Backstory
Planet
Alejandro grew up in Veracruzaria on Solaria 1 (where the year is currently 2099) to a wealthy family. Solaria 1 isn’t too different from planet Earth geographically/climate-wise, but it is a lot more technologically advanced and progressed, not so different to a futuristic depiction of Earth. On this planet, there are no issues with racism, sexism, homophobia or transphobia but there is still a great class divide with the rich being at the top of the food chain, similar to "Snowpiercer". Crime rates are extremely high on Solaria 1 as a result of classism.
Backstory

Rich, famous and handsome to many, Alejandro Viego Cortéz (Viego being his mother’s surname and Cortéz being his father’s) is an A-List actor on Solaria 1, rising to fame in his early twenties after scoring a lead role in a blockbuster film. His beloved wife was a prodigy-level geneticist who, like Cortéz, dreamed of a kinder world for their unborn child to live in. The police force was largely corrupt and lazy and only worked for the elite class which they didn’t think was fair despite being wealthy, so together with her skill set and his ambitions they dreamed up an ideal hero who would bit-by-bit transform the world into a better and safer place for all kinds of people. The hero they thought up was “Spiderwoman” who would be genetically imprinted with spider DNA to allow for super-human abilities. When the research was finally complete, however, they both decided that the athletic Cortéz would receive the gene splicing rather than his wife due to her being pregnant with their daughter at the time, meaning “Spiderman” was created instead. Alejandro became their world's very first Spiderman, ultimately becoming a hero for his daughter and wife.

Two years into being Solaria 1’s Spiderman, Alejandro returned home one evening to find his house turned into a crime scene, finding Vanessa and Violet’s lifeless corpses beside each other. It would seem that somehow, someone out there had found that Spiderman was a Cortéz despite it being hidden extremely well. Little did Alejandro know, the person responsible got ahold of this information thanks to sources outside of their universe. Being technologically advanced, the wealthier people on Solaria 1 are aware of the presence of other universes, especially if they work for the Secret Intelligence Service like his wife did. His wife’s actions in gene-splicing to create a hero on her own accord had gone against S.I.S law - her higher-ups liked that the rich stayed rich and the poor stayed poor on Solaria 1, so even though they had the ability to make something similar, a crime and corruption-fighting hero that didn’t see societal status wasn’t exactly on their to-do list.

The higher-ups at S.I.S still saw Spiderman as being someone they could use to their own advantage to keep the general public happy enough to stop protesting without having to take any action themselves, so they weren’t angry enough to punish whoever had created Spiderman nor were they sure that it was an employee or even someone from their planet, but one feeble-minded employee that only worked for the S.I.S as a janitor was given a vision one night in a dream from an unknown entity telling him to “take down Cortéz to become powerful”. Unfortunately for everyone, this employee assumed it was Vanessa Courtéz from S.I.S who was to be killed rather than her celebrity husband - their daughter was just collateral damage, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Alejandro could never find the janitor after painstakingly watching back footage of the incident. It was as if the criminal had disappeared from that universe entirely... Perhaps because he had. After the incident, Cortéz was never the same. He had failed to do the very thing he promised - he couldn’t save the two he swore to protect, and so he stopped thinking of himself as a hero. He stopped fighting crime, stopped starring in movies for a long while and stopped being happy. Some say he hasn’t smiled since the last time he saw his family alive and well.

One day, a news story aired of a working-class mother desperately protesting the disappearance of her daughter. Since the police weren’t bothering to help her, this story sparked Alejandro back into action - if he couldn’t save his little girl, he vowed to save another, so he tracked the criminal down and beat them to a near-dead pulp before safely bringing the girl back to her mother. Spiderman was a hero once again, gaining a considerable amount of fame for his actions and for caring equally about the working class. After observing the series of events unfold, the former leader of the Spider Society reached out to the new hero and invited him to join the HQ where he would find an unexpected father figure in the older chief, learning to become adept at his abilities.

Now, as the Spiderman of Solaria 1, he works as the people's indiscriminate hero. When the chief commander of the Spider Society who he had grown close to died heroically in battle as a result of the recent increase in villain activity, Alejandro was promoted to the new chief commander because of the old man’s wishes. He didn’t choose or plan on becoming chief commander, he just happened to be the most suitable for the job. Although he’s a good leader, he does not think of himself as “above” other Spiderheroes in the slightest.
Appearance
Costume wise, Cortéz alternates between two. Sometimes he is seen in a black and red costume (like that of Spiderman 2099’s, only the blue is instead black), and other times he is seen in a dark blue and red alternative, his favourite being the black and red one. Both his costumes are composed of unstable molecules resistant to being torn by his talons, and they include a light airfoil on his back that emits low-level anti-gravity particles that enable him to glide on air currents. When outside his own universe, he almost never wears his mask unless he wants to remain anonymous. Cortéz is tall and conventionally attractive with an athletic build. He has dark brown hair and maroon-coloured eyes that often appear more red than brown. After becoming Spiderman, he has visible fangs that he can’t retract.

Cortéz’s strength is sufficient enough to lift up to 10 tons and also extends to his legs, allowing him to leap great heights of at least 30 feet in a single bound. He is abnormally fast and capable of moving and running far faster than the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete, which he has to largely tone down when starring in action movies. Cortéz’s musculature physicality generates fewer fatigue toxins than the musculature of an ordinary human, leaving him with superhuman stamina. With advanced durability, his body is a little more resistant to certain types of injury than the normal human body would be such as surviving great impact forces (falling from several stories high and getting repeatedly struck by super-humanly strong opponents), and even when similar injuries leave him with broken ribs, he’d usually be able to walk himself straight to a hospital (providing his legs aren’t broken too) - he still, unfortunately, feels pain like a normal human. Unsurprisingly, Cortéz also has superhuman agility and reflexes.

As a civilian, being an A-List celebrity and actor means that being watched under a microscope by paparazzi and fans make it extra challenging to hide the fact that he is Spiderman, and running away from set in the middle of filming to secretly save the world isn’t a good look. Despite having an accelerated metabolism, Alejandro cannot heal and still feels pain like a normal human would even if he can withstand a large majority of injuries. He is also more sensitive to light than normal humans due to his extended vision abilities. In terms of his talons, he struggles to keep them retracted when experiencing anger which causes problems when holding objects or people while triggered.

Another reason he avoids letting outsiders see his true kind-hearted and caring nature is that he fears villains may take these qualities of his as a weakness, and he'd rather people assume he's an asshole than soft.

Universe Description: Solaria 1 isn’t too different from planet Earth geographically/climate-wise, but it is a lot more technologically advanced and progressed, not so different to a futuristic depiction of Earth. On this planet, there are no issues with racism, sexism, homophobia or transphobia but there are still many issues with a class division with the rich being at the top of the food chain, similar to in Snowpiercer. Spider Society?: Cortez is the “chief commander” of the Spider Society - he has only just taken over in the place of an older man that died to a villain, who was like a father to him. He didn’t choose or plan on becoming chief commander, he just happened to be the most suitable for the job. Although he’s a good leader, he does not think of himself as “above” other Spiderheroes in the slightest.

BACKSTORY

TLDR: A famous actor turned into Spiderman with the help of his geneticist wife to make Solaria 1 safer for their daughter, until his wife and child were both killed by a civilian-turned-villain who was influenced by the Void Reaper and mistook his wife for him. He quit fighting crime and became severely depressed, until seeing a news story of a missing working-class child who reminded him of his daughter. After managing to save her, he was then recruited by the Spider Society where he vowed to get revenge, only becoming chief commander very recently when the last chief died in battle.

Rich, famous and handsome to many, Alejandro Viego Cortéz (Viego being his mother’s surname and Cortéz being his father’s) is an A-List actor on Solaria 1, rising to fame in his early twenties after scoring a lead role in a blockbuster film. His beloved wife was a prodigy-level geneticist who, like Cortéz, dreamed of a kinder world for their unborn child to live in. The police force was largely corrupt and lazy and only worked for the elite class which they didn’t think was fair despite being wealthy, so together with her skill set and his ambitions they dreamed up an ideal hero who would bit-by-bit transform the world into a better and safer place for all kinds of people. The hero they thought up was “Spiderwoman” who would be genetically imprinted with spider DNA to allow for super-human abilities. When the research was finally complete, however, they both decided that the athletic Cortéz would receive the gene splicing rather than his wife due to her being pregnant with their daughter at the time, meaning “Spiderman” was created instead. Alejandro became their world's very first Spiderman, ultimately becoming a hero for his daughter and wife.

Two years into being Solaria 1’s Spiderman, Alejandro returned home one evening to find his house turned into a crime scene, finding Vanessa and Violet’s lifeless corpses beside each other. It would seem that somehow, someone out there had found that Spiderman was a Cortéz despite it being hidden extremely well. Little did Alejandro know, the person responsible got ahold of this information thanks to sources outside of their universe. Being technologically advanced, the wealthier people on Solaria 1 are aware of the presence of other universes, especially if they work for the Secret Intelligence Service like his wife did. His wife’s actions in gene-splicing to create a hero on her own accord had gone against S.I.S law - her higher-ups liked that the rich stayed rich and the poor stayed poor on Solaria 1, so even though they had the ability to make something similar, a crime and corruption-fighting hero that didn’t see societal status wasn’t exactly on their to-do list.

The higher-ups at S.I.S still saw Spiderman as being someone they could use to their own advantage to keep the general public happy enough to stop protesting without having to take any action themselves, so they weren’t angry enough to punish whoever had created Spiderman nor were they sure that it was an employee or even someone from their planet, but one feeble-minded employee that only worked for the S.I.S as a janitor was given a vision one night in a dream from an unknown entity telling him to “take down Cortéz to become powerful”. Unfortunately for everyone, this employee assumed it was Vanessa Courtéz from S.I.S who was to be killed rather than her celebrity husband - their daughter was just collateral damage, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Alejandro could never find the janitor after painstakingly watching back footage of the incident. It was as if the criminal had disappeared from that universe entirely... Perhaps because he had. After the incident, Cortéz was never the same. He had failed to do the very thing he promised - he couldn’t save the two he swore to protect, and so he stopped thinking of himself as a hero. He stopped fighting crime, stopped starring in movies for a long while and stopped being happy. Some say he hasn’t smiled since the last time he saw his family alive and well.

One day, a news story aired of a working-class mother desperately protesting the disappearance of her daughter. Since the police weren’t bothering to help her, this story sparked Alejandro back into action - if he couldn’t save his little girl, he vowed to save another, so he tracked the criminal down and beat them to a near-dead pulp before safely bringing the girl back to her mother. Spiderman was a hero once again, gaining a considerable amount of fame for his actions and for caring equally about the working class. After observing the series of events unfold, the former leader of the Spider Society reached out to the new hero and invited him to join the HQ where he would find an unexpected father figure in the older chief, learning to become adept at his abilities.

Now, as the Spiderman of Solaria 1, he works as the people's indiscriminate hero. When the chief commander of the Spider Society who he had grown close to died heroically in battle as a result of the recent increase in villain activity, Alejandro was promoted to the new chief commander because of the old man’s wishes. He didn’t choose or plan on becoming chief commander, he just happened to be the most suitable for the job. Although he’s a good leader, he does not think of himself as “above” other Spiderheroes in the slightest.

Relationships: Dead wife and kid (major trauma), father-like relationship with an older hero who perished in battle. He doesn’t keep many people close to him anymore. His worst enemy is the one that took his family, who he swears he will kill with his bare hands.

APPEARANCE

Costume: He alternates between two. Sometimes he is seen in a black and red costume (exactly like that of Spiderman 2099’s, only the blue is instead black), and other times he is seen in a dark blue and red alternative, his favourite being the black and red one. Both his costumes are composed of unstable molecules resistant to being torn by his talons, and they include a light airfoil on his back, emitting low-level anti-gravity particles that enable him to glide on air currents. When outside his own universe, he almost never wears his mask unless he wants to remain anonymous.

Looks: Unmasked, Cortéz is tall and handsome with an impressively athletic build. He has dark brown hair and maroon-coloured eyes that often appear more red than brown. After becoming Spiderman, he has visible fangs that he can’t retract.

hero suit | The base of her hero suit is a very translucent purple fabric that is tight against her body. Various scale-like pieces of material are scattered across the majority of the outfit, reflecting various colors like mirrors. These have been specifically created by Pandora in order to mimic the spider that she was bitten by. When they aren't activated, the mirror pieces allow her to see her surroundings with ease so that she can multitask or not look behind her if she's trying to get somewhere so she doesn't slow herself down. When using her abilities the mirrors expand to cover the entirety of her body, allowing her seamlessly to use this ability. She has a small spider emblem on the center of her back, but in general, keeps her suit as simple as possible as it helps her more that way. Her whole suit itself is a very shiny type of material, often looking impossibly smooth when she moves by. It always has a cold feeling to it as it keeps her insulted depending on the weather outside. Because she wears hearing aids normally, her suit has them in her mask for ease of use. They have the ability to be turned on and off with just a push of a button, allowing her to keep them from hurting her. Her lenses are big and white, giving her a rather animated look to her.

With her long hair pulled up into a half-up and half-down hairstyle, she enjoys the freedom of expression with her appearance. Somewhat ethereal and aloof it is often questioned if the woman cares about anything at all in how she carries herself. Seemingly surrounds herself with items of luxury and wealth but at the same time puts very little value on the material, giving such away as easily as they obtain it. The closest they seem to come to displaying actual interest comes from their interactions with people, displaying actions of great charity yet seemingly gaining little satisfaction from it externally. Her Spider-Sense is more advanced than other spiders; it allows her to react significantly faster in combat, has superior range, and can even sense the identity and direction of an attacker before a fight begins. Furthermore, she is capable of telling the degree of danger which allows her finely tune what constitutes harm to herself, with focus allowing "danger" to be synonymous with "failure" allowing for vastly improved decision-making. In addition to this, she has also shown an acute ability to accurately sense vibrations within objects provided she has hand contact.
- Biological/Organic Webbing Generation: She has the ability to organically produce her own silk webbing from glands within her forearms, possibly limited by her body's health and nutrition. These organic webs have many of the same properties as other spiders' artificial webbing, but given their origin can also be woven into clothing or other far more intricate constructs since releasing her organic webbing through her fingertips gives her far greater control. This extends to being able to adjust its density, elasticity and shape, as well as being far more adept at the constructs created with such.

- Indomitable Will: Gold has a strong Force of Will, driven by an unnatural determination and relentless nature similar to her parents and able to separate themselves from temptation during these pursuits. She is able to emerge from defeat even stronger, resisting potent mental attacks and through the psychological profiles conducted it could be stated that few hold as strong as an ingrained identity as Gold, further demonstrating the extent of his willpower.
- Gifted Intellect: Gold possesses a natural talent for both business and science, standing out as a top student in high school and aided further by private tuition as well as a natural eidetic memory. While holding only one invention of her own in the form of her golden balls, she has shown a wide understanding of the core principles of the field in particular physics as well as the ability to incorporate such into quickly solving equations and calculations for practical purposes. She has also displayed a talent for breaking down data or problems as well as properly planning and organizing countermeasures or solutions, a skill combined with the environment she was raised in that gives keen insight into the business field.

