As in, the stuff you put on when you need some noise while you do other things! be it writing, chores, or just laying about thinking about the big and small things. i usually put on youtube videos i've seen loads so i don't need to concentrate on them, but recently with the foggy weather we've had, this one has been perfect for me:

My background music changes based on my favorite songs of the week. I just alternate the background music I use with the songs I'm currently enjoying, so it tends to switch around ALOT. Most of it is very, very loud pop music.

I tend to listen to early 2000's metal or 80's hair bands. When I am not listening to that I am usually listening to a study guide being read to me by acrobat. Most of the time it's psychology or medical terms, since those are my online courses.
