Character: Pluto

Human appearance: He looks like that photo, basically. He’s relatively tall—almost 6 feet. Painted black nails. Looks like he belongs in Hot Topic. Chronic Resting Bitch Face. Prefers to appear wearing black combat boots, ripped (yet comfortable) skinny jeans, and a black t-shirt with gray and white scribbled nonsense on the front. His demeanor gives off a very unfriendly vibe.

Animal appearance: Big scary black wolfdog with large, frightening white teeth. He is a bit bigger than the average wolfdog.

Personality: He doesn’t like you, just tolerates you. He’s really just a big grump and prefers to be on his own. Out of all the dwarf planets, he’s irritated that he was chosen to help with this human project. However, over time he has become a bit invested in it and does care about the trajectory of humanity, even though he rarely shows it. He works well in a team when required but is quick to snap at excessive nonsense. He will not help unless asked to and definitely has a lone wolf mentality, but enough poking and prodding will break him down over time. He has a soft spot for puppies of “dangerous” dog and dog-like breeds.

Abilities: Fire/lava. He can create his own flame, control existing fire or lava, and crumble small objects to ash. He cannot put out any heats source other than his own.

Mercury

“

Character: Mercury

Human appearance: Similar to the photo. Mercury is a skinny athletic dude with average height and usually wears a loose-fitting plain white t-shirt, golden baggy gym shorts, and a really nice pair of golden running shoes (with white wings at the heels, of course!). Somehow, he never manages to get his clothes super dirty. He has a lightweight golden watch that displays the time, date, and location of the planets (both celestial bodies in orbit and their earthly forms). This watch does not work when someone’s location is obscured by some sort of magic.

Animal appearance: Mercury is your average barn owl, but the tips of his wings and the edges of his face are lined with gold-tipped feathers.

Personality: He’s just a big kid. Mercury is goofy and likes to mess around. I like to imagine that he sounds like Beast Boy. He loves to play pranks and often tries to avoid serious situations. Although he can’t be trusted to follow directions 100% of the time, he is fiercely loyal and will get the job done, however messy it ends up. Mercury is usually never left alone with humans for all of these reasons. His motivation for the human project comes from kids and anything that’s just fun. He really can’t stand boredom and will run like a little Energizer bunny until he knocks out. He’s got the same sense of humor as a pubescent middle school boy, minus the endless cussing.

Abilities: Lord help us if he gets to Earth and finds TikTok—he’ll never stop telling people “you don’t know how fast I really am.” Aside from speed, he can also alter his environment in small ways that’s really only enough to play pranks/make illusions. Basically, he can make small objects appear or disappear for a small period of time, make things appear different than they are, or change the texture/consistency of an object. As the messenger god, he can locate anyone while in his animal form as long as he has a message to deliver and the recipient’s location is not completely obscured by some sort of magic.

PERSONALITY

Jove is one of the more responsible, more ‘mature’ of the celestial beings. He often takes up
the role of taking care of any problems or shenanigans that the others cause, trying his best
to keep his own composure for the betterment of their group. Half the time, he feels as
though he has to babysit some of his companions, despite all of them being quite eons old.
Jupiter doesn’t complain too much about it though, as over the years he’s grown a soft spot
for seeing them have fun. This doesn’t apply when they cause problems— at those times, he
takes up a stricter look, paired with furrowed brows and a frown, but he can’t ever subject
them to his anger. In fact, all the anger has fizzled down after the length of their existences,
that he is simply tired now. Their thoughts are oftentimes filled with thoughts of a vacation—
ones that humans advertise so very well! With clear waters, hot sun on one’s face, and
nothing to take care of, whether it be mortal affairs or celestial ones.

As mentioned earlier, the human project he’d been given wasn't the best thing in the
universe. He’d much rather spend his time on other things (Like building sand castles, not
that he’d ever express any of his vacation-related desires to anyone), but work has always
been his forte. His desire for a well-earned break has been long since expected, as his early
years often consisted of endless work. Jupiter oversaw most mortal wars, and even had to
assist with their divine oaths, to ensure that it would all be in order.

