PERSONALITY: If there's one word to describe Dunia, it's this: chill. Dunia is incessantly calm and laid-back, troubles and worries seemingly rolling right off her. Her common refrain at any voiced trouble is "Calm down darling, it'll blow over," while taking a drag of her cigarette. Of course, that's not to say Dunia is never ruffled by anything at all- rather, she suppresses any negative feelings she has. She marches to the beat of her own drum, and is commonly the voice of reason amongst her employees. While she doesn't seem to care too much about the world around her, she can also be a very passionate person if something sparks her interest, ranting and raving about it until the person she's talking too wants nothing more than to jump off a cliff to escape her. However, to most she is a cold, distant figure.

BIOGRAPHY: Born to two hardworking parents in a middle class suburb in New York, Dunia was your average child. Precocious, intelligent, and talented, Dunia was considered a child prodigy by her family, skipping 5th and later 7th grade. School, friends- they all came easily to Dunia as a child. As a result, Dunia never had to struggle for anything, simply sitting back and watching her life come together.

This all changed, however, when Dunia started high school. Dunia began to struggle in her classes, once easy concepts now beguiling her. Thrust into an incredibly new environment, Dunia's social sphere began to collapse as well, as Dunia struggled to make new friends and keep them. The once brilliant Dunia has now turned into a burnt out husk of what she used to be.

Dunia began to lose interest in many of the activities that had once interested her as a child, instead opting to game all day or, when prompted, to re-read her impressive book collection. She no longer had many friends, so she was rarely caught hanging around afterschool at the usual haunts, such as the mall or the local food trucks. Her parents were baffled at the sudden change: how had their once vibrant daughter, intelligent and passionate, turn into this?

It was a few months before graduation when Dunia realized her true talent: that is, matchmaking. She had set her cousin up with a friend of hers a few weeks previous, and had mostly forgotten about it until the couple had come over to the girls house to thank her. The two were deeply in love and thanked Dunia profusely for setting them up. Dunia, curious, decided to set up more couples, and as each couple flourished, so too did Dunia's self esteem. Setting up an online match-making service, Dunia made quick, efficient, and most importantly, successful matches.

Sadly, while Dunia's business was well received, it did not pay well, so Dunia was pondering a change in career and whether it was worth it to return to school. That is, before an offer caught her eye: Goddess of Love CO., a profession matchmaking service located in Seoul, South Korea, considered the number one matchmaking service, well, ever, was open and hiring. Dunia applied to the job, not seriously considering whether she'd be accepted or not. Lo and behold however, she was, and off to South Korea she went.
