her peers because of this, Tesla appears to treat everyone equally unless they hurt her in any way. She is very non-violent and doesn't seem to go for confrontation.
  
  NEGATIVE OUTPUTS:
  Secretive, rarely speaks or cooperates with questioning from handlers. Refuses to tell her handlers how she is feeling or what she is thinking unless not doing so would cause a lot of trouble. Gets defencive and cagey easily. We sense an underlying anger and hostility towards handlers which has not yet been put into words or action, but must be noted. Doesn't respond well to handlers trying to be her friend and will only talk to other inmates.
  
  RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR HANDLERS:
  The feeling is always very cold and resentful. She says as few words as possible to handlers. While she follows all directions and is adequately compliant and does not stir up trouble, she wont talk to them like humans, more or less she treats her handlers like an annoyance. It is felt she must be watched carefully because of these warning signs.

  The Subject spends a lot of time getting to know other inmates. She is very friendly with them, treating them all with the same kindness and empathy. She seems to have taken on a sort of 'mother' role to a lot of inmates.

  The Subject underwent heavy surgical procedures to try and transform her Bio electrical Pulse into the electrical defense mechanism found in such species as the Electric eel.

  The subject suffered during these operations and her body responded badly experiencing mild to severe pain and acquiring intense scarring over her torso and arms. The subject also lost all her hair and the ability to grow hair anywhere on her body.   The subject can be overloaded with electrical current if they do not release it. If she was to hold the electric charge for more than 20 seconds she would most likely overload her system and stop her heart. She can attack in short bursts only, and will get incredibly tired after one powerful strike. Often she will black out after two attacks. She also doesn't have proper control over the wattage she throws out.

  The subject skin is to be modified to become more conductive, thus keeping her vitals from copping the brunt of the current therefore allowing her to remain electric to touch. She will have full control over the wattage, and will be able to mildly shock someone or kill them

SUBJECT'S BEHAVIOR PATTERNS:

The subject does not seem to harbour any aggressive or malicious behavioural patterns but rather seems to try to avoid causing mayhem. As seen in it trying to break up fights between inmates or standing up for weaker subjects. It does interfere with some of our internal tests regarding subject behaviour between the more aggressive subjects but given recent events subject Stryke’s role is a very interesting one.

Subject also seems to be familiar with sarcasm and cynicism as seen in it lightening the mood through non-aggressive faux-affronts and jokes between inmates.

Also takes up a more defensive authoritative role in the inmate hierarchy, leading us to believe that there is in fact some form of code or morals engrained in Subject Stryke


POSITIVE OUTPUTS:

As already noted the Subject does seem to use its powers to protect other inmates from more aggressive ones, meaning there’s a noticeable amount of empathy that leads the subject to act this way.

Subject Stryke also seems to change the sterility of our facility by conversing with its peers and adding jokes and other non-facility related speech to its conversations.

Does not hesitate to take punishment for other subjects, given its protective shell, meaning there is some form of self-sacrifice, albeit usually with no repercussions due to metallic exodermis.


NEGATIVE OUTPUTS:

Subject is quick to anger, especially when things don’t go as expected. Somewhat more open to violent actions to get a point across when other approaches fail. Seems to harbour grudges and does not forgive easily.

Somewhat of a superiority complex when having to deal with antagonistic inmates, often seen in subject mocking its adversaries and toying with them as a way to vent frustration and other negative emotions.

SUBJECT'S RECEPTION:

The subject’s body did accept the altered DNA strands without major reactions from its immune system, integrating it into the body’s functions over the course of only two and a half months.

This would enable more drastic alterations to its biology later on, as six months after the procedure the subject’s body was infused with ferrum, allocating major reserves in shoulders, hips and spine.

The subject did react more violently to those insertions and was under a lot of distress and pain during the adaption period where it would lash out in pain for several weeks.


Narcotics and additional metal injections did soothe the body and allowed for quicker recovery so that two months after the final metal injection the subject’s biology was fully functional and started cultivating heavy metals on its own.

The subject’s innate capability to cultivate metal and repurpose it in its own anatomy allowed it to fortify its bone and muscle structures with additional metallic constructs, allowing for increased durability and strength exceeding that of regular humans by at least tenfold in the subject’s natural state.

Subject does not seem to have any innate capacity of increased healing, meaning damage to unprotected flesh will be just as destructive as to regular humans. The subject’s body does seem to be just as vulnerable to toxins and other substances as well, limiting its newly acquired prowess to simply avoiding damage and causing destruction.