In addition to the base suit, an additional layer is also worn in the form of a kevlar lined parker coat with a multitude of concealed pockets and hood, allowing them to stay both relatively dry and warm even in the worse of the city's weather. One final feature built into the costume is a relatively simple but effective speaker system allowing for a modulated voice to be broadcast with increased volume over a wider area or ambient sounds in the environment such as conflict or panic. The entire ensemble provides mild protection In addition to holding the various items required, however, the largest benefit is the difficulty in which it is to be removed without the conscious consent of Gold herself, using their innate wall-crawling abilities beyond the obvious application to stick the material to her body.
- Golden Balls: A series of gold-coloured balls of various sizes and functions, ranging from smoke emissions and noise generation to simply solid tungsten masses.
- Gold Phone: A Smartphone said to contain her entire life though with several notable differences compared to others besides seeming to be the latest cutting-edge model. Firstly a twin sim setup allows for two separate versions of the software to be encrypted and hidden away from one another, in effect separating the two identities and hiding such even if one was to hack into the code. While in her civilian role, a notification feature will alert her to new announcements on the other identity through what appears to be a generic fashion news alert with an encoded identifier, with a similar method used in reverse in the form of falsified police alerts. A series of seemingly random key inputs are required to swap between these two to prevent accidental overlap

Backstory:
The daughter and sole remaining child of Wilson and the late Vanessa Fisk. She would be raised within a gilded cage being provided with the world in pampering, though also being prepared for the world with extensive training and the best education money could buy. However, with intense measures taken to ensure her protection, she would quickly grow out of it and leading to many disagreements with her father, namely over her ever-increasing proficiency at ditching her security/bodyguards/watchers.

Despite her father's criminal career, however, Princess would only see him as an upstanding businessman, whether by willful ignorance or unwillingness to accept otherwise, she would continue with little knowledge of his true dealings and actions. Despite all her disagreements, it was always clear the two cared for each other, though following the passing of her brother and mother there would develop a divide with deep wounds that were difficult to mend. Her father threw himself even further into expanding his power base and increasing his protection of his daughter, while she in turn would increasingly flaunt these protections and seemingly became all the more difficult Child.

She would eventually move out of private tuition and into a private all-girls academy within the city, which would eventually lead to a fateful encounter with an irradiated spider on a field trip to Oscorp. Placing herself as the ethereal and aloof ice queen of shorts within the school, she would show little interest in many of the social interactions once her powers came about, instead using such as a mask and alibi for her heroic activities.

The emergence of the Spider themed hero would quickly draw attention both good and bad, gaining a popularity amoung the common people for their showy performances in tackling street crime. They would unfortunately become the bane of the authorities as that same populairity continued to embarass them and turn public opinion to see them as ineffective and incompitent at times. Her methods of tackling crime could also be questioned, as she appeared to focus more on the chaotic and random criminal elements, and more blantant displays instead of the more subtle and organized operations leading to the unknowing attention of her rather.

This would built to an interesting relationship between the two figures, with the Kingpin attempting to recruit and pay her for services in allowing their operations to continue more smoothly and distracting attention away from such work. Such attempts however were repeatedly rebuffed, and even formed a grudge after casually kicking a large money sum offering off the roof to rain below. This lack of respect and insult would place her as a begrudging enemy of the Kingpin, yet at the same time not enough to outway the benefit she brought. That is not to say he had not attempted actions to humble them, but each attempt often resulted in further humiliation and frustration.

Kingpin had after all always believed that everyone had a price and could be controlled, so the existence of someone who seemed to want nothing was a constant undermining of his perceived control of the city. Eventually however there was another update on their interactions, namely when Princess herself copyrighted The Gold Recluse and several affiliated individuals who kept a secret identity and used her father's connection to produce several merchandising deals. Her father would assume it was merely clever business given that the individual could not do anything without revealing their identity and a tool to potentially frustrated them, while Princess herself would see it as a way to manage her PR to frustrate Joan J Jameson while also using it as an interesting pastime to cover for her own alter-ego

A towering young woman in her late teens with a well-proportioned and curved figure that conceals a deceptive amount of muscle wrapped around her frame. Fine raven hair flows down past her lower back, whipping around her fair-skinned body and framing refined features. Whenever in public, she is rarely seen without some form of high-end designer fashion, to those aware of such it not being uncommon to walk around wearing what is to most a few year's salary worth of garments alone.

Costume:
A colourful costume with a somewhat metallic sheen to the tightly fitted spandex-Esque material consisting mostly of blacks and golds that divide it in half with white highlights, the motif of a large spider upon her right breast whose legs stretch all around the body down to her upper thigh as well as projects a white webbing. Similarly, the legs of the outfit fade out into gold through a dust-like effect and into loosely fitted steel-protected work boots left for easy removal with the same colour scheme. Her hair itself flows freely out from the mask of the costume though for the most part is kept concealed behind a larger Parker coat, the inlay of which has been redesigned with a similar web-like pattern. Finally, the mask itself is featureless with the exception of the large white lensed eyes as well as several more over the head with similar white highlights around to give the impression of multiple eyes.

Those bracelets contains a fluid mixture created by Shinobu with the help of two Swordsmiths( those who forged her katana and Zenitsu's) and made with nichirin materials and whisteria poison to allow Zenitsu to unleash artificial webs that helps weakening trapped demons. The webbing can even conduct static electricity created by Zenitsu's new powers.

For now,can only fight while asleep. His fears and nerves still prevent him from reacting.

Backstory:
"Let's do this one last time...My name is Zenitsu Agatsuma. I'm a demon slayer,mizunoto rank and...since a few months the one and only Demon slaying Spider Man...Or Thunder Spider...Samurai?AHH!!!! WHY AM I DOING THiS?????!!! I DIDN'T ASK TO GET BITTEN BY A DEMON SPIDER! SURE I DIDN'T LOSE MY HUMANITY( which is a good thing) AND GAINED THOSE CRAZY SPIDER POWERS INSTEAD! I woke up hanging on the sealing! How crazy was that?!"

Zenitsu's backstory up to the Mount Natagumo mission is the same as in the main Demon Slayer universe( was saved by dept by the former Thunder Hashira Jigoro Kuwajima,who trained him to become a demon slayer,was hit by lightning giving him his golden hair, survived final selection and became a demon slayer,joined fellow demon slayer and now friends Tanjiro Kamado and Inosuke Hashibira)

Then came the mission at Mount Natagumo. Like in the main universe Zenitsu first refused to go while Tanjiro and Inosuke went ahead,but went through the forest when he realised that Tanjiro brought his demon turned sister Nezuko( who Zenitsu is in love with) with him,which had Zenitsu run through the forest,trying to find Tanjiro and Inosuke.
The mont Natagumo forest was the domain of the Twelve Kizuki's Lower Moon 5,Rui and his Spider demon family.
Zenitsu was bitten by one of their demon spiders,but instead of almost turning into one of the Spider brother's mutant spider-human minions,the poison affected Zenitsu's genetic makeup in a different way,giving him spider powers.
Zenitsu's sleepfighting battle against Spider brother occured the same way,with the exception of some of Zenitsu's spider abilities emerging during the fight( He wall runned on the trees to dodge the mutant's attacks and he was now resistant to the Spider brother's poison demon art.) until the demon's defeat at Zenitsu's blade. He was saved by Shinobu.
It's during his recovery at the butterfly mansion that Zenitsu discovered the full extent of his new powers. He even freaked out when he woke up hanging on the sealing. It even freaked out Aoi and the Butterfly girls.
Tanjiro was just surprised but Inosuke was now declaring Zenitsu his new rival.
Intriged,Shinobu took some of Zenitsu's blood samples to check for any demonic mutations. Fortunatly there wasn't any demonic mutations and Zenitsu could still walk in sunlight BUT there were still mutations that Shinobu's antidote coudn't fix. She reassured Zenitsu that despite those aracnid mutation,he was still human( and woudn't lose hair or have his limbs shrink)
Zenitsu's new abilities allowed him to pass the rehabilitation training faster alongside Tanjiro and Inosuke.

Shinobu offered Zenitsu, to help him uses his new powers combined with his Thunder breathing techniques to help the Demon Slayer Corps even more. With the help of the best Swordsmith of the Swordsmith village, made a pair of bracelet containing a special nichirin and whisteria webbing fluid made by Shinobu withthe help of her swordsmith as well as Zenitsu's as well as a special uniform, mask and gauntlets made by the Corps's uniform designer.

"I always hated myself.. I wanted to be brave and reliable. I wanted to change. To become a better person. To help the weak and innocent. Peharps those powers could help me achieve that?"

Zenitsu's new powers were now a great asset to his friends and fellow demon slayers, despite him fighting while sleeping. However,it didn't stop Upper Moon 3 Akaza from killing the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku,during the Mugen Train mission. His webbing coudn't stop Akaza either as it was out of reach as Akaza fleed from the rising sun.

Zenitsu,now known to the Corps and public as " Demon slaying Spider Man" kept training alongside his friends to get stronger and help the weak and inoccent.

Spider-Society: They tried to recruit him ( against his will,much like it was for the Demon Slayer Corps) after one of the Upper Rank demon ,Hatengu ended up in another Spider hero's universe... and dragged him by force. After the mission, Shinobu,Tanjiro and Inosuke confronted them and Lord Ubuyashiki talked with them,they gave him some slack...temporarally.

Lucy is very much the definition of duality of man - she has two very different personalities, though both just as authentic as the other. When she's out of her suit, she's a very soft-spoken and quiet person, not really liking conflict, very polite and agreeable. Besides sometimes getting lost in thought, she seems like a person that very much has it together - smart, responsible, orderly... even if she doesn't make contact with many people, those she does with, all seem to think highly of her.

Then, there's Nyan. The moment Lucy puts on the mask, her personality changes completely. Just like many other Spider-people, she tosses witty quips left and right. She's confident, bold, not afraid to jump into danger without a second thought. Backstory:
Working as a reporter for the Daily Bugle (which exists in her world as it does for many other Spider-folk), she was supposed to write a report on a breakthrough in science - a lab managed to combine the DNA of a cat and a spider into one being. Unfortunately, she didn't get permission to see the spider-cat, and her career did kind of depend on that article... so she snuck into the lab and snapped several photos of the amazing creature... and then promptly got bit in the ankle by it. She thought nothing of it, not even angry at the cat... it was just a trapped animal, after all. That is, until she started developing weird powers, a strange combination of cat and spider-like abilities.

At first, she ignored them. What was a quiet, meek person going to do with super powers? But then, one day, a fire broke out in the building she lived in. Faced with such a danger, her instincts kicked in, and she used her powers to save everyone in the building. She suffered severe burns that day, but to her surprise, she was completely fine the next day, as if nothing had happened. Realizing the power that she had in her hands, she decided to become a vigilante... at first, she just used a black catsuit and a ski mask, but eventually, she designed a proper spider-suit and became known as Spider-Nyan... to her surprise, under that persona, she found herself having the confidence she usually lacked, so these days, she likes being Nyan much more than she likes being Lucy.

- Lucy has sharp canines and could probably bite someone pretty hard, but due to the mask she can't, even if she sometimes would really like to.
- Because her suit is already black, when first dealing with Venom the dummy didn't even realize she got a symbiote for like two weeks

Backstory:
"My name is Preston Parks. I was just an average person who walked the streets of Castellia City, who always took the time to stop by the ice cream shop to order a Castellia Cone. I worked at Sylph Company as a part timer, making minimum wage while assisting some people in their pokemon experiments. One such experiment, a genetically modified Galvantula, would break free and in its escape, zap me with its electricity, knocking me out. When I woke up in the hospital, I felt different.

I felt my ears crackling inside my head, and called in a doctor. When they saw me generating electricity from my body, they panicked and called the police. The Police had their tazers out, telling me to put my hands up and don't do anything stupid. I did what they told me to, but I was still generating electricity. They fired their tazers at me, only for them to bounce harmlessly off my body. I would soon run away In a panic, because I was afraid of what the police would do if I did something I didn't mean to again.

Two months of hiding, and controlling my weird new quirks, I figured out that I had gained the powers of a Galvantula. With these powers, I decided to become a crime fighter. My decision to become one was due to the manga series "Gligar Man". The masked hero had taught me alot, and after training myself, I went into the streets to look for people to save, and criminals to capture.

Eventually, the people in Castellia City, and from around the world, would learn about my existence. I've met many famous people to be inerviewd by, fought many crime organizations like Team Rocket and Team Flare, and even got myself a Girlfriend, named Gwenda Staci. And that is my entire life in a nutshell.

The short of it?

Shang-Chi was raised by his father, criminal mastermind Zheng Zu, to become the ultimate assassin, showing exceptional talent and skill among his organization's ranks even as a child. By the time he had become a teenager, Shang-Chi was assigned to assassinate a geneticist stationed in New York named Jiang Li, who worked under OzuCorp. However, when he came face to face with her, Shang-Chi was unable to go through with it, especially once he realized she was his long-lost mother.

Realizing the empty life he had been living to this point, Shang-Chi renounced his loyalty to his father, and began to live with his mother, discovering what it mean to live a free, normal life. However, this peace did not last long, as Shang-Chi discovered first hand just how well his father reacted to disobedience. While accompanying his mother at her job, observing her work with genetically enhanced spiders, another assassin sent by Zheng had suddenly appeared and attacked both of them. Shang-Chi attempted to fight off the skilled assassin, in the process destroying a container that housed one of Li's spiders. In a stroke of misfortune, the spider wasted no time biting Shang-Chi's leg, to which he had an adverse reaction. Momentarily stunned from the pain of the bite, the assassin was about to deal a killing blow to him, only for Li to step in and sacrifice herself for her son, taking the killing shot instead. Upon recovering, newly powered and enraged, Shang-Chi managed to utterly defeat the assassin, but the damage was already done. With her last breath, Li pleaded her son not to mourn her, that pain would be inevitable on his new path, but he didn't have to suffer, but more importantly, she pleaded for him to live a good, virtuous life.

Now truly on his own, Shang-Chi -- subsequently adopted by Li's boss and the founder of the corporation, Nobuhiko Ozu -- vowed to become a hero who could stand against his father's tyrannical organization and protect his new home from him, and any other threats that would plague his city. By now, Shang-Chi has been operating as a hero for nine years, facing countless villains along the way, and even after all this time, he has never forgotten his mother's maxim; that pain was inevitable, but suffering was optional, and in turn, he would devote the skills passed down to him by his father and the values imparted upon him from his mother to absolve the citizens of New York of their suffering.

He wants to know what it's like to let go of attachments and be rid of suffering forever, but his life of misfortune and betrayal often pushes him too close to his breaking point for comfort. Indeed, it is his betrayal at the hands of the two father figures in his life -- Zheng Zu and Nobuhiko Ozu -- that have caused him to put up a wall from others, unable to fully trust most people, whether in terms of their competence or their intentions. Only a few, such as his half-sister and a few certain superheroes, he lets through his barrier.

