Here's the plot:
Sometimes the letters you send don't get received by the person you sent it to. Sometimes they get received by a complete stranger. That's what happened to Character A, who sent a letter to the house of an old hometown friend who used to have a closely-knit friendship with, wanting to rekindle the friendship they once had. However, said friend no longer lived there, the house now occupied by Character B.
Possibly one day they will meet. Maybe they never do.

Instead of discarding the letter or returning it to sender, Character B answers the letter. Whether they pretend to be the person addressed to the letter or explain the mix-up and offer some details about themselves should Character A want to keep this exchange of letters going with a complete stranger... Who knows what they could have written in that response letter.
If this correspondence of letters continue, would it turn into a friendship and for how long would it last? Weeks? Months? Perhaps years?
Possibly one day they will meet. Maybe they never do.
- This is a Casual to lightly Detailed roleplay.
- Players must be grammar-conscious, literate, all that good stuff.