HUMAN APPEARANCE

Human Appearance.
Jupiter, contrary to what is expected of him, is not extremely tall. He stands at a 5’8”, but
makes up for it with his wider, stronger build, complemented with angled facial features. A
light stubble covers his jaw, and while he could always choose to remove it, he’s grown
rather attached to such a meaningless human attribute. He also has what resemble to be
Lichtenburg scars— a specific type of scarring as a result of being struck by lightning. This
flows from the corners of his eyes to the sides of his cheek, then down his neck.

He does keep his hair styled back and short, with efficiency in mind. Often the deity dons
more formal clothing, suits, blazers, coats, ties, and even the occasional tux, preferring to
keep everything minimal when they are all to tend to business down on Earth. Colors of
which are deep blues, blacks and the occasional purple in his ensemble. One of the only
noticeable ‘bling’ he would have would be his cuff links, embellished with his symbol of an
eagle whose claws grapes a thunderbolt.

Animal Appearance.
Their animal form is of a golden eagle on earth, made of regular yellowish-brown feathers
that resemble gold, sometimes flashing a bright white, representing their powers and
domain over lightning, thunder, and storms. The underside of their feathers may also shift
to darker blues, but only on occasion.

ABILITIES

Their abilities consist of the typical
ones— the manipulation of lightning
and thunder, along with storms. These
can be and have been used in many
different ways, not only for the purpose
of being an obstacle or a weapon.
Increased strength and flight is also
paired with these three. Some other
abilities, less known to humans, is their
ability to read minds albeit only directed
towards mortals.

• personality One of the slower planets, Saturn is patient and happy to take his own time. Immortality has made him mellow, aware of responsibility and urgency, but calm enough to premeditate his actions like a game of go. He likes to balance the flightier planets, stay grounded—it's where he derives his comfort. Saturn likes routine and the discipline that comes hand in hand; there is ambition in said patterns if only to see the fruits of his dedication.

• humansona Saturn used to wear a multitude of faces, but has long since settled on one that feels most comfortable. He has a man's body which reaches just about 5'5". The head is square and the hair is wild, curled and typically pushed back though it has a tendency to fall forward into curtain-like bangs. He has thick brows, a mustache and a goatee which skews the evenness of his face and pushes the gaze toward his mouth. His hands are rough, fingers nimble, and there always seems to be traces of soil under his nails.
  
  He wears darker clothes in layers; form fitting at the base, then baggier as it goes out. He has a preference to looser pants and tucks the ends in knee-high rain boots. In terms of jewelry, its gold more often than not; he has hoops on his ears, bangles around his wrists, and sometimes tops it off with rings. Saturn also wears circular glasses with blue tinted lenses, and underneath, he smears his waterline with black makeup.

  scalsona Saturn also takes the form of a spiny bush viper, or in short, a snake. The dorsal scales are keeled with a vibrant blue at the head which shifts into green then yellow as the scales become flatter and get closer to the underside.

Abilities

Major ability:
As the god of war, Mars can gain strength and energy by either being in a conflict (i.e. a fight or argument) or witnessing it. She can also bring about peace in order to end a conflict. Unfortunately, her "peacemaking" can only be inflicted on others on a small scale, but not on herself.

Minor ability:
Initially being known as the god of agriculture and fertility, Mars' ability to manipulate a life force has weakened over time. Mars can only heal minor wounds (i.e. cuts, abrasions, etc...) or weaken someone/something's mobility (i.e. the feeling of sore limbs after a workout). This can only be initiated through physical touch.

How should one go about describing our dear Mars?
From someone else's point of view, Mars is seen as loud, short-tempered, and much too exhausting to be around. They're not wrong in a way, but there is always a reason for everything.
Mars is without a doubt a handful and has an intense temper. Yet, who could blame her when her own worshippers suspected her of being a man for centuries? A tall man at that, but seriously. Who gave them that impression? Also, who could stop Mars when all she wants is to seek adventure? She is a curious and fearless deity after all, and it would be a considerable feat to get her to stay still and remain patient.
She has a lack of patience and tends to act without thinking things through. Fortunately, Mars knows how to be sincere and admit when she's done something wrong.
Moreover, Mars' protectiveness is not to be dabbled with as her persistence for vengeance should make anyone quake in fear. She goes by the principle "an eye for an eye" as if it were her religion.
However, when Mars loses her temper or goes into battle, she tends to forget when "enough is enough" and will become relentless. It is difficult to calm her down during these times, and so she forces herself into isolation. This is due to her finding it absolutely frightening and unforgivable if she were to hurt the ones close to her.