Once again in proper Spider fashion, Shang-Chi can be prone to his fair share of sardonic banter and puts up a confident air in battle, but this is mostly a smokescreen for his true insecurities, for he wonders if he can ever truly be good, if his existence could ever be anything but cursed, when he has only ever been raised by evil and influenced by it from childhood to young adulthood. Even his overconfidence he fears is derived from the delusions of grandeur that were implanted into him as a child from his father; as strict and cold as his upbringing was, young Shang-Chi couldn't deny that he might have led it get to his head that he was perhaps destined for greatness, that he might have had what it took to rule the world as his father hoped to raise him to, and he might have even held on to those forbidden beliefs under the wing of Ozu if not for the virtuous influence of his late mother, whom he tries to honor every day by living good and pure as she wished, even in a bad and impure world. Because things didn't have to be this way. Things could be better. People just needed to truly believe it could happen. They needed someone who can convince them to hold on just a little while longer.

Abilities
- The Whole Nine Yards - Super-strength, agility, the ability to climb walls, durability, a bit of a healing factor, reflexes, speed, and stamina. He's got all of the usual Spider abilities you can expect from most people like him. Unlike some other Spiders, the spider bite also granted Shang-Chi the ability to shoot webs organically. Which is great, because he's not nearly smart enough to build his own artificial web shooters.
- Master Martial Artist - Trained to become the ultimate assassin from childhood, even if he was never bitten by that spider, Shang-Chi still would have stood out as one of the greatest martial arts in the world and a master of countless styles. His personal favorites are Wing Chun, Bajiquan, and Muay Thai. He has even fostered his own self-taught style, the Way of the Spider, that focuses on exploiting pressure points and nerve clusters, combined with a fast and aggressive style. However, for all the styles he has mastered, he still struggles to pick up Jeet Kune Do and Drunken Fist, due to their more free-flowing and dynamic movements, but he keeps trying. Though he doesn't use them by default, he is also skilled in a wide range of melee weapons as well, such as nunchucks, bo staffs, and tonfas, his personal favorite, among others. He is also skilled with ranged weapons as well, such as shuriken and throwing daggers.
- The Five Rings - Zheng Zu's greatest weapon was his Ten Rings, mystical bracelets of divine origin that gave him a wide range of powers. A few years into Shang-Chi's career, during one of many occasions, he faced off against his father and inadvertently managed to "steal" five of his Rings from him, as the artifacts suddenly grafted onto his left arm. After this battle, which ended in Zheng's hasty retreat, Shang-Chi decided to keep these Rings to aid him in his eternal battle against evil. He can utilize the magic of the Rings to shoot them at enemies like projectiles, swing the connected Rings around like a whip, project energy in the form of destructive blasts, or even simply propel him from the ground to allow him to jump farther.
- Multilingual - Shang-Chi's first language was Mandarin, and learned English second, though after living in America for so long, he has become indistinguishable from a native speaker. Thanks to both of his fathers' tutelage, and because of his own intellectual curiosity, Shang-Chi is also able to speak Cantonese and Japanese as well.
Weaknesses
- Cocky - As humble and well-mannered as Shang-Chi might act day to day, the other side within him manifests when he's in the costume. After nine years of smoothly operating as Spider-Man, to say nothing of how he had been influenced as a child to believe he was fundamentally "above" others that he still struggles to bury, Shang-Chi has plainly developed an overconfident streak while in costume that he still retains, even as some villains might take advantage of this and give him a nasty surprise.
- Ethyl Chloride - Like many of his fellow Spiders, Shang-Chi is particularly susceptible to this pesticide, likely due to the spider DNA he now has in his veins.
- Weaker Spider-Sense - Compared to his peers, Shang-Chi's Spider-Sense is notably weaker. It's still there, but he would sooner rely on his natural warrior's intuition to save him, even if it's not exactly the same.

Earth-1273 is, for the most part, very much similar to baseline Earths like Earth-616 and Earth-1610. Perhaps one of the most notable differences between this world and its peers is, if one must be blunt, that a higher number of Asian diaspora reside within America than in either of the two aforementioned worlds, and by extension, more Asian organizations and figures reside within the cultural zeitgeist of the United States. As a by-product of this, small Chinese neighborhoods such as Little Fuzhou and other Chinatowns are notably larger than they are in most other contemporary Earths. "Little Fuzhou" in particular is known as "New Fuzhou" in this Earth, and is considered its own city now instead of a small neighborhood, taking a decent amount of space from what used to be Manhattan.

Aside from Shang-Chi's place in this world as the Invincible Spider-Man and the Five Weapons Society's position as one of the most prevalent terrorist organizations in the world, other organizations such as the Hand and the Yashida Clan, notably led by the Silver Samurai, are also more influential than in their counterpart worlds, having control over businesses and political corners of America through intense lobbying and dummy corporations. Domestically, it is noted that instead of the Osborn family being an influential part of American politics and businesses, there is now the Ozu family instead and its corporation, OzuCorp, which gave rise to the Green Oni in place of the Green Goblin. However, for every new threat that has become more powerful here, new heroes have stepped in to take center stage; superhero groups such as the Agents of Atlas (of which Shang-Chi himself is also a part of), Tiger Division, and Big Hero 6 are much more prolific here than in other worlds, and even eclipse the Avengers in terms of popularity, Sunfire acts as the X-Men's field leader alongside his second-in-command Kwannon, and the Immortal Iron Fist himself, known as Lin Lie in this world, is the co-founder of the Heroes for Hire alongside Luke Cage.

Spider Society
Shang-Chi is a relatively new member of the Spider-Society, having been a part of them -- and by extension, being aware of the greater multiverse -- for a few months now.

Backstory
"My name is Zheng Shang-Chi, and I'm the one and only Spider-Man. Or so I thought, for a hot while."

Shang-Chi is the son of Zheng Zu, the leader of a clandestine organization of assassins and criminals called the Five Weapons Society, who sought world domination from the shadows. Though regarded as a mere boogeyman overseas, Zheng's name was most prominently feared and spoken only through hushed whispers in the Middle East to East Asia. Though Shang-Chi had many half-siblings, fostered from his father's many conquests with countless women, Shang-Chi stood out from the rest for being among the most talented at martial arts in the history of the organization. He was favored as his father's favorite; try as the man did to conceal his favoritism, it was an open secret that he was raising Shang-Chi with the express intent of naming him his successor.

By the time Shang-Chi was 15, he was assigned by his father to officially undergo his first assassination mission. The target? Geneticist Jiang Li, stationed over in New York City, working under the illustrious OzuCorp. With unquestioning loyalty, Shang-Chi traveled to America to carry out his mission, easily sneaking through the corporation's security until he came face to face with Li. However, in a stroke of (mis)fortune, Li had managed to spot Shang-Chi before he could deal the killing blow, and that was when everything changed forever, as she quickly recognized who he was and said something that instantly caused him to freeze up. She said his name, and it was in that moment Shang-Chi too realized the truth. Li was his mother.

Emotionally torn and conflicted, Shang-Chi was unable to carry out his mission, and that was when his mother had told him the full story of his past; she was one of Zheng Zu's many conquests, attracted to his mystique and power, quickly mothering a child for him before even she knew it. However, when she learned of her lover's true nature, Li had quickly rejected him and his offer to rule by his side, as he had found himself particularly taken with the woman in a way none of his other concubines had ever attracted him. As a result, Zheng Zu took her son away from him to raise him alone, never to be seen by his mother again until now.

After some hard consideration, Shang-Chi in that moment decided to renounce his affiliation to the Society, and for the next week, learned what it meant to live a "normal" life with his newfound mother, realizing that the life of an assassin would only lead to self-ruin. However, Shang-Chi had forgotten that his father was not one to take disobedience well, and was about to be reminded of it again the hard way.

Li had been assigned by her boss and the company founder -- Nobuhiko Ozu -- to create a perfect serum to create super soldiers for military use, and used spiders as her test subjects. On a day like any other, Shang-Chi had accompanied his mother to work to watch her, until suddenly the two of them were attacked by another assassin, whom Shang-Chi promptly recognized as a fellow operative of the Five Weapons Society. Shang-Chi fought the ruthless assassin with all he had, and during the fight, accidentally knocked over and destroyed a container that contained one of Li's spiders, setting it free. The spider wasted no time making its way toward Shang-Chi and biting his leg, to which he had an adverse reaction. Temporarily incapacitated from the unusual pain in his leg, the assassin was about to kill Shang-Chi, until Li had stepped in at the last second, taking the killing blow meant for her son. At that moment, feeling a new surge of power and anger well up within him, Shang-Chi was able to easily defeat the assassin, who promptly retreated, but the damage was already done. In her dying moments, Li pleaded with her son not to mourn her or the life they could have had, for while pain was inevitable, he did not have to suffer. And more than that, she wished for him to lead a good, virtuous life.

Deciding to live in America now that he had nowhere else to go now, Shang-Chi was taken in by Nobuhiko Ozu, the CEO of OzuCorp, and grew up alongside his son, Harry Ozu. Though Ozu claimed that it was the least he could do for one of his best employees, the truth was he knew of Shang-Chi's spider bite and the powers he got from them, wishing to study him up close and personal, even if without the boy's knowledge.

Fast forward to the present, and Shang-Chi has been operating as the Invincible Spider-Man for nine years now, having overcome countless trials and tribulations along his journey and facing off against countless villains such as the Five Weapons Society, the ninja clan known as the Hand, and even Ozu himself under the guise of the Green Oni, among many others. And no matter what, no matter how many times he is knocked down, forsaken, and battered, he will always get back up. He continues to live by his mother's maxim; pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. So with that in mind, he fights to absolve the people of New York of their suffering so they too can take a step further toward achieving enlightenment, even if that is something he himself believes is out of his grasp.

Relationships
- Zheng Zu - Shang-Chi's father and greatest enemy, the leader of the international terrorist organization known as the Five Weapons Society. Though once clandestine and regarded as little more than myth in the Western world, its various activities overseas, especially in conflict with Spider-Man, have caused it to gain significant notoriety and infamy over the years, both a boon and a curse for Zheng.
- Nobuhiko Ozu - Shang-Chi's adoptive father, and later turned bitter enemy as well. A Japanese man who emigrated to America as a young adult and founded the corporation OzuCorp, he was a brilliant scientist who was obsessed with unlocking the secrets of human potential. After his valued employee, Shang-Chi's own mother, passed away, Ozu took in the boy and raised him as a son under the guise of altruistic kindness, though in reality, he simply wanted to study the boy and his powers up close, unbeknownst to Shang-Chi himself. As the years passed by, Ozu lost himself to his own madness and the Oz Serum as he became the supervillain, the Green Oni. Currently, Ozu is presumed dead, but Shang-Chi knows all too well that very few people can ever just stay dead.
- Harry Ozu - Nobuhiko's son, and Shang-Chi's adoptive brother. The two of them got along rather well and became good friends when they lived under the same roof together, though their relationship has grown somewhat cold over the past few years. After Nobuhiko was outed as the menacing Green Oni, the public image of OzuCorp tanked and it fell upon Harry's shoulders to assume de facto leadership of the company from there. However, Shang-Chi chose not to be involved in that lifestyle, claiming that he did not wish to be involved in such a life revolving around business politics and bureaucracy, and that as a (non-practicing) Buddhist, it would be a bad look for him to continue living in the lap of luxury, claiming he's beyond that much material need. This is mostly true, but the deeper reason is he doesn't want endanger Harry by having him unknowingly continuing to associate with Spider-Man, but they still try to talk on occasion. Still, Shang-Chi sometimes worries that Harry might be at risk of following in his father's footsteps, and all the baggage that implies.
- Zheng Esme - Shang-Chi's half sister who was once an indoctrinated member of the Five Weapons Society like he was. A few years into his stint as Spider-Man, Esme was one of many Society operatives assigned to kill him, but Shang-Chi managed to convince her of the error of her lifestyle, and coerced her into resigning from the Society. Now, Esme lives with him in New Fuzhou, occasionally helping him with his crime fighting missions as a part-time sidekick, not that she enjoys being called such.
- Lin Lie - One of Shang-Chi's most trusted allies, Lin is better known as a superhero in his own right, the Immortal Iron Fist. The two of them have worked together quite a few times against common foes, and if nothing else, Shang-Chi learned about the value of solidarity with a fellow Chinese-born martial artist hero operating in the States.
- Shen Kuei - A mysterious spy and mercenary also known as the Cat, he is a man who holds a complicated, love-hate relationship with Shang-Chi. They often find themselves on opposing ends of the law due to their occupations, but also have teamed up on more than one occasion when the cards are down. The two of them have had a few flings in the past, with Shen often trying to tempt Shang-Chi to quit being a superhero and let himself live freely to little success, causing a notable strain in their relationship.
- Leiko Wu - A Chinese-British spy who works for MI6. The two have worked together on several occasions and maintain a close relationship with each other, having even dated for a period of time in the past. However, they broke up when Shang-Chi refused her offer to join MI6, not wanting to relocate to England and more prominently, not wanting to be shackled by the red tape that would come with working under a government agency. Since then, their relationship has further soured when Shang-Chi attained five of his father's Rings, as Leiko and MI6 believed that they are too dangerous even under Shang-Chi's possession, and have even tried on one occasion to steal them from him.

Costume
Shang-Chi's costume is mostly weaved from ordinary red and silver fabric, along with a gold accent, but with a light degree of armored padding in some spots as well, notably for his helmet, his shoulders, and even through the large spider logo on his chest. The lens in the eyes are colored to resemble jade partially due to its significance in Chinese culture and the many virtues it symbolizes such as wisdom, kindness, and justice, though he primarily wears it because of his mother's influence, inspiring Shang-Chi to "look with eyes unclouded by hate."

Looks
Shang-Chi stands at 5'10, weighs 175 pounds, and sports short black hair with brown eyes. He has an athletic build which was honed since he was a child, long before he'd ever gotten his powers, and has a naturally soft face that undermines him whenever he tries to look stern and serious. As his favorite color is red, he usually ends up wearing that even when not in costume, as much as his half-sister tries to chide him for being too obvious about his identity.

Formerly an infamous expert thief called Prowler, Noé Aguilar now goes by the name of Outlaw and with the powers he gained after being bitten by a radioactive spider, he combats the gangs of New York.
Likes:
- Cursing in Spanish, it's invigorating.
- Heights. There's a pure sense of being alive that assaults him when in a high place that he can't get anywhere else. He likes to freefall from New York's tallest buildings.
- Sweets. People expect him to be into spicy food but he's the first to decline and choose a good ol' jelly donut instead.
- Horror movies. His favorite is Elm Street.
Dislikes:
- Gangs. Self-explanatory. He does not consider The Prowlers to be a gang and will do mental gymnastics to deny such claims.
- Mexican music. Everyone always tells him he should love reggae, banda and mariachi because he's mexican. Now he hates them out of spite.
- Cops. They never helped him and his family and he knows he can't count on them to make a real change in the world.
- Luxury. Although desperate for money, it's not the riches themselves that he's interested in. He simply understands and accepts money equals survival.
Hobbies:
- Skateboarding. Ever since he was a kid the thrill of riding a skateboard filled him with enough adrenaline to last the day. There was always someone concerned he was suffering domestic abuse because of the sheer number of bruises and scrapes that decorated his skin. Now that he has a healing factor, he loves trying increasingly riskier tricks.
- Cooking. His mother taught him to cook from a young age, probably predicting he would one day need to take care of himself. Noé developed a love for it and enjoys learning new recipes.
Personality:
Noé is a morally gray individual that thinks about his own well-being before others'. Due to growing up in such tumultuous circumstances Noé is a hardened survivor that will do what it takes to get back to his mother at the end of the day. However this doesn't mean Noé goes out of his way to damage people, as he's actually a nice, closed off guy that cares more deeply than he would like to admit. He possesses a sense of obligation that pushed him into becoming Outlaw, but when being thanked by the people for saving them or inspiring them, it brings him peace of mind. He sees his mom in every person he's helped. This idealistic future where he can live in peace with his mother is his driving force and only real goal in life.