Due to the metal base of the subject it is susceptible to the usual attributes of metals.

Magnetism has been the best way to incapacitate the subject as sufficiently large magnetic fields can hold it down and render it immobile. Stronger magnets can also affect the metal reservoirs that strengthen its bones and muscles, causing fractures and internal bleeding if they were to be shifted around due to large magnetic force.

The subject can also conduct electricity through its body, though lack of sufficient isolation might cause severe burning and singed flesh/nerves.

The power being metal based and cultivated through the body means that the subject has to maintain a ferrum-heavy diet of meat and iron supplements if it were to sustain the full extent of its power.

MAIN META SERUM:
The subject was injected with numerous experimental serums to in order to try to raise her sensory capabilities when she was first brought to us. We would then begin the process of nano injects to her eyes to increase their capability as well once she reached a safer age.

SUBJECT'S RECEPTION:
The subject accepted the serums with most of the desired effects, though it seems to cause a slow, gradual psychological decline into a mild depression. There was one unintentional side effect which altered her sense of pain, causing nerve damage so that she can feel pain, but it's decreased. Her memory may have been altered as well, but we haven't seen in defiant proof.

SUBJECT'S STRENGTH PROFILE:
The following senses have been increased nearly ten times: Sight, Hearing, and Smell. The subject can now see up to 30 yards ahead of her and can fetch up to 9 moment at a time, unlike the normal five. Her hearing has been increased to the point she can clearly hear whispers as if they were normal conversations, and can hear through walls to the extent she can hear a conversation on the other side. And smell has been increased to the level of that of a dog.These seem to have been the only senses aside from her pain sensory that have been altered.

SUBJECT'S WEAKNESS PROFILE:
The subject has developed a hypersensitivity to light, and must wear special sunglasses to prevent retinal damage from both the sun and normal lights. Along with a hypersensitivity to sound, but a more mild case than with light, it must be careful not to be exposed to sounds a normal person woild consider "too loud". Again, the subject was given a special item in order to combat this to help prevent hearing damage, a pair of heavy duty "earplugs" that look like hearing aids, specially developed to dampen her hearing back to a bit above normal. Along with that, her sensory of pain has been altered, cayseinv her to actually be in more danger when she's injured. She may believe she's less injured than she really is, and must be checked frequently.

With time, and a bit of effort, we expect to lower the risk that come with this subject's set of powers. In the future she will be able to see clearly in the dark, clearly, and more effectively hear through walls. Furthermore, we could increase these odds even more with continued injections, and experimentation.

The risk of going blind and/or losing her hearing is much greater because it's much more enhanced than a normal persons. She must wear the protective items we have provided for her, or at leats, have them on her at all time. With her decreased sense of pain, fatal wounds don't feel as bad as they are, so someone will need to check the subjects wounds after shes been injured no matter what the subject says. She also runs the risk of sensory overload, where she is overwhelmed, and then becomes confused and panicked.

BEHAVIOR AND INTERACTION

Subject's Behavior Patterns: When first brought to the facility, the subject was highly sociable. However, after the symptoms from his treatment presented, he began to seclude himself away from the other inmates. As someone who has always craved human interaction, this seclusion caused significant distress. It appears that he developed a level of self-loathing.
This hatred does not extend towards other inmates, and although it is clear that he finds fault in some of the handlers involved in his experimentation, it has not caused any incidents. The subject has never been very strong-willed and so he ordinarily complies with those in authority.
The subject doesn’t like to be idle. He feels the needs to always be productive, whether that means simply reading a book or finishing something he has been tasked with depends on the day, but he can never be found sitting still. If he is forced to be unproductive, he becomes restless and is easily agitated.

Positive Outputs: The subject is very self-aware. He is exceedingly conscious of his own and other’s actions. He is aware that all actions come with consequences, good and bad, so he will always think things through.
The subject has also shown an exceptional sense of integrity given the environment he grew up in. He has been rarely known to lie, and is extremely reliable. Any promise he makes, both to handlers and inmates(when he associates with them) is something he will uphold, even if it later shows that the consequences will be negative.

Negative Outputs: The subject has always been somewhat insecure when it comes to himself, like due to a lack of positive reinforcement. He became even more so once the injections were administered. He is overly critical of himself. This prompts the subject to stay away from people known to him to be aggressive.
Zero can easily become obsessive. It is believed that this gives him a sense of control, even when outsiders can see that the obsession is controlling him.
He is also impatient. This comes from his need to be productive. After long stretches of the anxiety that inactivity causes, the subject can become reckless, which contradicts his usual behavior.

