Electromancy 5 - Produce, channel and discharge electricity.
Arthur's muscle function as high-capacity batteries at the cellular level and allow him to store electrical energy safely. His skin cells functions as solar conductors, and the flow of his blood through his veins creates a strong electromagnetic field. These adaptations allow Arthur to generate, store, and discharge a massive amount of electrical potential. He can also draw upon an existing electrical current to recharge far quicker than his naturally occuring mean of bio-electrical generation. With time Arthur learned to control the discharge of energy stored in his body. If he does not discharge regularly, his cells can become over charged and spontaneously equalize with his surrounding environment. The high level of energy in his body has elevated his natural physiology and allows him to maintain "peak" human condition with no effort. He has since learned to focus the electrical potential in his body to drastically increase the response speed of his muscular and nervous systems, allowing him to move at impossibly high speeds.

Biography: Arthur Maxwell is the epitome of wasted potential and undeserved natural talent. He grew up in a very normal middle-class home, with two loving parents, and two younger siblings. Despite having the body of a Greek god, Arthur has put absolutely zero effort in obtaining his physique. The flow of electricity through his body has conditions his muscles to be extremely hard and rigid. Arthur spent most of his free time growing up behind a computer screen playing video games, surfing the web, and trolling message boards. He is smart, but never put more effort than necessary to pass into his schoolwork. What fighting skill he has is mostly due to superior physique, speed, and reaction time. If it wasn't for the electrical storm raging inside his body, he would be by most people's standards a total loser. Why try when everything comes so easily? Eventually he grew tired of just lazing around and decided he wanted to join the SDF. Maybe then he could actually accomplish something worthwhile, and make his family proud.

The only member of Arthur's family with a Power is his mother, who is heat resistant. She can pull a hot pan out of the oven with her bare hands and fire has no effect on her. Even his siblings are Powerless. Sure, there were moments when his power has caused issue in his life, like the time he fried his computer, or blasted his neighbors car with an uncontrolled surge of lightning. But never anything truly terrible. No tragic back story. No redemption arc here. Just an average, uninspired guy with the power of a lightning bolt in his hand.

Power: Non-Euclidian Physiology: Tatiana herself possesses a body structure that has yet to be fully understood due to not corresponding with known physics along with inconclusive results from scientific analysis. Possessing no vulnerable organs their internals seems to be made up of numerous layers which increase exponentially in strength and durability as such proceeds inwards though far deeper than should be possible confirming her exterior is far smaller than the interior, the structure of her body as a whole has displayed remarkable density while having minimal effect on her overall weight. As a result of this Tatiana has displayed levels of physical strength which have yet to be fully recorded, an inhuman endurance as well as the ability to withstand excessive damage beyond even the most heavily armored of vehicles, both of which seem to be only increasing as time goes on. Other minor features appear to be the ability to utilize her increased internal size to store excessive amounts of either nutrients or oxygen, a disruption of translocation type abilities used upon herself and finally interfering with detection or measuring technology attempting to pass through her.

Appearance:
An unnaturally tall woman with a dark complexion, towering in height above her pears with a thick frame of defined muscle straining her garments with the addition of feminine curves atop the overall wideset physique doing little to alleviate the issue, moving in rhythm with every breath. Her youthful features, while strong and sharp can appear out of place upon the rest of her form, with piercing sapphires staring out from hawk-like eyes below finely plucked brows, and the ever-present smile stretched across thin lips which like the rest of sit neatly clear of makeup. Onyx black hair flows downwards past her lower back, styled to the side to conceal part of her face as the locks drape the rest of her form freely with silken straight locks, hints of gold showing through however as the wind moves to reveal the numerous piercings atop her ears. For the most part, the woman can be found clad in fairly simple fashions of reds and whites contrasting forgoing any over-elaborate designs, showing a fondness for halter tops however that leaves both her arms and back exposed to reveal the canvas of black tribal ink that litters her body. Her feet themselves are commonly left bare needing little protection given her ability, showing reluctance for footwear in general with the most being simple sandals if necessary.

These trends continue into her self designed costume, contrasting greatly to what would be expected and resembling that of foreign dancers more than anything. Long lengths of silken deep scarlet fabrics wrap around her body, secured through a combination of tightened knots and golden metal adornments to create a halter neck across her chest and hanging sashes across her shoulder and waist with an intricate series of folds. Various other metal accessories cover her form with similar crimson ribbons flowing from them, the overall outfit appearing to be to allow for maximum freedom of movement in traditional garb while also being somewhat flamboyant having little need for the actual protection. However, the materials used are still far from ordinary as per their request having been developed to be able to withstand just as much punishment as she can without damage.

Biography: Raised within the outskirts of the United Republic territory amongst the numerous island colonies, her own being a small fishing village on the shores of Tiftiti consisting of simply several shacks with the largest of which used to house the boats and catches. Her mother passing during childbirth, she would spend most of her life raised by a combination of her father and the community of the area in the rural coasts, living out a peaceful if tough existence until the eventual revelation regarding her abilities became more apparent. Such powers had her become far more involved in general within the settlements workings finding great use in such from construction to the repair of vessels as she grew in age among other areas, the largest of which is her sense of wanderlust for seeing beyond the islands which would lead to her eventual attendance at the SDF academy.

Enhanced Reflexes (3) - Dominick's reaction time is preternaturally quick, allowing him to respond to danger nearly autonomously. Even in situations against multiple enemies, Dominick can be annoyingly hard to hit; and in one on one scenarios he becomes almost untouchable. Of course his powers aren't all powerful, he can only move so fast as well as having to be able to perceive the danger to react to it. So things like sneak attacks, large groups of enemies, or attacks just being flat out too quick to dodge are all effective counter strategies.

Personality: Brash and impulsive, Dominick is the type of person who thinks with his heart and leaps into danger without looking. He has no issue being friendly to others but isn't afraid to challenge someone if he doesn't agree with them. Because of this he can come off as abrasive, but deep down he means well. He has a strong sense of right and wrong and could never sit on the sidelines while someone was in trouble.
