  °Lilo is quiet, rarely ever conversing with others and having an innocent appearance to her person despite her "occupation", she is eccentric and has a certain affinity for saying things that would elicit shock from others and make a sailor blush although she is soft-spoken and well-mannered. She rarely ever gets angry although she does have a way of invoking wrath on others by installing viruses into their malware or in general making life somewhat difficult for them. She can be complicated to approach at times and has an obliviousness to humour, rarely ever getting a pun or attempt at comedy made towards her. Lilo can be kind however and is a reliable companion despite her eccentricities°

  °Lilo was raised by her father due to her mother's sudden decision to leave before she had been able to speak and as a cause of this, became quite well-versed in technology. Her father worked alongside the government doing freelance hacking and often embedded himself deep into his work although he made sure Lilo was taken care of and even went so far as to show her the general ropes of things that involved his electronical skills. Lilo started to resemble her father as she grew older, expressing an affinity for computers and developing a certain need to be surrounded by devices at all times to which her father couldn't help but be proud. She began working alongside him as a pupil of sorts (much to many other's chagrin) and quickly absorbed everything her father had to exploit on the subject before assuming his role when she was 16 years of age. It was when her father was abruptly murdered by an unknown person that Lilo started resorting to villianous antics to ensure that she would find his killer, being paid by anonymous sources to do dirty work or cover up certain things as the world slowly went to shit. She kept on the move daily, going underground in order to disguise herself amongst criminals and what little survivors were left°

Personality: Gavin is a rather cynical man. He has a realistic outlook on life, and prefers to look at things as how they are. He's a kind person when you get to know him and a good listener, however he doesn't try to make conversation too often and will usually keep to himself. He speaks with an Irish accent and a rather deep voice. While he is usually a melancholic person, he has a sarcastic sense of humor that occasionally shows through his normally aloof attitude. His military training has taught him to be cautious and patient, and as a result he doesn't easily get upset or interact with people. Gavin isn't the type of person to get angered easily, but it can be hard to crack through his cold exterior. Those that can, however, will find a good man who's trying to do the right thing.


Biography: Born to a Scottish father and an Irish mother, Gavin McCree was a very intelligent child. He was naturally intellectual, and skipped the fourth grade as a result. He graduated high school as the valedictorian, and joined the Irish Defense Force as soon as he turned 18. He was then recruited by the Army Ranger Wing soon after his training began, after being noted for his exceptional skill as a soldier. After being deployed in the field for a little over a year, he was recruited again by S.A.B.E.R. as one of their agents. He joined one of the organization's top units and was partnered with a young puppy named 'Fenrir', or 'Fen' for short. He was also designated as the squad's mechanical expert. Gavin made many friends within the organization and became quite close with his squad mates. During his three year service with S.A.B.E.R., he went on dozens of missions and visited even more countries.


His squad was deployed to defend during the final Order of Automation attack, and after they were defeated, the group split up to look for a way to fight back against their A.I. enemy. While he is no longer in contact with most of his squad, Gavin still roams the wasteland with Fen, looking for ways to fight against NEIL and reunite with his teammates.

A rare N.R.P. that Gavin acquired during his time with S.A.B.E.R. It's extremely customizable and can extend or shorten its barrel with a dial on the side of the weapon. It features a built in silencer and can take multiple different types of ammunition.

A combat knife that Gavin keeps in his boot.


Fenrir (Fen)

Gavin's partner and pet.

Goal: To find a way to end NEIL's threat to the human race.


 
@Annabella I like the character, however I noticed that her Main Location is listed as Saber. They're no longer active, so is it one of their labs or warehouses? Once that's clarified, then I can accept.

Alexei has always been slightly headstrong. Where others would fall back, he would try to advance. Thankfully, because of his skill he often lived to help the push instead of being shot to pieces like some of the more foolhardy cadets in his unit. However, he never had any skills at leading, often finding himself flustered when put in a situation where he had complete control over the actions of a troop. He is an idealist when it comes to combat situations, always trying to save everyone even at the cost of his own body, which had earned quite a few injuries in the past. Outside of combat he doesn't often take part in relaxing and making or talking with friends, instead preferring his own company and to be active at all possible times, standing guard or exercising.

Biography:

The military has been part of Alexei's life since the day he could walk. His father was an acting colonel in the Russian military for his entire childhood, and Alexei and his brother Mark were expected to join the military when they came of age as well. At eighteen both Alexei and his brother joined the Russian army, their skill quickly letting them rise in rank until they were both contacted by S.A.B.R.E. Alexei, being the impulsive one in the family, left immediately for their headquarters, while his brother only joined after much consideration about six months later, leading them to be assigned to different squads. While Alexei was still serving in S.A.B.R.E. his father died in duty against some of the Order of Automation followers. During the final attack Alexei was part of one of the border patrolling units while his brother was part of the final defense line. By the time his unit had been contacted and made it all the way back to the scene of the battle everyone was wiped out, including his brother. At that point his unit, seeing they could do nothing to help but get themselves killed retreated and disbanded, leaving each of the members to go their separate ways. Luckily, since he was uninvolved in the fighting, Alexei had a good amount of gear with him to survive with, but no rations or water.
