Color Effect: When Lee uses his magic either one of two things can happen. For Spacial Spells both eyes turn and glow red. For Time Spells his hair goes silver. When he does the two at once, both change.
Limitations:
- Deactivating. From his intense training at Flyte & Thorne United, he knows how to use and continue the use of his magic for prolonged periods of time. This however makes it exceedingly difficult for him to stop using magic. He can weaken the effect, or it’s control range.
- He can only use a type of spell once a day, due to his inability to turn them off.
- Always in a half state of using magic, because of the fear of being unable to use a spell.
- Physical Toll: Weakness from when he does turn off his magic, he loses all stamina and gains a massive headache. He has actually stunted his own growth due to his prolonged magic use, and thus looks like like a teenager.
- Mental Toll: When he does turn off his magic, depending on the length of how long he had it on, he may have a sort of magical withdrawal where he may see hallucinations, and feel as if his body is on fire but his physical temperature does not change.

- The Sun, he has a hard time being out in direct sunlight for too long

Caroline Thorne is Lee’s Master for Time magic and official master for the state. She is also like a mother to him. He loves her and would die for her. He knows that she has done horrible things but believes in her and her ideals.
Izaiah Flyte
Izaiah Flyte is the leader of Flyte & Thorne United, and also like a father to Lee. Out of all those at Flyte & Thorne United Lee is perhaps the closest in personality and relationship with Izaiah, outside his relationship with his Caroline. Izaiah is Lee’s spatial magic Master, and Time Space magic Master as Izaiah is also specialized in Time and Spacial magic. Caroline Thorne claimed Lee as her student for Izaiah claims she is a better Time Technician than he, and Izaiah is banned by the ATTU from having any official students. If one were to look in truth, it would be clear that Lee’s true Master is Izaiah Flyte, but Lee’s Spatial magic was erased from all records.
Hyacinth Adair
Lee’s best friend and rival. They have a complicated relationship that spans many years, but Lee knows they would die for each other if necessary. Currently they aren’t on the best of terms. In the past their relationship has spanned everywhere from brothers to sworn enemies, currently they are at rivals competing for their positions in Flyte & Throne United.
Flyte & Thorne United as a whole
Lee is known within the group as the Menace of a Little Prince. He knows that most of the members resent him, but he also knows that they know he is being primed for the next Leader. Most members tolerate his eccentrics and fear him a little, but he knows that they love him as he loves them.[/div]

For as long as Lee can remember it was he and his twin sister, Elana. They lived on the streets. Named by themselves. Without a soul to call their parents. Before the Technician test it was just the two of them having to scavenge for food, steal, and pawn off items for money. They got into workshops that were not certified Trades pretending to be older than they were. They hoped and prayed that when they were eight, they would pass the state sponsored certification exams. For if they passed the exams, then they would be set with a job and people who wanted them.
“It was the first lie.”
The day of their state sponsored exams, the two of them walked into the testing centers unsure they would even pass. For it was only a small percentage of individuals who passed the exams. Elana passed hers, but Lee failed his. He was sent away by the testers and told he would never be a Technician, regardless of how hard he tried. His sister, Elana, was gifted with spatial magic. Refusing to be separated, Elana dragged Lee to her new Trade getting him a job along with her.
While working in the Blacksmith shop, Lee was designated with furnace control and back room operations. It was not long after the tests had come and gone, a series of unsolved murdered, and memory had faded that Lee saw himself face to face with a Replica within the dark backroom. It was the Replica of a Rumor Cat - cats that lived in forests and cities designed to trap and ensnare prey with off setting puzzles and riddles. They were brainwashers and Lee kew better than to trust even a Replica. For who had sent the Replica? He did not know.
“That’s where the memory stops.”
The next thing Lee remembers is waking in a soft bed, in a room that was not his own, dressed in clothes that were not his. He was somewhere else, and would later find it was the main headquarters of Flyte & Thorne United. The first person he met was his future Master Caroline Thorne, the Leader of the group Izaiah Flyte, and one of his closest friends Hyacinth Adair. They told him that Flyte & Thorne United was his new home, his old one having burned down. He didn’t believe them.
He tried to run, realizing he had been kidnapped by these Technicians. It was to no avail. He was dragged back, often locked up. His only company was Hyacinth and Caroline Thorne. Hyacinth was four years older than him, and told him that he would prove to Lee that they told him of the truth. Unlocking Lee’s restraints, Hyacinth showed Lee the burned down factory and the reports of the death toll. His sister amongst the names listed.
“It was rather rough in truth.”
Lee returned to Flyte & Throne United and immediately began his training. The first thing Caroline Thorne taught him was to mask his Spacial magic, allowing him to retake the Technician test only once be could well enough. As a certified Technician graced with both Time and Spacial magic, Lee began his tracing as a Time Technician as an official member of Flyte & Thorne United.
Lee doesn’t like to talk about his training at Flyte & Thorne United. He says that the times were rough and strenuous but does not go into more detail. Ever. He wears long sleeves to mask the scars that grace his soul and is a senior executive of Flyte & Thorne United despite his young age. At this time Lee knows that Flyte & Thorne United, perhaps his Master even, were the ones that blackmailed the original testers into failing him. He knows that they wanted his record clean and without the knowledge of his spatial magic, and as such they erased his identity as an orphan. Leander, the orphan, no longer exists, but Leander Tempest, the orphan and nephew of Izaiah Flyte, does. He also knows that the murders of said officials that oversaw his test were officiated by Flyte & Throne United. He does not care. Flyte & Throne United is his family.