Noé doesn't believe in "the greater good" and following orders, he's an outlier that prefers taking decisions based on what personally feels right and wrong. He will only get into a fight he isn't sure he can win if he's provoked or forced to. Still, his self-preservational skills are skewed due to his adrenaline addiction and Noé does not possess a common sense that properly dictates which stupid plans he shouldn't carry out. That's how he usually gets involved in unbelievable shenanigans.

He likes to use sarcasm and dry humor to make fun of and annoy his enemies. Noé's also got street-smarts that have gotten him out of trouble more times than he can count. He's not overly polite but always says his "please" and "thank you" as his mom taught him to.
Vices:
- He tries way too hard to stay cool and composed but truthfully Noé is impulsive and temperamental. If he thinks you're messing with him or taking too much time to do something, he will bulldoze you or it, accordingly. He's also very emotional and decides to disassociate himself to keep going.
- He's quite distrustful. Noé learned to not trust in anyone, which was only reinforced by his father's actions. As much as he likes The Prowlers, he wouldn't trust them with his life and there's no one in existence he would trust his mother's life to.
- Noé won't be the one to admit he's made a mistake and will probably fight over his level of responsibility in a mission's failure. This is most likely due to his own guilt at having failed. No one is more strict on Noé than himself.
Virtues:
- He's fairly open-minded. As long as you don't mess with him, Noé won't get in your business or judge you for doing things he himself has done before.
- Loyal and determined. If it doesn't prove to be damaging for his mother and you show him you're truly compromised to your cause, Noé will fight alongside you and he will be the last person to give up —as long as you don't give up too, that is—.
- Adaptable. He takes things in stride and will suspense his disbelief long enough to get out of whatever predicaments alive.
- Despite his guarded nature, Noé is vastly empathetic. He simply won't express it in words and would rather do something about it. Acts of service is his love language.
- Noé doesn't consider himself as better than others. He is surprisingly humble when it comes to his achievements and grateful for kind acts towards him.
Abilities:
He possesses the typical spider-related abilities; sticking to superficies, spider-sense, healing factor and enhanced agility and the proportionate strength of a spider, but his webs are organic and come from within his wrists instead of being something artificially created. This makes his webs twice as resistant, insulated and strong as normal webs. The bite granted him a hawk-like day vision and better hearing than humanly possible. Finally, Noé is also resistant to most poisons and harmful chemicals (even Ethyl Chloride), including radiation —but this one hasn't proven to be useful as he doesn't encounter radiation on a daily basis—. Outside of his supernatural skills, Noé's a genius engineer and technician, his specialty are gadgets and technology-based weapons. He invented his own web bombs and shockwave grenades. His suit also has Prowler claws that he imbued in a muscle paralyzing drug.
Weaknesses:
- Due to his webs taking one week to dissolve, if they were somehow used against him or his allies, it wouldn't be pretty.
- His vision greatly deteriorates in the dark and it's the reason he integrated night vision lenses in the suit. If they were to get destroyed and he was left to fend for himself in the dark it would prove a challenge.
- Noé's not a big expert on actual martial arts and he would easily lose to someone with a lot of mastery in that regard.
- Not a team player, he's been his own boss since he can remember and he likes doing things his way. It makes him clumsy when it comes to taking allies in consideration during a fight.

Universe Description:
The bases of Noé's universe are the same as ours, but that's about it. The progress of technology has had a general setback due to World War Three, a war between Canada and France that took place from 1985 to 1997. The US was stunted and impoverished as a consequence and a lot of Americans migrated to Latin American countries as a result. The increase of crime brought greedy men with hopes of profiting from people's suffering to New York and the big apple saw the massive surfacing of uncountable gangs. Some differences are that the atomic bomb, cellphones and internet don't exist, people drive on the left side in the US, LGBTQ and BLM is not a thing and the Berlin Wall never fell down, among other minor things and mirrored facts. Basically, Noé's world is less progressive and harsher in various aspects than ours.

Spider society:

Okay, gente. Hagamos esto una última vez. My name is Noé Aguilar, I was bitten by a radioactive spider and for the last two years —since I was Prowler before— I've been the one and only Outlaw. Well, not really. There have been a few cases of imitation and identity theft, but that's a whole other thing.

I was doing just fine, studying for upcoming tests and questioning if I should kidnap my biggest competitor's daughter, when my enemies started acting up out of nowhere. They are all idiots but not dumb enough to come at me in the way they did, as if they were brainless zombies. Which led me to suspect someone or something was remotely controlling them. I'm a fan of conspiracy theories involving the government doing shady shit since it would give me an excuse to kick their asses, you see, so I was hoping that was the case.

Turns out I was half-right. More right than I wished I was, anyway. Because a week later, a spider-themed guy knocks on my door and tells me he needs me to join a weirdly cult-like spider society —I mean, I've never been in a cult but Ted from my local Blockbuster was and this was exactly how he described cultists would scout you— to beat the Cthulhu entity influencing my bad guys.

I refused to entertain him unless he showed me some proof and he proceeded to send me to a dimension where Elm Street had a sequel. Insane stuff. I thanked him for letting me watch it, though.

I asked, "What's in it for me?" and he replied "Preventing the collapse of all dimensions and space-time as we know it", and well, I don't care about space-time but my mom is in one of said dimensions. So I said yes.

Before we left, I questioned "Why me?". I wasn't sure what kind of answer I wanted to receive but he told me, "Well, you will figure it out."

This is my first day here. I think I might let the dimensions collapse if I have to keep answering this increasingly weird questions.

"Sure, I totally know what Nyan Cat is. Do I even look like I'd know what Nyan Cat is? And what do you mean Netflix? What happened to Blockbuster? Wait a damn minute–"

Backstory:
Noé was bitten by a radioactive spider that was created as a biological weapon against the boss of the biggest Mexican cartel, Don Estrada. The spider, developed by an Alchemax scientist by the name of Miguel O'Hara, was supposed to fill him with enough radiation to instantly end Don Estrada. But Miguel, finding himself tired of Alchemax's schemes and their manipulation, planned for the spider to genetically modify the person it bit instead of outright killing them. He was hoping Don Estrada would live on as an abomination of nature —since the experiment had been so far unsuccessful— and Alchemax human experiments would be exposed to the public.

Instead what happened is that a thirteen year old Noé, the son of Don Estrada's right hand, was kidnapped after said man betrayed the boss by giving information of their operations to the police. Noé's dad was subsequently killed and the boy was held in the Don's mansion as ransom to his mother. When the spider meant for the old man bit him, Noé went through the whole process and ultimately gained spider powers. Using his newfound abilities, the boy pushed Don Estrada down the stairs, escaped and reunited with his mother, who convinced him of running away to another country.

They found themselves living in the poor neighborhoods of New York, hoping to form a new story separated from their dark past. This was hardly possible, however, with their dwindling riches forcing them to starve, stay in unsanitary places and exposing them to constant danger. Noé became determined to give his mother the kind of life she deserved and opted for delving into theft and freelancer criminal jobs while calling himself Prowler. He built a rudimentary suit and offered his services to illegal causes, getting traction within the underground as a high-end professional. Noé convinced his mother that he had gotten a respectable job as a technician and during the day he would dedicate himself to taking care of his mother while attending a community school. Their living conditions improved and things were going great, until they weren't.

On his eighteenth birthday, Noé came home from school to find that his mother had been collateral damage in a war between gangs and had fallen into a deep coma as a result of her injuries. The teen was regretful, with these powers of his he could've done more to stop the gang violence in New York and help the people, prevent what happened to his mother.

Channeling his devastation and fury, Noé is forced to reinvent himself once more. Going by the name of Outlaw and wearing a new, spider-themed suit, the Mexican teen embarked on an ambitious mission to take over the underground as a whole. He intimidated, threatened and blackmailed. Noé was more ruthless than ever, yet this time he was doing good. He formed an organization known as The Prowlers, composed of hired goons and former convicts, to take control of the black market and beat other gangs into submission, but he also used them to protect the common people from becoming collateral damage. He went out every night and stopped robberies, dismantled human trafficking little by little, prevented abuse attempts and gang-related violence. With the control that came from The Prowlers absolute dominance, crime rate plummeted. Apart from that, Noé didn't stop acting as a thief and went on to rob the big companies and enterprises to sustain his own operations. This ended up in a lot of normal fellows advertising him as the Spiderman hero, but the people in power and the press labeling him as the "arachnid menace" and "New York's biggest crime lord".

Nowadays Noé balances college and his Outlaw activities. As The Prowlers grow, their rivals do too. Lately there have been certain anomalies that keep interfering with his work. Nonetheless, Noé never forgets to visit his mother in the hospital to remind himself why is it that he does what he does. He will find a way to wake her up and once he has become the only true criminal in New York, they'll live in peace. Free from suffering because of the past.

Relationships:
- Ana Aguilar, Noé's mother. She's the person Noé loves the most and for whom he would do anything. Before she fell into a coma she was a sweet, sensitive and pacifist woman traumatized due to the death of her husband. She taught Noé all the survival skills she could.
- Carlos Aguilar, Noé's deceased father. He was a warm man before he became involved with the cartel to support his family. After that he acted aloof and anxious all the time. Noé respects his memory but also thinks he's the reason their family fell apart and he was a naive man for getting caught and for being a mole in the first place.
- The Prowlers, Noé's organization. At the start Noé was all business, wanting to put a distance between the hired goons and ex-convicts that agreed to be a part of this cause. Nevertheless while spending time with them, listening to their stories and saving their asses repeated times, he inevitably got attached to those misfits. They're like his second family, now.
- Darían Estrada, aka Don Estrada Jr., Noé's archenemy. He's Don Estrada's son, who seeks vengeance for his father's death. Noé has tried explaining to him that his father had been the one messing with Noé's family and he doesn't get to be upset about being pushed down a set of stairs by a kid with newfound super strength whom he kidnapped in the first place. But Darían simply doesn't get it. Noé is not too bothered, though, as he thinks Darían is entertaining and practically harmless with how much of a klutz he is. Noé enjoys making fun of his villain name, always calling him Junior and Bebé Estrada. He's never managed to beat Outlaw.
- Alchemax. The corporation that gave Noé his powers and that is still in pursuit of their only successful test subject. They try to kidnap him every other week.
- Miguel O'Hara, former Alchemax scientist and Noé's personal advisor on all things spider. Noé sought him out once he found out Miguel had created the spider that bit him, originally planning to get mad about it. But Miguel showed him how to use his powers even though he knew Noé would use them in illegal dealings and so Noé began a tentative alliance with him. He's been much more happy-go-lucky since his daughter was born.
Costume:
A purple and green bulletproof variant of the usual Spiderman suit, but it has retractable Prowler claws, a utility belt where Noé keeps his gadgets, and resistant, anti-skid outsoles. As previously stated, it also has night vision lenses. It's obscure enough to blend in with the shadows.
Looks:
Noé's a lightly tanned guy with warm undertones and freckles that cover every centimeter of his dry skin. His hair isn't either a buzz cut nor particularly long. It has natural curls that he can't ever seem to tame and he likes to hide it underneath a cap so it won't obstruct his view. He's averagely tall and slim, his muscles aren't apparent as the spider is the one that granted him strength and he doesn't work out. Noé's wardrobe consists of loosely fitted pants, plain shirts, flannels and converse. Don't ask him if he likes Avril Lavigne because he will deck you. He doesn't know who Avril Lavigne is, he will simply know you're making fun of him by the tone.

Personality:
Stacy Brock is a rather reserved individual who went the path of being an Salaryman for over 10 years. He was about to be promoted to manager when the company he worked at got destroyed during Spider-Woman's fight against Captain America during the events of the Avengers Civil War. While he resents Spider-Woman for making him lose his job, he soon found himself attracted to her every time Stacy sees her due to him catching glimpses of her ass when she's swinging around New York while he's walking down the street to his job at Starbucks. His admiration skyrocketed when she stopped the cruise ship he was on from sinking by sheer willpower and her webs. This led him to starting his blog that would grow to bring him money every time he posts about Spider-Woman. Stacy would become a closet fanboy of Spider-Woman and would begin collecting and hoarding Spider-Woman merchandise. He has even built something of a shrine in his closet during one drunken night of struggling to stay awake while being sleep deprived after finding a job at an overnight hotdog stand to earn enough to get by. He hides it from everyone due to sheer embarrassment.

Stacy prefers to hang back and be an observer rather than be the one doing the fighting. Observing the situation and trying to figure out what exactly happened. However, if the situation calls for it, he would leap into action and say his mind. He would even get into fights because of it, getting easily provoked when someone insults him. Prompting him to fling insults back. This caused him many a jobs. He's a hardworker, pouring most of his time at his work in order to earn more money so that he could start living comfortably and enjoy life a little more. He's the type who would spend his Fridays alone at home unless you invite him.

After Stacy gained back control of his body from Stalker, he became imprinted with some of Petra Parker's personality traits. Such as her love for nerdy hobbies like comic books and DnD, her intense craving for Pepperoni Pizza, and of course, her courageous heroics. While used to be laid back, Stacy became one who would actively jump into the fire to try and stop someone from getting shot. Stacy's favorite color even changed from purple to red. Stacy worries that if Stalker had kept him as Spider-Woman for a little while longer that he would ultimately become another Petra Parker. Stalker itself is unaware of the extent of the Codex' effects on Stacy's mind, but it assumes that it's not that much.

Symbiotic Web Shooting - Is it really Spider-Man if he can't Spider like a Man?
Black and White Tendrils - Essentially extra arms that sprout from Ghost-Spider's sides to help out in crowds.
Blue Fangs - The fangs that the Symbiote possesses are used as hooks to the webs; almost like a grapple to pierce enemies while pulling them towards Ghost-Spider. The fangs also act as the spikes to any mace-like weapon Ghost-Spider chooses to create. It doesn't have any notable effects other than 'ouch, it spiky'.
Agony Acid - An ability Ghost-Spider obtained after Stalker absorbed Agony during the Symbiote Crisis. It allows him to generate purple slime and fling it. Its acid can melt most objects at a touch. Except Vibranium.
Stalker Shapeshifting - The ability to mold and shape his bodymass into practically any body type he wants. This includes giving himself more muscle to be bigger, or become a foot tall. However, he cannot change his body from a humanoid shape, and it cannot appear as anything non human. Stalker circumvents this as it's an alien goo that can pretty much shapeshift into any weapon its host needs.
Stalker Hypnosis - Stalker's ability to hypnotize its host to believe whatever Stalker wants it to believe the moment it fully envelops a new host or when a tendril gets wrapped around its head. Stacy learned how to utilize this ability without putting on Stalker by simply pressing his palm against someone's forehead and stating a command.
Hypnosis Resistance - The reason why Ghost-Spider managed to exist and not get absorbed by Venom the first chance they meet is because Stacy managed to push against Stalker's hypnotic effect and take control of his body again.

