But her mother wouldn't allow it. She convinced her father to let her stay, but the damage had already been done. A wedge was driven between Bella and her parents, one that couldn't be removed. Bella met _____ when they were paired together for a project, and though Bella tried to get him to do everything, he actually stood up to her and made her participate. Her response? She kissed him.
She didn't expect for them to actually start dating. He wasn't her type. But they did, and things were great for a few months, until they started to get serious. Kayden's life was pretty normal. He was the oldest child of a worker in a steel mill and a nurse, he has a younger brother who is only a year younger and a sister who is three years younger. He was an utter disappointment to his father. When his younger brother was out playing catch with the kids from the neighborhood, Kayden was watching cartoons or reading, when they went fishing together talking about life and lessons, Kayden was reading a book and pretending he wasn't there as first time he saw his father gut a fish he passed out which was quite undignified for a eight year old boy. This feeling of inferiorty of not being 'man' enough for his father did not do the bond between brothers any favor. Kayden always felt less then his little brother and resentment quickly followed. He didn't get any better as he got older, he just become more and more 'Kayden'. He was a nerd, through and through, he worked hard in school, he was sharp and understand complex ideas without issue and loved nothing more then losing himself in his work or a computer.. which he had to build because his family didn't have one. He was never really picked on, at the time he didn't know why as his friends were, but now he knows it was because his younger brother, David, always made it known that he was 'off limits'.
Life changed senior year when he was assigned a partner for a project, Sabella Peterson. She was everything he was not, she was wild, cool and so beautiful that when he had first spotted her in his sophomore year he had been tongue tied as he stared at the back of her head all through trig. Bella was what guys like him dreamed about but looked away whenever they glanced in their direction. So, he wasn't too surprised when she tried to push the work off on him, what did surprise him was when he told her no. He didn't just tell her 'no', he... may have said some other things as well and he was ready for what would come next. Kayden was ready to be cut down by her, to be verbally destroyed so badly he wouldn't recover a shred of confidence until college or his midlife crisis. Instead what he got was a kiss. His first kiss. It was, well, he doesn't remember much besides turning redder then a tomato and being as stiff as a board as his mind tried to process what just happened. The rest of senior year passed in a blur. He was happy, truly happy, Bella was everything he wasn't and he loved her for it. She was wild and untamed, goading him into trying things he'd never imagine he would and he kept her grounded and gave her a safe harbor that would always be there whenever she needed it. He did get jealous here and there, she was amazing and guys lined up to win her favor, but they had something special... at least, that is what he thought until she dumped him a few weeks from graduation. Kayden didn't know why, he thought it was going well, that they'd go together and it was so easy for him to see the rest of his life with her, but obviously, she didn't feel the same. She never replied to his text or calls, she just cut him out of her life like he was nothing and it only hurt more when he heard, and then saw, her out at parties, laughing and smiling like nothing was happening, losing herself in drugs, liquor and, what hurt the most, other men.
His graduation did not go.. well. He was the valedictorian and he ended up breaking down and crying at the last part of his speech. His father ignored him the entire ride home, his mom did her best to cheer everyone up, his sister hugged him, and his brother David... well, he laughed about how if she was so good she could make a grown man cry then maybe he'd have to give her a test drive. Never in his life had Kayden thrown a punch before, but he did there and knocked David flat on his ass. Of course, David got back up and Kayden did not win the fight against his much larger, athletic brother, but it felt good. This was also the last time he'd speak to his brother for a year. Kayden left shortly after as he had a full ride to MIT and it was good to get away from home, his family and her. His freshmen year was a blur, he mostly kept to himself trying to regain a sense of self and confidence, and it was then that he and his brother, David, finally reconnected. David was diagnosed with leukemia and in the hospital room, everything came out. Just as Kayden had always been jealous and envious of David for his good lucks and physical talents, David had been jealous and envious of Kayden for his intellect. Just as his dad would tell Kayden that he needed to 'man up', his dad would tell David he needed to do good in football because he wasn't smart enough to get a scholarship any other way. It was hard to see one's own virtue when they were always looking at the virtue of the other, after all. His brother did recover and David became not only his brother again, but his best friend.