Appearance

There was once a human who captured the god's attention. Back then, Mars couldn't tell whether it was their looks or their personality she became enraptured with.
She, who already possessed crimson-colored eyes, adopted everything about the human's appearance. From their wavy, black hair, to the freckles speckling their cheeks, and even the scars that blemished their body... Mars' choice to resemble them changed from a fascination and became a remembrance of the human. Their life, as Mars had watched it from the beginning to its end, moved the god. The appearance Mars uses now is the only one she has and chooses to use forever.
For Mars' outfits, there are certain criteria such as mini-skirts (never pants), anything from patent, heeled boots to leather jackets, etc... Overall, she'll wear anything that exudes "bold and edgy". She tries to keep herself clean, but she can't help getting blood and dust on her clothes no matter how hard she tries (this sounds so cringy. I'm so sorry.)

Her animal appearance is a pileated woodpecker. The top of her head is crimson and fades into a silver shade. Her beak is alarmingly sharp and pointed. In addition, her animal form is a bit bigger than average woodpeckers.

Uranus

Human Appearance: A face with sharp edges and wavy blonde hair. A sleek build with a height of 183 cm or 6 feet. He prefers to appear in simple clothes, such as leather jackets and simple collar shirts. His simple looks help him to blend into crowds.

Animal Appearance: Uranus's animal form is a bright white albatross with blue-ish wings and tail. The beak is bright yellow and depicts the sun.

Other: Uranus is Neptune's little brother. He helped Terra to create life on her by creating the sky protect the inhabitants from Sol. Neptune's stories about fishermen and sailors fascinate him and he enjoys hearing them.

Personality: Uranus hates his name and prefers to be called Uri. He, like his brother, is often seen as shy and reserved. This is only partially true, as Uranus's mind is constantly filled with ideas and thoughts. They both don't often show their feelings or emotions to others, not even themselves. He as the god of the sky has inspired many people and has been blamed several times for almost blowing the deities cover. Naturally, Uranus is amazed by the imagination and poetry of the humans. He tries to mimic their poetry and learn more about it.

Abilities: Uranus is capable of changing the composition, pressure and the speed of wind in an area of an atmosphere. He is also known to "tear down stars from the sky", although this is extremely rare and requires a lot of concentration and power. And with the help of the stars he can easily navigate by marking important stars and shaping them into figures in his head or on a paper.

Neptune

Human Appearance: What you'd expect a ficherman to look like. A wide face with a well kept beard and big eyebrows. He is of muscular build and stands at 198 cm or 6'5". Tattoos of ancient aquatic lifeforms dot his arms in a manner where older creatures are higher up on his arms. His normal expression is a combination of sorrow and thoughtfulness. He wears old-style fishermen's clothes: a knitted sweater, rubber boots, a sailors cap, a long brown trenchcoat or a yellow raincoat, etc.

Animal Appearance: Neptune's animal form is a dark blue-grey mustang with white spots on the head and ears. When in this form he can run as fast as 250 km/h or 155 mph on land and water. He rarely uses this form as he isn't fond of being a horse or an animal in general.

Personality: Neptune can be described as 'cold'. He is reserved and talks rarely. Despite this, Neptune always listens to others stories and when given a task, he'll do it with the passion of a sailor. Inside he is longing for a past, where he would help sailors and alike on their voyages and fishing trips. He is also quite protective when it comes to his little brother.

Abilities: Neptune's main ability is the control over the state of water in his proximity. He can instantly vaporise, condense or freeze any water in his line of sight, whether it's a pond, a cloud or a living being. He also possesses a trident that he can use to summon lightings and waves, or just through it.

Other: Neptune is the older brother of Uranus and a cousin to Poseidon. He also helped Terra create life on earth by bringing oceans and seas to the surface.