Weaknesses:
As a Symbiote-based Spider-Man, Ghost-Spider has 2 notable weaknesses that would nullify his abilities if exposed for more than 5 minutes or 3 posts within a 2 meter radius. Including his shapeshifting ability, forcing him to revert to his true shape.
Fire - Symbiotes are sensitive to extreme heat. Fire = bad.
Sonic Frequencies - Symbiotes are sensitive to High Frequencies. If it's high pitched and could shatter glass, it would be extremely painful to Ghost-Spider.
Those with a particularly strong will or are too dumb to even be hypnotized can resist Stalker's Hypnosis. Stalker's Hypnosis naturally doesn't work on non-organic beings.
Hunger - If Stalker isn't fed flesh in a long time, then it will force Ghost-Spider to go on a rampage until it has eater at least 5 people. After which, it will hibernate for a day, leaving Stacy unable to websling.

Universe Description: Earth-635r2 is similar enough to the baseline Earth-616 universe but with 1 key detail; most of this world's heroes and villains are genderbent versions of themselves; including the Avengers themselves. Captain America is a female Steve Rogers, Stark Industries' CEO is the Iron-Lady, and Nick Fury is a badass black woman. This includes Spider-Man's notable villains like Doc-Ock, Green Goblin, and the Venom.

Speaking of Venom, when he initially left Spider-Man's body to merge with Eddie Brock, a piece of him got left behind to grow in Petra Parker's kindness. Like the Symbiote's Codex, except it's an egg that grows in her body as time passes by. This egg becomes the Stalker Symbiote that hatches after Petra's death at the hands of Kraven and is obsessed with Petra's heroics and believes itself to be her successor.

Another notable change is that Knull doesn't exist in this universe. The Symbiotes are just a race of goopey parasites that enhances their hosts capabilities and causes them to go feral, leaving nothing but an egg with the knowledge of its host called a Codex behind within the host's body, waiting to hatch after the host's death. When it does, it either gains sentience due to the amount of time it spent bonded with the host and becomes its own separate entity in search of its own host, or the Symbiote goes to its father and fights it, absorbing the loser into itself.

Spider Society?:
Stacy was offered a position in the Spider-Society, but declined it due to it being a position meant for Petra Parker--the original Spider-Woman of his world. He feels as though he doesn't deserve that spot in that multiversal team.

Backstory:

From the very beginning, Stacy Brock is not his world's Spider-Man. That belonged to Petra Parker, the Spider-Woman for over 5 years. The story of Petra Parker is similar to every other Spider-Man out there. On a trip of Oscorp, a Radioactive Spider bit her and gave her the strength and the abilities of a Spider. Over the course of 5 years, she'd amass a rogues gallery. Including Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Sandman, Vulture, Electro, Mysterio, and Venom--whose Symbiote possessed Petra for a few weaks resulting in her becoming more or less aggressive both in her sexual identity and while crime fighting, which she regretted as her 'Mean Streak'. When the Symbiote left Petra, it left an egg inside of her body that would continue to collect Petra's biological data and memories over the course of 4 years. This egg didn't exactly cause any problems with Petra's body, according to a doctor she visited under Antonia Stark's recommendation. He told her that it doesn't look like it will be any problem until it matures 5 years later. Nor did he believe that it will cause Spider-Woman any health complications; in fact, it's almost like a souped-up White Blood Cell that eliminates disease unrelated to her powers. Allowing her to be on the peak of her health until she retires at 60. This doctor becomes a Life Foundation scientist later on.

She continued her crime fighting escapades until Kraven The Hunter appeared in New York and announced the Great Hunt of Spider-Woman on live TV. This sparked outrage within the city, but the mayor insisted that Kraven's announcement is nothing more than a reality TV show. Some burner accounts from Kraven's own lawyers(hired directly from Kingpin) were deployed to make it seem as though Petra was actually involved in filming this fake show. Only Martin and Petra knew the truth behind Kraven's Great Hunt of Spider-Woman.

Although Petra believed that she can survive Kraven's assault on her, she underestimated Kraven's capabilities--managing to out speed her Spider-Sense's precognitive abilities and overpower with surprising physical strength from his voodoo potions. Although Kraven was about to be defeated, he managed to muster enough strength to knock her out with one swift blow to the head. After which, he limped towards one of the cameras while dragging Spider-Woman's unconscious body. First unmasking her before snapping her neck--the execution.

After this, he ripped Spider-Woman's costume off of Petra, claiming it to be his prize for his Great Hunt. Although what's surprising is the fact that Petra was found still wearing her costume, and she was buried in it; mask and all. After her funeral, the Symbiote egg finally hatched and bled out of Petra's body. Rising from her grave and begun to slither its way back to the city, where it found an unsuspecting man named Stacy G. Brock, looking through the newspaper's job listings. The Symbiote attacked this man, pulling him into a secluded alleyway where it forcefully merged itself with him, forcefully transforming his body into Spider-Woman in her black suit. This time, with a fanged hood.

That was the first night the Ghost-Spider appeared.

"Let's run it back. From the beginning.

My name is Stacy Gwynne Brock. A few months ago, I was just a freelance Journalist following the Amazing Spider-Woman's escapades for an online clout and a blog until her untimely death at the hands of Kraven The Hunter. After which, I've been attacked while I was hunting for a new job by something called a Symbiote and injected me with her DNA and forced me to take her place until I managed to take back control of my body; giving me the ability to change my body's shape at will--if not for the Symbiote that bonded with me.

Ever since then, I've been this world's Second Spider-Man ever since the Spider-Woman's Symbiote I've named her Creepy Stalker agreed to hand me the keys to my own body and let me do the work for once. I didn't really have anything to make my official name as the second Spider-Man. Using Spider-Woman is just redundant considering what we are. Although from what I've heard, they call me the Vengeful Ghost of the first Spider-Woman; her Ghost-Spider.

That'll do just nicely."

Eddie Brock
-Stacy's Cousin that he barely talks about. He stopped hearing about her ever since he left for college to became a journalist. Coincidentally, she's the current host for the Venom Symbiote--and has been a recurring villain who fought against Spider-Woman. They met again after Stacy took up a job at the Daily Bugle for an editorial job along with a very specific job for J.J. of delivering Ghost-Spider photos. They forged a bond on work, soon inviting his cousin out to some drinks. Although Stacy didn't get drunk, making him carry Eddie back to his apartment.

Eddie Brock is the true identity of one of Spider-Woman's Rogues, Venom. The hypermasculine brute with a vendetta against the Spider, being widely known as her black suit and her mean streak manifested. Venom didn't hate the title, but he hated how he was rejected by such a fantastic host. Venom only causes crime when it comes to keeping his host financially secure due to how reckless he is with his money.

Eddie and Stacy found each other's secret identities during the Symbiote Crisis, being both Venom and Ghost-Spider respectively when Venom got too rash during an ambush from the Symbiotes that he got knocked out and the Symbiote was forced to retreat inside Eddie. Fortunately, Stacy was there to cover him and help him heal his wounds, the fact that he's Ghost Spider.

Eddie is understandably confused as to how his somewhat ripped Cousin can fit Ghost-Spider's extremely feminine profile. That's when Stacy introduced his own Symbiote, Stalker, who forced him to take Ghost-Spider's place. Venom was furious on his own son's audacity to mimic the woman who denied his power. Stalker, meanwhile, was equally angry that Venom left her to die at Kraven's hands. It nearly escalated into a brawl until Stacy stepped in and calmed the two down with a lighter's flame. The two essentially became partners after the Symbiote Crisis, with the occasional fight here and there whenever Ghost-Spider catches Venom robbing a bank.

Allies

The Obsessive "Stalker" Symbiote
-The Symbiote that hatched after Petra Parker's Death. Colored Black and Red with Dark Blue Fangs. It contains Venom's Codex for Petra Parker, and when it was born, it had an intense admiration for the Spider-Woman and recognized the need for Petra Parker to be alive in some way, shape or form--even if it means taking one's life to replace her completely. It seems to be stronger than the average Symbiote with its ability to mold its hosts' body to whatever shape it pleases--including when the Symbiote is inside the host and not coating it like a suit. Stacy named it Stalker due to its obsession with Spider-Woman and it forcing him to bear her shape while fighting as Ghost-Spider. They reached a mutual conclusion that the world needs a Spider-Woman to protect the world, and thus, how they needed to keep bonded together for as long as possible.

Stalker shows genuine concern for its host, however. As when he's sick, the Symbiote would offer to leave Stacy alone to find another host to be Ghost-Spider while he recovers. Stacy isn't really opposed to the idea but asks to get him some medicine first. After a patrol and a quick takedown/take over of a criminal, Stalker returns with a new host and nurses Stacy back to health in Ghost-Spider's suit. After Stacy recovers, Stalker eats the new host before moving back into Stacy's body, saying that it's a convicted rapist anyway and no one would miss a scum like that.

Stacy calls him a hypocrite because of it, but Stalker doesn't care--since he only cared about Ghost-Spider's reputation. It's also to prevent him from leaving behind any Codexes that might spawn into another Symbiote threat that they have to fight against.

Martin Jay Wattson
-The boyfriend of the original Spider-Woman and an investigative reporter who caught wind of the Spider-Woman's disappearance and reappearance. Sharp enough to realize that Ghost-Spider was an imposter with a Symbiote after just 5 interactions. He decides to help Stacy out as an information broker for Stacy to pursue potential leads in cases that needs a certain Spidey Expertise. Similar to the working relationship he and Spider-Woman had. In exchange, Martin would ask for either monetary compensation or at least, a night together with Stacy's form in order to relive the nights that she was still alive. Usually, to spend the night watching a movie, eating dinner at a surprisingly fancy restaurant, or just play DnD with his friends, which Stacy began to enjoy thanks to him. Although Stalker still doesn't get why it's fun since Petra doesn't.

Stalker immediately recognized Martin from its Petra Codex and whenever it senses him coming to talk, it forcefully transforms Stacy into Petra, knowing their relationship. Stalker learned to stop doing that once Martin realized his true identity but chooses to do so when Martin asks it to.

Jane Jonah Jameson
-Stacy's new boss at the Daily Bugle. Their relation is purely work related. He gives her pictures of Spider-Woman, and Stacy gets paid by being an investigative reporter that rarely contributes stories. He also hears from her potential cases that Ghost-Spider might have to look into.

Stalker has urges to kill him for badmouthing their Spider-Work, but Stacy ensures that it doesn't by bringing a lighter with him at all times.

Antonia "Tanya" Stark, The Explosive Iron-Lady
-Who knew that Spider-Woman's great friends with the CEO of Stark Industries? She was surprised to hear about Spider-Woman bouncing back from the dead that she personally came to visit her New York branch of Stark Industries just to visit her former intern. Though figured out pretty quickly that Ghost-Spider's not Petra, which, combined with the Symbiote suit led her to perceive her as a potential threat. Although after witnessing her heroics in the midst of battle, decided to simply leave her a Business Card(along with a wad of $500,000) and told Ghost-Spider to call her if she needs some extra hands in the future. And not financially.

Enemies

The Symbiotic Life Foundation
-The organization that sought out the Symbiote for its potential to be a miracle cure and a potent bioweapon in the black market. They managed to successfully spawn 5 artificial Symbiotes from Venom. These being the Symbiotes Scream, Agony, Phage, Riot and Lasher. Before they can begin testing, however, these Symbiotes escaped with their new Test-Subject hosts. Mistaking Ghost-Spider's Stalker Symbiote for Venom, the Life Foundation attacked the Symbiote that was essentially their Reclusive Uncle while wreaking havoc in New York in search of their Father. After taking down and absorbing the escaped Symbiotes onto their own, the Life Foundation became one of Ghost Spider's recurring villains, intending to capture Stalker and spawn more Symbiotes for their own personal bodyguard service. Though fortunately, Ghost-Spider manages to thwart them every time.

"Kraven The Hunter"
-The murderer of Petra Parker, and one that the Stalker Symbiote wanted to kill for ridding the world of Spider-Woman. He is also one of the only villains that remained as his prime gender in this gender swapped universe. The other being Venom. True to his name, Kraven The Hunter hunts a lot of rare and exotic animals. When he learned of the Spider-Woman and her magnificent feats, Kraven decided that she will be his next prey during his business trip to New York while delivering a carcass of a Kraken to a museum for bidding. A month later, he formally announced his Great Hunt for Spider-Woman. Promising to capture and slay the web-slinging heroine in a week, in which he succeeds in doing so. Executing his prey on live TV.

When news of the Ghost-Spider reached Kraven's ears, he was delighted. Lamenting that his other hunts had become boring, Kraven was delighted to hear that a new Spider-Woman had taken her place and was excited to launch another Great Hunt. Though he was delightfully surprised to find that the Ghost-Spider holds a far greater challenge than Spider-Woman. Thus, he became Ghost-Spider's archnemesis who appears occassionally.

Ghost-Spider has two distinct costumes, both of which are alternate versions of one another. Sporting a pure white look with a red logo and claws. Its hood is red on the inside, so are some parts of the suit. In his default Female form, Ghost-Spider is about 4'9 in height with a light-average size. When Ghost-Spider resorts to his Masculine form, he grows to 6 ft with hyperdefined muscles. Its hood becoming the mouth that the male form's head forms around.

Looks:
A blonde man with blue eyes in a red jacket. His build is moreso that average person. Although thanks to the Symbiote, it's been enhanced to a more muscular build. The Symbiote housing itself as his Jacket. He wears a red trucker hat, which he also wears when he's out investigating for the Bugle. Whenever he uses Stalker's shapeshifting abilities, his eyes turn red.

Despite her monstrous appearance and abilities she mainly works through fear and subterfuge to take down her foes. If she comes up close with a foe the longer it takes to take them down, the more difficult it becomes and the more flustered she gets.

Universe Description: While most universes have the usual shiny heroes with sharp chins and beautiful looks, this universe heroes aren’t all so clean cut. While there are heroes who have used science to create magnificent armors and technology to help them fight crime, others have formed out of freak accident that have shaped their bodies into forms that have made them pariah’s to what is considered normal society. Even so most of these individuals still do their best to help where they can and most areas where they exist the local population has accepted them with open arms. There are an amount of science heroes who have sided with them most do it in a begrudging manner creating a real divide between them and the ‘freaks’that they call them behind closed doors. The worlds itself is fairly positive and shiny on the outside, but peel even a little chipped paint and the façade unravels to a seedy side that the local population don’t get to see.

Spider Society: Fresh recruit, hasn’t been with them for longer than a month.

Backstory: Debra Withman had always had what she called a fascination, others called a fixation, towards the shiny science heroes that fly across the sky stopping crime and monsters wherever they appeared.