At the end of his sophomore year, he met her. Elise. Elise was blond, blue eyed, tall and so smart. She loved to build things, especially, those of a robotic nature and he fell for her, hard. Somehow, she fell for him and they started dating. Their relationship was everything that his old one had not been. They shared interest, they hung out together, all the time, she made him happy and he didn't have to worry about if she was okay. Where Bella was the kind of girl he would have been worried to bring him to his parents, Elise was the kind of girl he wanted to show his parents because he knew they'd be proud. Sadly, he was terrified of committing fully, of asking her to move in, or even marry, him. Worried that if he did, she'd bolt just like Bella did. He knew she wouldn't, he truly did, but whenever Kayden opened his mouth to ask her, he'd panic and change the subject. Elise waited... and waited... until graduation where he fumbled again. Elise was moving to Canada to accept a job offering and wanted a reason to stay... But Kayden couldn't get the words out and she left. Kayden, himself, took up work making a six figure salary as a computer programmer and as the months rolled by, he knew he had made such a mistake. Kayden tried contacting her, but couldn't get in touch, and then, well, he saw his chance. A reality tv show.. which he'd normally think was dumb and a massive waste of time, but, well, he was desperate, so he applied. When he was chosen, Kayden couldn't have been happier, they asked about his history and love life, and he told them of it. The whole two women he had ever been with, and when they accepted him, he knew it'd be Elise. She was his soul mate, even a blind man could see it. He'd ask her to marry him and they'd leave in the first episode... But life has a funny way of punching you in the teeth.

Sophie was the prized only child of Joseph and Miranda O'Hara. They raised their daughter in Sydney Australia where her father worked as the Part-Owner and CEO of Yell IT Industries, a computer security company that had offices all around the world. Her mother prefurred the countryside, but moved to the city with her father simply because she loved him. Anyone could tell she was unhappy. She ran a little online business selling baby clothes which she would make herself. Sophie sure tried to be interested in that but she was very caught up by her father and his world. To any of their friends, things were perfect in their family. They were the talk of the town, they were envied by all. Sophie was a little genius, adored by all, winner of any important academic competition. Her family house was covered in awards. She also got pretty much whatever she wanted. But the catch was that her family acted more like roommates than family. Her father was a stoic man, who didn't like PDA, didn't kiss or hug her. The best she would get is an approving grunt as he made his way to his shed where he would drink and watch cricket. Her mother was depressed, and although she was more loving, she very rarely did anything with Sophie. She was either making clothes, checking emails or sleeping.
Her mother and father had a non-existent relationship. They would have a big fight maybe once a week, where Sophie would usually be dragged into it and asked to pick sides between her mum and dad, used as a manipulative tool for either of their points to be made. Multible times her mother would say to her 'Don't compromise just cause your in love, or you'll end up in hell'. Sophie spent a lot of time out in the library with her head in the books to avoid everything going on at home. She was very academically gifted, had a keen interest in business and very good organisation skills. From the age of 14 she was color coding her books, creating the neatest notes in her class. By 15, people were beginning to bully her because they could not compeate with her grades so she would begin selling the answers to tests and doing peoples homework and assignments for lunch money. She was too usefull to the academically challenged kids and therefore wasn't labeled as a nerd or a teachers pet and instead made a little business out of it all.
When she graduated high school she achieved an OP-1, and she was one of only 5 students to achieve that grade. Her parents even paid for her and some friends to go on a fancy holiday to Hawaii that year because she had done so well.
NOTE*: So in Australia there are OP scores that are calculated from all your grades that year compared to your classmates, it goes from 1 (The Best) to 25 (The worst) The average score for my high school for example was around a 15-10, and schools compete for the most OP-1's. Your OP Score is what gets you into the harder university courses.
