Other Stuffy/runny nose

How do you treat a stuffy/running nose? I've been like this for the past 3 days any advice?

Nasal spray, steam or just blowing your nose a lot :/

Yeah, I've been doing that all day long yesterday. Still gets stuffy, but thanks anyway.

Honestly the cure depends on the cause. If it's allergies it'd need handling differently to if it's a bug, for example.

Sleep in an elevated position allowing air to circulate easier. Nasal sprays must be used long term to actually appear effective. Despite that, I hope your cold goes away!!!