Perhaps that was why she applied to become a lab assistant to Dr. Miles Warren. A brilliant scientist, who worked for one of the largest companies in the country called Oscorp, led my one of America’s most prevalent science heroes, Norman Osborn, the Gold Goblin. It was here during one of their more fantastical experiments that Debra’s life changed forever.

One of the experiments, a spider filled with a cocktail of foreign and experimental drugs got free and bit Debra on the neck.

Her death was quick and painless.

Waking up Debra found herself in a closed of space where the air was rapidly vanishing. In a panic she started to scrape at the wood with one arm.

And then another…and another…and another as fresh earth fell down on her. Finally digging herself out from wherever she was Debra found herself staring at her own tombstone. Forever changed.

Whatever the spider had in it had somehow changed her into some sort of monster that had giving her spider like abilities. One half ecstatic and one half utterly paralyzed in fear it seemed like Debra had finally got her wish to up close see how science heroes act, but at what cost?

Now believed dead and all of loved ones moved on and the fear to show herself to them in person Debra went underground where she built herself a little home among the downtrodden and other ‘rejects’ of society. She wouldn’t let something like this set her back. She was going to become the best hero this city had ever seen. Or die trying.

During her years of superheroing, Spiderlady formed a ragtag team of three other heroes and dubbed themselves the Misfits to do their part in stopping the corruption and pain of New York City.
- Peter Parker aka the Magnificent Mysterio: One of the few science heroes giving the ‘freaks’ any time of day, Peter Parker was doing his best to bridge the divide between both sides.
- Mary Jane Watson aka Tigra: A freak meeting with the Cat People forever changed MJs life as she turned to a new life of fighting crime as the Terrific Tigra.
- Gwen Stacy aka Scorpion: A last ditch surgical procedure was the only chance to save Gwen Stacy’s life. The surgery came with more than she bargained for as it was also a nefarious ploy to create the perfect soldier to get rid of the undesirables of the city. Instead the downtrodden got themselves an ally in the newly dubbed Scorpion to fight off those that wished them harm.
Costume: Dark purple in color with green accents. Has a half mask that covers her eyes. A black patched up poncho she put together from her burial dress and webbing that covers her up to her elbows.

Looks: After her transformation her mouth area widened up (think a tarakatan from Mortal Kombat), but she has them in place by three piercings on each side. Her eyes have two sets of pupils. She has hair that goes down to her knees, but she shoves it all into a massive sloppy hair-bun. Both her hands and legs have sharp talons. Her height before the transformation was around 5'5 but is now 6'5.

Universe Description: Earth 94$697 was similar to our timeline in till in 2025 World War three started. The war ravaged over Earth 94$697 worse than any war before that and eventually nukes were set off all across the planet from almost all directions. A few people were able to flee underground and barely survive there. After two hundred years humans came out from underground one of which being Nicky Peter. They found the world had regrown its self into a dangerous habitat for all its creatures, almost as if it never wanted humans to live to kill it again.

Spider Society: Splash Web has been in the Spider Society for a few years now.

Backstory:

Nicky was born underground, her father died shortly after she was born. The group she lived underground with crops were dying and had very little hope of continuing on. So, when they were just a few years old their mother and then left the underground with the rest of the group. Unfortunately her mother killed shortly after by a mutated bear. The groups numbers slimmed and eventually became just two. They and uncle Ben, uncle Ben took care of them despite it being risky. Uncle Ben and them learned to understand and navigate the new world around them. Everything was great in till they were thirteen years old and went looking for food. They found a big piece of fruit and a spider crawled on their hand when picking it up. The spider bit Nicky and the venom made them become quickly sick.

Nicky can’t remember much of what happened when they were sick. But the memory of their Uncle Ben dying is still stuck in their head, bandits had attacked and they couldn’t protect him. After he was killed they ran away and hid till their fever broke. When they healed and finally feeling better they realized they had super powers. They didn’t know quite how to use them but eventually figured their way around. At fifteen Nicky found their way to a settlement and met Grayson their new best friend. Grayson made their costume and told them where the other settlements were.

After getting their costume they swung to the other settlements and started helping them. There was only one problem some people wanted the world to be chaotic, they fought Splash Web and tried to stop them from helping people. They grew as a hero defeating villains and helpings settlements grow. In till one day they were discovered by a secret society. Which brought them to another world, which had things like donuts the greatest creation of all time.

Relationships: They don’t have any family members left but they do have a hand full of friends they are close to on their own Earth.

INDIVIDUALITY
Abilities: Aya has the same strength, climbing ability, tingling sense, and web slinging action of the average spider person. However her uniqueness lies in her magical background and the anomaly of her spider bite causing violent neurodivergence, as well as physical mutation. More on that in the backstory.

What's important here is her magical powers. Aya can hear the voices of her ancestors chattering in her brain, those of whom guide her in concocting potions and writing spell books. She can use esoteric means to cast spells and put curses on her enemies, each of which are case-specific and non-combat related. Her potions can range from poisons to metal-melting acids to healing tonics to even love potions. She can also speak with ghosts and raise an army of undead spiders in times of need. Her necromantic ability seems to only extend to undead spiders, but she has been able to summon powerful spider witches on occasion. She does have means to defend herself from opposing magics, however specific means can be used to weaken and trap or defeat her if done correctly.

Universe time-period / year: Medieval

Universe Description: Aya's world is beautiful, unpolluted and vibrant. Royalty is prevalent as a government system around the world. Large lush kingdoms preserve natural beauty and allow humans to live in peace and harmony with fairy folk, the magical creatures that inhabit the wilds. The roles of heroes and villains are, notably, reversed in this universe. The most powerful villains who would have been heroes in other universes have been imprisoned in a maximum security super asylum.

That of course means that Cave Mommy should be imprisoned here, that is, she would be if she hadn't precognized the creation of this prison and cast warding protection spells around her home to hide from detection of the round table of heroes. She remains a mystery because anyone who knows where she is either happens to be a villain or dead. Because she inhabits only a small portion of the world, there is so much more going on that requires the attention of the round table. Therefore much to the heroes' frustration she has been allowed to run free for some time.

Backstory:
Aya was born in Medieval Britain. Her mother was a practicing light witch and her father worked abroad, sending money from all over the world as he made archeological discoveries and occasionally visited home to give her artifacts he found as gifts. She found interest in archeology as a result and would pretend to be her dad as she explored caves and ruins around her home kingdom. She would often go into the woods and learn history from the fairies and gnomes who inhabited the wilds. Even the wolves had something to teach a traveling girl.

As Aya grew older she became more skilled at light magic as she helped her mother in her practices. However she also became disillusioned with the world and skipped school more and more as she hung out with shady people and committed petty crimes, thinking she could be some kind of Robin Hood character. She used her exploration skills to outrun the police time and again until one fateful day. One of the criminals she dealt with had a score to settle and killed her mom to get back at her for some misdeed. Her world fell apart.

It wasn't long after the tragedy that she was bitten by a strange magical spider. It should have given her super powers and made her a hero for good, but her corrupt soul rejected the goodness and corrupted the magic. She became mutated, her features becoming enlarged, and she grew spiderlike parts to include eight long legs sprouting from her back and a large web-shooting abdominal segment which she can also use to wrap her victims like a spider and save to eat later. Her brain became infected, her mind going sour, and she grew hostile and and primitive. However she retained much of her intelligence, and her hatred for all things became a source of power for she continued to pursue dark magic and take up residence in a channel of caves below the kingdom.

Universe Description: Earth-16721-A follows the baseline history of 616. However, two major differences are the near-absence of celestial or xenomorphic entities and the reduced presence of costumed crimefighters, whether empowered or just your average Joe in a mask. Indeed, nobody had even dreamt up such a ludicrous concept until the year 1921. There's speculation by scientists and the world-leading super intellectuals that a change had occurred. Their predictions weren't unfounded as there had been an inevitable change in the cosmic/mystical energies of the world wrought about by the delusions of an occult circle hoping to expand their mighty powers. Their plan went awry, however, one or two had gotten green with greed and through their arrogant thinkering with the sorcery ultimately mucked it up.

A type of wave bathed outwards into the galaxy. For the few alien civilisations that existed, their technological prowess was enhanced while for Earth, superheroes emerged slowly like destiny's hand shuffled select few people into new and incredible roles.

Spider Society: Doesn't exist within this Earth's timeline, Michael being the sole bearer of the spider-title.
Personality:

Before his enlistment into the Second World War, Michael Benjamin Page had been the carefree and fun-loving Spider-Man of New Jersey. He'd crack jokes, puns, wits at almost anything, with some even saying that his jokes would go too far. The lack of seriousness was another prevalent matter, dozens nearly died due to his lackadaisical attitude. This birthed a reputation that was less-than-savoury for the Spider-man. All that changed when he, out of inherent patriotism and a sense of duty, joined the army as a private for the Second World War. Unlike most people, Mike survived his boot camp training with little to no changes. The beach-landings were the true cause and catalyst to Mike. The gruesome sights twisted his guts fundamentally. It had been a sobering experience which galvanised Page to consider his duties seriously, not just as a soldier but a superhero as well.

History:

Michael Benjamin Page, born on August 9th 1915, is the son of a renowned biologist, Fredrick "Fred" Page and diner owner, Melissa Anderson Page. His early life was extraordinarily mundane. He did well in school, had good friends, even began training as a boxer. Until he was face to face with a car barreling down his way. The accident nearly cost the young teen's life. But in a desperate bid, and scientific curiosity, Fredrick injected an experimental concoction that he had been designing for the US government. Miraculously, the substance saved Mike with no apparent changes in his physiology. Disappointed but relieved as well, Fredrick embraced his son and cried with him.

Two years since the incident, Michael began to inexplicably experience bouts of terrible, terrible pain. Growing pains amplified by a thousand. Of course, the proud son hid the horrible affliction from his parents, peers, and his, at the time, girlfriend. The pain were a living murder until one night, he simply could not take it anymore. He downed a bottle of alcohol and an opiate-derivative knocking him out effectively. That ill-timed, badly-thought out combo should've ended him, but his inexplicable transformation had been completed. Again, his life had been saved by the miracle drug. He awoke that morning with the uncanny, spiderlike abilities. He threw together a costume out of the closest articles, stitching a spider logo into the chest and becoming The Arachnid. Unfortunately, the name wasn't hip with the New Jerseyites or its rags, coming up with the catchier alternative, Spider-Man.

He'd bust up punks and villains regularly, getting quite good at it. Full of himself too. The Second World War had begun and the American public became uneasy at the prospect of another bloody, senseless battle, not wishing to sacrifice anymore soldiers. The US entered the war in December 1941, with Spider-Man's enlistment happening three months later. The brutality of it all harrowed the Spider-man. The imagery of those corpses—riddled with bullets, dismembered by shrapnel, torn down in ruthless hand-to-hand combat, and crushed under the power of superior humans—will stay with him forever.

He remained under the radar for the longest time. Shoulder to shoulder, arm to arm with his fellow soldiers. Until one nighttime surprise forced him out of his ordinary identity. The attack led by another of Italy's superpowered enforcers, the Steel Eagle, with amazing swiftness and precision. The assault was repelled, not without great costs. The skirmish pulled back the veil of Page's superheroic identity, to the who soldiers who survived. The Steel Eagle, who Page later learned was named Cordelia Beretta, fled with her life intact, but this would not be their final encounter.

His commanding officer instructed him with an interesting order; leave the unit and link up with Nick Fury and his Howlin' Commandos, seeing as the spider-enhanced super soldier would do far better under his command. Page gave a final salute as he disappeared the following morning.
Powers:
- Superhuman Strength: He's capable of lifting 15 tons with ease. Once supported an M4 Sherman tank, which weighs 33 tons, this feat was supported by his webbing (he noted without the webbing's aid, he couldn't have done it.), cleanly punches through concrete walls;
- Superhuman Agility: Balances himself on glass bottles with his fingers. His kinesthetic is so sharp that he managed to dodge point-blank automatic fire from the MG42, the Buzzsaw;
- Superhuman Speed: Effortlessly keeps up with infantry vehicles such as the Dodge WC 57 (55 mph (89 km/h));
- Superhuman Stamina: Has managed to endure twenty-four hours of constant fighting, involving physically and mentally taxing maneuvers. Possesses an expanded lung capacity, holding breath underwater for a whopping 35 minutes.;
- Wall-Crawling: The spider cocktail granted Michael the ability to alter his body's magnetic attraction to surfaces: allowing him to crawl, scale, run on surfaces. This ability works via Van der Waals forces. There are certain surfaces which he is unable to climb such as oils designed to resist attraction, surfaces that are incredibly smooth on the microscopic level etc;
- Superhuman Durability: Possessing superhuman durability, Michael is able to withstand damage that a normal human would have no hope of surviving. Blunt force damage is particularly ineffective as the simple act of bracing for impact against a normal human would cause them to break their hands and wrists. Cutting or piercing attacks will penetrate his durability, but will have noticeable difficulty in damaging him. Opponents with superior strength, or similar strength to his own, can overcome his resilience.
- Organic Web-Production: The alteration of his physiology granted Michael web-producing spinnerets located between the intersection of his wrist and palm, able to sling strong, adhesive strings with durability comparable to steel;
- Healing Factor: Quickened regenerative capabilities. Managed to once survive impalement by rebar through his liver with the assistance of battlefield surgery;
- Arachnid Control: He is imbued with psycho-telepathic communication with several arachnid species. Commanding them as if they were marionette puppets.
- Spider-Sense: The extraensory ability of Mike Page. Warns him of immediate danger to himself or those in close-proximity to him. This sense does not only alert to danger, but also direction and intensity. It is beyond his will to control, notably giving him intense headaches during his time on the front lines;
- Necro-Sense: An extension to the Spider-Sense, or its' own entity, the Necro-sense enhances his ability to detect supernatural energies—including, but not limited to mystical energies, curses, spectral phenomena, and lingering magical residue. Page remarks that it leaves a foul, metallic taste in his mouth when it activates.

- Iron-Stomach: Tough, unsavoury rations and... Other foodstuffs hardened Mike's stomach against various foods;
- Unihemispheric Sleep: Due to the dangers of combat, Michael's body is capable of unihemispheric sleep. This is due to one hemisphere of the brain not entering deep sleep and staying awake. As a result of this, Michael can react to dangers if need be while receiving some manner of rest though not as much as truly sleeping.

- Armorer-Artificer — He is or was responsible for the adequate workings of his fellow soldier's weapons and equipment. A task which required patience, a keen eye for detail, and the know-how to fix it;
- Marksman — Can shoot firearms as well as any World War Two soldier;

Appearance: This Spider-Man's costume is currently composed from his paratrooper uniform, outfitted with an M1 helmet, customized with a spider-motif. His goggles were stitched into a black cloth, echoing his mask from before the war. The suit is largely composed of dark browns and black colours, enabling him to quickly blend into his environment when needed. The uniform was additionally padded with a thicker, tougher canvas around the shoulders, elbows, knees, and crotch area for better durability. His jacket also sports spider emblems on the shoulders.