Relationship with their Handlers: Due to the length of Zero’s stay in the facility, he is generally receptive of his handlers. His handlers and the other inmates are the only human interaction he can remember. Since his self-imposed isolation, he has started talking more to his handlers. The hostility the subject shows is towards those directly involved in his experimentation, though this aversion has never escalated to hate. There are very few incidents of him even disobeying his handlers.

R.W.T. Inmates: Previously, the subject was very enthusiastic about meeting with the other inmates. He enjoyed the interaction. Human interaction was one of the few things he could participate in without overthinking it. However, he hasn’t seen a majority of the other inmates in a couple of years. After the injections, he felt like an outsider, even among other subjects.

TREATMENT

Subject's Treatment: The subject is the 13th in the line of ‘Patient Zero’s. Each was injected with a previous version of the disease that was then modified and enhanced for the next use. As such, the current ‘Zero’ has been injected with the 13th generation of the disease. The disease was injected into the subject’s blood and then observed as the altered Prion proteins made their way into the subject's brain.

Main Meta Serum: The subject has been injected with a series of modified Prion Disease strains designed to infect the subject at a non-lethal level. The first injections were administered at the age of 17. After the contagion symptoms reached the desired level, injections were designed to curb the disease’s progress and are provided regularly. These injections were created as an attempt to achieve immortality.

Subject's Reception: The subject’s body accepted the treatment well, or rather, it was unable to fight off the disease. However, after it had taken root, the prion protein continued to replicate, though to a lesser degree than it had with previous subjects. Injections were needed to stop the spread of the disease, and therefore the death of the subject. These injections were first administered weekly, but are now used every other month. It seems the body is getting better at fighting off the disease’s progression.

Subject's Strength Profile: The shutdown of all non-essential function of the body leaves excess resources in the body. These resources are redirected towards the parts of the body still operating. It has been learned that this increases the subject’s healing speed slightly.
The subject no longer feels pain.
Initially, it was thought that the injection didn’t work. For almost a year after the injection, there were small changes in the subject’s physical appearance. These were perceived to be signs of aging. However, after that first year, the subject’s body seems to have stopped aging. The subject still appears as he did when he was 18.

Subject's Weakness Profile: The subject is in a constant waking state. The brain is no longer able to induce sleep in the subject, but the body still needs to rest. This means that sleep has to be forcibly induced in the subject, typically by physically knocking them out. Prescription sleeping pills have no effect.
Though the ability to no longer feel pain has been noted as a positive, it decreases the subject’s awareness of his body. Unless it is an injury he can see, the subject will not realize if serious harm has come to him.
The subject’s body is as easy to physically harm as any other persons, there are simply more organs that can be harmed without the threat of death.

Theorized Outcome at Completion: Supposedly, the subject has stopped aging, and thus he will not die until he has sustained significant physical harm. The prion proteins infected certain parts of the brain, tricking pieces of it into believing the subject is dead while maintaining the essential functions. The subject will no longer feel pain or hunger, but he will maintain the need to eat to supply the body with nutrients. Depending on the level of health sustained by the subject, it is possible that the subject could heal more major wounds.

Possible Hazards and Threats of Mutations: The regularly administered injections are only slowing the disease’s progress. The prion proteins in the brain cause neurodegeneration, and this will eventually kill the subject, though it is unknown as to when.

Biography is the Facility: Zero previously met with subject 12 of the ‘Patient Zero’ experiments. This proved to be an unwise idea as it was the catalyst in Zero’s hostility towards himself and the handlers involved. Subject 12 was in the stages just before his death, and looked as if he had been dead for weeks already. Apparently, Zero’s realization of what he would become caused his self-hatred.

Kitty tends to hide behind things if there is someone new around and yet he's also very curious. Being small for his real age of nigh on 5, he doesn't let it stop him at all.
Kitty has been known to chase after something but no one knows what. It is believed he can hear things most can not due to his ears.
Kiddy Cat seems to get along better with females then males. Assumed to be due to his half-cat genes accepting a "Mother" over a "Father" as most toms disregard their children.

POSITIVE OUTPUTS:
He's very kind and sweet. Kitty seems to be the definition of "Curiosity killed the cat" but in the facility it either gets him in trouble or ends up in some cute display of a child's blissful ignorance.