Immediately she knew she wanted to do a course that would equip her to work in any business she saw fight, she also knew what her strengths were. But mostly she just wanted to get the hell away from home. So she joined a uni that let her study Business and Commerce abrouad with their exchange program. For two years she studded in Australia, for the next two she studded in China. After graduating she was already working in one of China's biggest banks, and she moved into a full time position. She worked there for a year, until she was 23 years old then decided to move back to Australia and work for her father for a while to gain some experience in Business, moving away from finance.
In that year she lived next door to her parents, as they claimed they missed her and wanted to see her. But within that year it was revealed to her that her mother, the one that ALWAYS played the role of the supportive victim that always supported her husband and never thought of herself, had been having an affair. Now Sophie was stuck in the middle of her childhood all over again, and reminded once again why she never let ANYONE have any influence over her life and happiness. Well her mother moved away with her lover and her father tried to pick up the pieces. The two of them tried to spend time together but they were both hurting and neither of them knew how to get that across without having a huge meltdown.
Finally, after that dreaded year was over Sophie, thanks to her fathers recommendation, found work in America with a HUGE security company that provided security for the most prestigious events. She was in charge of a team in the head office and started out immediately with a lot of people under her. She felt important, but empty in side, and found a new love in the local bar and the local whiskey. Eventually, she met a very special girl who was VERY different to her. She had dabbled in relationships and one night stands before but she had NEVER felt such a draw to someone before in her life. After keeping it casual for at least a month, Annabelle and Sophie decided finally, to make it official. Even then, it took a long time for Sophie to get to every stage of the relationship. Saying 'I love you' was terrifying, but it happened. Despite the fact that the two of them both worked so hard, they made it work as best they could. Their relationship was messy, but they were so absolutely in love. Sophie even thought that maybe this was going to work out.
But as soon as Annabelle asked her to move in, Sophie got terrified. She didn't want to say no, but she made it very hard. She would put it off and make excuses and when asked why she just could not tell her girlfriend what she was feeling. She didn't know how to be vulnerable. So when Sophie got an offer to work with her company in a different state, she bailed, ending the relationship and running away to live in England
Now they have been apart for a while, she is full of regrets. Her live without Annabelle is so dull, and she is starting to think that her mother was wrong. Taking a risk for love WAS worth it. She joined the show because she hoped to find her again and tell her she would do anything for her. Was she making the same mistake as her parents or was she doing the right thing?

A much wanted only child, Vivian was doted on and loved by her parents and as a child she had a great relationship with her parents who showered her with attention and involved themselves in every aspect of her life. While others may have considered this suffocating, Vivian loved how involved her parents were. They attended every school event and were always there to support her and celebrate her achievements and milestones with her. She changed interests frequently as a little girl but fell madly in love with movies and dreamed of becoming an actress so she could make those same movies. She was a pretty little girl and her bright smile and personality led to her being involved in a few commercials and even a small role in a movie. While she loved it, the filming hours and requirements that would have pulled her away from school and her friends, leading her to turn down future opportunities. Having been spoiled silly by her doting parents, Vivian had little sense of time and money among other things. As a social butterfly, she often received invitations to hang out outside of school and on one such outing during the holidays, they passed by a group of older girls with highlights in their hair, prompting Vivian to suggest doing the same. Her parents were stunned when she came home with highlights done and though they did not say much at the time they began to feel the need to rein her in and make sure her spontaneity did not lead to such foolish decisions. Now older with a little more independence as a middle school girl, she was able to do a lot more things and her love of fun and adventure led to more decisions that worried her parents.