A grizzled man with sooty, charcoal hair. His face gives away that he's been in war by the permanent hardness to it. Dimmed, hazel eyes that stare impiously through everyone and everything in front of him. His body resembles that of a gymnast or athletic swimmer. Yet it possesses deceptively powerful muscles beneath the coarse layer of skin. A scar, formed from lightning damage, is notched into his shoulder, down his arm like fractal river.

Personality: Thanks to the spirit within her Mary can come of as almost bi polar at times and prone to rather swift and extreme emotional swings. She normally tends to be rather laid back and almost silly about things. She will have banter with villains and pull her pranks on JJJ, but she is someone without real direction. Her deal with the devil seems to still hold though she refuses to uphold her end anymore. While she can be a serious flirt she always stops short of anything to serious a fling is one thing but a relationship is not something she thinks she can hold down. After Gwen died she really stopped trying to hide who she was her identity known to all , though she doesn't have to worry much about her family as she long ago cut ties with them. If anything she more worries for Aunt May and her supernatural foes going for her and has put many protection on the old woman and her home.

May doesn't think to highly of her heroics and more often thinks she has become more of the thug or ended up as Doom's enforcer. She hates the man for his manipulative nature, but she can bring herself to actually strike against him beyond words and few angry punches. Either way with the accords villains are almost co workers and this has actually lead to her and her villains becoming almost friends, they will joke and laugh, even catching up on life while they have their fights. Still this is with none rule breakers with those Doom asks her to deal with, the jokes stop and she deal with them as swiftly as she can. Still on more than one occasion where the villain was desperate she would actually help them if her powers permitted.

Overall Mary is something of a scared empty person trying to find something in their life to care for but with to many enemies to actually feel doing so is safe.

Universe time-period / year: current
Universe Description: While the universe at first seems to be very similar to the baseline of 616 the first thing one would notice is how very few peopel are 1 for 1 clones like in many other universes. They would also notice that Heroes and villains have an almost work like relationship with strange rules that most follow. This has lead to fewer heroes who tend to be educated and registered by this worlds shield needing secret identities. This is all because of the biggest change the forces of heaven and hell are not passive forces engaged in a shadow war, they are more like very dangerous street gangs. Their first clash lead to the Latvaria accords, named after the country of Latvaria which was completely destroyed by the battle between the two. This outlined a code of conduct for heroes and villains most of which were written by Victor Von Doom the current director of shield. Now those that break these codes will be punished far more harshly than with jail times as death is the most common punishment. Still some villains and even heroes break these rules and aren't always killed managing to escape their hunters.

Backstory: The truth is Mary's story doesn't really start till latter in life. She grew up in a not so great house, well more like a broken or edge of broken one, abusive dad, submissive mom. The only grace is her father was not a physical man so he was more a shouter than a beater. When her dad did get like that normally after way to many drinks Mary would run off to the parker house. Having always been close to peter and his aunt and uncle. Her life outside of that was normal as heaven and hell had yet to spill out still just background forces to this world. if they had been more common then she might have avoided becoming what she is.

Mary's life would change in high school when she was 16 to oscorp which at that point was studying genetics namely on insects. The story goes as you suspect, Mary distracted with the weird bugs noticed one missing. That missing spider had escaped and decided it wanted to land on Mary for some reason. One bite was all it took to change her life as the modified insect somehow infected her with its genes. Shortly after the trip Mary would get extremely sick as her body was changed, agony running through every cell of her body. the only bright side of this, or well one of 2 bright sides was the classmate that brought her some school work Gwen Stacy. Mary had noticed the other girl in class and while not exactly having the courage to say anything, sick and delirious Mary asked Gwen out, then passed out before she got an answer. The answer as it turned out a few days latter was a yes. this was a turning point in Mary's life as her powers manifested as well and one day when her dad had to much she beat him instead of him beating her. She put him in the hospital and couldn't explain how she did it.

Mary after this would realize she could do more than just beat people up, shooing webs, crawling on walls, sensing things, she could do it all. Mary decided to tell Gwen about this and she was the one to suggest Mary become a hero like the others that filled the world. Mary had been thinking how best to exploit her powers, money , vengeance, maybe some kind of deal, her morals were not pure. Honestly if not for Gwen Mary may have gone down a darker path. So she would try her hand at this hero thing, she was not exactly good at it. She once let a guy go thinking it really wasn't worth her time to stop some random robbery. This mistake cost the life of ben parker who had been out with peter. With that rather personal blow to her Mary would become far more serious about the hero thing and even mostly ignore JJJ who really hated her for some reason.

This would last till Mary was 21 and Heaven and hell still remained quiet, what happened was just a random accident. Mary and Gwen were out of the city and having a small day vacation when one of their tires completely blew. The pair were subjected to one hell of a crash that Mary only barely survived thanks to her super human endurance and recovery. Gwen however was just a human and was dead and broken. Mary managed to crawl to her and while she knelt crying over Gwen's body a man came to her. He promised he could bring Gwen back good as new, but in return he wanted a bounty hunter, someone to hunt down some people. Mary never even looking up to the man agreed, if she had she might have seen it was the devil mephisto she was dealing with. The deal struck Mary watched as Gwen's body healed and she started to breath again, just before a pain far worse than anything she had felt assaulted Mary. The spirit of vengeance had been bound to her and turned her into this universe's ghost rider. Still before she passed out Mary swore she heard the man say it was a shame that had failed.

From this point Mary's life would go down hill, she told Gwen about the deal and fully discovered what had been done to her. The relationship between the two became very strained and it would not be 6 months before heaven and hell played their hands. Every news channel, every channel period would run the story and the gates to heaven and hell opened in the country of Latveria. Mary and Gwen would have another argument before Mary would leave to help the fight there, despite not wanting to leave Gwen. If this was a mistake Mary honestly can't say as while she was gone Doc Oct who had somehow figured out who spider rider was took his own vengeance and when Mary returned Gwen was dead. Mary flew into a rage blinded by sadness and anger she stormed Doc oct's lair and didn't hold back destroying the building before killing him slowly burning him from the inside out while forcing him to live through the pain of all his sins. Mary would soon find herself once more confronted by mephisto who explained Gwen's soul was his as part of their agreement. Mary tried to kill the demon where he stood, but he simply vanished.

This was where doom would step into her life. The man who had just finished making the accords and replaced fury as the director of shield told her he knew what it was like to lose a loved one to devils. He offered her help, to go to hell with him to recover Gwen's soul and the soul of his mother. Not trusting Doom, but having not other options Mary agreed and would work with Doom to open the portal and storm hell itself. fighting through hell itself was something of a blur as time was without meaning there and it was a flurry of death and gore that would make doom guy proud. In the end the two would confront the lord of hell mephisto on his throne and while they weren't a match for the prepared demon lord they managed to trick him releasing the souls of their loved ones. This didn't bring anyone back and Mary was angered as Doom had phrased it to make her think they would bring the two women back instead they were just released from hell. As soon as this was revealed Mary was furious with doom and if not for his quick talking he might have lost his life to her. Doom explained that this was phase one and with the souls freed from hell there was now only one place for them to go.

This time they would assault the high heavens themselves to once again gain back their loved ones souls. Mary not trusting Doom threw him around a bit more before he revealed they would not be reborn or resurrected but he would be saving them. Mary despite having had to force it out of Doom did feel he had planned this all to go this way down to her temper. In the end Mary would go with the plan and the two would tear down the golden gates that would leave them both marked by heaven and hell forever. The last angel that held their loved ones was Michael and once again it was not a fight that ended their rampage but a trick as the arch angel was to much for Mary to handle and as soon as the souls were safe the two would retreat.

Doom would keep his word and the souls were placed into gems in amulets that doom assured Mary would keep the souls in a dream like state unaware of the world at large. Taking the amulet Mary and Doom would part ways until he would one day call upon her again. After this night the forces of heaven and hell would become a lot more common for Mary to encounter and as they were not bound by the accords Mary could not risk resurrecting Gwen. Mary did have to wonder if doom had planned that as well and ended up seeking or needing to seek out masters of the mystical so she could combat her super natural foes. It was around a year ago that other spider people would contact Mary and at the time she would reject them.

Miles Morales was Peter Parker's trusted confidant who became something of an adversary due to the influence of the symbiote and eventually became an ally with help from Spiderman, Miles eventually superseded Parker as Spiderman of Earth 59-C.

Personality:
Miles’ sense of responsibility and guilt is very strong; they have shaped his life. When he was awarded the last spot in the charter school lottery, Miles’ guilt over winning drove him to visit Aaron at his apartment, leading to his fateful bonding. He felt that there were more deserving kids out there that could have taken his spot.

Moreover, he feels that if he had used his powers initially instead of hiding them that he could have been present to help Peter on the Brooklyn Bridge and maybe even saved his life. This guilt has turned into an almost irresistible drive for Miles to live up to Uncle Aaron's memory.

Bravery in battle comes almost instinctively to Miles. This isn’t to say that he doesn’t get nervous or scared in combat. But most of his apprehension seems to be centered on what people are going to think of him; he is concerned that people will see him as a “newb” and a poor imitation of Peter.

In order to combat that perception, Miles does his best to mimic Peter’s movements and mannerisms even down to the mockery Peter often employed in combat.

Despite the fact that it seems like virtually everyone knows his secret, Miles jealously guards his true identity. He will go to great lengths to avoid anyone else discovering it.
Vices: A bit more prone to wraith and Anger than most Spider-Men, but he's come along way from where he started.
Virtues: Indomitable determination and charisma. Who else could work so well with a symbiote?

Personality: First, the mask; Piper projects an aura of humor and easy going nature. She uses sarcasm and quips as armor against the world. Like other spiders, she learned the hard way what responsibility means and keeps going for those who aren't around anymore. While she's friendly, she tends to keep people at arms length, evading talking about her home or loved ones that much.
Second, what lies beneath; Underneath a carefully maintained mask is a nervous wreck. Depression and guilt from what she has lost eat at her daily, causing her to occasionally have panic attacks when she thinks she's going to be discovered. Universe Description: Earth 2012a is one under going an ice age. Temperate zones around the equator are reserved and protected for agricultural use, leaving most of humanity to huddle together in mega cities. Kept warm by geothermal and nuclear energy, those vast cities often take the place of nations, with more concern for their borders below the surface than above.
Neo York, the biggest city state in North America, is a delicate balancing act. While boasting a very stable power system and vast underground hydroponic gardens, the society can still be very volatile. Corruption is rampant, with the lower classes having to fight hard to keep from being bulldozed by elites in government and business. The age of super heroes has helped things greatly. Teams like the Avengers and Fantastic Five inspire the masses, while street level heroes like Dare Demon and Spider-Woman make people's lives safer. With temperatures around the world slowing climbing over the past decade, a cautious hope has blossomed in the ice.
Spider Society?: Yes. Was unaware until she was contacted by a member of the society. Has been working for the society for a few weeks.

Backstory:
"Okay, let's do this one last time. My name is Piper Pitka. I was bitten by an irradiated spider monster, and for the past 3 years, I have been the one and only Spider-Woman. I'm pretty sure you know the rest. Got recruited then expelled from the S.P.E.A.R. young hero program. Saved my best friend from his evil dad, and helped him turn his weird genetic disease into a good thing. I've saved my borough a few times. Got my heart broken by a hot cat burglar. Balanced my personal and work life thanks to my best friend joining me as the Gold Goblin.
"Recently found out someone was using my blood to create bio weapons. I brought those creeps down, but nearly died in the process. Spent a month and a half recouping with the Gold Goblin covering my slack. No sooner was I up on my feet then I get contacted by a secret society of spider people from across the multiverse looking to recruit other spiders to protect...well...everything. Well, 'with great power' and all that, how could I say no?"

This is the story, and it is a mostly true one. But it misses some major details. The biggest is that the person telling it isn't Piper Pitka. Well, not the original one, anyway. The person currently working for the Spider Society is a clone of Piper Pitka, designated P-83 and this is her story.
Created by the villain Doc Ock, P-83 was part of an experiment to create super soldiers from Spider-Woman's DNA. She had memories of being Piper, but they seemed more like a dream than something real. While their were other successful attempts, P-83 was the only stable clone, though at the cost of the strength of her spider powers. She retained the "spidey sense" at full strength, but her physical capabilities were well below the original. She was at first given a biosuit that augmented her powers, but prolonged use left her feeling sick and irritable. It was replaced by an injection every few weeks that boosted her powers to the original Piper's levels.
While never satisfied with her situation, the situation got worse when P-83 overheard the plan to wipe the minds of the current clones and sell them to the Kingpin. Fearful of this fate, she recruited other spider clones to stage an escape. In the end, only four clones made it out of the lab, agreeing to split up and meet up outside the city in a few months. Over the next week, P-83 watched the news to see her friends going on a rampage, clashing with Spider-Woman and the Gold Goblin. From the reports, she pieced together they were being egged on by Doc Ock's covert attempts to recapture them. She reached out to reason with her fellow clones, but found that her mutated "siblings" were deteriorating both physically and mentally. Knowing she had to try to stop them and hopefully save them, P-83 turned to the only person she thought she could trust: Piper Pitka.
While P-83's meeting with Piper started as a fight, she was able to convince her original that she wasn't a threat. From there, P-83 told Piper the whole story about her and the other clones. Piper's distrust gave was to righteous anger as to what had happened to her clones, vowing to help save the unstable ones. When she asked P-83 what her name was and getting only a designation, Piper named her clone "Parker" after her favorite book character. The duo went back to Doc Ock's lab and tore it apart looking for a way to save the others. This led to a climatic showdown between Doc Ock's Sinister Six on one side, and Piper and "Parker" on the other. It was going poorly until the other escapees crashed the party against the Sinister Six. Things were looking up until one of the clones went crazy and through Electro into the facility's main generator, causing a massive explosion. Parker woke up minutes later with no signs of other survivors. She pushed through the rubble looking for anyone else, unearthing a few bodies before finally finding a critically injured Piper. A sobbing Parker begged Piper to stay with her as she cradled her. Piper smiled at her clone, telling she was free to live a normal life and to please take care of Aunt Jun. With a few last words of encouragement, Piper was gone. In a daze, Parker kept trying to get out, but the cave system the facility was in was starting to collapse. Parker almost perished in that hellish place if not for a blurry golden form swooping in to carry her out before she lost consciousness again.
When Parker woke up, she was being treated by Piper's best friend and partner, Hal Oxbourne. After a fuzzy minute, she realized he thought she was Piper. With no idea how to tell him or Aunt Jun what had happened, she went along with it. Over the next month and a half, she used her in juries as an excuse to stay off patrol and away from Piper's friends and family. She had to grieve her friends and Piper, and being around Hal and Aunt Jun gave her feelings of pain and guilt. She also had to fix another problem. With the lab gone, she had a very limited supply of the medicine that augmented her powers. Attempts to recreate it were fruitless, causing her to ration her remaining supply, and consider the cryo frozen biosuit she originally used. When a member of the Spider-Society came to Earth-2012a tracking an old old trail of a universe hopping goblin, Parker as Piper was offered a place among the society. Seeing this as a way to stay away from Piper's life and maybe find a way to make more of her medicine, the clone agreed.