He does everything told of him if ordered. Kiddy Cat also seems to flinch at everything most likely from abuse he's received. Child seems to be unable to cry however, his eyes seem to tear up. The most common one is memory wiping the child if he dies and spends one of his nine lives and during the painful regeneration process. He has also been subject to abuse and had his small memory altered to where he will relapse if certain conditions are met.

SUBJECT'S BEHAVIOR PATTERNS:
Smoker tends to smoke A LOT. This is because his body is basically smoke. If he has a problem with you, you'll know. He also works out for four hours straight with no break and he reads alone.
When he gets irritated, he may light up a cigar and will blow the smoke into someone's face just to torment them.

POSITIVE OUTPUTS:
Very few are seen in Smoker. If he likes you he watches you and will nod your way. If you need something done he'll help but it may just come at a price.

NEGATIVE OUTPUTS:
Nico doesn't care who or what he offends. The man also will torment certian people and will glare towards anyone he's studying.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR HANDLERS:
LightWeight has shown aggression to some staff but over-all he does as requested. The last person to demand him to do something ended up at death's doorstep from an asthma attack when the handler was far from asthmatic.

For the most part, Smoker is a loner. He tends to study everyone and seems to be in thoughts constantly.

MAIN META SERUM:
Smoker had been blasted with smokes of all kinds and left inside a chamber of white smoke until his body started absorbing the smoke into his skin.

SUBJECT'S RECEPTION:
Horribly. Nico constantly gasped for breath and lashed out but he hadn't any physical strength to do very much. Soon he just stopped caring. Turned pretty cold to everyone and thing. He claims that "If we don't give a shit;He sure as hell won't give anything, much less a shit"

SUBJECT'S STRENGTH PROFILE:
The treatment allowed him to gain the ability to change his body into smoke to some degree. He can make himself less dense and "Vanish" for a few moments before re-appearing and turning solid again.

SUBJECT'S WEAKNESS PROFILE:
Without smoke, Nicotine is easily stopped because he can't faze away from a physical attack. Also if he is wet, it is much more difficult for the man to change into smoke form.

THEORIZED OUTCOME AT COMPLETION:
Smoker was created to be able to go into fires and not be fazed and help locate hostiles but not always take them out.

It is possible for Smoker's body to suddenly collapse and his lungs begin to fail from the smoke-body of his.
It is also known anyone with asthma has a hard time by him even without him smoking because his skin has a thin layer of smoke escaping to allow a smoother faze if he's attacked.

Nicotine has been many brawls he instigated however he did not start them.
When Nico was Jay, he had a girlfriend and was about to graduate high-school before he was taken into the labs. He thought he could keep his mind if he focused on her and his will to get out but it was an ill attempt.
His cigarettes and cigars haven't seemed to effect anyone around him yet.

Echo tends to keep to herself a lot when it comes to her problems, she hides this trait however by helping her inmates as much as she can and standing up for them. Sometimes she's stubborn to the last measures, other times she is seen as very obedient.
Echo shows some signs of borderline personality disorder.

POSITIVE OUTPUTS:
Calm, a good influence on others, confident, sticks to her opinions

NEGATIVE OUTPUTS:
sometimes she seams too distant, locks herself up in her room for days then comes out normal. stubborn

RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR HANDLERS:
Echo is interested in the trials made on her, that's why she does what she's told most of the time for the reward of being able to study some of the old failed cases. She does have outrages every once in a while, some of which led to the death of two staff members

MAIN META SERUM:
The main purpose of Echo's treatment is telekinesis, we tried to develop a serum that broadened the brain capacity to control and move things remotely without the need of physically touching them.
SUBJECT'S RECEPTION:
the first year showed very little improvment, in fact the subject got increasingly ill every time the serum was injected. th subject started seeing illusions and became very aggressive. then the improvement started, the first thing Echo was able to move with her brain was a chair. the subject was in pain and she was so angry that the chair flew across the room. From then on, the treatmen started consisting of pain inflectors in order to induce reactions till the subject was able to use her powers at will\
the treatment is still on going, now taking the direction of controling live things like the movement of fire or rain

SUBJECT'S STRENGTH PROFILE:
Echo is now able to move semi heavy still things and lift them of the ground, she's also able to float one foot above the ground for time being

when the subject uses her powers for a long amount of time she shows symptoms of exhaustion and loses conseionsness most of the time. a couple cases are recorded where her eyes start bleeding.

Echo was created to study th potential of the brain at it's maximum capacity, she's expected to be able to use telekinesis fully at the end of the treatment
