Personality:
Due to the last happenings on her life before NPF, Sinead has become a rather paranoid person. EVERYTHING causes her to flinch, be it a random noise, a new person, a fly in the office, soon enough she'll have ducked behind the table or something, you might as well call her an scaredy-cat, even though she's a dog. When she's not panicking out of her mind, she'll be very shy and quiet, only speaking when strictly necessary and sometimes avoid talking at all, even her own ideas and needs get locked deep inside her chest.
After a long time or towards someone she 'clicks better' with, Sinead may open up a bit more and reveal that while being innocent and completely clueless about the world and other people, she's also a very kind and generous person who tries too hard to please everyone.
Biography:
Sinead never met her parents, her earliest childhood memory is of an orphanage she used to live at. Despite all that, the girl lived a rather pacific and normal life, until an older man visited the orphanage and adopted her at age 16. At first, it seemed like a good idea, she was going to have a home and someone to take care of her, but soon enough the Inu came to know that man's true intentions. To put it nicely, it was forced labor.
On the start it was a maid café. Sinead took a while to get used to such frilly and open clothes. Greeting costumers all day, pretending to be happy or else she would be in trouble, role-playing according to the costumers' choice, setting tables, -"If you ask help to any of them, I'll make you regret"- cooking and in the end, she wasn't even allowed to have a pay for her hard work. The girl endured it, perhaps a lot more than she should have, but the constant fear of the possibility she might be caught after trying to escape, made her unable to do anything for a very long time.
The last straw happened a while after she completed 18, the girl was too innocent to notice, but her 'owner' saw her with lust and he would often defile her with his eyes. The next time however, it wasn't just the eyes. Out of the blue, he blocked her on a wall and tried to unbottom her blouse. The strong feeling of wanting to be somewhere else, or disappear triggered the girl's magic, something she didn't even had knowledge of, herself.
Taking advantage of the man's surprise upon the disappearance of his prey, Sinead ran, as fast as she could, without direction. All she wanted was to get the farthest away from that place as she could, then she found herself in front of a sign that read 'Neko Police Force' and without thinking twice entered it asking for protection. Sinead never heard of that horrible man again, but it still took her a couple months to find the courage to go outside again.
Now, three years later, the Inu has made of the NPF headquarters her home. She became a kind of assistant, often organizing documents, making people coffee and those kind of office-like things.
Weapons: None. Not now, not ever.
Gear: About three cans of pepper spray that are always on top of her table. (she wouldn't carry anything else.)

Sinead can make it last for about 10 minutes and cannot use it again for two hours. It's a really weak magic and can be easily bypassed if the enemy decide to pour paint at her, or cover her in any kind of dust while she is using it.
Skills:
- Hiding: When it comes to self-preservation, Sinead is capable of finding rather unexpected hiding spots and quickly, successfully hide even in short spans of time.
- Blending in: Just give her some less flashy clothes and she'll be able to join any crowd without getting noticed. She's literally too common and uninteresting for anyone to notice her...
- Running: Basically a 'Here comes danger! Oh, is Sinead gone already?' situation. She's fast!