Upon entering high school, Vivian become far too mischievous, spontaneous and irresponsible when it came to the choices she made for her parent's liking. The social butterfly was very protective of her independence, igniting a struggle of sorts between her and her parents as they began to meddle more in her life instead of simply being involved and present as they had been in the past. While she had gone out on several dates with different boys, she had never gotten into a committed or serious relationship with any of them and focused instead on her career aspirations and future. All that changed when she attended a party hosted by one of her friends and met Blue Reginald from another school. They hit it off fairly quickly and Vivian found herself increasingly drawn to him as she never had been to anyone. Disliking the fact that they were in different schools and she couldn't see him all that often, she wanted to transfer over but her parents refused to let her, seeing it as a foolish decision she made on a whim. Vivian found it incredibly romantic when he transferred over for her instead and was quickly convinced that he was the one. She quickly became used to having him in her life and at her side and found herself unable to imagine a life with him. Her parents who initially held a poor impression of him because of Vivian's attempt to transfer schools soon found that he was pretty much perfect for her and started to warm up to him. However, that started to change when Vivian came home with a tattoo and learned of its meaning. Uncertain that the relationship would work out for sure and worried that Vivian was only 'hooked' on him for now because of her whims and frequently changing interests, they started to believe this relationship was not as good for her as they first thought. They became convinced of this when nearing the end of her third year in high school, a question about her intentions for the future revealed that she was willing to turn down good offers and opportunities, even set aside her childhood dream of becoming an actress for her relationship. Certain that she was ruining her future, they pushed her to first accept those offers then break up with Blue when she refused to deviate from the future she had planned with him. In the face of her stubbornness, they instead turned their attention to Blue to convince him to break up with her to protect her future.
Vivian was devastated when things suddenly ended between them and lost faith in the happy endings she had once loved. Her popularity and meddling parents meant she was constantly sought out even when she tried to shut herself in, unwilling to see anyone because of her heartbreak. Their constant attempts to pull her out of her room and back onto her feet eventually wore her down and she was out and about on the streets at first bitter and brooding then trying to enjoy life and get over her breakup by focusing on anything else but him. Her parents, wanting to convince her that he was not the only man in the world, pushed her to accept the offers she had planned on turning down and date other people, taking every opportunity they had to introduce her to eligible young men they thought would be good for her. Stuck between a mix of wanting to forget Blue and get her parents off her back, she went out with them and dated some of the men her parents introduced her to unaware of what they were doing behind her back. On these dates, she found herself torn between trying to find a better man than Blue and trying to prove that she had been right about him being the only one for her. Vivian eventually entered a relationship with Vincent, a senior student from her college who her parents introduced her to early after her breakup when she had still been bitter and cold. His persistence, patience and genuine concern and care for her convinced her to explore a relationship with him despite her initial intention to never commit herself to anyone ever again. With Vincent she felt comfortable and tried to convince herself she could be happy with him but the spark and giddy warmth she had felt when she was with Blue wasn't there. She went on to pursue her childhood dream as she had intended before meeting Blue after graduating from college with her best friend since middle school, Sherry serving as her manager. Unconvinced that Vincent was the right one for Vivian as she had lamely convinced herself, Sherry decided to pull a few strings when she learned of the casting for the reality show and got Vivian onboard without letting her know what it was really about.

| Jason had been born into a well off family. Dad sold real estate and mom was a model. He was the only child and was spoiled completely. Anything in the world he wanted he got it. As anyone would tell you, this only breeds selfishness. When you grow up with everything handed to you on a platter, you expect life to continue that way. This was true for Jason. In school he got used to getting what he wanted. He didn't play any sports but he had always been the most popular guy in school. Any girl he wanted, he got her. The flirt had always had a way with words thanks in part to his father. You don't sell houses to people that couldn't afford them without having a silver tongue. Even though Jason went through a different girl every week there had always been something missing. He could never quite pin it down but none of them ever satisfied him.
Then prom rolled around. Jason had never really cared about that sort of thing. Let some guy who needed the boost to his ego win for all he cared. That was before a friend brought the attention of Sophie to him. "Bro you can get any girl. Except that one." It hadn't been a bet but it was almost like a challenge. A girl that Jason couldn't get into bed with? Impossible. He had seen her around but never given it thought. Every guy in school wanted to date her. That was no secret. What was also no secret was just how unobtainable she was. One of the prettiest girls in school, a complete goody two shoes. She was the perfect girl next door. And Jason had to have some of the forbidden fruit. A friend he had mentioned her to brought up prom. She was a sure win for prom queen. Prom king and queen shared a dance. It was almost too easy, really. When he started campaigning for people to actually vote for him he won in a landslide.