Costume: The mask and webbing pattern on the body is light blue, with a solid dark blue backing it up. A white spider symbol on the front, and a dark blue one on the back. Pants are bagging, stuffed into heavy brown boots to protect her feet from the cold. Further weather proofing is added by a brown caplet around her waist with white fur lining, as well as a hood with the same fur lining.
Looks: Piper is a tall woman at 5'10" with an athletic build. She has dark skin offset by her sky blue eyes. She has brown hair cut shoulder length and undercut all the way around. She has piercings in both ears, with a upper cartilage one in her left ear.

Extra

Though she doesn't know it yet, Parker is dying. A failsafe of Doc Ock's to make sure his creations couldn't be used forever. As she runs out of medicine and slowing gets sicker, she will have to turn to her old biosuit to keep up her masquerade. The biosuit will turn out to be a clone of an alien symbiote Doc Ock found residue of. Through bonding with it, Parker's life can be extended. But what distrust and paranoia she has is only a fraction of what the symbiote has, combined with overwhelming anger as to it's origin and treatment.
Alone, they are copies doomed to death. Together, they are Attercop.

Takeshi is a heroic and kind man, one who had decided to become someone who will be looked up to by those in need. He has a rather mild and outgoing attitude with a passion for motorcycles. Although when he was living with his Uncle, Takeshi would simply admire their family bicycle and fantasizes about getting a part time job and a license to upgrade it to go faster. He is amiable to a fault, talking to every new person he meets and trying to give advice where he can and asking about those he doesn't know about.

When he was bitten by the Spider-Deadman, Takeshi struggled coming to terms with how inhuman he became. From his body being able to take on a speeding truck to him being able to stick to walls. He felt as though he has been given a power to help those in need, and felt as though he's wasting them doing nothing. Inspired by the heroes he watched on Sunday Mornings, Takeshi took on a serious persona while he is Spider-Man slinging around town, saving people and taking care of bad guys. Takeshi feels the need to help people because of how different he has become ever since that day.

Takeshi is the kind of person who would recklessly go out of his way to help others, even to his own detriment as he nearly missed his own initiation at Fenix' Cadet Program due to not only saving a couple of people from being stuck to straight up fighting a Deadman that appeared along the way. He can get hot headed at times, especially in tense situations.

Abilities:
Spider-Powers - Is he really Spider-Man if he can't Spider like a Man? Although outside of his suit, Takeshi's powers are on par with any other Spider-Man. However, his usual opponents, the Demons, require him to use the Demons Driver to match their immense physical and rather mystical strength. Enhancing his power 5x its usual output.
Iron-Spider like legs - When using the Demons Driver and activating Demons Finish, Takeshi can spawn 6 sharp spider leg blades from his back that augments the power of his flying kick.
Genomix - The standout feature of the Demons Driver. It allows the user to use other Vistamps to augment his own powers as either temporary body mutations or as direct weapons. His Genomixes are as follows:
- -The Grasshopper Vistamp is one of the first Vistamps he received after joining Fenix. This stamp mutates his legs to become as long as long and functionally similar to a Grasshopper's legs. It augments his kicking power and allows him to jump further than he normally can.
- -The Condor Vistamp is self explanatory. It grants the user the ability to sprout metal wings from its back. It allows him to shoot those wings are daggers. While he could fly with them, Takeshi prefers to simply glide when he gets the chance.
- -The Mole Vistamp. It grants the user a green drill weapon that can dig through solid surfaces at great speeds. It can be equipped either from the arm or the leg, the latter reserved for kicking.
- -The Scorpion Vistamp grants the user a scorpion tail with a stinger on it. The Stinger injects heat and laser onto whatever it pierces, potentially melting the demon from the inside out.
- -The Octopus Vistamp obtained and purified from Otto Octavius. When used in the Demons Driver, it allows Takeshi to spawn Doc Ock's signature four tentacles. The tentacles can not only grab things, but also shoot lasers.
- -The Rhinoceros Beetle Vistamp. It grants the user a beetle shaped gauntlet with its horn on it. It also grants the user the ability to move great speeds in bursts of electricity. Kinda like that Spider-Man Velocity Suit.
Demons Requiem - Kamen Rider Demons unleashes his Genomixes' power through a fist or a foot.

Weaknesses:
Armor Durability - Takeshi's armor has a stress limit. If it reaches such a threshold, then Takeshi is forced out of the transformation. It also puts a strain on him if he attempts to transform right after being forced out.
Genomix Limit - While being able to wield more than 1 animal genome may be broken, the Demons Driver only allows Takeshi to only use up to 2 Genomixes at a time, forcing him to release the Genomix via a Demons Requiem or wait out the Genomix Timer (which lasts either 5 minutes or 5 posts) before being able to switch Genomixes.
Detransformation Depowering - Whether it be because this RP is multiversal or not, there's a chance that whenever Takeshi detransforms, his body glitches out and temporarily makes him lose his powers for a few posts. This started happening after his first trip to Earth-1412C10, in and outside of his home universe. Fenix theorizes it's because of his Inner Demon being roused somehow and began draining his lifeforce, but no concrete evidence has been found.
Universe name: Earth-ARW-2021-22-IVR aka "The World of Demons"
Universe time-period / year: 2021, Modern Era
Universe Description: Earth-ARW-2021-22 can be considered a world without Marvel Superheroes. Stark Industries still exist and is a shareholder of Fenix' operations, but Tony Stark never became Ironman. Steve Rogers died a war veteran. Bruce Banner is still Bruce Banner, and Thor is still in Asgard performing the Norse Mythos. The only major and significant difference is the Demonic Eternal named Giff, whose remains were found in a coffin in South America. His discovery led to the birth of Deadmen; Demons, monsters that are born from human malice itself or inside human hearts; the latter being called Inner Demons, although both are potentially dangerous.

Spider Society?: Takeshi had his run in with the Spider-Society when Fenix was about to unveil their secondary Rider System to be used by his new subordinate, Daiji Igarashi to potentially lessen Fenix' burden on Takeshi as their ace in a hole. However, before they could really do that, Takeshi falls through a hole in space-time, sending him to Earth-1412C10 by complete accident. There, he encountered that world’s Spider-Man after saving her from an attack from another world’s Electro, recognizing each other via Spider-Sense, while Takeshi is more than confused as to how she has the same kind of heightened senses. The rest is history. After saving the day, Peni unofficially indoctrinates Takeshi into the Spider-Society by taking him through a portion of the hideout before sending him back to Earth.

When he returned, Takeshi discovered that someone else became the Revice Driver's user.

Backstory:
Takeshi was born and raised in the countryside with his parents’ until their death thanks to the large scale destruction of NOAH(which later became Japan's Area 666) and their experimental Demons when he was 6 years old, forcing him to live with his uncle Ben Parker and aunt Mayoi Kumoda in Japan at the request of a professor who would later become his mentor at Fenix. There, he lived in the countryside with a fairly normal life until his school went to Fenix HQ for a field trip. There, his schoolmates were attacked by a humanoid spider-monster that went on a rampage after breaking out of captivity. Fenix managed to put down the monster with their specialized equipment, but Takeshi fell into a coma after discovering that the escaped Spider-Demon had bitten him and injected him with its poison.

For a year, Takeshi would fight against the poison in his body in a specialized Fenix facility until he was cured thanks to a young scientist named George Karizaki managing to separate the poison from his body; the poison being Takeshi’s Inner Demon being forced awake by the Spider-Demon and caused it to rampage in the host’s body trying to claw its way out. When asked what this demon looked like, George would note how it looked like Man Spider from Kamen Rider(1971), but with the costume and design motifs of Kamen Rider Kuuga’s Gurongi monsters.

Takeshi would be understandably confused.

Takeshi would ask if everyone else was alright when they were attacked during the field trip. George would state that they’re fine, amused by the notion of his selflessness as he predicted that Takeshi would ask for his parents first. Takeshi revealed that his parents are dead, which made George eat his words and apologize for joking about it. George told Takeshi that he had to stay in Fenix for a week more for medical reasons and therapy as they believed the experience had traumatized him the most as Takeshi made direct contact with the Demon. He also told him that his parents were financially compensated by the visit by 10 million yen--which the couple refused at first and decided to wait until Takeshi is awake to accept the money. George solemnly remarked that his family cares about him. After his recovery, Takeshi noted how differently he felt. For one he was a lot more physically fit despite being bedridden. Next is that his senses are heightened, especially when he notices someone in danger. Allowing him to stop a truck to save a little girl who tripped in the middle of the street. While Takeshi thinks that the driver stopped the truck just in time, his physical strength actually dented the hood of the car and stopped it just in time. And all Takeshi got out of that is a nasty bruise on his back.

Fenix approached him that afternoon and disclosed that the Demon Spider bite had effectively changed his body to the point of being superhuman. Because of it, Fenix wanted to keep a close eye on him by offering him a scholarship to enlist in their Cadet program. Takeshi says he’ll think about it, wanting to give his answer after his graduation. For the next few months, Takeshi began experimenting with his newfound powers. Deciding to try and be a genuine hero that he wanted to be. He made a costume out of his blue and red tracksuit and some string. For those few months, he called himself ‘Spider-Man’ while going around town stopping crime while going about his daily student life.

While he was Spider-Man, Takeshi considered rejecting Fenix’ offer for their scholarship. Ben also discovered Takeshi’s secret identity and tried to dissuade him from doing so. This resulted in an argument that forced Takeshi to walk out due to him believing that Ben didn’t want Takeshi to use his powers for good. Takeshi didn’t return home until something unimaginable happened; Takeshi’s Inner Demon came to his hometown and wreaked havoc. As Spider-Man, Takeshi tried to stop him with what little power he had but was pushed to his limits as the Spider-Demon was unrelenting in its assault. It considered itself to be the real Takeshi, determined to kill its imposter and reclaim its life, unaware that killing Takeshi would result in the Demon’s own death.

Realizing what the Demon believes it is, Ben stepped in to try and stop it from killing its host. He attempted to reason with the Demon, trying to dissuade it from killing Takeshi. This only made the Demon believe that Ben’s an imposter too, killing him in front of Takeshi. Takeshi then flies into a blind rage and attempts to beat on his Demon. Once again, Takeshi is overwhelmed by his Demon’s strength. Luckily, Fenix arrived just in time to assist Takeshi in defeating the Demon. Takeshi was handed a newly developed Demons Driver and a Spider Vistamp specifically catered for Takeshi’s body, allowing him to don a suit that allowed him to utilize his power’s full potential. With the suit augmenting his strength, Takeshi managed to defeat his Demon. While he was going to end the Demon, Takeshi remembered Ben’s words in his dying breath and decided to simply reabsorb the Demon into the Driver, acting as its permanent power source–which surprised George as they haven’t had a suitable Demon for it yet. Takeshi gave his answer to George about joining Fenix, and for 10 years, defeating various Demons, monsters and villains climbed the ranks as Fenix’ Kamen Rider Demons, Captain of the Rider Squadron of Fenix.

Aunt Mayoi Kumoda
-The woman Takeshi lived with after his parents died. A kind woman that's supportive of his decisions to become a hero for Fenix fighting demons.

Uncle Ben Parker-Kumoda
-The late husband of Mayoi Kumoda. He was actually a WWII veteran who never returned home after falling in love with his wife, Mayoi. Both sides of their families never approved of the relationship, but eventually warmed up to it. Died while trying to convince Takeshi's Inner Demon not to kill its original host, saying that even monsters deserve kindness and empathy.

Allies

Fenix
-A Paramilitary Government agency in charge of developing weaponry to combat Demons--or Deadmans as they call it. With Demons as their ace, they send squads to eliminate Deadmen and retrieve their essence to be purified as a Vistamp.

George Karizaki
-A young scientist at Fenix and the inventor of Takeshi's Demons Driver and the Vistamps. Acts as Takeshi's man in the chair. He's an avid fan of Kamen Rider and uses them as his inspiration for Demons' auxiliary Vistamps that augment his strength and powers in various ways.

Daiji Igarashi
-A fellow soldier at Fenix who enlisted years later than Takeshi. A capable man who cares about his family. Deeply relating himself with him, Takeshi thinks of him as the little brother he never had. He was to become the primary user of the Revice Driver, but is somehow incompatible with it despite prior compatibility tests. He disappeared after the emergence of Kamen Rider Evil.

Ikki Igarashi
-Daiji's older brother and the current user of the Revice Driver and christened as Kamen Rider Revi. His Inner Demon being Kamen Rider Vice. Unlike Daiji, he's inexperienced as a fighter. But his teamwork with his inner Demon, Vice, makes him a remarkable ally. Has a Unlike Daiji, Ikki wears his heart on his sleeve. He offers him a spot on his squad if ever he decides to enlist in Fenix. Ikki adamantly refuses the offer as he insists on working part time to help his family's business.

"Mary"
-Not really an ally or a friend, but moreso a fan of. An idol whose songs resonated with Takeshi so much that he basically became a regular customer to her concerts after a mission to protect her to lure out a Deadman. It's thanks to her that he got into games and anime in his free time just to hear her voice.

Enemies
Deadmans
-A Cult that worships the Eternal Giff. Their modus operandi for the past 10 years has been covertly summoning demons by unknown means. These range from the grunt-like Giff Juniors to actual Phase 1 Deadmen depending on their deepest, darkest desire and willpower. They are lead by three primary generals. They seem to change locations whenever they're about to be caught by Fenix.

Kagero, Kamen Rider Evil
-Daiji's Inner Demon who managed to obtain the Two-SiDriver. To Takeshi, Kagero's motives are unknown, but he knows that defeating him will bring Daiji back to his senses. He seems adamant in tearing down the Igarashi family.

Orteca
-One of the Deadmans' Generals and one who had encountered Takeshi the most. He is potentially this world's Doc Ock due to him having the Daiouika(Giant Squid) Proto Vistamp, granting him a tentacle-like sword and a body comprised of tentacles. He considers himself to be Giff's right hand man, believing that man kind should be enslaved to the demons. He's in charge of procuring funds for the Deadmans to continue operations.

Dr. Otto Octavious
-A Struggling Scientist who got fired from Fenix. He is one of the Deadmans' latest Deadman with a vendetta against Fenix so strong that he went straight to Phase 2 and could potentially reach Gifftex/Phase 3 status. Curiously, Otto managed to keep his sentience and intelligence as his desire is to attain knowledge with whatever means necessary. Curious about the Vistamps and Giff himself, Otto doesn't consider himself a part of neither Fenix nor the Deadmans, only intervening to collect Proto Vistamps for his research, believing them to be a vital component for a power source that may enhance his proposed nuclear fusion core. Even more curious is the fact that despite his Vistamp being taken from him, Octavious managed to keep his octopus arms as a permanent mutation. It's speculated that Otto went off the deep end after being fired that he already became one with his Inner Demon before the Deadmans approached him.

He regularly managed to escape Fenix' confinement, making him one of Takeshi's frequent Rogue.

Aguilera
-One of the Deadman's Generals and one who appeared the rarest. She is allegedly the Eternal's fiance who would offer her body to revive Giff when the time comes. She bears the Queen Bee ProtoVistamp.