The dance Sophie and Jason shared that night was genuinely a sweet moment. Even for him. He could tell there was a little chip in her armor though. Some part of her that believed all the rumors she had heard about him weren't true. Jason wasn't an idiot. When you slept around girls talked. The trick was to just make them think the rumors were exaggerated. That they were special. And that was exactly what he did. Slowly but surely Sophie started letting him in more and more. With every date they got a little closer. Looking back on it he might have even enjoyed that time. A goal to work towards. She wasn't a girl that just laid down and spread her legs open. Finally they were together and they essentially ruled the school. The two most popular kids in school dating. It wasn't long after that when Jason had finally gotten the girl into his bed. It was all downhill from there and it got bad fast.
After Jason had slept with Sophie he felt like he had won. Climbed the mountain. Gotten the trophy. Sure she was hot. He loved that side of her. He'd slowly brought out the freak inside of her and they practically couldn't keep their hands off of each other when together. But she was getting clingy. He hated clingy. He couldn't go a day without her texting him. When Sophie texted him to ask why he was ignoring her he'd just ignore her more out of spite. Another problem was that even though Jason would flirt with other girls he was extremely jealous himself. If he saw the irony in that he never mentioned it. Anytime Sophie would even talk to another guy he'd flip his shit either on the guy or Sophie herself.
The final nail in the coffin of their relationship came when Sophie mentioned marriage. Jason was not even close to a point in his life where he could consider such a thing. It felt like every argument they ever had was coming back up. Insults were being hurled left and right and neither one would back down. It only ended when Jason stormed off after telling Sophie he was done. The two hadn't talked since.
The breakup hurt him more than he thought it would. He'd never been with a girl for that long. Invested so much time into a relationship like that. He couldn't deny there was something special about the girl but marriage had been and still was completely out of the question. Since then Jason has moved on and gone back to his old ways of one night stands with any girls he wanted. He's in college now for grad school business major. He didn't want to follow in his father's footsteps. He always thought he could do better than selling houses. Jason had this crazy idea of running a fortune 500 company someday. |

with his mother Japanese and his father caucasian--your very sterotypical white guy--alehk grew up questioning who to be. his father taught him the trades of farming and hard work, while his mother lectured him in good manners and culture and household attentiveness.
despite their differences, alehk's parents' relationship was one to envy. while his mother always told him, "this is the way a woman should be treated," he learned best by watching his father.
he fought for both of his parents' approval, doing everything and anything in his power to hear that they're proud of him despite them always telling him to do as he wants--to do what he feels is right. alehk seemed to want was his parents wanted of him and for themselves. this proves to be a major characteristic that even haunts him today: alehk strives for success and the pleasure of others. it was greatly apparent during his one and only relationship with vivian forrester, the one that got away.
sure, he's the boy that all of the girls wanted in school and may have seemed like he got around, but alehk belonged to vivian only. he was attached and wished to provide for her through and through until it came to be that his mother fell ill. following the discovery of this, alehk left for japan with his mother and father so that she could be with her own parents--alehk's grandparents. it was understood that he would only be gone for a month, but alehk hid from vivian for much longer than that the truth that he wouldn't be returning.
insecurity became a struggle for them after a while but hearing that he'd be remaining in japan was the final straw. thus, they split up. now, here they are and alehk has returned.

Carter being born into a generally wealthy family, allowed him to avoid insecurity and mental mishaps of self-worth between friends and families. Escaping into the woods behind him, and exploring who he is as a person and playing guitar had shaped him into someone who is confident and trivial. Bio: Carter was born into an average-wealthy family. He grew up being happy, fed, and stuffed into the boxy confines of school. There he had a pretty hell-like time trying his best to learn. It was only when he was out with his bandmates and got drunk when it all changed. A one-night stand, where he was robbed of some of his most precious jewels and priceless items from his wallet. Soon enough, Sophie found out and took revenge, telling him that she cheated as well once she found out. Their relationship burned to the ground, leaving Carter, single, sad, and with his JUUL pods.
